Here is my experience..I ordered a recliner in February and was advised I would have it by end of June. Checked with the Mentor store 2 times prior to end of June and was advised still on time. Checked a 3rd time after original delivery date passed and was told it moved to mid October. ( If someone would have called me prior and communicated this to me, I would have been more understanding due to the state of the world.)A few days later the store called and offered me an upgrade and said it would be about 6-8 weeks for delivery. I followed up at the 6 week point and was told all was on schedule. Followed up at the 8 week point and was now told my upgraded chair was now out to the end of October. At this time I contacted corporate and the regional manager did follow up and apologized for the excessive lead time and said hed follow up when it was built...and he did. At that time I confirmed color, style, handle option and head rest and arm covers and he confirmed all was good.Chair delivered October 30th and had 1 imperfection, the upgraded handle however no head rest cover and no arm covers. The delivery driver contacted the store manager who said the option for covers wasnt available on leather recliners (which was never mentioned prior) and hed call me later... which he didnt.Lazyboy quality just is not as good as it once was and customer service was nonexistent but of course they were more than happy to take my order/money.There really needs to be a better system on following up proactively with their customers. This whole lack of communication for 8 months was beyond frustrating.
Vincent was very patient and helpful with us asking about different couch layouts, prices, and fabrics. We were indecisive and there two days this weekend and he continued to help, quote new layouts and work with us. We were happy having his help and feedback and didn’t feel pressured to buy or stalked around the store like we have at other furniture shops. Store was clean with great arrangements and lots of options!
I recently looked at recliners at La-Z-Boy in Mentor, Ohio. Gage was the salesman who helped me on 2 different occasions. He was very helpful, answering all of my questions and helping me find the perfect chairs for my living room. I was not an easy customer and he went above and beyond to help me out! I will definitely consider La-Z-Boy due my next purchase!
Love this store and salesperson.Absolutely zero pressure. Salesperson interduced her self then explained the store . Then we went through the storeask her questions and were given prompt responses.After we decided on a purchase she wasvery professional and we were on our way. Appreciate this kind of service.
Vincent and Samantha were wonderful. Vincent was very patient as we were trying to decide what we wanted and Samantha helped us design the look we wanted in her computer which honestly was a major selling point for us.Although it took longer than we thought, when our recliners and sofa was delivered, the delivery guys were wonderful, very respective, and made sure everything work and we knew how to operate before leaving. It may cost more than the bargain stores but quality furniture and knowledgeable staff is priceless.
Shopping for a new piece of furniture has never been easier! Sales consultant Leah H. heard my specific needs and then quickly matched me with the best pieces for me. Then she went above and beyond to help me select a fabric that coordinates well in my room where the new recliner will be. She even was able to “magically” drop the new piece into a photo of the room to show me how the piece will look. At the end of my experience, Leah explained all paperwork and answered any remaining questions. I am extremely pleased with this shopping experience.
I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the Mentor, Ohio team. Stephanie, the design consultant, was easy to collaborate with and thoughtfully listened to our needs. The design service presentation was beautiful and really allowed us to ‘see’ the end result.Buying quality furniture isn’t cheap but we have been happy with LazyBoy thus far... Now, we patiently wait for our purchase to arrive in 6-8 weeks. (To be continued...)PS... Kudos to Jake, Gage & Stephanie! They all contributed to the process. Great teamwork.
Our experience was great , we dealt with joe, not realizing we remembered him from before when I bought our recliner which I still love ..he’s a very nice guy and was very helpful and courteous and helped with a lot of questions..great job and because of him found what we were looking for
I was greeted right away when I entered the store and was given choices based on what size sectional I needed. Joe, was very attentive and showed me many different options to see if I could also find an entertainment stand. The store was very clean and their designer had so many beautiful areas set up. I even purchased the rug that was under my couch. I feel I bought a high quality couch and wool rug for a great price within our budget. If you havent check out Lazy Boy I highly recommend you do. Joe will treat you right, and they also have a free design service.
