Great experience took time to assist with finding the ride and explaining the difference between the vehicle s. Once the vehicle was purchased Jeremy took his time explaining the features on the SUV and how their used. He really had patience and a nice personality! I will definitely send customers there.
I was really needing to get into a reliable truck to use as my personal/business vehicle when I started working with Christian at Westside. He was able to work well through some tough circumstances to get me into a truck that I love and was in my price range. Christian helped me out to get details and information on a car they sold brand new 3 years ago. He didn’t have to get this information for me, but went out of his way to help me. I recommend requesting Christian when visiting this dealership. What an amazing person to work with.
It takes forever to get appointments and when you do, no pickup or loaner services (always “no loaners are available “). Service tends to take longer than expected. This applies for unanticipated repairs as well. As a busy surgeon who operates, see patients, and potentially has call/urgent responsibilities, this will be a deal breaker when my lease is up. Despite loving the vehicle itself, I’ll most likely seek another dealer… or even a different brand.
My sales rep Sam Marawan at Land Rover was super nice ! Sam was extremely professional and he even followed up with me to make sure I was still enjoying my Jaguar after a week or two of me driving it . I would definitely recommend Land Rover West if you’re looking to buy a vehicle. The whole staff there are very kind and knowledgeable.

Needed lower control arm.steering wheel will shake, two visits and back to back two alignment at local shop followed by 4 new tire and wheel change did not solve the problem. Per local shop no issues with suspension arm.Finally decided to take it to dealership. Needed lower control arms , new alignment and wheel balance fixed the problem for good.Very professional service and happy to be 7 plus year customer. Every time I go here, problem gets fixed. I have leased and purchased dozens of cars over the last 25 years. You name the luxury brand, and I can name multiple models of each that I have owned. However, I have never gone with Land Rover/Jaguar until this year. I have no idea what took me so long!!! This was the best car buying experience I have EVER had!!! From the first time I stepped foot on the dealerships campus, I was treated like family!! Please do yourself a favor and ask for Mo Cherry!!! Best Sales Consultant ever! I will never buy a car from another person as long as he is in the business. I mean that sincerely! He took care of everything! He treated my family like his own! He even took time to show my 15 year old son numerous cars that 15 year old boys only dream about! It was super cool and something that I appreciated very much! The dealership is awesome too, but I made a lifelong friend in Mo!! Trust me on this one....call Mo....you wont be disappointed! I pulled the trigger on a Land Rover for me and a Jaguar for my wife!!

I wanted to take a moment and write about the process I experienced in leasing a new Land Rover Discovery from Land Rover Westside and in particular my salesperson Christian Specht. From the very beginning to the final stage of picking up my car Christian was professional and very attentive to all our questions and needs. We went through the process of ordering our car to suit our individual needs and throughout the entire process Christian kept us informed and updated as to the progress of our order. Christian is a great person and well suited to handle anything a customer can throw his way. The team at land Rover Westside is great and everyone is customer oriented and eager to build a long lasting relationship. This dealerships overall setup was nice and customer service was on par. However, I am not sure as to whos bright idea it was to implement a $5,000.00 scarcity fee added onto the MSRP, but it is an automatic turn off and a real con ploy. Shame on this dealership. Anyone who buys Land Rover/Range Rover or Jaguar must need to know that the scarcity fee is not included in the residual value of a lease or buy, the fee is an addition above the actual market value of the vehicle.If you are in the market to buy, please be sure to look for these additional fees as this is the only Land Rover/Jaguar dealership that is doing this currently. Trust me I went two other Land Rover dealerships the same day and neither is doing the additional fees and I had a chance to review the full break down sheets including cap. costs, residual value, total price, etc.I get it that vehicles are getting more difficult to deliver from the manufacture, however, that does not mean this dealership should go about having predatory tendencys. Consumer pricing does flex with the market but at the same time manufactures have recommended guidelines as well, hence MSRP. The factor that is to be considered as far as selling above MSRP is when special editions vehicles are produced, however my experience here was not a special edition vehicle, but for a standard Evoque.One last ploy that this dealership implied that the vehicle shortage will become worse. That is very unlikely because most manufactures have announced that overflowing dealerships like they have in the past. The other thing that you should consider after I have done my research is that Land Rover encourages customers to customer build or order. This option allows you to choose the features and colors that you want superficially. This dealership does not even offer it as an option in their sales pitch.Overall, not impressed with the dealerships cons and ploys, but I do understand business is business. However, this dealership should think about gaining positive customer relationships and experience to keep their clientele growing. I dont like how I went in for a diagnostic check because my engine light was on. I paid for repairs that were needed just for my engine light to come back on days later. I was then told Ill have to pay another $180 to have another diagnostic check. So, supposedly Land Rover diagnostic checks only bring up one problem at a time making so youll have to keep coming back.
Amazing Lease/trade-in Experience! I casually walked in early January 2021 to test drive a Defender. It was love at first drive. I have always bought German vehicles, so this was a very new experience. This is my first LR. Over about 2 weeks, my sales associate, Christian Specht educated me on Land Rover, options, pricing and actually LISTENED. I wanted specific options to stay in a particular price point. He located a 2021 vehicle that met all my requirements and options and had it delivered and detailed promptly. I drove away with a beastie of a car totally satisfied. His down home demeanor and professionalism were a breath of fresh air. The whole team at LR West Side were just so terrific. (The receptionist even knew my name!) Thanks for a great experience. Ill be back!

