Purchased a chair in December from what I was told was existing stock. Sales person indicated the chair would be delivered at the end of March. When contacting the store to inquire about delivery, a sales person indicated there would be a month delay but they would contact the factory later that day to get an update and get back to me. This did not happen and I called back to find out what happened. I got one sentence in before the person on the phone cut me off and gave me a lecture on staffing shortages. Afterwards, when I had a chance to explain she indicated she would call the factory and call me back. Dont appreciate being cut off mid sentence and being lectured.Update 7/117 months later still no chair. The reasons given range from missing parts to not having a driver to get from factory to warehouse. Called today to inquire and was almost immediately told not to get short with the rep. Was promised a 20% discount in April and come to find out it was never processed. Will never shop here again. Worst customer service Ive had in a long time.
Choosing a new recliner, from the great selection they have on the sales floor, was easy. Was told it would be 2 1/2 to 3 months before it would be available. When I called to check on it, I was told it would be at least another 2-3 months. After months of checking on my recliner, I was told it was still waiting on the leather. It ended up being 11 months before I received my chair. The store manager was great to work with and she checked in with me the last 3-4 months of the waiting period and she gave me an additional discount and free delivery to compensate for the extremely long wait.
My chair was ordered without difficulty and delivered when promised! But…the arms are slightly different. One arm is approx 1” higher then the other. I have called the service line multiple times with hold times 15-30 min. I have not received a call back. Each time someone did tell me I would get a return call to schedule a service member to come look at the chair. I understand there are staff shortages everywhere. Everyone has to be patient when needing a service. But, it has now been 4 days since my first of 3 calls, each time being told someone would return my call, and I have not had a return call. Lazy Boy protocol is they won’t set up a delivery date until the item is paid in full. So, they have my money. This is the only reason I give the three stars. I’m trusting Lazy Boy will make this right.
I can never remember names but the sales lady who worked with us was very professional yet relatable and she listened to what we wanted. Our experience was very good because she knew her stuff and she was able to make us understand our choices. She was great and so was the lady training. It’s nice working with extremely competent people. Also, my husband is suffering from some dementia and asks the same questions repeatedly. Our sales lady was very kind to him and answered all his repeated questions. I appreciated her attitude and patience.You need to keep her!
I had a great experience choosing a sofa and chairs with Lindsay B. at their Tuttle store. She was really helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while she showed me umpteen fabric choices. I will not hesitate to go to the Tuttle store again and work with Lindsay. #greatexperience
I was impressed with the amount of stock on the showroom floor. Delivery for my chair will be about 6 weeks. For a custom order, thats really good. Other than that, its a La-Z-Boy. Great stuff.Our sales person was new to La-Z-Boy but she worked hard at getting the answers to our questions. Great person to deal with.
Recently purchased a new recliner from Lindsay. My wife and I had great service the entire time. We ended finding a slightly lower price a couple weeks after purchase while we wait for our new chair to arrive. Called in and spoke with Debbie. She confirmed the lower and adjusted it with no questions asked. With the help of Lindsay and Debbie we will be back for future purchases for sure. Thank you!
I had a very easy and successful shopping trip at this la-z-boy store. I knew I wanted a recliner, but not specifics. Lindsey was so patient and helpful in aiding my selection, customization, and ordering the recliner to be delivered to our home. I would highly recommend la-s-boy and Lindsey in particular at this store for future needs.
The process of picking out our couch was great. Super helpful people. It took awhile for the couch to be delivered but we knew that it was going to take awhile because of covid so we were okay with that. The delivery team arrived ahead of schedule. Couch was in perfect order. High quality stuff. I have no problem going back
Love my couch but not the customer service provided. Order couch in March. It was a customized order. Was told would arrive in early July. So when July rolled around and I heard nothing from them I called. I was told that my original salesperson was no longer there and that apparently means no one flows up. They said my couch was in except for one piece. Told numerous times that they would email warehouse/shipping company for updates and call back. No one ever called back. I would have to call each time for an update. Just appears as if they are fine with telling you one thing and doing another. I finally received my couch in early August.
The sales associate was knowledgeable and nice . She did not push us and gave us time and information to allow us to find the best sofa for our house.We chose the highest quality cushions and are very happy with them.The delivery guys were excellent and professional. We will continue buying at Lazy Boy.
I loved my sales clerk she was training the day my son & I came in. She was funny and blunt where I just would look at her now in a good way. Now here is the only thing that kept me from giving you 5 stars the chair I wanted wasnt even there for me to sit in & see if I really will like it. Cant test it out until November/December. When it will arrive.