I bought 2 recliners from Lazy boy whose chairs are the best. Leah was our sales person who very nice and informative and helped me find the chairs and price I was looking for. I was also able to finance these chairs which enabled me to buy two. I highly recommend the Lazy boy recliners because they are very well made, sturdy, comfortable, and have many designs and colors/fabrics to choose from.
I was on the hunt for a comfortable yet sturdy sofa made in the USA and I found one. I was at the Lazy Boy store in Mentor Ohio for hours sitting on every sofa several times. They were great about disinfecting during this COVID outbreak. The sales staff, both Gage and Zach were very helpful and didn’t pressure me at all but were never far away. I appreciate the excellent customer service I received and I will share my praises to family and friends alike! Thank you for a great shopping experience. Lazy Boy brand speaks for itself! Great quality and lifetime warranty. I shall return!
So far so good! Great warranty , friendly , helpful staff and a great selection of fabric . A little surprised there isn’t a wall hugger, high leg recliner but found a recliner and fabric we like. Hopefully it comes in a timely manner given the pandemic. Our last lazy boy chair lasted twenty years so hope this one is just as dependable. Can’t give it a 5 star since I don’t have it yet
If I could give zero stars I would. Their products simply do not hold up. Inferior construction coupled with horrible customer service. Lay Z Boy today is not the same company, nor the same product quality it was 30 years ago. There is no advantage to buying this brand. Sorry to say, but unfortunately, true. My 7 year old, $2,000 recliner is falling apart. Yes, the frame is covered under warranty. But, the warranty only covers parts and the labor quoted by their Lazy Boy repair guy is more than $300. That doesnt bother me as much as the fact that the seat foam is worn out and needs replaced. Lazy Boy refuses to sell (to me or the repair guy) the part. Yes, refuses to sell it. Clearly a ploy to force me to purchase a new chair. Good bye Lazy Boy. I will be purchasing a new leather recliner, but certainly not from you.
The people were nice and courteous. The chair was delivered within the time frame promised.They offered me payment 50/50, 50% down, 50% upon delivery. Then called a week before the delivery the collect the 2nd payment 50% payment which left the complete balance on my card within the same month. I found that frustrating, as I had intended to have the payment across two billing cycles.AND just so happens the very next week was a big sale, and the very same chair was on Wayfair for $50 less and Free delivery.Next time I will shop around a bit more.
Lea was Great, she is very knowledgeable & went through the options, answered all our questionsso we could choose the best recliner for our moms needs. Very patient through the process. We chose the rocker recliner with massage & heat. Our mom will be so excited. Thank you!!
I don’t usually leave reviews but my experience at Lay-z-Boy in Mentor requires one. The Salesman Vincent was fantastic, very knowledge, and most of all patient as I sat in quite a few recliners before making up my mind. I had visited a few stores and the quality here was much better than elsewhere. The mgr Joe and the other mgr( sorry ) were very helpful.
I have never purchased furniture from here before, but have always bought high end quality furniture. I highly recommend the Mentor LaZBoy store (all negotiating is not the same at each store, I know) I really did my homework, when shopping for my sectional... and could not be more pleased!! Everything from the beginning of my purchase, to the end, with the delivery guys was such smooth sailing and everything was in, in just a few weeks! They have their own warehouse, with lots of inventory ... unlike everywhere else telling me 12+ weeks of wait time due to COVID. 🙂
Great experience and a beautiful furniture store. Amy, our Sales Representative, was very friendly, helpful with all of our questions, and very knowledgeable and accommodating to the specific style and color we were looking for. I was extremely impressed with the other employees as well, and how much teamwork was involved to make our shopping experience so pleasant. I would highly recommend La-Z-Boy Furniture to any of my family, friends or anyone who is looking for quality furniture, good prices while being surrounded by extremely pleasant employees.
Wanted to drop a short review of my Fiancé’s and my experience at the local Lazy Boy store in Mentor Ohio.While we initially went in just planning to look around, we found a chair that my Fiancé really liked and while she was perusing the store, also found a great leather sectional that we both liked.Kudos need to go out here to our salesman Vince Withrow. Knowledgeable and considerate. Did not hover over us just greeted us and let us know if we needed him he was there. Just really dislike the pressure of a hovering salesperson. You know, if you find something you like, you’ll let them know. Well we did and Mr Withrow made it a great experience. Also love the fact that the furniture in made in America.Have some other Lazy Boy furniture and have been very pleased. Highly recommend!!