There were Land Rovers at other dealerships that I liked but his customer service was so phenomenal that I decided to purchase from Mo (even though I am in WI and their dealership is in OH). Jeremy Gray was our point of contact and he found the perfect RR for us. It was due in from 3 months from our initial contact with Jeremy. He stayed in touch with us and updated us every time there were any changes in our RR’s status. After Westside was delivered with our RR, Jeremy made the paperwork part very easy, even though we were out of state and we did this remotely. We are very happy with Jeremy, Westside and our new RR.

What an amazing experience. From the second I entered the door to the moment the door was held open for me to exit to my new car, I had nothing but excellent service. It never felt like I was with a sales person! Not for a minute. I felt like I was with a good friend or a relative. He asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and what was my budget and from that point on it was all about me and what I wanted which was the hard part because I wanted a lot. He was patient, knowledgeable, respectful and very kind to me at all times. Prompt, efficient, kind and customer service oriented! I have now purchased two Range Rovers from Jessica S. at Montrose Land Rover Westside and I wouldnt go anywhere else for a high end vehicle. Most recently, I came in for a routine oil change but had considered surprising my wife by ending her lease early and upgrading her make and model. I asked Jessica what the chances were that we could get everything done within a few hours, and she didnt blink, skipped lunch, kept every department on task and got me in and out of the dealership in just over two hours. It was incredible, but it is what I now expect from her and the team. Most importantly, while she is moving the team fast, she makes sure you dont feel rushed, that all your questions get answered, and that you are making the best decision for YOU, not just the dealership. I purchased a preowned Land Rover from Montrose Land Rover. I wasn’t planning on buying a vehicle but I was in an accident that totaled my SUV. I went to many dealerships and felt pressured to buy. I dealt with many pushy sales people.I didn’t have that experience at Montrose. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. I Worked with Don Blake, he was very knowledgeable and patient showing me many options in my price range. He was respectful of my budget and showed my SUV’s only in my price range. He answered all my questions and if he didn’t know he checked into it. Sam was wonderful to work with. It took me a few weeks to decide which car to get and he was so kind and patient. We never had to step foot in the dealership. It was all done through phone, text and FaceTime. They then delivered it to our door. I can’t say enough good about Sam and the dealership. He was kind enough to FaceTime all the features of my new vehicle also, via FaceTime, after delivery. Be sure to ask for Sam. I live in Etna Ohio and purchase my Jaguar F Pace in Cleveland Ohio.Christian made the buying experience an easy process which was done over the phone. He made sure I had a live video of the vehicle before purchasing and pictures; he did an approx $$ payoff on my “2018 Lexus is300.” Over the phone as well.Christian was a wealth of knowledge; he knew everything about the Jaguar F-Pace I purchased.Very professional with no buying scams. He was 100% authentic.I would say Christian is the salesman-customers want to experience when purchasing a vehicle.If someone asked me why Christian: I would say because he provides exceptional service, professional, authentic and understands what it means to provide excellent service! Caveat Emptor - I have purchased several cars via the internet over the years, this was by far the most disappointing experience and dealership I have dealt with. I had placed a deposit on a vehicle as suggested by the sales person on Friday evening and by Monday morning I was told the vehicle was sold to another party by their manager. As with any business, they can operate as they see fit, but as car sales move more to the internet, they will need to treat these buyers more professionally. I cannot recommend buying online from them.
Been on the hunt for a new car and wasn’t sure where to look. One day a good friend of mines referred me to Mo Cherry, to help with a smooth transition in getting into something new and to my liking. I contacted Mo to set up an appointment to figure things out, he got back to me in reasonable timing and told me what all was need to make the process easy. Left 2 voicemails for service with 2 different people to schedule simple maintenance. No return call. It has been a week. Its too bad I have to drive to Solon now for service. Land Rover should be appalled that one of their dealers has complete disregard for their customers needs after the sale.