Claire was great! She was very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. When I called back a few weeks later to reschedule a delivery she immediately remembered me and quickly assisted with the change I needed. The rest of the staff there were also helpful and friendly and provided a safe and pleasant shopping experience. Would absolutely recommend this location for furniture shopping needs in Dublin.
We had to replace a lift chair on short notice. We called into the store, and the salesman was incredibly helpful. Found the exact same chair and is getting it delivered in a few days. This is the second time I have been favorably impressed by this Lazyboy gallery. The chair we had and are getting was also comfy and attractive. This is a great store.
Terrible service. I ordered two couches and a love seat with a console over 9 months ago. Ever few months they give me a call and tell me they checked with the factory again and it will be another two months. Yesterday, they called again and said it will be another 3 months. This will be about a year since I placed the order. Extremely frustrating….
Every minute was a delight. Doug welcomed me immediately. He was patient when I presented him with my list of possible chairs from online. He showed me excellent choices. Was patient even when I went back to my first choice. He took his time. I never felt rushed. It was a very nice experience. I would recommend Lazy Boy and Doug in particular. The only downside was the fact that I have to months to sit in my wonderful new chair! Lol
We purchased a recliner and loveseat with console from the Dublin, Ohio location. The salesman, Doug was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the product. He was willing to show us a variety of furniture so we could be sure we had chosen the one that was right for us. We had shopped in 3 different stores and Doug was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable of all 3 salesmen we encountered. We would definitely recommend the store and Doug to our friends.
What an amazing experience! The delivery drivers arrived when my husband and I were moving our old couch, and they immediately stepped in and helped us. They went above and beyond to help us make room for our beautiful new furniture! They were very professional, answering any questions I had.
Spent $1,400 and waited 6 months for a brand new made to order recliner. Leather is nice but the hardware is rusted and scratched up. Paid extra for a memory foam cushion and feels like a regular cushion with no memory retention. Also the back of the recliner has less padding then the store model did. Can feel the wood frame on my head.
Brenda did a great assisting us in selecting our furniture. Shannon came to our home as a design consulted. Shes amazing at helping choose accent pieces. Great experience so far. I know it will take several months to receive our furniture but its worth it. The furniture is manufactured and built in the United States.Our furniture arrived and I couldnt be happier. It is all amazing.. Love everything we ordered. I will only buy Lazy Boy in the furniture.
We purchased a double recliner with an entertainment console. The delivery was flawless. The piece is amazing, comfortable and great looking. Jessica, our salesperson, was very accommodating, as were all the folks we worked with at Lazy Boy. We’re totally happy with everything about this purchase!
I love La-z-boy furniture and my house is literally full of it. But I bought a new recliner in April, and it has quit working. It wont get serviced until February of 2022 (I bought it in April of 2021). I also bought a loveseat in January from the clearance room, and the delivery was rescheduled and I had to keep calling back. Its scheduled now for next week. Not sure what all is going on, and I do understand the service issues right now due to Covid, but this is all a disappointment.
The staff at La-Z-boy were pleasant and helpful. They provided a good balance of allowing time to look on my own, yet stepping in to answer questions when needed. The couch arrived ahead of schedule and I’m very pleased.My only concern was that on arrival it was not wrapped thoroughly. The upholstery is light colored and therefore parts of the couch was exposed to the elements. The delivery personnel had to set it briefly on my driveway in preparation to carry it into the house. Could have been disastrous. Thankfully it remained clean.
This was our first visit to La-Z-Boy as we needed a new couch. Upon arrival, we were quickly met by Chrissy even though the store was busy. She was very friendly and personable. We found Chrissy to be very knowledgeable about the details of the furniture and was able to direct us to ones that met our requirements for firmness, depth, etc. We also liked that we could pick from a wide variety of fabrics to match our colors. She was very thorough and worked with us to describe all the many details of the purchase so we were left with no lingering questions. Overall, we had a greet shopping experience with Chrissy.BPG
We had a great experience at our recent trip to La-Z-Boy! Jessica and Doug were both helpful and friendly. Both my husband and I came away talking about how great our experience was and we got a great deal on our furniture. We have several pieces of furniture that we got 10 years ago and they are still holding up. We just got rid of a couch and sectional that we got from someplace else because it wore out so quickly so we decided to go back to La-Z-Boy. I would definitely recommend stopping in at La-Z-Boy.