I was very impressed with salesperson Stephanie C. She was friendly, outgoing very personable, even when I said I was just looking, not buying at that time. Im a very short person so not much fits me in recliners. She kept searching for a good fit for me, she found the perfect chair for me. I still wanted to shop around, but because of the great fit and a very nice salesperson I came back that same day to buy the recliner. Thanks Stefanie!
Thank you Vince and the female designer (sorry I don’t remember your name) who assisted me with choosing colors and designs to fit my needs for updating my livingroom furniture. Vince did a fine job showing me the differences in sofa bed mattresses and explaining the workmanship of Lazy Boy products. I was highly satisfied with their assistance. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. Mentor Store very clean and nicely set up.
Stephanie, the designer, came to our house, she was punctual, very polite, and gave us suggestions, and helped us in every way possible with the selection of fabrics and styles for our Great room furniture. Later on, we went back to the store, she got everything together, showed us on the screen how our layout would be, and we made our purchase. We are very happy.
I bought several items on clearance that were a great deal and helped meet my budget. The staff were friendly and welcoming and explained the making of the products. The quality of the products are impeccable and when people say your furniture is expensive, I can explain they are made of solid wood and you get what you pay for. The associates not only helped me make a purchase but they helped me with my decor as well. I am beyond satisfied and pleased with my experience at La Z Boy
I was greeted by Amy with a handshake and a smile. She asked a few questions about what I was looking for and then directed me to the section in the store with the recliner’s. Amy was very knowledgeable about the company and the product. She also stepped away and left me to look at the different recliners at my own leisure. When she came to check on me we discussed what makes La-Z-Boy better than the competitors and the warranties available. At this point I was ready to buy and I took the floor model home with me. Amy and her colleague to help me load it in my SUV and I was off very satisfied. Now that the recliner is home I am confident that I made a great investment. I would highly suggest stopping in to see Amy if you have any plans to upgrade or replace your furniture.
When one thinks La-Z-Boy perhaps only recliners comes to mind; however, the company (La-Z-Boy) has become a master of furniture a many. We came into the store (Mentor, OH) expecting them to have limited selections for loveseats, but we were wrong. They have all types of furniture and the selection was varied enough to suit almost any taste and the quality was (is) superb. We worked with Joe and Stephanie the manager and designer respectively. Joe knew exactly how to provide support for us while we searched for what suited us by answering questions and providing direction, while at the same time allowing enough space for us not to feel too pressured. Stephanie helped us pick out fabrics we were desiring (you can put any fabric they have on any piece of furniture). They possess more fabrics than one could shake a stick at! He (Joe) recommended Stephanie to come out to our house to take measurements and pictures to make sure our design/colors fit our room, we obliged. We are glad we did! At our next meeting (post measurements/pictures) we saw the layout of our design superimposed on our room. The computer layout helped put our minds at ease. We ended up purchasing four items of furniture all of which are backed by lifetime warranties and are dangerously comfortable. It was the single greatest sales experience we have both had. Thank you!
Worked with Joe in the Mentor Oh location. He was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. A real pleasure! Cant say enough about his customer service. We purchased a recliner. It was important for me to buy the right one since I sleep in it due to sleep apnea issues. We never felt rushed or like he was trying to hard close us. We will be back when we decide to buy a couch, love seat and chair for the living room. A great experience! Thanks Joe! 7/4/18 Update. Chair leans to far back. Had a guy come to fix it. He couldnt. Said he had to order different springs. Had to call him to find out what was going on 8 weeks later. They came in. I work 45 minutes from home so the only time I am available is on Saturdays. Seems they do not work on Saturdays during the summer so I had to wait 2 months for an appointment after waiting 2 months to get the springs. Not happy at all with their post sales service. I spent $1200 on a recliner that I cant recline in all the way because it flipped over once already. Good sales people does not equal good service it seems. Very disappointed! Will never shop there again! Dropped it to 1 star.
