While our interstate move was certainly pricey, I am very happy to have hired Krupp to do it. The communication was easy and consistent, the movers were very professional (Trevor, Mike and crew). We had to make multiple stops upon arrival (including storage and office and they handled it swiftly, professionally, and -- most importantly -- nothing was broken. They took good care padding the furniture and Trevor was excellent at trailer Tetris. Everything from our 3-bdrm house, office and storage fit and there was even room to spare.
This review is for the move out of our home November 4 & 5, 2021. The folder with the mover names got buried in a box! I want to commend them on their attention to detail, work ethic, and professionalism. We were very pleased with how everything was handled. Kudos to David, James, Vern, Steve, Luke, Jon K, John M., Mike and Doug!!! We would not hesitate to use this company in the future. We would highly recommend using them for your next move!We needed to do a second move on May 4, 2022 and we were just as well pleased. Had a wonderful experience with Krupp moving and storage. Our movers Eric Aberts, Corbin, and Rodney did an excellent job. They handled our items with care and were respectful of our new home even though it was raining outside. They even wiped their feet every time they entered our new home. They went above and beyond and were a pleasure to work with and great company while working extremely hard. I really appreciate their efforts in helping us move into our new home. Highly recommend!
We were so incredibly impressed with Krupp Moving & Storage!!! Everyone was so nice, very professional, and knowledgeable. They carefully packed our entire 3000 Sq ft home, labeling with detail every box, and upon delivery placing each box/item in the correct room, and even correct spot. Not one item was damaged in any way (and we had some difficult items in size and weight). We are so thankful to James, Arron, John M, Corbin and Austin. Moving can be so stressful, but they made things so much easier for us!! If you need movers, this is the company!!

This is our fourth out of state move- and our best. Every member of our Krupp moving team was professional and courteous. They were extremely careful with our belongings, as well as the protection of the houses as they were moving. Our experience with Krupp Moving and Storage was excellent. Weve moved several times and this move was wonderful. The crew showed up on time to pack, move on to the truck, and deliver. Everything that needed to be assembled was done correctly. We havent unpacked every box yet, but as of now, there are no broken or damaged items. The crew took their job seriously and never complained even when having to carry a table saw up from the basement. We would use them again.
Krupp moving and storage were absolutely THE best! Super professional, kind, clean, and fast! We had two trucks and 6 guys come to move from a 2900 square foot home to another home across town. We hired Krupp based on our sales person, Andrew. He was extremely professional and responsive until they booked the job, and then could never be reached again.Day of moving, they sent out 5 20-something guys with no experience. Not only did they not complete the job that day, they poorly packed our belongings, breaking several items in the process. One of which was an heirloom piece they packed at the bottom of a wardrobe box to be filled and weighed down with other belongings.They second day was much smoother. 3 guys came out and did a stellar job finishing the packing and moving. On to the issue of billing since we knew we’d need to address being charged for labor not completed on day one.Multiple texts, emails, calls and voicemails to every number we had. Not one response. We did, however, find property missing that one of the movers confirmed was still on their truck but would not confirm when it would be returned.While they assured they would contact us prior to charging our card for any additional fees, they neglected to do that and instead went ahead and charged at their will, despite my request for a call prior to billing.If you don’t want to be stolen from, over charged, or lied to, go with someone else.
Chris, Corbin, and Collins were great! They kept in contact with us throughout the process leading up to the move, had all materials ready for packing, and got everything packed up and delivered without any issues. Great value for moving! I will absolutely refer Krupp to all of my friends and family!
My moving experience with this company was wonderful!! From setting me up with a moving date to the crew that came to move me! I highly recommend this company to anyone. They were quick and very professional. They know their business and that means so much when you are moving. The moving crew headed by Chris were amazing. The others that helped were Corbin, Rodney, Court, and John M. They were so helpful and explained how they were going to handle the job for the day. Our lead movers Chris and Omar did a great job and were easy to work with. The team at our load location were also fantastic. They were very efficient and accommodating, easily picking up and packing for us those odds and ends that you can never quite figure out what to do with.Where improvements are needed is communication between the sales agent and their logistics manager. The guys showed up without the complete inventory list so had a little bit of a rough start, and we received inaccurate packing instructions from our sales agent so had to repack some of the items that had been already been packed. Chris and Omar kept a positive attitude about it and provided us with the correct packing boxes.Since our move was to another part of the state there was a delay in our getting to the new location. The guys got there before us but were able to start unpacking before we arrived. Thank you Chris, Omar, and Austin for all of your help. You really made this move a lot easier for us.Our moving team gets 5 stars! Overall would have given 4.5 stars if available. Only gave the 4 star because of the miscommunication. Also it should be mentioned that our sales agent was very nice, just some minor miscommunications in instructions on the packing and inventory.