I am incredibly disappointed. My husband and I had finally gotten our new couch today that we ordered online and unfortunately it was not what we had expected and decided we were going to exchange it. We went to the store and were greeted by a very nice saleswoman who we had explained our situation to. She said she understood but would have her manager do the exchange process “because he was a little faster at it” than she was. We had quickly found a couch that we liked and had went over to the girl who said she would get the manager. He then comes over and tells my husband that they don’t deal with online customers and that he’s never had someone come in with our situation before. My husband explains that the website says for returns and exchanges to go to our local lazyboy store which we did. The manager then proceeds to say that he has two customers and is trying to close up and that we should just call customer service. The manager clearly did not want to help us as there were at least four workers there, two of those who were just sitting at a table where the manager had just been until the girl went to get him. We were incredibly dumbfounded at the incredibly rude interaction and left. I hope they helped those two customers, because they just lost one.
We had a very good experience shopping at the showroom where we were shown which recliners would meet our needs. We were allowed ample time to sit in as many chairs as we wished for as long as needed. Our only problem was that we were told that the recliner should be available in early December but we did not actually get it until mid-February due to problems during the pandemic. The delivery was scheduled for a time convenient for us and it arrived as promised. The delivery crew was very efficient and moved our old furniture to make room for the new chair.
We are very pleased with our La-Z-Boy experience. Our living room has lots of windows and difficult measurements but Shannon came to our house and measured, got our ideas, then came up with a perfect design. We then picked the furniture to fit along with rugs and we are thrilled. Quality is great. Thanks to all especially Shannon.
Ordered the Reese sectional on a Saturday. Got home and realized that our sales associate ordered us manual recliner on each end, but we wanted power. Called the store the next day and they corrected it with out us paying full price for power. Definitely have great customer service! Will be buying from them again in the future.
We had a great experience and felt like we made a very informed decision! The sales associate reviewed the pros and cons of the different materials and options, and there was never any pressure to upgrade.We went to the few other furniture stores in the area, but we never received anywhere the quality of experience we received at la-z-boy.In the end, we’ve order our furniture from la-z-boy and we’re looking forward to our new furniture!
La-Z-Boy on Britton Parkway is amazing. The service they bring is top notch. Amanda our sales associate gave us the time and space to look around. I would highly recommend using Shannon their interior designer. She is kind, warm and has an amazing style sense. I cant wait for our furniture.
We opted to pick up our $800+ recliner at the location. No one mentioned the chair would be bare, no box, no packaging available. We had an open trailer. The guy on the loading doc was less than helpful. If this is standard practice, customers should be made aware. I am extremely unhappy.
I am currently out of state and visited a Lazy Boy. I discovered they were having a sale. I called the store local to me to see if I could place a phone order. The manager Brenda was very good to me. She said they normally dont do phone orders but she would work with me. I had written down and taken pics of the fabric and items I wanted. We got it ordered no problem. I appreciate the great customer service I received and recommend the Dublin Ohio store! A++Rhonda M
Great service through out the design process. Shannon was so easy and helpful to work with. Love the pieces I ordered once they arrived. While they’re were delayed due to COvid, the expectation on delivery was clearly communicated when I placed my order. I was kept up to date by delivery team on their arrival. My only wish is that they were a bit more gentle in setting up the pieces. They seemed very rushed and rough. I did have to contact service on the recliner sofa mechanics issue on the first day of use so hopefully that will be resolved next week. Overall I will definitely purchase from LaZBoy again.
Ben Ehlert was friendly, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and go through all of the options he could think of to make sure that we made good decisions on our new furniture. He was even able to create a virtual simulation of our room so that we could make sure the furniture will fit.Shannon Niehaus was awesome as well, from suggesting the fabric that we chose to our in-house consultation to confirm the items will fit in our basement, very professional and friendly. As a first time home buyer, my husband and I walked into this store without a clue of what kind of couch we wanted for our new home - style, comfort, etc. After a little while browsing, Chrissy came to see if we needed help. We found one we liked but wasn’t sure about the dimensions, space, set up, etc. of room/couch we had to work with. Chrissy walked us through the different options for all of the above. She had every answer to the questions we asked, she was super patient with both of us, and she gave us personal and professional opinions - which were both extremely helpful. Her genuine spirit made our shopping experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this store considering the level of their professionalism & their sweet employees and their knowledge. I needed a reclining chair because mine was broken. I was able to come in the same day and take my new recliner home with me in less than 30 mins. I had to get one on clearance but the one I received was the exact color and size I was looking for so it was perfect. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I later made an appointment with Shannon to help with design options which was very helpful. We picked the right furniture, fabric and accent pieces. We were pleasantly surprised to negotiate a great price for the chair we wanted. No hassle purchase. We’ve had a Gibson leather Lazy Boy for 14 years and decided it was time for a new one. The quality craftsmanship and comfort is exceptional. Our only issue is the cost of the labor after one year of warranty. $125 an hour us way too high in our opinion. Neither our plumber or electrician charge that outrageous amount. We hope we never have an issue with our new chair so they never have to pay that fee.
