Dropped my watch off that needed batteries- I am pretty rough with this watch and its almost ten years old. Along with the new batteries it was cleaned making it look better than I have seen it in many years! They are the nicest people as well!

I took a ring that needed resized for my Aunt and Uncles 50th wedding anniversary vow renewal and ended up buying a Opal necklace as a gift for the bride ( her moms name was Opal). They were prompt with the resizing and my Aunt absolutely loved the thought of her mom being there in spirit with that necklace.

Highly recommend. My fiancé and I stopped here when I had a little bit of an accident with my engagement ring (accidentally ran it over with my car, long story). They were great about taking a look at my ring and did a fabulous job of putting it back to its original beauty. Only took a week to have it fixed! Such a wonderful place to do business. Great attention to detail. I took my engagement ring in to be sized on a Monday and it was ready by Friday! So pleased that I didnt have to wait 2-3 weeks to get it back. All the work was done in house, so no risk of being lost in the mail. The ladies at Lambert are very helpful, sweet, and patient with their customers. A friend and I visited for the first time with some jewelry that needed repaired. Went there to get a ring resized. They said typical wait time was one week. What a surprise when it only took a few days and my ring fits perfectly. They also sold locking ear ring backs. I was interested and they showed me how to use. Friendly staff that are very helpful.
We had such a great experience with Lambert. I had something in mind of what I wanted and Lambert made it happen. They had to special order rings right before Christmas. Thinking I probably would not get them until after Christmas they came in on Christmas Eve. Lambert has great prices and all the staff goes above and beyond to make your buying experience easy. Lambert Jewelers spent an hour and a half with me to find the perfect piece to customize with my Mother-in-laws diamonds and sapphires. The finished charm bracelet is beautiful. Excellent, beautiful work and excellent customer service. I will return for another custom piece in the near future.

I’ve been a customer of the Lambert’s for 8 years. It started with selecting the perfect engagement ring. They were patient, attentive to detail, and made sure I had a great quality ring for my now wife. Since then, they are the only jeweler I use because of their kind, efficient, and caring manner. It is worth the drive from the east side of Columbus for the care and quality services that we receive. For engagement rings, wedding bands, anniversary bands, birthday gifts and push presents, I cant recommend them higher!
I just picked up my “You will shine among them”pendant from Lambert’s and Janie was there and put it on and I just love it! It’s just perfect , it really shows off the diamond ..They custom made it for me with my Moms diamond from her wedding ring that Dadgave her.. It turned out absolutely beautiful!!They took the time to help me figure out exactlyhow to preserve this diamond in a most specialand meaningful way..They were able to use the gold from the band inmaking the star which was nice also..So other then my wedding ring this will be myfavorite piece of jewelry..Lamberts is a great place to shop!

Wonderful store!! I have bought jewelry for my wife here on several occasions. The staff are always more than ready to help me pick something out that will wow her on my budget. No matter how many questions I ask or how many times I change my mind they have always been very polite understanding and helpful. Last year she lost a charm bracelet that I got her for mothers day with some unique charms on it. She was devastated but Lamberts helped me order matching charms and gave me a terrific deal. I always recommend them to all of my friends.

I am utterly and immensely upset with the repair Lamberts have done to my late grandmothers ring. I was wearing the ring and I ended up bending the band, so I brought it in to get the band straightened. I picked up the ring today and I noticed it was not straight. Two employees working behind the counter (both were very polite and nice) said that to them, it looked straight, but they brought it downstairs to their in house jeweler to look at. Apparently the jeweler said that the reason why the ring looks bent is because the prongs that hold the diamond is bent. After taking it home and REALLY looking at the band, its ALL bent. This is a precious family heirloom and I am in utter disbelief that 1) no one called me while it was being repaired to talk to me about how the prongs are set and 2) that apparently their certified jeweler claims the band is straight but yet several other people (friends who I asked to look at the ring to verify Im not imagining it) can clearly see how its bent. Never will I EVER go to Lamberts and I will tell everyone I know to find somewhere else.

I accidentally told my fiance the wrong ring size and he had it resized before he gave it to me. It needed to be resized again and they allowed me to get the second one done for free, even though it was my mistake. And got it back to me in less than a week! Very thankful and highly recommend!