Krupps is a family owned business that really cares for their customers. I found them online and had no idea what to expect, but was hoping for good. Instead, I got GREAT! They were very pleasant, helpful, and professional from my first phone call, with Katie, to get information all the way through my actual move. When I first called, I was so taken by the actual offer that I booked immediately. They sent my estimate in writing and we had already booked my move date that was convenient for me. They gave me a link online that I could update my items being moved and I did take advantge of it. I had some furniture that was originally not going with me and they were even willing to haul it out to the curb for collection. I ended up not needing this as my family decided to keep that furniture, so I just deleted it from the move list. Another person called me before my move as I had not selected my insurance coverage. That was a very nice plus as I had some very expensive, classic, furniture that really could not be replaced. On moving day I knew to expect my guys between 8:30 - 9:30 AM. A very pleasant crew of Eric, Mike, and Austin came and moved ALL of my items. They made certain that everything that was to be moved was carefully loaded and unloaded to its proper place in my new home. They were very a delightful group to work with during my move.I gave them ALL a 5 rating as they worked for it!Book your move with Krupps and youll get the same great experience!
The first time in 8 moves in 11 years that I didnt have damage to doors, walls, and railings. They went over and above in helping me with moving things around and protecting my antiques. My furniture was wrapped so well I didnt even know what they were carrying in. They were extremely careful unloading my things. I had different men pack then I did unload but had the same driver the entire time. Hes a gem! Thanks, Vernon!!!

From the quote to the move this whole process was super easy. Sebastian and Ben helped set up my move and answered all my questions. Dakota, James, and Bryan were super helpful the day of the move! They loaded and unloaded everything efficiently, and helped me to arrange things in the new apartment so I didn’t need to move the furniture around after it got in the new place. The only not great thing about the move is that no one told me about the move insurance, so the day before my move I got a call about needing to add insurance which was an additional $150. I think it would be a better experience if people knew about that upfront so it doesn’t feel like an afterthought or a surprise.
It started with Corey. He put my mind at ease when I was first setting up the move. I changed my mind often, but Corey was the perfect person to keep me grounded. Then came the day of the move. Chris, Levi, and Austin made quick work of something I thought was going to take a long time. These three men were a blessing in disguise. The day of the move, Chris and Levi first dropped off a piano to my son’s house, then delivered the rest of the items to mine. Chris, Levi, thank you so much!!! James, Josh E., Catrell, and Xavier did a fantastic job moving our baby grand piano. They figured out how to move it out of a complicated situation and protected it so well during travel. The piano was taken apart, moved, and set back up in 1.5 hours. Amazing service!
Although the company didn’t log my TV’s so we’re not able to put them on the truck, these guys were great! They finished 45 minutes ahead of schedule and we’re extremely attentive regarding every box and every piece of furniture they handled. Never did they complain or act as if we had too much lol. It was an overall great experience! I’m very happy we utilized their moving service. Jeremy Harris was the carrier for my move and he was excellent! If we ever move again, we’ll call them for sure! Definitely going to recommend my friends and family!

We contacted Krupp after receiving an exorbitant quote from another company. Krupp was fairly priced and quick to respond. We had two crews - one for packing and one for loading the following day. Both were amazing. The guys were courteous, worked hard, placed protective pads on all floors, wrapped all furniture securely, and were careful not to damage walls etc. I especially appreciated their help loading the items they aren’t legally allowed to transport into my car. Kudos to our pack crew: Promise, Shane and Jamar and our load crew Amandou, Isaha, Donovan and Matt! We hope to get the same crew when our items come out of storage to move into our new home.

I hired Krupp for my move from Cleveland to NYC and everything went perfectly-- Id highly recommend them! I worked with Joel on the phone and my movers were Mark and Levi.Pre-moving day:Scheduling was straightforward. The folks in the office were very responsive and answered all my questions quickly.Moving days:Mark and Levi arrived when they said they would and loaded up the truck lickety-split. They arrived in NYC the very next morning, as planned, and unloaded without any issues.Cost:The quote they provided me was the price I paid; no surprises. The price was on par with what other local companies quoted me.Other pluses:-Mark and Levi were professional and friendly.-Nothing was damaged.