First time shopper with La-Z-Boy galleries, but I am familiar with their products outside of recliners. The salesperson was super friendly, knowledgeable and does a great feature-benefit presentation. Ended up getting exactly what I was looking for and got a incredible deal as well.

Delivery was a breeze on a scale of 1 to 10, they deserved a 20. 10 for each of them. They were in and out in about 15 minutes. Great job Dublin Lazy Boy! Purchasing was easy. Promised delivery was a different matter. The 1st delivery (July 3rd) was a loveseat short. The loveseat was in the warehouse but due to a system issue delivery was scheduled 4 times before it actually showed up. We planned our day around a delivery that never showed up 4 times .Someone should have manually taken care of this. We finally got the rest of our order on July 30th.We will think really hard before ever shopping there again.
Our sales representative was great. He made shopping a pleasure. He was informative, explained the percentage discount, to the point we were comfortable with buying 2 recliners instead of our intended purchase of 1. He explain the delivery and what we should expect. In our many years of being together this is our 3rd purchase of furniture from Laz-y-Boy. The quality of items we have purchased in the past has been amazing. Our purchases in the past lasted 35 to 45 years. If these chairs last 20 years we will be over the moon happy.
The sales people were wonderful to work with and made us aware of a sale. We also were able to get an adjusted price when we received a letter for an additional 5% off. Our sales rep was with another customer and Amanda was great stepping in and getting us an adjusted price.
I was fortunate to have Brenda as my sales representative at the Dublin Lazy-boy store the other day. She was incredibly prepared with her product knowledge and sensitivity on allowing us the time to experience the different recliner’s. As she was providing us with wonderful service she was still able to instruct others to greet new people entering the store. She was a true professional in every sense of the word.
Absolutely LOVE our new couch! The sales rep was wonderful to work with - extremely helpful during the selection process. The delivery time was disappointing - took nearly 10 weeks and we had to continue to call in and check the status. The delivery itself was great (love that you can track it online).
Well this review is based on my experience with Rachel at the Dublin Office La-Z-Boy. She was extremely attentive. She didn’t leave my side. She listened and made sure my needs were met. If she wasn’t sure about something she asked another sales agent to make sure our needs were met. Really appreciated her service and her willingness to help. This was our very first time at La-Z-Boy furniture but Rachel made it enjoyable. Looking forward to receiving our purchases.
I was very pleased with my experience purchasing a recliner. Our salesperson was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was a bit apprehensive about shopping because of the corona virus. The store was spotless distance was maintained. Hand sterilizers were available around the store. I am looking forward to having my new recliner.
My experience was top-notch. Brenda was incredibly helpful and gave me lots of info about available in-stock options and prices, making my decision easier. The electric reclining loveseat with adjustable headrest is the most comfortable piece of furniture I have ever purchased. I felt catered to and appreciated as a customer.
I was very pleased w my experience! I did some preliminary scouting on the website, then went to the store to look at fabrics. Even though the store was extremely busy, I had multiple salespeople check on me as I browsed. The credit application process was painless, lol, & I was able to finalize my order very quickly.
Our shopping experience was great. I kept changing my mind and walked many circles in the store, my sales person never faltered and was so patient with me until I made my final decision. Im super excited to receive my furniture and update my living room. The only downside is the wait for delivery. Due to Covid 19 that wait is about 2 months.Ask me again in 5-10 years if spending all that money was worth it, lol. 😉
Our experience at La Z Boy was phenomenal. Chrissy answered all of our questions and was upfront about processing times due to Covid.Update:We were told that our order would take 12 weeks and we would receive information about shipping. It has now been 15 weeks and there is no status on our couches that were order the first week of September. Purchase your furniture elsewhere!
Mixed reactions. A little difficult to secure attention of sales rep but good service once contact was made. Principal complaint is the amount of time we must wait for our order to arrive. After the sale I find it hard to believe I agreed to 4 to 6 months. I assume the tree from which my loveseat will be made hasnt finished growing.
Doug and Shannon at the Hilliard Ohio store were such a pleasure to work with. They listened to our needs and did not pressure us into anything. Very knowledgeable and helpful. My husband and I bought a brand new living room suite and it will be delivered this weekend. We highly recommend!