Gage was great to work with. He didnt hover or create a high-pressure sales situation. He had great ideas of recliners to try out and knew answers to questions or where to look things up. He was friendly and helpful in working out different features and how that affected pricing. The store itself was very clean and had lots of hand sanitizer throughout. All employees were wearing masks. The store was air conditioned, which made shopping in a mask less harsh in summer heat. Definitely recommend this store!
We bought two couches and a recliner from Stephani. She was extremely knowledgeable and let us look at different items in the showroom without following us around the entire time. She was available to answer any questions we had but didn’t hover, that was great! One thing I noticed is they charged us $40 for a pet care kit that she told us was included in the 5 year protection plan. Wouldn’t have paid 40 for it if I noticed. Other than than we are satisfied

After we gave her the specific criteria of the item we were looking for, she led us to appropriate options quite efficiently. She answered all of our questions, and provided all the information we needed to make a confident decision. We look forward to the quality of the recliner sofa we purchased, and are pleased with the Black Friday discount and 0% financing.
Our salesman was amazing !!! He took his time over the course of a few days with us - he explained everything and answered every question we had completely ! We felt no pressure and completely comfortable in our decisions . He is an excellent salesman - we will be back for more furniture in the future only if he is able to take care of us. Thank you ! This was my first time looking at Lazy Boy furniture and it was a bit overwhelming. I had selected some things on line to see in the store and when I got there I was directed right to it! Nice thing too, was being left alone without having a shadow. The young lady helped me with color selections and the transaction was very smooth. Would definitely recommend!!
Jennifer at the Mentor Lazboy was my Sales associate. She was helpful and professional. She helped me to make the right decision and I’m enjoying my new recliner as I type this. The store was very neat and had a large selection, and the prices were reasonable. Overall it was a great shopping experience.
Shopped at the La-z-y Boy store in mentor Ohio yesterday. Very nice staff. I was told they deliver on Thursdays to my area. I paid 2,299.00 for the furniture I bought and it cannot be delivered for 3 weeks. Its one hour away. Paid 129. for two items to be delivered, I think they can do a little better than that especially if Im paying them $129. So Im not real pleased. If I had a truck I would get it myself. Kind of ridiculous to wait that long when its just sitting there. Still need a couple of recliners, coffee table,end tables, area rug, pillows and lamps. Not sure where to look.🤷☹️
Vincent was our salesman - VERY professional, courteous, personable, and most helpful! He listens attentively to what furniture you are looking for, and is considerate of your desired spending range. Vincent showed us several options, and when we stated we wanted to look around at other places, did give us a polite (follow-up) call to see if we were still looking for furniture, which was the reason we returned and ultimately made a purchase at La-Z-Boy through him. He is a no pressure kind of salesman, which is what we prefer, and after pointing us in the right direction, he leaves you to look on your own, returning periodically to answer any questions you might have. We recently purchased a complete living room furniture set from La-Z-Boy in Mentor, Ohio. The sales staff (Gene and Rachel) worked with us from start to Finnish over the consecutive two day process. They both were very knowledgeable about the La-Z-Boy products and available options. Their professional service included a visit to our home to help with the selection of colors and patterns for our furniture. We had visited two other major show rooms and never had the level of dedicated support as what we found with the La-Z-Boy staff. I would recommend them to anybody looking for quality furniture and service. Our customer made furniture will arrive in a reasonable time, from US based manufacturing.

The sales person was extremely personable and not salesy. He saw that my husband and I were expecting a baby soon and showed us which recliners would work best for holding a baby in. He asked us what our price range was and did not show us anything above it. It was a very easy process.

