Went here for the first time last night. Really enjoyed the business, selection of cigars and those working. Had a great time talking with friends and relaxing. Planning on becoming a regular.
While visiting #ColumbusOH we discovered this cool little hip public #cigar lounge. The atmosphere was friendly as the open design is welcoming. The regulars make everyone feel welcome. It’s a must visit place.

1st time visit, Couldnt stay long, but, the pleasant service, comfortable seating & other smiling patrons ensured that I will definitely be returning when I have more time to relax & enjoy a stick.
My good friend had his bachelor Getty together at this lounge. The staff was nice and accommodating. The cigar selection was pretty good. We were able to bring our own alcohol which was great bc people have their own preference of drink when having a good cigar. I enjoyed the cigars and the company in their preset environment. I well be back on my own accord. Thanks La Chaveta!!

I’m not sure if I’m able to bring my own stick here, but the atmosphere is welcoming and warming. They have a pool table and beverages and the owner is there at times and makes you feel appreciated.
My first time in a cigar lounge. I loved it. The vibe is cool and hip, but relaxed and mellow, and folks are friendly and warm. Staff is knowledgeable, which was great for me, and I really enjoyed the cigar they recommended for me. Cant wait to go back!
Nice spread out seating with a decent humidor selection and you can bring your own scotch to drink. a lot of good cigar brands, although could use a bigger selection of high end cigars and prices are a little steep. owner was very friendly and helpful, great place to relax and smoke either alone or with friends.

Great cigar lounge. BYOB, though they have some water and sodas for sale. Good cigar selection, very comfortable seating and great vibe.
They stepped up on the selections, but I always find this place kinda boring in the middle of the day, crowd isnt friendly, not much interaction between anyone in the main lounge area, but the back is always empty. But its Covid and maybe they just arent drawing that crowd. I hear a different story when they have bands etc.......but sometimes you dont want all that.
I have only been here once while out and about in the area but it was worth stopping by. The cigar room had a nice selection and pretty good prices. I picked up a couple cigars and a box. The actual lounge area was nicely lit and plenty of space. They had it arranged nicely for whether you were relaxing by the TV or working on your laptop at the counter. Check them out

Great environment. Does not get clouded with smoke when have a group. Many TVs. Decent selection and good prices. Nice place to relax alone or with friends.Watched my last two Buckeye games there and a real treat to be able to have a great cigar while enjoying the game.

Very nice smoking lounge, Justin always is appreciative of his customers and they strive to provide a nice clean and comfortable environment. They have expanded their selection of cigars and offer lower priced selections as well, which is nice if you are buying everyday smokes. Great lounge, glad you opened up last year.
Nice lounge. Not a huge cigar selection but they have the major brands. Its byob so you can bring a bottle or 6 pack and enjoy with your smoke. They have a private membership with a pool table and private lockers if you pay the monthly fee. This will probably be my place to relax and burn a cigar once a month or so

A great place to have a cigar! Its BYOB so bring your libation of choice. There is a charge if you bring in your own cigar so beware. Not the biggest selection, but has quite a few winners in my book!

Great environment, nice selection, and super helpful staff. I came in for an afternoon smoke and really enjoyed the nice open, bright room. The friendly staff member working helped me pick out something new that I hadnt had before based on our conversation on what Ive enjoyed in the past. The stick he recommended was spectacular.Im a really big fan of what they are doing here - after only one visit. Keep it up La Chaveta!
Great, chill lounge with an amazing selection in their walk in humidor. Once a friend saw what I posted, he messaged me to buy both these boxes as they are super hard to find. Did not check out the members only part of the lounge, nor did I incur their $10 cutting fee for outside sticks.
The place is an amazing environment the staff are super nice the owner is really nice chill relax definitely a place that I would recommend to go to smoke a cigar and get that membership its the real deal you wont regret it.
This is what a proper cigar lounge should look like and this is only during the soft opening. The lounge has an open floor plan with tons of space filled completely new modern furniture.The humidor is a decent size filled with the boutique quality cigars. The checkout counter is filled with several different kinds of proper cutters and torches to use for your cigars.This lounge doesnt have loud obnoxious music, hookahs or pipes. It just has a quality environment to enjoy conversations and cigars.There is plenty of parking on the side of the street. Once the parking on the side of building is repaved, there will be a ton of parking for the lounge. Looking forward to checking out the Grand opening next week.