This was the first and last new furniture we will have so I wanted the best which was la-Z-boy. Hannah in the show room was fantastic she didn’t hover and showed me all the options I had picked out online. It was recently delivered and the two men that got it inside were so great!! We have a older home so the doorways are narrow but they got each piece in with no problem. I’m telling everyone that will listen how wonderful la-z-boy is and they need to look at them when getting new furniture
La-Z-Boy Dublin Oh was one of the places we shopped to find a new couch. Chrissy was our salesperson and she was fantastic very thorough answered our questions and concerns. We went to another local store and planned on purchasing there but I decided to go back to La-Z-Boy and talk with Chrissy and that’s where we purchased our couch and several other pieces. Can’t wait to get them!
Brenda met us at the door. We told her we were interested in Rocker Recliners. She took us where the chairs were and left us to look at our own pace. Very much appreciated, we didnt feel pressured at all. She also showed us some end tables and we also bought one. She arranged us to pick up from warehouse. Great experience and would recommend La-Z-Boy of Dublin all day long.
David was so helpful when we came into the store to purchase a rocker. We also ended up purchasing a sofa. He explained about the quality and warranty. David was very personable and knowledgeable and offered his design services. We enjoyed working with him and will request him when we are ready to purchase more furniture.
First time to Lazy Boy in Dublin. Was helped by Chrissy L upon arrival. She took us to the recliner type of interest. Based on her through knowledge of the product line we were able to determine what was best for us in a short time. She spent several minutes working with us on a future purchase that we are still undecided about. With her help we are very satisfied and will definitely be back.
We purchased 3 new chairs. We picked in our own vehicle. I checked out the chairs before bringing them home. BUT. I had them remove backs on recliners so we could get them in our van. When we got home we couldn’t get the back on again. It will be an additional 5 weeks before they can send someone. That’s rediculous. I wished I either had them delivered or had them try to put backs on again to make sure they will be ok. Warning to really look things over.
A great chair and easy delivery experience. I especially liked the tracking website that showed where the delivery truck was- it was very accurate! The only negative feedback is that it took a very long time to receive my chair after I ordered it because the color was not it stock and had to be back ordered. The wait was almost 2 months after purchase.
My wife and I were just out looking for furniture ideas for an approaching move. We wandered in after having listened to other “pitches”. Jessica helped us reconcile our ideas and downsizing constraints.On site design assistance by Shannon assured us that LayZBoy comfort would fit nicely in our new apartment.The staff was courteous, professional and patient. Our salesperson at La-z-Boy on Britton Parkway in Dublin made our shopping experience easy, stress free as well as a great learning experience. I had lots of questions and he took time to answer all of them. He didnt try to upsell us on anything and that was a pleasant surprise. Along with 2 recliners, we also purchased 2 table lamps. When I asked about the bulb wattage he even explained the details about the new types of bulbs (LCD) and their benefits. One thing were certain of is next time were in the market for a La-A-Boy product, well ask for him. I think his name was Geoffrey. La-Z-Boy is lucky to have him represent their products.
Our salesman went above and beyond to make it possible for us to pick up our recliners the same day. When we got to the Groveport warehouse the two ladies were very nice and accommodating. The two gentlemen helped the ladies get two recliners in a 2008 mercury marquis. We made it safely home and we are very pleased with the chairs. I wish I could remember the names of the salesman and the four amazing employees at the warehouse. They all deserve recognition from there supervisors.
This is the second lift chair I have purchased from Lazyboy! I purchased the exact same chair as before except for the cloth covering which I wanted bye to no wear in over 5 years! Service is good except it takes several trips to fix! Which I understand but hard to get off work!Super sales person can’t remember your name, but great job!!!Found my duplicate chair within 2 minutes after entering store got to like that!! Highly recommend Lazyboy lift chairs if like me you need a little help getting up and when you lay back your feet are above your heart removing some of my foot pain!Mike H.
We have been long time la-z-boy customers and needed new recliners. When entering the store the prices were too high for us and we were about to leave when Doug approached us. We told him we could not afford new chairs here. He then took time to listen carefully to our needs and began to explore options that were available. He found us new recliners that would work for us, so now we are proud owners of new la-z-boy products. Thanks to Doug.
Purchased a recliner for my husband over a year ago... He was a reluctant customer yet the sales and design team were patient and positive as they navigated the murky waters of the dynamics of a new purchse for a long married couple. (code for it took several visits to get things right for his comfort /my aesthetic /our wallet). My husband still thanks me for his chair every evening when he finally sits down for the end of his day. And the friendly staff at the Dublin Store continues to make me feel welcome whenever Ive stopped back in to browse.
Aiden was very helpful and patient with me in choosing my chair. He gave me all my options and did not seem to mind my indecisiveness and worked with me until I finally decided on my perfect chair. I can’t wait to get it and snuggle with my baby on it! So excited, thank you lay z boy!