If you go there Ask for Moe, he is the best! He is great and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Moe was incredible. He lined up my dream car the Range Rover Velar. He helped me hand pick it exactly how I wanted it. It took a couple days to finally pick the one I wanted but he communicated perfectly through the entire process by texting me and calling me. Land Rover even payed for the rims I wanted painted black which was over $1000. I never once felt pressured or like I was getting ripped off. The whole experience was fun and exciting. Cant recommend Moe or the dealership enough. Needs more stars.
EXCELLENT Customer Service. I sold my 2010 LR4 to them in 2019, great experience. I know have a 2020 Discovery that I take in for service here, could not be any happier with the vehicle service they have provided. MJ the Service Manger knows what he is doing and he and his staff are extremely professional to work with. Looking forward to leasing my next Land Rover from them! If I can give minus stars I would. Worst service ever.I payed so much money to fix my car and nothing is fixed. They robbed me. The car had electric problem they kept lying is this is that and I payed for fixing it, the car still had the same electric problem also the camera was not working I payed for fixing it and it worked only one month.They also returned a broken key and claimed that they got it that way.Toke my car in another shop they found and fixed the problem in 1 day.So unprofessional service but professional thieves.SO DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!

And he come me down from all the negative rumors about car sale man .he Is more like an ANGLE .HE never talked down to me it rust him enough to tell him anything. And the lady work the front desk . Amazing kind and gave me advice that I need about buying a new car .she is helping me 80 percents of my decision to bought the car . The financial man work very hard to keep the price down for me he got to check with the boss about keep the price low and meet my request. I saw sweat coming down his forehead. But he did got me the car and the price I want. But I want to say thank you to the boss i think his name Tom he is Christian boss. He went down on price many times more than one ifeel like the Randrover giving to me free. Idont even know if they make any profit. But Mr Christian are my hero if the day idont know how to say thank you enough because after isaid thank you ifeel .like it needs to saying thank again. What a lovely day I got and GOOD FEELING.
Very pleasant experience. Dealership was nice, presentable and well stocked with inventory. My Salesperson was Christian Specht and he was not only extremely patient with me, but helpful and bent over backwards to help me find the exact vehicle I was looking for. I thought prices were fair and my trade in value was extremely fair.
I bought a RR Velar back in March 2021 from Jeremy Gray. He did such a wonderful job that when I decided I wanted to trade it in for a Sport I called him directly. For reference, I was very happy with the Velar but wanted something bigger. Despite the car market being so challenging right now, Jeremy went to work and made it happen. He found me EXACTLY what I was looking for in a 2022 RR Sport..the model, color, interior, etc....everything. He made it simple and is a total pro. I will always go back.
Visited Land Rover in Parma on Tuesday. My wife and I were very interested in the new Land River Defender. Our salesman Jeremy G. did a phenomenal job. If the dealership had any Defenders in stock we would have purchased one from Jeremy. If you happen to visit the Land Rover dealership in Parma...do yourself a favor and ask for Jeremy Gray!!
This post is less about cars and more about basic human decency. To make a long story short, the Land Rover staff saved the day for my daughter and her friend who had a flat tire. They were coming from Chicago and driving to New York. The staff at this dealership changed the tire that day (within hours) and allowed them to keep driving and not stay overnight. We are grateful for the kindness and competence demonstrated.