Very relaxed environment with a wide selection of premium cigars. Furniture is brand new and very comfortable. Staff is quick to help with recommendations. A great place for brand new and veteran cigar smokers.

My buddy (also a woman) and I visited this place this evening and we had a blast! Our Tobacco-ist Larry was so warm, welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable! I know very little about cigars, might smoke 3 or 4 a year, so typically I say Id like to have the cigar with a medium bodied red wine and Larry helped me find a light bodied cigar that did not over power the wine my buddy and I had (the store has pop and water for sale, but does not mind if people bring wine). He also helped my buddy find a fuller bodied cigar (as that is what she likes). The lounge has cozy chairs, flat screen tvs and is not to loud. So my buddy and I enjoyed our cigars and great conversation and had a great girls night out! Definitely a place to check out in C-bus!
Cool set up. The person working here could not be less accommodating. She obviously doesnt enjoy her job. Ive been in hospitality my entire life, years in the Cigar business, and she is potentially the least friendly person Ive encountered as a customer.
Comfortable atmosphere with excellent HVAC system that prevents musty, smoked filled air. Walk in humidor with a modest selection of reasonably priced cigars. Friendly staff as well.

Everything the cigar connoisseur could want and has good ventilation (relatively speaking - youre still going to stink when you get home, but you wont be smoked out while youre there)

2022-05-31This place is a true neighborhood gem. It is a comfortable, classy cigar lounge that evokes the very best of what a cigar lounge should be. Great humidor selection comfortable chairs and couches and an owner who is personable and a fellow veteran.An extra nice touch was A location to be able to charge your cell phone and mobile devices while you enjoy a stick.There is a members only section in the back that looks really nice as well - but as I was just in town for a visit I was not able to partake in that area.When you find yourself in Columbus make the trip to La Chaveta. You wont be disappointed

2022-06-11I enjoy going to this Cigar Lounge. The staff are knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. They offer monthly and annual memberships if you are interested with 24-hour access. Additionally, they offer a wide variety of cigars and other accessories. They sell snacks and a few non-alcoholic beverages. You may bring in your own food and beverages. There is a V.I.P./members only section in the back of the facility. In the summer time, and certain times of the year, they host alcoholic beverage nights for a nominal fee.

2021-12-12Found the place when my dad and I were killing time before my dads retirement dinner. I dont do reviews of cigar lounges often but here it goes. This is a massive place to smoke. A ton of lockers if your a member aswell. They have by far the biggest Caldwell selection Ive ever seen in my life. If you like Perdomo and Room 101 cigars then you have plenty to choose from. With a huge open lounge area with a pool room, a card room, a lounge area in the back with nice tvs. If your wanting fresh air with your visit no problem, they have a impressive back patio with plenty of places to sit. The gentleman working Eugenid Bernardo was very professional and was kind enough to show me around and was very knowledgeable of the products sold there. Will definitely be back and wouldnt mind having a smoke event there if possible since its less than 15 minutes from the airport. Founding member/Admin for Cigar Fanatics... Tommy LaFrance

2021-12-03I discovered this cigar shop another Google Maps tourist associate. This cigar shop is top of the tear when it comes to the sweet taste you get on the tip of your lips when you enjoy puffing on a Kuba Kuba yeah call call a real Cuban cigar if you want first cabinet on your right with glass doors upon entry. The owner is very friendly and if you are 1 / enjoying cigars this is an establishment you must make a pit stop.

2021-08-25Needed to burn one and a half hours so I looked up the closest cigar lounge. This is a true lounge. Entire place has nice leather chairs, wooden furniture, and large cigar ashtrays. Staff was very nice. Good selection of cigars. Comfortable location! Will definitely come back whenever I am in the area.They are the only cigar house I can find that sells DuPont accessories.