We were very pleased with the customer service experience we received while we purchased our new recliners. The staff could not have been more professional and knowledgeable. They were also kind enough to help my husband locate his missing phone in one of the recliners.
I went here to get some ideas to purchase furniture for my new home! I didnt expect to find any prices that were reasonable. But they have some items that are really worth it! Also Amanda who works there is amazing and she will help you out in any way! Beautiful store and lazy boy furniture is so so nice. But again it can be pricey.
Virginia Glover met me as I walked in the door, listened carefully to all my wants and needs in a sofa, and showed me so many acceptable selections that it was hard to choose. I loved being able to sit on all the sofas to see how they fit ME. Virginia explained all options for mechanical vs. manual reclining, showed me a wide range of fabrics and colors to cover my choice of sofa and explained various payment options. These complex choices progressed quickly and efficiently. I’m now excitedly waiting for my new purchase to be made to order and be delivered!
The salesperson, Rachel, was very helpful. She listened closely to what we were looking for and offered useful suggestions without being pushy. She answered all our questions and was patient while we were in the process of making decisions on our purchase. In summary, we happy with our experience.
Showed up 9 minutes before they closed. The manager came over to let us know the store was closing. Doug, the manager, didnt pressure us and took time to show us recliners for my wife. Ended up purchasing a recliner and instead of passing us off to another sales associate Doug took time to check us out and helped load the recliner into our car. Will be definitely going, here first, for any future furniture purchases.
It was very simple, I shopped online so I knew exactly what I wanted. When I called Benjamin was happy to assist me with my purchase. I gave him the number of the product I wanted and the color code, he entered it just as I stated and I paid. The entire process lasted less than 20 min.
The sales associate Brenda was helpful and attentative. She was very knowledgeable of the chairs and took the time to demonstrate their different features. She explained the manfacturing process and what the lifetime warranty means. I feel very confident about the chairs we purchased and that La-Z-Boy will stand behind their product.
I was concerned about shopping in this new reality of todays world but Brenda Smallwood was very reassuring and careful to follow all the guidelines. She had many choices for me to consider in my guidelines and gave me time to make my final choice. Im looking forward to delivery of my new recliner
After visiting two other furniture stores, I decided to stop into La-Z-Boy not knowing what to expect. I have always associated La-Z-Boy with recliners, and not much else. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and quality of the inventory. I ended up buying an entertainment console and book shelf, and I am still considering a few other pieces.I cannot remember her name, but I think she said she was the store manager. Anyways, she was fantastic to work with and did a great job of throwing out cool ideas and explaining all that total La-z-Boy had to offer. I will recommend La-Z-Boy to friends and family and I will be returning for future furniture needs.
Very professional Sales Associate (Renee) and In Home Designer (Hannah). They both came to our home, listened to our needs and designed a beautiful new family room for us. Will not hesitate to return and add pieces to what we purchased. Exceptional quality furniture. Store location is easy access from I-270 and near Tuttle Mall.
Staff very friendly and helpful without being pushy or intrusive. Each person who helped us was knowledgeable and helped us identify the specific type of sofa we were seeking. We had been to several other stores beforehand and this was a much more pleasant and relaxed experience. Also this occurred during a sale so prices were great.
The store was nice, and our sales personnel fine. However when our couch was delivered, one of the recliners did not work correctly. It would not go all the way back. Lazy Boy service is scheduled to come out on Thursday 10/31/19 to fix it. We will see how that goes.
The sale went quick and fast. Our couch and love seat both had issues. The mechanics fell out of the couch and wouldnt recline. It took a month and a half with 2 visits to fix it. The couch leans to one side, the foot rest is already showing wear. I was told twice they were going to reimburse me some money back and still now word. Honestly, we would have had better luck with Big Lots. I wont shop lazyboy again. Trying to get thru to the help line is crazy and having to repeat the issue over and over was annoying. So, in all Im stuck with a $2000 new couch that leans. Buyers BE WARE!UPDATE: (8-29-19) lazy boy/comfort Care emailed me and told me since my couch is leaning and not good that they will give me an in store credit for what I paid. I got these two items on sale, so I cant even exchange them.If you buy from these guys I hope you never need them. They are the WORST at their service and their word. In their email they wanted me to contact them so once again I have to go through their taped system that takes forever and start from scratch telling this story over and over.How did this company become so popular?