No pushy sales, listened to my concerns and questions and genuinely cared about the comfort of my mother who I was purchasing the chair for. Really appreciate dealing with a salesperson like Gene who respects that I’ve done my research, know what I want and works to get me exactly that without any pressure or up selling. Having an easy experience at a store like this just makes me enjoy my purchase so much more. And I’m more inclined to come back here for my next furniture purchase than anywhere else now. I was fortunate to have Amy assist me with my purchase of a sleeper sofa and recliner today. She spent a considerable amount of time showing me different pieces of furniture and fabrics, making sure I was comfortable with each decision...all with a smile on her face. My experience at La-Z-Boy Furniture in Mentor was the best.
Buying of the couch was a fair experience. The pricing disclosure with regards to fabric choice was frustrating and felt condesendending and manipulative. I don’t mind that different fabrics are different coats but why not group or label them as so. As a consumer it is important for me to stay within my own budget restraints but I felt unable to know which fabrics allowed me to do that.We expected delivery of our two pieces of furniture shortly after the stay at home orders went into place. We are completely understanding that this would delay delivery. But we received ZERO communication from Lazyboy about this. Certainly an employee would contact current customers about major disruptions in delivery? Nope. Nothing.When business reopened I called your store and only then was delivery scheduled.At that point only one of two pieces was delivered. I called the store and then they realized thatone piece was still at the store and was not sent for treatment and delivery. So they then rescheduled delivery of the second piece.I am very sympathetic to complications that result from mandatory stay at home order. But I don’t think reasonable communication between the local office and a customer should be disrupted completely.Lazyboy occcassionally offers free delivery. We did not receive that. We paid in full for delivery. We are still waiting for delivery of the second piece.
Spent considerable time with me; was extremely patient; knowdledgeable. Good selection of furniture and love the program used to see if the furniture selected fits in the space. Love the ability to make couch more firm with different cushion foam.Was a bit disappointed that few couches have a tight back, the vast majority are soft back cushions sewn to the back. Overall a great experience
My husband and I had an excellent experience at LA-Z-BOY in Mentor, OH. The salesperson, Jen, and custom designer, Rachel, were extremely helpful. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They took a lot of time with us, never pushy. We purchased furniture and accessories. We highly recommend LA-Z-BOY in Mentor.
We walked into the store and were almost immediately greeted. The woman who greeted us courteously answered our questions and showed us the product which would best suit our needs. She knowledgeablely gave us our options and told us the advantages of each option. We felt confident that we had made the best choice for us.
Purchased a Laz-Z-Boy recliner chair from the Mentor store. Loved the fabric that we picked out but was concerned about the durability. They assured me that the fabric was sturdy and that I should not worry because there was a 10 year guarantee. Less than 3 years after purchase BOTH the Mentor store & Serve Co denied to do anything about the fabric cracking and said it was normal wear and tear. Serve Co wanted to charge me $100 just to come inspect the damage.La-Z-Boy you are resting on your laurels and your good name.Youve lost a customer!
Recently I was in need of a new recliner in a hurry I went to the Mentor Store.A recent medical situation had limited me to sleeping on a recliner on the first floor. My current recliner broke that day. I was greeted by a salesperson that had no product knowledge at all, not even knowing where the piece of furniture I was buying was located in the store. ( a non rocking recliner). After painfully hobbling around the store we finally picked out one we wanted. Prior to the purchase I asked how long before we could get delivery. I was told a few days. After the completion of the sale, of which this 3 month employee still did not know how to complete the transaction, I was told that it would be 10 days before the chair could be delivered. I live 4 mile from the store. It was explained to me that the chair would first go to Columbus and then shipped back. at a cost of $79.00.I got a friend to pick up the chair the next day for me. Lazy Boy would not wrap the chair for me, nor even put the chair on the loading dock. There was no warranty paper work handed to me.Time will tell if the product is good, but Ill never go back there again.