This place is terrible. My gf broke her necklace a couple months ago and I took it here to get it fixed. Not only did they not fix the necklace right, but they also took a whole month and charged me $30 to solder a ring. A couple days ago my gf broke her necklace again and needed re soldered so we took it to Gold & Diamonds Inc. and they fixed it right in front of us in 10 minutes, and cleaned it for only $10. They also fixed Lambert’s mistake.
Everyone was so wonderful and helpful there! If your looking for an inexpensive but quality gift, a special occasion such as a high school reunion or prom or high end quality gift this is the place to go. It is also a plus when they support the community in many ways...Thank you Lambert Jewelers!
I have been in this jewelers a few times since moving to Marysville, beautiful store and jewelry, not good on cleaning jewelry. I went in the other day to have my wedding rings cleaned, now when I say cleaned I am assuming the whole ring would be cleaned. All they cleaned were the stones. I am expecting a huge sparkle to come back at me and was very disappointed in them as I thought a better clean could have happened. The stones didnt even sparkle. So with that being said Ill travel a little farther to go somewhere where they will clean the whole ring and including the stones, then I will have the sparkle I want.
I was just there to get some jewelry cleaned and the ladies were very patient and kind. So glad i went. They were honest with me and i found it remarkable. I will definitely take my daughter there for her first big purchase.

So I had my ring sized at Lambert’s jewelry last month. When I went to pick it up I was sure they’d made a mistake. I swore the rings they’d show’d me were too nice to be mine. I cried when I realized I was wrong. They cleaned them and they’re gorgeous and they’re mine.

I had always used Lamberts ever since moving to Marysville 10 years ago. I had brought repairs here, as well as purchasing new and estate pieces. A couple of years ago, a dear friend of mine had stopped in to ask for a donation for a fundraiser we were holding for a scholarship to honor her son she had lost. She was treated terribly. It wasnt the fact that Lamberts chose not to donate, it was how she was talked to. Ever since this incident, I have used Kay Jewelers. I dont particularly like funding a corporation, but I vowed I would not spend another dime in a local business that could not treat local people decently.

I shopped around extensively (well aware of the jewelry margins) and they had a fantastic price for the quality of diamond and ring. Before we walked into Lambert Jewelers i went to a more high end jeweler and with about 8 sales people on the floor no-one said anything to me so after about 5 minutes we left. So i then got on 104.9 the river recommended business page and found Lambert Jewelers. So i decided to take a drive to Marysville. I kid you not my wife and i were in the door not even 3 seconds literally and this very nice and pleasant lady Gail greeted us. She was absolutely wonderful she made us feel right at home not once did she make us feel unwanted or try to push us out the door to get a quick sale, but instead she was beyond patient she was so interested in hearing my wifes needs and concerns before giving my wife anything to look at. She showed my wife and i every ring they had that my wife drew of interest too. She probably talked and chatted with us for about 30 minutes before we had decided on the perfect ring. Not to mention Mrs Lambert what an amazing lady to speak with she was so pleasant to be around. She also took the time to get to know us and what we were interested in. For someone who has never been in that setting before and didnt know what to expect, the ladies that work in this facility are absolutely amazing. It was definitely an experience like none other i will go back again and aging without question. Absolutely terrific service thanks ladies.

Went in for a watch battery replacement. Got it done on the spot, and was pleased. I should have examined the watch more carefully, because the next day when I went to put the watch on I saw that the waterproofing gasket was sticking out the sides of the watch back in multiple places. Could not have been more obvious, dont know how I missed it. Also, the pin attaching the strap to the watch was mangled and the first link was not crimped over the watch back properly.Two days later, I brought the watch back to have it fixed. The guy behind the counter saw the gasket and and strap and politely promised to fix them. When I came back for the watch later, they had fixed the gasket but not the strap. I gave it back for the guy to repair the strap, and he took it to the back room again. Less than a minute later, the repair man came out to talk to me.Immediately after telling me how Seikos are cheap and that the gaskets practically always have to be replaced (whatever that means), he then proceeded to accuse me of bringing in the watch strap already damaged, stating that the person who changed the battery (wasnt even him) has over 30 years of experience, stating she wouldnt have damaged the strap. Of course, this is the same lady who had so badly and obviously damaged the gasket that it had to be replaced.I understand mistakes are made; if theyre corrected, its alright. This man took no responsibility for the shops mistakes, did not apologize even about the gasket, put down my watch by calling it cheap, and accused me of having brought my watch in already broken.Humiliating and infuriating. I will never step foot in this place again.
After a month of wearing my engagement ring, one of the 4 prongs that hold the main diamond was starting to catch my hair. I took it in to Lambert’s since we purchased it there and they took it in for repair. I returned to pick up my ring a few days later and I noticed on my way to work the damage they caused. They had pinched shut one of the inside shoulders. I called immediately and followed up with an email when I got to work on 08/13 and they asked to have it brought back in for repair. I stopped at two different jewelers in Dublin and both said the center diamond was crooked and that the ring would probably need to be replaced due to the type and location of the damage, fixing it would not get it back to the original state. I stopped by on 08/14 so they could see the damage, in which they denied seeing any at all. After directly pointing it out, they did everything except specifically say that I caused the damage to my ring. I returned the ring to them on 08/19 for their first attempt at fixing the damage they caused. Upon pickup a week later, they had done even more damage to the ring, pinching both inside shoulders and creating several gashes to the setting and head of the ring. We had to go as far as to take pictures of the ring under the microscope so we could ensure they were looking at the same damage caused because they would not openly say what was wrong with it, as if I hadn’t noticed everything, they never would have said anything about it. Jayne wrote a list of repairs and stated they would send the ring back to the designer, ASHI, and have them compare and repair it based off of the original ring itself. We agreed, and left my ring with them for a fourth time. When it was returned, they did not send it to the designer as they had said they were, but to someone else that makes repairs. They said he fixed this ring to the best of anyones ability and said we cant do any more work on this ring.Now we are shopping for our wedding bands and each jeweler we’ve taken it to can still see the damage. The inside shoulders are still flawed and you can see where the tools they used have scratched the platinum on the outside shoulders. Lamberts refuses to replace the ring.Its sad a local place would treat people like this, but I recommend anywhere else over here.