Customer service is terrible. Takes days of calling service to setup an appointment. At times I feel like Im at the dealership after hours. Nobody to be found and when I find a human they are rude and not very helpful. If you want to be treated like a human go to Solon. If you buy the vehicle at montrose do yourself a favor and take it to Solon for service. Multiple members of my family have had similar experiences. I drive over a hour now to be treated like a human.
Purchased a vehicle and told them I did not want any warranties they were offering. Once I received loan papers from the bank I found they snuck in 5400$ for a warranty and gap coverage. I had to go back to the dealership to sign off on the warranty. The dealership now has to refund the bank 5400$. It has been 9 weeks and the bank still hasnt received the money. This is an absolute white collar crime. The dealership will not return my phone calls now. Getting ready to file a police report for submitting fraudulent documents to the bank!
Going to purchase a Range Rover from outside the area and called the service manager M.J. to see if he would consider white glove service for me and he said absolutely! I called the Range Rover dealership in Wexford PA since I am about 100 miles from each dealership and the service manager said no. Its service that will eventually make me buy from Land Rover Westside! I wish they had what I was looking for because it would be a done deal. Kuddos to M.J. and company.
Mo was extremely helpful with my Land Rover Discovery purchase! He worked tirelessly to find me exactly what I was looking for. He probably spent about a month to locate a vehicle that was not easy to locate. Other sales people would have given up or tried to push me in another vehicle. He did not, he got me what I wanted. I’d like to take a moment and share myThought of how this company runs and the people it employs. My girlfriend who was an employee there for almost 5 years had her MacBook and purse stolen from her office while at work. This perosn also stole one of their vehicles. This place does not ahage any cameras for security measures. My girlfriend was told to purchase her purse and laptop and that the company will reimburse her for it in full. Well, today they reached out to her and told her they would not be able to reimburse her for her purse that she bought againx, out of picket. They are quoted as saying “they took too much of a loss”. If this is how they treat their employees imagine how they treat their customers? Have a great day
My 2018 Discovery went in for a routine check and a repair on the sunroof headliner. After 14 days of terrible communication and a complete run around I got my car back. Day 13 & 14 they had told me that everything is repaired and ready to go. They just wanted to really get it cleaned and detailed. I received my car back filthy. I keep a very clean car and there were dirty hand prints all over my tan interior & headliner. I will never return to this service department and do not recommend it.

Ive never experienced service at any dealership like this. Kudos Audrey & the Land Rover Westside team! I pulled in with no appointment and said I needed to leave in 2 hours for a meeting. I just needed an oil change. Audrey said they cant promise, but they would do everything they could to accommodate me...and they did in a little over an hour! And the inside of my vehicle was detailed as well! Thank you Audrey and team! Definitely be back!!