We used Krupp in February to move some of my fathers estate from Gainesville, Ga to Wooster, OHDave Allen did an outstanding job of making notes, following up answering my questions and coordination to send their Truck and team to Gainesville, Ga. ( Vern, Ike, Dave, Michelle were wonderful people to deal with and made our move smooth!)Vern our truck driver and lead on packing and loading along with Ike showed up on time in Georgia, they made a great team, and we’re ready to go to work. They both were very professional, well organized, efficient , did a great job of packing and loading the truck for this out of State destination move. Not having moved in 50 years we were apprehensive about movers based on horror stories we were told by friends. Krupp Moving put these fears to rest and then some. To be clear, the crew that came out was wonderful, it was the prep that let me down. After an in-person estimate and spending $2,200 I still had to rent a uhaul and my 72 year old father had to help me finish moving 2 trucks worth of stuff. To make it worse, even though the crew was actively packing, someone from the office called to yell at me because I was still packing (the in-person estimate said theyd take the stuff in the garage, the crew said it all had to be boxed so I was frantically boxing) and then they ran out of room in the trucks. This was my first experience with movers and it was not one that makes me want to do it again. Thats a lot of money to spend and not even get the job done.

I wanted to give Cody Ford, Jeremy Harris, Luke Myers, and Trevor Bates recognition for all of their hard work and patience with me and my move. They were able to have me moved from one city to another which was a 45-50 minute drive, and belongings taken up 4flights of stairs (no elevator) all within 5.5 hours. And I have a lot of glass items which everything arrived intact. Shout out to Krupps Moving and I’d definitely call them and ask specifically for these young men!!! Great job! Trustworthy and Reliable….Efficient and very Professional.

We used this firm to move contents from a family member senior apt into 3 different locations around Akron/Canton. They were timely, quick (~ 70% of the estimate), and very accommodating all the way. Nothing damaged and very professional. The crew of Joel, Dale, and Corbin were super for us in getting things moved and setup, etc....highly recommend.

4/9/21: Ive moved with professional movers eight times. The team that Krupp sent to my house to do the move was by far the best of all my experiences. Customer courtesy, efficiency, care of my ownings, etc. Great across the board. My only constructive feedback would be that the initial estimate was quite lower than actual cost. That being said, the moving experience was worth every penny. UPDATE: Used Krupp a second time on 4/4/22. Once again a great experience and this time the cost came in way under initial quote. Great job by Vern, James, Christian and Bill L. Highly recommend them.

My experience was phenomenal. James, Catrell, Dane, Dale & Chris B were all very professional and delicate with my furniture. My husband and I just built a new house. 3 of the guys unloaded the truck while the other 2 remained in the house with their shoes off to ensure that my carpet didnt get damage or stained. They also were very pleasant despite the weather being horribly cold. They never complained. These guys are amazing. Date of move October 25th 2021 Used Krupp Moving & Storage Columbus Ohio Location. I decided to go with Krupp moving company after receiving a much higher quote from a moving company I used in the past. The company rep Bree showed up for an estimate on move and I was very happy with her professionalism and decided to move forward with Krupp moving services. The day of the move a 4 man crew was on the scene Jacob, Jack, Tony, and Shaun. I Walked the crew through the home and pointed out each room to be moved. Also bedrooms and other rooms were already broken down such as bedroom sets, dining tables, etc. Many items were shrink wrapped for further protection and easier for movers, thinking that this was going to be a fast and efficient move without any hiccups. Wrong! Once movers arrived at the second destination to unload. I requested the playing of loud music to be turned down.( no respect for the community and neighbors) Half way through the move as Im walking out the front door I over hear Jacob tell Jack put it in the garage so he doesnt see it I ask Jacob what did you instruct him to say? He backtracks and says well i was going to tell you and I was going to glue it together. Then why instruct him to lie? Unacceptable!To date 11-1-2021 Im uncovering several other items that were rushed into the garage and covered to hide damage, ie dining table top edge, console table edge, marble statue broken base etc. I had to tear down a Temperpedic bed to finish plugging in needed cables that the movers disconnected and never reconnected when putting the bed back together. Something that should never happen when paying for moving services. I received a call from a manager from Krupp company who was very apologetic for lack of professionalism and errors/damage. Though I appreciated the call and apology no discount was provided as well as inflated cost charged to final bill much different than estimate. ie mattress coverings charged x 4 beds. We only have 3. 1 box spring never covered and dirty and soiled when taken off moving truck. Items are still damaged and money and time spent wasted. (still uncovering damaged/missing items)Use caution with Krupp movers!Also would recommend making a copy of the estimate!When you attempt to access the original estimate later to compare estimate vs final bill, its updated to changed and charged final bill.Thus you cant compare. Called customer service to resolve bill was transferred to a different department and call disconnected.I will not be using Krupp Moving & Storage ever again.P.S. Shaun and Tony were great!