Wanted to purchase the Paxton sectional, but the displayed fabric was back ordered until February. The salesperson told me to pick another fabric and that there would be no difference. When I started to really look at my order and sales receipt, I realized that the sales price had increased by almost $2000 from what was originally quoted. No one took the time to explain the differences in the fabric choices. I felt that I had been taken advantage of and in return, cancelled the order altogether. This would have been my 6th purchase of Lazyboy furniture, but now I’ll be going elsewhere.
We had a really good experience shopping for our sectional couch for our newly furnished basement. We had the interior designer- Shannon- come to our house to help us pick out our couch and had other suggestions as well for area rug, ottoman, coffee tables and chairs. The whole package was way out of our price range and we could only afford getting the couch at this time and we were not pushed to buy more😀
Had a blast helping my son pick out a sectional and accessories. Ended up placing a special order and was 100% satisfied with the total experience. The staff listened and completely got into what he wanted! Great personnel, great service, great delivery and set up, and great fun!
All questions were answered. Virginia regularly checked in with us to see how we were doing when narrowing down our choices. She was informative and not pushy. She allowed us to check out different swatch fabrics for the day to see what would be best suitable for our home. We look forward to getting our recliner rocker soon!

Pleasantly surprised by the beautiful furniture available at La-Z-Boy these days! Very updated and current. Not your Grandpa’s La-Z-Boy! I wanted a recliner that didn’t look like the big over-stuffed ones of years ago. Very happy with the selection of styles and fabrics. Will definitely go back when we update our couches.
When we walked in, we were greeted but not hovered over. When we had a question Doug was right there to answer them. We arrived late in the store, but that did not seem to bother Doug. He was patient and did not rush us. He did not act like us being there after 9 was a problem at all. Doug was able to offer suggestions about the fabric. He asked about our home, to learn we have 3 small dogs and was able to offer the appropriate warranty on the fabric.
We were looking for a new recliner to replace one. Lazy Boy store was the fifth store of the day and we were not really looking forward to another experience like we had had at the four previous stores. MUCH TO OUR SURPRISE IT WAS NOTHING LIKE THE OTHERS.We were greeted after a respectable amount of time by Zac.Zac was able to answer all our questions and listened to what we were looking for. Ultimately we bought just the right chair for us.In the world of just look it up on line and click to purchase, the days of customer service are almost gone. It won’t be long and the brick and mortar stores will not exist.Zac was everything I could expect as a customer service person and more.Thank you! And thank him!
Process was super simple and easy. Was able to custom to my wants and was very understanding and suggestively gave me options to make sure what I wanted happen. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone the in home service where they came and measured brought in samples that I had looked at to make sure matched with coloring in home also.
Do NOT get delivery it is not worth the hassle. Had to wait a week to get my purchase in which I spent well over $600 for my recliner. I paid another $100 for delivery and delivery guys did not take away old one to put out to the dumpster. I specifically asked the salesperson if they would do this for the 3rd floor. They said yes. I called into the store and the lady who said she was the manager stated that was at their discretion. Well for one I wouldve never paid someone $100 if they werent going to take away the old one and put it out to the dumpster.Also the salesperson told me they had to special order my chair and it would take 4 to 6 weeks. This never happened either. They called the same week and said my chair was ready. I dont get how a store doesnt know what is in their inventory. Plus I wasnt even close to even ready based upon what the sales person told me. Then when I didnt pick it up right away I would get phone calls 2-3 times a week saying you still had a balance and needed to pay it so I could come in and make arrangements for delivery. Well I wasnt even ready for it.They did give me a full refund for the delivery. Which I am grateful for, but I was extremely pissed. Why should I pay that kind of delivery fee and then they dont even do anything for it. I mean I couldnt have even picked it up at the store I would have to drive all the way to Grove City to get it and I live in Dublin. To me I would have been better hiring movers to move it than it would have been to pay this fee. Plus not only that the delivery guys just placed the chair right in the middle of floor didnt even make an attempt to move the old one or even touch it. They seemed more worried about getting out of here than giving good customer service. When I bought my first Lazy-Boy I bought it in Marion, Ohio and I had way better customer service and they a place where I could pick it up at their store. Im not sure I will be back to the Dublin Store because of this experience.I did end up having to pay another person to move my old furniture out of my apartment. I mean I dont have a truck, and I dont have any way to transport it or people close by to help. So I ended up paying someone else to help when they should have did it in the first place. I would have given them a 1 star but because they did give me a full refund on the delivery I gave an extra star because of that.
Great customer service and great price. Got the best deal right here at lazyboy and we looked high and low for a couch , the price we paid was right in with the discount stores , and we got a way better value. If your looking chech out the store in Granville. Super nice and help full people , let you look and no high pressure, if you have a question they will help but mostly let you look and check prices . There doing buniss the way that everyone should.