I drove almost 3 hours to buy my Land Rover from Westside Automotive Group, and it was so worth it. When you make a decision on a car of this caliber there are so many combinations and factors that you could incorporate. Jessica (my sales rep) was absolutely phenomenal! Many challenges in seeking out our dream Land Rover amidst COVID 2020 in Ohio. We had our heart set on a Range Rover HST but, inventory was quite low in Ohio and/or vehicles were snapped up before arrival to dealerships. Searching the LR website for statewide inventory became an everyday occurrence. Just a tad frustrating.When lockdown lifted, we switched gears and ventured back to Land Rover Montrose Westside where we purchased our 2010 LR2 to test drive a 2020 Evoque First Edition with Sales Executive, Jeremy Gray . . . who offered us a “loads of fun” experience. This led to test driving a 2020 Velar. Ultimately, we were impressed with the number of vehicles in current inventory.Returned home to research and “build” our dream Velar and presented our wish list to Jeremy. We worked as a team and pursued diligently cars that fit our criteria across the US. We also need to commend him for his daily patience, as my OCD kicked into major overdrive. Purchased a used still under factory warranty vehicle and had minor issues. The service department, more importantly, Audrey, took excellent care for my vehicle. Audrey kept me updated daily on my vehicle even while she was under the weather.Excellent job! Service department!!Also, the wash bay team always keeps my vehicle clean!
My father wanted to purchase a new Discovery. I have a Range Rover Sport and I contacted the Service Manager, MJ Diello, and he strongly recommended Jessica Schad. We met with Jessica a couple of times in person and talked on the phone as well as texted. She is a sales professional/executive. She is also very knowledgeable, friendly, customer oriented, and knows her numbers, She spent time with my father and me providing a tutorial of the car. And when it came to purchase the car, we worked through the numbers with her and Patsy, the General Manager, and it was a great experience. I am planning to buy another Range Rover and will be working with Jessica and Patsy (great leader and guy) at Land Rover Westside as well as MJ for my service needs. They all do the right things.
I recently purchased a Land Rover Discovery from Westside. I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this dealership. It was worth the drive from Columbus to Cleveland. Somer took amazing care of me. She made sure I got the exact vehicle I wanted and I was lucky enough to buy if off their lot. My kiddos enjoyed hanging out in the waiting area - snacks, drinks and Wifi...you cant go wrong. Go visit Somer at Westside. You wont regret it!
Wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy a vehicle there. I had wanted a used 2016 Range Rover HSE. Vincent had been calling me for months trying to get me in there to look at it. When I finally did come in he never told me he wasn’t going to be there so I got stuck with a guy name Mike. Mike was cool but since we had come in late right before the holiday and I wasn’t completely sold on the truck I told him I wanted to think about it and come back. From then on it was like playing telephone tag with mike in sales. I ended up having to call the general manager and also his manager which oddly enough was Vincent who had been calling me to originally look at the truck. Long story short when I went to finally let them run my credit, Vincent told me there was no “proof” of my current pay and that maybe I would have to wait until next month because I had recently started as a RN but had steady employment with the same company for 6 years. This is only my 2nd vehicle inquiry in my life so I talked to other people they informed me my acceptance letter stating my current pay would be enough, not idk but after I got denied I wasn’t asking them anything else. Then he talked me into using my current pay (which was a decrease of my RN salary). My fault into believing him that would approve me. Then I find out they ran my credit 15 times, why would you keep running someones credit and now inform them? On the way out Vincent states someone put a down payment on the truck! Really the truck has been on your lot for months now all of sudden someone wants it! I felt like some people there weren’t friendly. Vincent was nice but the guy the runs the credit (financial specialist?) never came out to introduce himself or anything which I feel is unprofessional. These are 100,000 cars on your lot you can at least come out and shake my hand, I don’t bite! I get you want a sale but be honest with people because then you make your company look bad and you get bad review when all you had to do was be honest. I’m glad this is a lesson learned for me because it could have been way worst. When one door closes another one opens and I ended up going over to the bedford auto mile and getting Jeep and getting a beautiful black 2020 Grand Cherokee X which has pretty much the same features as the 2016 Range Rover HSE.
First of all let me say that ustomer Service was excellent. I had a flat tire over the weekend and used the roadside service provided by Land Rover. The contracted party came out and replaced my flat tire with the smaller, temporary wheel. I went and had the wheel repaired which cost a reasonable $20 and found out that roadside assistant took my wheel lock so my repairs tire could not be put back onto the car. I went to Land Rover of Cleveland to have the wheel lock replaced and to have the repaired tire put back on. I was charged $60 to have the tire put on and $50 for a new wheel lock. So, my tire was repaired for $20 which would have included putting the tire back on the vehicle if Land Rover’s contracted help had not taken my wheel lock and Land Rover charged me $120 for an error that was their mistake. Not what I expected from owning a six figure vehicle.
Had an issue with my vehicle not starting sometimes. They brought it in and tried a few things and it happened again. After that they gave us a loaner and my car didn’t leave until it was fixed! Arijauna was amazing! Took care of us every step of the way and kept us informed on what was happening with our vehicle. Best experience ever with a service dept!