They listened, I mean REALLY LISTENED, to my needs and concerns then went to work. They all work well together and was respectful and very personable. The 4 man crew was wonderful in our move we are extremely happy with the wonderful service they provided. David, Cody, Jay, and Jeremy were delightful and extremely professional. I stood directing them what rooms to take boxes to and when they left I thought I would need to move things so we could go to bed. 4 young men showed up on time, very cooperative, and did exactly what they said they would do. Weather was not the most ideal with snow and ice on the ground, but there were no complaints. They worked in as timely manner to get everything done safely. I would strongly recommend them, and use them again if needed.

This is the second time we have used Krupp Moving & Storage in the last year. Our home sold quickly and we moved into an apartment while our new home was being built. We had 2 different crews and they were both amazing. They worked very quickly while still taking excellent care of our items. Our second move the delivery truck couldnt make it up the incline at the bottom of our driveway and the guys had to move everything up our steep drive by hand, never a complaint, and only took one VERY short break. We had many boxes to be put in the basement and I told them they could just put the lighter ones at the bottom of the stairs and Id put them where I wanted, I was told, you know it doesnt work that way.
What can I say about our move other than what a nightmare. They tore up my new yard, damaged walls and doors in both houses, broke an entertainment center, damaged my stove, AND THEN HAD THE GALL TO TRY AND CHARGE ME MORE THAN $2,000 DOLLARS OVER THEIR ESTIMATE. Unbelievable. Should be named Krook Moving and Storage.
So many moving companies to chose from - when not from the area needed to rely on reviews when making decision. Krupp has great reviews and we had a great experience! We had a three man crew which I highly recommend. Jason was the foreman and exceptional! The crew arrived on time as expected. This move was difficult for many reasons and Jason showed so much compassion and respect to all the family members involved while respecting the care, packing and moving of the items. Honest, integrity and heart! True asset to the company. Garrison was part of Jasons crew and demonstrates professionalism and great leadership too! Taylor is the estimating phase was through and accurate with her quoting, appreciated the follow up and confirmation process. Never use Moving Claim Services or Krupp Moving & Storage. We have estimated a few thousand dollars worth of items that need to to be replaced or repaired from our last move with them.Once our poorly mishandled items arrived we were encouraged to sign the paperwork, before we could do a thorough inspection. We noted to the 3 items that were missing or damaged that we could immediately notice. So we also signed the papers “That we currently know of.” It took several months to document all the damages. 284 pictures of damaged furniture, totes, boxes and lost items. My lack of knowledge to fill out a pdf file and a one month family leave do a emergency with a baby born prematurely plus all the other pitfalls that happen when you move to a new state. To say the least it has been very stressful dealing with this horrific ordeal.The paid in cash movers did a great job of camouflaging their damaged goods and distracting us before we signed the papers.This experience has been heartbreaking for us.Sent from my iPhone
After interviewing 6 moving companies I chose Krupps for 2 main reasons. The price was good and the service promised seemed to be of high quality. After the move the price remained good with no added costs and the service was better than expected. Dave and his crew of Tad and John M were extraordinary! They were friendly and engaging. They moved 30 years of stuff onto the truck in less than 3 hours. Dave painstakingly packed the truck like a Tetras puzzle. They were careful with our belongings. The unloading 750 miles away was flawless. They arrived early and started unpacking. This portion was just over 3 hours. The moving crew—Chris, Corbin, and Luke—professionally handled my parents’ possession from their home in Parma Heights to a senior living facility in Medina. Bill and his crew were amazing. They made our crosstown move of three truckloads of household goods as pain free as it could have been. Moving is STRESSFUL but I had heard great things about Krupp Moving and Storage so I gave them a call.They sent Chris and Tad to do the job. I had a Queen craftmatic bed and a king size bed with a king size memory foam mattress just to name a couple of the not fun projects they had to move.These young men were friendly, courteous and very professional. David, Mo and Joel did an excellent job. Furniture was padded and wrapped with care. They took great care with our floors and walls as things were moved out on to the truck. All times were inventoried and everything arrived at our new home without incident. These guys were true professionals. Our move was easy and quick. The movers did a great job disassembling and reassembling our 4 big beds with headboards and footboards as well as getting all our furniture into our new house effortlessly, even with some low ceiling in the basement and short stairs treads going to the second floor. Took great care of furniture, it was all covered with lots of blankets, so no dents or scratches. Doug, T, Marcus, Omar, and Garrison did a great job.What they quoted as a seven hour job they got done a lot quicker, which is always a plus.

