I just bought a car from Trenton on Saturday. I found him to be very honest and trustworthy and the price of the car was the best that I had found in the area. It was a great experience! I highly recommend going to see Trenton when you are looking for a good used car.

Took my youngest son there to look at a Saab which he bought. Nice vehicles but in our case the owner knew we were driving an hour and a half to get there, and when we arrived we waited about 2 and half hours for him to show up. Should give 1 star except the Cars were clean and at a fair price. Not that you will get a bargain but expect to pay what the vehicle you choose is worth.
Was really interested in a vehicle on the lot, took a test drive. Would of probably made an offer. However the person that was doing the sales advised me he didnt want to invest any more money into the car to provide a Car Fax. All he told me was that it was an auction car and had been sitting for a few weeks. Definitely did not seem to care if I purchased a car or not off the lot.
I stopped by Lake Auto while car shopping and was shocked at all the nice used cars that were there in my price range. Im very happy with my Camry. Trenton was helpful- check it out for yourself!
Very clean, honest, and non-pushy dealer. Took a bit to get ahold of him, but he was kind and helpful. Nice looking cars, negotiable pricing, but definitely off the beaten path. If youve got the need and the time, give em a look!

Bought a 20k truck from him he was good to deal with when I was trying to buy a truck from him and make him money but when I needed his help I got nothing. I took the truck home drove it to work and back and the engine blew now I have to pay 4 thousand just to fix it he made it sound like he would help me if something would happen to the truck in a day he refused to help me with anything wouldn’t give me car fax on it either when I asked cause it cost him $40 not happy at all with my purchase.
Owner said he would be there until 5, but wasn’t there at 4. Photos of car were edited. Car had giant dent but had “no accidents” and number was falling off. Chipped paint were fixed by white marker

Bought a jeep for my daughter that broke down with hours after driving off the lot requiring a tow. Accused me of destroying the vehicle. Offered a full refund or vehicle exchange, then reneged on the agreement and refused to speak to me saying I was hostile towards him and would only speak to my wife. I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere as this kid who runs this little lot off of Swamp Road has little integrity as a business owner and is clearly too timid to deal face-to-face with customers.
We got our utility van for our delivery and we couldn’t be happier! Drove all the way up from Columbus but totally worth it! Thank you guys so much for the great deal and experience.
Drove from a half hour away to come check out some cars and no one was there. Why would you post hours and not have anyone there during those hours? We showed up, saw no one was there so we drove around for a bit, came back and still no one. We even called, no answer.Message to the owner: Youre losing out on sales and setting a really bad reputation for yourself. Very disappointed and dont think Ill be back to try again.Extremely unprofessional.
I would highly suggest rethinking any purchases at this dealership. Friend spent 20k on a truck next day it goes Kaboom, hes being told $4,000 to repair it and this dealership wont do anything about it.... Clearly they knew this truck had issues and just wanted to pass it off on someone else. Put this ass clown out of business.. keep your money in your own pocket!!

So I found this car lot through CarGurus... I called set up an appointment for 5 p.m 8/4/2020....I drove from Pittsburgh arriving on time...initially I went up to look at a 2011 Audi... And a 2006 BMW...having 2 hours to check out two potential vehicles for which I was planning to purchase straight Cash...I was trying to move thru the process avidly... The overall selection and presentation of the lot was clean and very nice...However the customer service was lacking... He made me to feel as if though he did not take me seriously... A great deal of the time he was absent and nowhere to be found... Also I had my friends with me and he seemed to take a liking to my one friend and was more chatty with him than me, the one who was purchasing a vehicle... Overall he was okay to deal with even tho I had to ask him multiple times for a test drive (key)...at the end of the day I give him the two stars because the vehicle he sold me (even though it has extremely high mileage) is a solid vehicle for its age and was a fair deal...my advice is treat each customer no matter who they are with propper attention and respect.
Wouldnt recommend anybody to buy a car from here. I just bought a mazda 3 and there is all types of wires underneath the engine not hooked up. Wont pass e-check and every time I call him he dont answer or when he does answer I called from a different number he hangs up. Tried bringing the car back hes not there.

2022-04-21Had a very good car buying experience with Lake Auto SalesI purchased a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire that Trenton had recently purchased at auction. He was very communicative during the buying process. After purchased, Trenton noticed a noise coming from the backend of the vehicle and took it to his mechanic (local). He was unaware that the business that I work for also uses the same mechanic for commercial work. I was given the low down on the vehicle before I made my initial call to him about my interest in the vehicle. When I did call, he told me exactly what he experienced with the vehicle, what he was advised was wrong with it, and expectations on its repair time before he got it back on the lot. Used car sales are a mixed bag normally, so the honesty box was checked with me immediately and put me at ease.Once he received the vehicle back, I was able to test drive and complete purchase.Please be patient if you are trying to test drive a vehicle or ask Trenton questions. He is the only one onsite normally, so things can get a little hectic if multiple customers are at the lot. If youre lucky, youll get a chance to speak with Trentons mother who sometimes watches over things for him. She is a great person to talk to if you have a minute!

2021-04-05Whoever is leaving TERRIBLE reviews for this man is WRONG. He gives you space to look over the vehicles & test drive them. Answered every question we asked 100% honestly. He even went above & beyond for me as far as the air conditioning after the fact. He is 100% forward the cars are AS IS! Yes it took a few times to get him to answer because the signal is terrible out there! However the whole experience was exceptionally great conpared to other pushy dealerships! Almost a year & our high milage Nissan Altima is running GREAT! We didnt even have to wait around to get the sale & paperwork done it was awesome! Thank you!

2021-03-20I bought a car form this car lot about 5 years ago. The car had a blown head gasket from the time I bought it. I take part of the blame for no inspecting it better. I was young, but they had no business selling me that piece of junk. 1300.00 dollars on top of the purchase price. I’m currently looking for a new car and this lot came up and reminded me of the horrible experience I had with themes