I went in to the Mentor store looking for a red leather reclining sectional sofa. Gene was waiting at the front door when I entered. He showed me all sorts of sofas and went thru the process of pricing things out. The sofa we were looking at was on sale for $2400.00 on their web site. Rachel pulled it up online while we were waiting. I expected the price to increase with leather. In fact, he told me it would probably double the price—and I did not pick out the high priced leather. 30 minutes later when Gene was done pricing (and wasting my time) he came back with a price of $12, 098.00. Don’t ask me how just under 2500 became just over 12k. When I told him that there is no way I would ever pay that much for a piece of furniture he became nasty and insulting. I have priced basically the same piece of furniture at other high end, local family owned furniture stores in our area and the highest price was $6993.00. Yes the price at LazyBoy is appalling, but the way Gene turned on me is unacceptable behavior
We had a horrible experience with customer support and would not buy another product via La-Z-Boy website. The support staff is not well trained to know how to deal with any issues related to purchase. Communications with the customer were non-existent and always relied on the customer to make multiple call backs to understand status. Many of those calls were fruitless as the person on the phone did not understand who was responsible for resolution. Very frustrating.
I purchased a recliner from the La Z Boy showroom in Mentor Ohio. The salesman told me that the chair is leather. After delivery I discovered that the chair is in fact a composite man made material. After speaking to almost everyone who works in this store, the salesman said that he would order the chair in leather. When the replacement chair arrived at the store I received a call from another person who works in the store. She stated that she would like to set up a delivery time. Oh, and by the way, there is $350.00 due upon delivery.Well, like almost every other large company nowadays, they will wear you down until you finally give up and accept the loss and chalk it up to experience. There are so many departments in this company and you will be introduced to most of them if you have any kind of problem. When you finish your phone tour of this company you will end up in the same place where you started. Is this what they mean when they say, American Made?
We spent almost $7,000 on what we were confident was top quality furniture for our living room. After a year and a half, we have a torn seat cushion, faded upholstery, and a button on one of the cushion backs is hanging off by a 8 string.We purchased the extended warranty but that doesnt help. The extended warranty people (which la-z-boy contracts out) wont return my calls. For two months now, the store manager has been telling us over and over how sorry she is about their lack of response. She has left them multiple messages there is nothing she can do.There are plenty of places to buy poor quality furniture and receive absolutely zero customer service for a much better price.
Ive had my recliner for just over a year. The OSB frame started coming apart. Its held together by staples. Terrible quality for a 1200.00 recliner. You would expect a quality piece of furniture to use brackets, screws, and glue. Even the number of staples that they used are few in number. I added brackets and glue to try and reinforce the frame.It also squeaked like crazy when fully reclined due to scraping metal in the recliner system. When it was fully extended, whenever I would breathe (no exaggerating) it would squeak. I sanded down the metal that was causing the problem and that seemed to fix it.I dont make it a habit to write reviews. When I do, its usually to praise someone or a company,( that being said, Joe at the Mentor store is a good guy and was very helpful. Thats the shining star in this review.) Anyway, I just wanted to let those that are looking for a recliner know. Id advise you to shop carefully and do your homework. 😉
Stephani in Design Center designed a beautiful living room to configure to a unique floor plan in my home, and I Ioved her design. La-Z-Boy gave me some great pricing for my large purchase of living room furniture and area rug. I would recommend to friends and family, and would buy from La-Z-Boy again.
This was the first time we purchased from La-z-boy and I have to say our experience was exceptional. I was most impressed with delivery. They called in advance and came at the time stated. Though I wish I remembered the names of the two men, but I cannot remember. They were professional, curtious, knowlegable, and they treated us and our home with great respect. So thank you, and we will definetly will choose La-Z-boy again!
I have always been told La-Z-boy is wonderful. Well not so much in my opinion. We have had the chair about 1 1/2 months and the foot stool is already hung up or broken. I have called their comfort care dept and been on hold for 10-15mins at a time. The service tech was to call us back on Friday or Monday at the latest. We still have not heard from him.Not happy with this company at all.
Greeted and helped promptly by Gene who helped me select a recliner suitable for a taller person both with regards to a higher back and headrest in conjunction with enough length for comfortable leg support.Saved me the effort of having to figure out which of the myriad of recliners available would even be likely to come closest to what I needed, so I recommend his assistance and efforts.