Hello we had Krupp Moving Dec. 8 and Dec 9. Both teams were super. On Dec 8 we had Vern, John C and Jacob. On Dec 9 we had Doug, and we were so happy to have John C and Jacob again. Not only did they work carefully and promptly but they were very helpful with ideas as to where the furniture should go in our new place. They were friendly and kind and definitely helped me to stay calm and even enjoy the whole moving process. Super great guys- not a scratch or anything and some of our furniture was big and awkward. I would recommend Krupp Moving. I had a large dining room set and dresser chest moved from one home location to another and they did an exceptional job. The two movers, Jon K and John C were very professional, kind and careful in loading, and unloading these large heavy items. They brought the dining table, chairs and cabinets into the dining room and set up. They put pads down to protect the floor and carpeting since it was wet and snowy outside. Nice job!! I give them 5 stars!!!

Crew was on time, as scheduled and walked through our house for instructions before beginning. Set up runners as needed, removed/put back doors, and covered banisters to protect the home. We called Krupp because a timely flyer showed up in our mail before our move. Turned out to be a great decision! CJ, Michael, Skylar, and Isaiah were thorough, quick, and considerate of all of our belongings. Great job by Bill and his crew today. They were very careful unloading our stuff. Bill was great in making sure everyone went out of their way to make our move as pleasant as possible. I never want to move again but if I do, I want Krupp to send Bill and his great service.
It all started with a Google search. I never heard of Krupp but wanted 3 moving quotes. A phone call to them for pricing, and I quickly realized that taking an inventory of all of my things was impossible for me to do, even with the interactive inventory list they sent. I called them back and they were able to work around my wonky work schedule for someone to come out to take an inventory. It took about 1/2 an hour and was very thorough. I declined packing services and they estimated for moving services only.Of the three quotes they were in the middle in for pricing, but they available over Thanksgiving weekend (my lease ended on Nov. 30), so they won the contract.Fast forward to moving day. Someone from the office called to upgrade my insurance choice. She caught me during a horrible anxiety moment because not everything in the apartment and garage was packed and the movers were due in an hour. She told me that the movers could help me pack, not to worry. A friend volunteered for the madness of throwing things into boxes and while there was still quite a bit to be packed, about 1/3 of a large apartment, it took less time than expected. The movers helped pack and the company even sent another couple of people over to keep things on track, on schedule, and on budget.There were a few hiccups at the house. Its a small house with tight dimensions and some of the furniture placements were going to be difficult at best and one was impossible. The full-size bed box springs for the attic bedroom wouldnt fit up the staircase, but the mattress did. The box springs had to be put in the garage.The sectional couch went to den. To get there its down the narrow, steep, basement staircase with a sharp turn at the bottom. Even though the couch divides into 3 sections it was a challenge. But the most difficult piece was the heavy, large armoire that was going to the basement den too. It was literally the last piece they brought into the house. Its a beast. If it couldnt fit down the staircase then it had to go to the garage because there isnt any room on the main floor of the house for it. The movers made no promises that they could get it placed in the basement, but they would try. Heres where it gets impressive...the man who took the lead went down the staircase backwards and explained in detail, with every step, how he was going to move and how the other mover would feel the weight and where he would feel it to check and adjust down the staircase. I am going to move this way and youll feel a lot of weight in your left hand. That impressed me to no end. The lead mover was making sure that both of them were safe during a difficult transition. BRAVO!!! The armoire found a home in the den thanks to them. The lead mover said, after they got it down the stairs, that he didnt think it would fit.The whole experience with Krupp was 5 gold stars from start to finish. They werent the cheapest, but I got what I paid for - quality service over a holiday weekend.I know the movers get a bonus if they are mentioned by name in the review. Unfortunately, I didnt catch everybodys names and the paperwork is somewhere in the moving chaos. The entire team was a part of the move should get a bonus, so I am really hoping that information is somewhere in the Krupp office, and they get one.