Had my wifes wedding ring fixed because the band had broken. They soldered the band and it looked fine until it broke in the same spot 2 weeks later. When I returned, they insisted that she had snagged the band even though she hadnt and thats why it broke again. I was told that I would have to pay the same price to have it repaired again. I will not be returning.

2022-03-09Picked up our wedding rings and a grandmother’s ring that Lambert Jewelers did some repair and refinishing work on for us. We couldn’t be happier! Our wedding rings look better than the day we married 38 years ago! And I’m finally confident that I can wear my grandmother’s heirloom ring that she passed on to me years ago and none of the stones will be lost! 2022-06-16I am overjoyed with the service and custom design work from Lambert Jewelers.I inherited a rather large nugget ring from my mother. It was too big for the size of my fingers and I stressed over how to honor the piece given to me, but turn it into something I could wear and enjoy. Lambert’s in-house jeweler (artist) listened to my thoughts and ideas. I was hoping to have a heart shaped pendant created without changing the integrity of the original piece. She create EXACTLY what I imagined/described, kept the raw organic shape of the ring and turned it into a heart pendant that will become a cherished keepsake to hand down to my daughter. 2022-09-20My mother in law passed away and left me a ruby and diamond cocktail ring. I knew I would never wear it. I took it to Lambert’s and they helped me design 4 rings, one for myself and for our 3 daughters, from the gold and stones from her ring. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. The team at Lambert’s went above and beyond to make sure these rings were perfect.

2022-05-24I took a ring in that belonged to my late husband to have it cleaned so I could pass it on to my grandson. The ring was amazing when I got it back. So pleased with the way it turned out. Also the ring was ready a week before promised. I was able to give to my grandson at my husband’s Celebration of Life. Thank you Lamberts!!

2022-08-28I went to Lambert Jewlers to have my engagement and wedding rings repaired and welded together. Communication was frequent during the process and the work was completed ahead of schedule. Carly ensured that my rings were exactly the way I wanted them before they were returned to me. Trusting someone with your jewelry is not easy, which is why Id recommend going to Lamberts for repairs.

2022-07-09Took a mens pinkie ring in to be resized and an analog watch in for repair. I was told it would be $90 to resize the ring; they made the band so thin that I now risk breaking it just by wearing it. They resized it, and charged me $90, but failed to inform me that it would be an additional $400-$500 to add enough gold to thicken the band enough that I could wear my ring without fear of breaking it. My ring is essentially in worse condition than it was before I took it in. As for the analog watch; it was originally a $60 watch, and had stopped working after 20 years. I was told it would cost $50 to send it out for inspection, and part of the $50 would also be applied towards the final cost of repairs. It had sentimental value so I was willing to have it sent in. 3 weeks later Im told it would cost an additional $120 to do the actual repairs. So it cost $170 to fix a $60 watch? 🤔 At that point Im either out the initial $50 I paid, or have $50 of $170 already invested, so I had it fixed. It took 2 weeks longer than quoted to be finished and returned to me. Staff is polite, but intentionally withholds information unless specifically asked, for the sake of drawing you in to a process that would require more money to accomplish what you initially desired. And their prices for common services is outrageous. Shame on me for wanting to support a local business. In the future, Ill spend my money elsewhere for any jewelry-related needs.