We wish to thank Jennifer, Victoria and the rest of the sales staff at Lazy boy in Mentor for their time and attention to helping us select chairs for our family room. I purchased a reclining sofa from Lazboy on March 15, 2014 and was told it would be delivered in 6-8 weeks. A few weeks before the 8 weeks was up my daughter was in the store and they told her, it would not be delivered until July. I had to call the store to find out what the problem was, it appeared there was no problem and now it was back to sometime in June (I think because I was upset). Last week they called and said it would be here sometime the week of May 25. I called this morning to see when it would be delivered and they said it is now scheduled for June 15. I love the 2 Lazboy chairs we have and was so looking forward to this reclining sofa. However, after all this, I called the main office for Lazboy this morning and asked to cancel my order. It appears I cannot do that so I promised to tell everyone who would stand still long enough about their customer service. IT STINKS. I take beads off wedding gowns and put them back on so I consider myself a fairly patient person - but this is totally ridiculous.
Never Buy From La-z-boy Again ,Problem With There Product From The First Week Bought About $7000.00 worth Of Furniture And Half Of It ,We Have Had Problems, Now One YearLater ,Want To Charge For A Service Call Which Is Still Bad From The First Week, Go To Fish Furniture Or Levins For Great Service.

2022-04-22Placed an order for a complete living room set. It took 10 months to receive my set. Delivery was scheduled and then the delivery company had the wrong city. I called to change to the right city but the delivery company didnt receive the information. We had to call the store to reschedule. The regional manager tried to arrange the delivery as soon as possible. A week later, I have my living room set. It is beautiful and was worth the wait!

2022-01-01Our sales person was very helpful in showing us the various recliners that fit all of our requirements. He then went on to explain the differences as we refined our choices. In all it was a great experience. We have had it a month and enjoy it every evening ( and sometimes during the day.

2022-02-02Nice folks, I have a great chair. They tell you the product has a lifetime warranty/guaranty. What they dont tell you its 100.00 per visit to come out and look at the chair if there is an issue. I paid almost as much for one chair here as I did for my couch and loveseat combination. The 100.00 price tag was a few years back, could be a higher tab now. Great chair but I wont buy anything from them again.Just looked at a few reviews, apparently Im not the only one experiencing lousy customer service.

2022-06-26We bought a chair and ottoman and also a couch from here 18 months ago in January of 2021. The sofa was a floor model because as we all know waiting on furniture during Covid was a nightmare. After getting the items home we realized that the sofa was defective. It took some time for the store to respond when we brought it to their attention. Finally a couple of months later a tech came out and said they would order the pieces. A few months later the one piece was replaced but the other piece needed reordered because it too was defective. Again a tech came out and said this time it would be ordered. Now 4 months later they had forgotten us and when I called they said the case was closed and they would need to reschedule us and come out again to see what piece we need, and we are still waiting.Bottom line is that after spending $5000 we feel very dissatisfied!!!

2022-01-18Terry the salesman showed me different styles of recliners and explained the difference between them. That narrowed me down to two styles of recliners. I purchased the one I was most comfortable in. Terry the salesman made the purchase very easy. I am very happy with the quality of Lazy boy furniture and the price. Lazy boy products are very durable and that is why I keep purchasing them.

2021-07-09I spent $9,500 on a sectional and matching chair with $900 spent for a 5-year extended warranty. After 16 months there is a rip in the chair cushion seam and the chaise cushions, which I upgraded and paid extra for, have not held their shape. I tried to file a warranty claim and just received a denial letter saying this damage is not covered. When I purchased the extended warranty (for $900) I was told that any damage to the furniture would be covered. Beware of what Stephanie tells you—clearly I was lied to about this warranty and the substandard quality of this furniture. I’m ready now to purchase furniture for 2 other room and will not be returning here to do so.

Had the good fortune of working with Michelle Wallace, who is probably one of the nicest and most competent sales reps I’ve ever worked with. She made the whole purchasing experience a pleasure. Can’t wait for our chair!

2022-01-04There is ZERO customer service after the sale. This is the 4th month we have been trying to get warranty work done on our overpriced recliner and noone will come out or even answer the phone. If you call the store they will advise they cant help you call corporate. Do yourself a favor and keep shopping! I bet Big lots would be a better option!