I have never hired a moving company before Krupp, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. After getting a few estimates from other places, they really stood out for how quick and thorough they are, not to mention being very competitive in their pricing. I had an excellent team of movers: Trevor, Jon, and Tyler were all great. They arrived on time, worked extremely hard, were very kind, and were great about asking questions. July 2022 Update: Resolution with insurance company has been reached. I agreed to accept their amount despite knowing it won’t cover the cost of repairs. Now I am awaiting the check, which should have arrived in 30 days but, of course, did not. Do not use KMSC for insurance. Seek out your own and read the policy very carefully as damage can happen.May 2022 Update: Six months after moving and filing an insurance claim for damage, still waiting on resolution. The insurance company claims they couldn’t find anyone to estimate the cost of repairs until March. Once they did, he wanted more photos, which I provided in March. He claims he never received them. Resubmitted photos in May. Now they claim the photos aren’t good enough to make an estimate. Here’s my question. If customer service is important to you as you claim, why wouldn’t you send someone in person to do the estimate? Then you can write a check and get it over with. Honestly, this situation is a continuing nightmare.2021 Update: Once again I decided to use Krupp for my latest move. I believe this was the 4th or 5th time I’ve personally used them and my mom and sister have also used them. They have been outstanding until now. I am sad to say that something in the company seems to have profoundly changed within the last couple of years. This most recent move was poorly managed and customer service seems to be non-existent.At my most recent move, the company changed the Krupp location that was to move me at the last minute despite the fact that I had requested the quote months in advance. They sent a move team of two versus three without approval. The move team was poorly trained, showed up without appropriate tools, had a violent verbal altercation on the job and badly damaged some of my furniture. I was charged nearly $200 more than initially quoted despite having fewer items to move. The company did eventually refund some of that money but not without my fighting for a refund. There were many other issues as well but no room here to elaborate.The claims process for damage is intentionally tedious. If you don’t have access to the right technology, are disabled, as in your hands prevent tedious computer work or are blind for example, you may find it nearly impossible to file a claim unless you are fortunate enough to have someone to help you.I filed my damage claim despite lacking the right tech and being disabled. They are required to either accept or deny per Ohio Rev Code. Of course, that did not happen without phone calls and e-mails chasing them down. Then it was an extremely rude response from the insurance company that I didn’t file the claim correctly, which is correct. I have since refiled it.What has caused me to give one star is the complete and utter lack of customer care during this whole experience. Not one sincere apology for this mess. Not one phone call to apologize for the stress this has caused. All I want is my furniture fixed. Doesn’t seem too much to ask for a long time customer but they don’t seem to care. Can’t recommend them anymore. Such a disappointment.2019: James, Jon M and Rome did a great job moving my household. They were fast, efficient, professional and went above and beyond as always. This is the 3rd time I’ve used Krupp. They are my go to. Best movers I’ve ever used and I have moved many times. Always on time and take great care with my belongings. Highly recommend. Every aspect of this move was perfect. James led every part of the move from packing to loading and unloading and was great in every step. He made every step easy and eased all the stresses of moving. I would highly recommend Krupp to anyone needing to move. I will use them again in a heartbeat.
We are very please with the first half of our move using Krupp. All of our belongings have been protected and loaded into 3 of their storage containers and waiting in the climate controlled warehouse for the rest of our out of state move as soon as we close on our forever home in NC. The move process took 4 days because it was an out of state move and the crew was punctual, friendly, and very flexible with us (we had a newborn which added some difficulty to the move). Mike did a terrific job driving the truck and meeting us on time (ahead of time actually) at our new home. He was in constant contact with me which gave me assurance. If we ever move back to Ohio, I will definitely use Krupp again and will ask for David and Mikes crew

We recently moved to Copley OH from Chicago and all our stuff went into storage at a local facility and also at our kids house. We picked Krupp moving because of the great reviews online. I filled out their get a quote form on their website and Yuriy called me back in less than 5 minutes! This company is excellent! Vernon, Jeff and Cody were very professional and friendly. They took great care in handling everything they moved. They put down carpet runners and even put padding around the doors so as to avoid damage. They do a walk-through with you before they start to verify what is to be taken and another after everything is loaded which was a very good thing as there was a small dresser I forgot to point out. I truly believe in supporting a local company and am very satisfied that I chose Krupps! Again, major kudos to Vernon,Jeff and Cody. Great job guys!