So far the sales experience was great. Hannah Hunt in the Dublin OH location was fantastic. We are building in Hilliard but staying temporarily in Michigan. Both Hannah and an associate at the Sterling Hights MI store helped us place our order. They could not have been more accommodating. I am very anxious to see our design vision come together.
Went to the store today to take advantage of their 2-for-1 Fathers Day recliner sale. Im sorry but were sold out of all of those. I may be able to get one from another store What kind of sale is that? Felt more like a bait and switch scam. I went in to buy 2 recliners and a sofa. I left with nothing but a bad attitude toward La-Z-Boy.
Renee was so helpful in answering all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. She took the time to find answers when she didn’t know right off the top of her head and double checked our order to ensure accuracy. The store environment was pleasant and there was no pressure from associates.
Love my new chair and sofa. I have been a long time fan of La-Z-Boy so I knew that I would return when the time came for new furniture. The Charlotte recling chair is as beautiful as it is comfortable. I am in it everyday! The Amanda sofa is also comfortable and well built. Looking forward to enjoying both pieces of furniture for a long time to come.

Sales associate (Brenda) did a great job showing me inventory that could meet my needs, detailed information regarding these, showed me different fabrics and advised me on what would look good with my existing La Z Boy living room piece. 2022-07-06We have been shopping for a rocker recliner for over a month with no success. When we stopped at the La-Z Boy store in Dublin, we were greeted by Doug who made our shopping (and buying) experience so easy! He was so knowledgeable on all the different models to choose from given I’m a taller person. We didn’t want to special order because of the 6-9 month wait. He was able to check incoming stock in my chosen model and color and find one that was available in 3 weeks! I would highly recommend this store and our sales manager Doug Kay!

2022-03-15LazyBoy advertised a special VIP sale. I went to the store on multiple days to look at furniture. Each day they were very helpful. The person that initiated and completed my sale was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions. They honored the sale price. It was exactly as advertised.

2022-07-17Our sales person Rona at the Dublin, Ohio store was wonderful. She was very helpful and accommodating. The low rating is not for our experience with her, rather the overall experience with the LayZBoy corporate. It took two weeks to get approval to place our order for a sofa and two recliners. I was to get credit for the return of a defective chair and the approval slowed down the order (which makes the potential nine month lead time even worse)

2022-06-03Once before I wrote about the chairs I bought. These leather recliners we stiff to operate and weren’t as easy to operate as the floor sample. I wonder if the ease of the floor sample was to make me unaware of how the regular chair would operate. I called the store and was promised a technician would be out to help. That was several months ago, and NOTHING has happened. Plus I was told if a certain adjustment was made, it would cost me money. Does that sound fair?

2022-08-04Horrible experience! Buyer Beware!My wife and I bought a recliner in December of 2021 which took 7 months to receive. When delivered in appeared to function correctly so we signed off on delivery. Two days later I noticed it was not operating properly. When I looked under the chair I could see an entire fastener was missing. I cannot use the chair until this is fixed.So naturally I call the Dublin, Ohio La-Z-Boy to get this resolved and Im told I have to call La-Z-Boy Comfort Care directly. My wife and I have spent a combined 6 hours on hold trying to speak to someone to get this resolved.Unbelievable to have to wait 7 months for a chair that doesnt work and we cant even use because we cant speak to anyone to resolve this issue!Buyer beware!UPDATE: I have add a picture of my screen showing that I was on hold for 2 hours with La-Z-Boy Comfort Care trying to get this resolved. Its like this every time we call.

2022-08-05Ordered furniture in December, delivered in July. Delivered one ottoman short because it was nicked while in their warehouse. Theyve ordered a replacement leg and will repair the ottoman.Its been two weeks since delivery and they are unable to tell me when Ill see my ottoman. Theyve ordered the part but have no estimated lead time.Theyve told me that this is the way of the world now, and its in the hands of our warehouse and they dont always communicate with us and on the bright side, you received your other 4 pieces of furniture.Rona promises to stay on top of it and will check on it every couple of weeks.Last time were doing business here.

2022-04-14Never again, we ordered a chair for my grandmother in Nov. 21 was told Mid Jan would be ready. Called in Feb and was told delayed would be ready in beginning of March. Called Mid March was told not started and it would be ready for pickup in April. Now its mid April still no chair and still being told a few more weeks. I have had to call to get these updates, they do not call to advise of delays. I asked why it has been delayed, I was told if I didnt like it I could cancel the order. They really put the Lazy in La Z Boys.