The best service ever. I went to the Jaguar side. Service was spot on. Service was above par. Everyone from my service person Audrey to the technician was Perfect. The Manager? Usually thats the person that makes customers happy if something goes wrong, right? Well, in our scenario it was the opposite. He lost 3 serious customers that visited this dealership with an intentions to sign on the deal. However, from what we understood, this dealership is in good shape selling cars (people waiting on the line to buy cars) and no need for extra customers so we simply left.Today, we order 2 Range Rovers from Solon dealership. They treated us as real customers. They even offered better deal vs. no deal at all.
Jessica Schad provided us with a wonderful buying experience. She has obvious expertise and was willing to answer any questions we had. We visited several dealers from different brands and what really stood out was the zero- pressure encounters at this dealership. Jessica sent follow-up emails with information requested but there were no hounding phone calls or “limited time” offers. We would easily work with Jessica again and have already recommended her to friends
Leased a 2020 Range Rover Velar. The 30 day tag with the number on it has come off not once but twice. The dealer advised me to drive it this way and provide my registration if pulled over in a racially charged environment as an African American female. I even asked to have it laminated after getting the 2nd one with no luck. The 2nd one has now fallen off less than 3 days later and as soon as it rained. The dealer refuses to give another even though it is their fault the number portion wasnt secured. Im driving around with basically a piece of cardboard as tag. If my husband or I get pulled over for an invalid tag they advised me to drive on, I will be taking legal action! Last time doing business with this dealership and will let everyone I know that has asked who I worked with to go to Solon!
Unfortunately my last experience at Westside Jaguar service was not good. New service person failed to provide quality service. I never received the computer generated inspection report that the customer normally receives. He said it was too many pages to print and it was too late to retrieve the document. In addition I could not open my hood right after the oil change. I informed the service department immediately, He informed me I need to schedule an appointment for that. In addition, he said the first opening would be three weeks from the date of my oil change because his technicians were doing training. I ask him I am not suppose to open my hood until August 4th,2015. His reply is do I want the appointment? I am still in disbelief that accountability was not owned up to. Who gets an oil change from a Montrose Westside Jaguar dealership and immediately you cant open your hood and then told we can look at it three weeks from now. I am still disappointed that the service has dropped in the service department. I did communicate with the service manager, to date have not receive a courtesy call. I guess if your not in a brand new car the red carpet is no longer extended. I hope I am incorrect, but to date no call from management.

Christian was so helpful I can’t thank him enough! From letting me know that the car had arrived, to getting all the paperwork filled out, to the BIG surprise on Friday night! 2022-01-14Great experience at Land Rover Westside from start to finish. The pandemic is causing a lot of headaches when it comes to new vehicles and supply. I worked with Jeremy back in June & felt comfortable building out my Defender and waiting. He not only kept me up to date monthly, he made me feel at ease. Delivery was perfect and the vehicle came out better than expected. I highly recommend Jeremy and Land Rover Westside for all your car buying needs.

2021-10-30I had the most wonderful experience at Land Rover Westside. The entire staff was amazing to work with but the over the top experience came from Mo Cherry. I had to order my car 5 months ago and he would give me updates each month and check in with me to ensure I didnt have any questions. When the vehicle finally came, he made the entire process the best experience I have ever had getting a new car. I traded in my current vehicle and he even remembered to take my existing keys off the existing car keys and put them on the new one. His service was completely over and above. He is truly an example of how one individual can create complete client loyalty and I will ensure everyone I know looking for a Land Rover asks for Mo.

He was very knowledgeable and personable, while educating us on the many features and upgrades available for the models we had in mind. As things worked out, we were not able to make the desired purchase. However, Sam was very understanding and helpful in maintaining contact with us in case our situation changes. We will definitely recommend this dealership, mostly based on our rapport with Sam and our personal experience.