They were absolutely fantastic; our movers Arron and Jon M. were prompt, polite, and very personable. I can’t believe how efficiently they worked, but more importantly, you could tell how genuinely careful they were with our items. From furniture disassembly to transport to reassembly, Arron and Jon were so careful and respectful of our things. I wanted to thank Vern, Bill, Jon C. and Jakob for the recent packing and move to Columbus for my mom. We had originally planned for three days...1. to pack, 2. to load the truck, and 3. to move and unload at the new house in Columbus. The guys arrived on time on Thursday and did most of the packing, then advised us that the remainder of the packing and moving/unloading could be completed on Friday. We were happy to be done quicker (and so were they). They came on Friday morning a little early finished the packing and loaded the truck. They had us unloaded and furniture pieces in place and reassembled and were back on their way home by 4:00 PM.These guys were quick, polite/courteous and careful (while unpacking, we have noticed a few small dings and damages to some of moms stuff, but nothing major). Also, very pleased that the guys were willing to mask while performing all of their work (as mom is in a high risk age group). Had to remind them one time and they willingly complied.Also corrected price based upon actual items moved vs. estimate. Saved us a little over $600!Would use again and recommend Krupp Moving!
Joel & Corbin were prompt & dealt professionally with the lack of boxes being provided by the company to pack & load all items. The Unloading was as scheduled & all items were properly placed as I directed
Beware of the up charge. They quoted me a moving charge (Estimated 8hr, 2hr minimum) $199.00/hrand then charged me $270.00 for a 8h45m move. Damaged several pieces, dropped a washing machine and damaged a solid wood door.

2022-07-19Krupp was great. Very professional and I trusted them right from the start. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I received many calls/solicitors from moving companies (brokers?) for my move from Ohio to Indiana. Many were pushy. Some offered incredibly low pricing, which was enticing at first but after reading about the prevalence of scams they made me nervous. The cheapest quote I received for a full pack and full move plus 11 days in storage for my 4 bedroom home was $4k, the most expensive was $16k and I went with Krupp for $10k. Krupp initially quoted me about $1k higher but in the end only charged me for the time and materials we used. Taylor did my virtual inventory. My packing team especially Joe did a great job. Thanks to my moving team Trevor, Mike B, Josh English and Dakota.

Trevor the team lead, answered all my questions as they carefully loaded my belongings. Bill Lively was the best. He explained as he wrapped my furniture why he was doing it and how it would protect the furniture during the move. Bill Lively was also the driver who delivered my belongings and directed his team to get things out of the truck. I highly recommend this company.

2022-02-26Krupp Moving & Storage did an excellent job moving several pieces of furniture and a bed to a location about 32 miles away. Omar and Rodney were on time and very professional. They were very pleasant to work with at both ends of the move. They even had to remove a door at the destination to get some of the furniture inside the house. We would highly recommend Krupp Moving & Storage and would use them in the future if we ever had the need for their services.

2022-04-11We had a great experience with Krupp moving & storage. They were flexible for our moving date that we had to change to fit with our closing date of our new house. The moving team were quick, experienced and very professional. We had two trucks with 6 men, Eric and Doug drivers, John M John C, collins and dale movers, all were great and handled our belongings with care. They swiftly moved things to where we directed. Would highly recommend. Pricing was fair also. We had two stops and some of the belongings included some very large/heavy items.

James and the crew packed and loaded all our stuff in just 2 hours and unloaded just as fast and put everything right where we asked and even offered to move items that were in the wrong location. 2022-06-20We used Krupp for a move across state a few hundred miles. I was quickly quoted and had no issues scheduling. The team that loaded everything (Mark, Chris, and John) all did a great job. They were very helpful and professional. The next day for delivery the team (Chris, John, and Braiden) were punctual and accommodating with delivery, and extremely professional and cooperative during unloading and moving. We tried Krupp on a whim because of a mailer we received, but I would definitely use them again or recommend them to others.
