We hired Krupp Moving to assist with our move in August. Bill and his crew (Omar, Austin, Cody, John, and Josh) all gave their best effort and did a fantastic job in completing our move in one day. We would highly recommend them!
Luke and Tad did a great job with the move. Everything was done as promised, communication was proactive, and rates were as quoted. After a horrible experience with Moving Solutions in Mentor where nothing was done as quoted and communication was nonexistent, Krupp was a breath of fresh air. Would definitely use them again.
Vern, Omar, Cody F, Jon C... great group of guys that were professional and hard working. Were careful with all of the items and with my floors and door trims. My move date was cancelled by Krupp due to shortage of employees, but rescheduled the next day.
Krupp scores again! After a major move in August, I needed to move a piano. Doug was the foreman again, and again he was incredibly efficient. He directed John M and Jordan through every step, and they worked together as a team. I couldnt recommend them, or Krupp, more highly!
Amazing movers! I have moved across the country 3 times and and have had my fair share of horrible moves, broken items, and horrible customer service. Krupp was none of those things. They have had great customer service from the very beginning and always answered my phone calls. On moving day they showed up right on time abs had a great attitude the entire day. No broken items and great care to all of our items while moving.
We moved from Wooster, Oh to Raleigh, NC. Joel from Krupp was really good at communicating with us through the entire moving process. He ran the job smoothly, coordinating and supervising workers in our home at both ends of the trip. We highly recommend Krupp for a professional moving experience.

I was very, very impressed with Krupp Moving and Storage! My experience was perfect from beginning to end. They came into my home and from the minute they got there, they worked so hard! They packed my items carefully and it didn’t take long. And in the blink of an eye, we were packed and ready to go. They were SO professional. Aaron, Shawn, Shawn, Tay, and Isaiah did such an incredibly amazing job. They are so accomodating, they were flexible with my requests and they fit the move to my needs. Our Krupp moving experience was very positive. Tim, the owner was very professional and responsive to our needs. On the day of the move, the moving crew of David, Jarod, Nick, Trevor, John M, and Brian E. arrived on time and immediately got started. We were so impressed by their efficiency and the care they took of our furnishings. This crew worked so well together! Krupp’s storage is climate-controlled which definitely is a plus! I recently had a pretty big move and had an excellent experience. It was 100 degrees and they moved 2 houses in one day. My movers were Todd, Garrison, Jeremy, and Josh. These guys should get an extra bonus because they were excellent!

We needed to move my parents to an assisted living facility after living in their home of 61 years. Jason, Garrison and Josh were so quick, efficient, careful, and most importantly, Kind! My move from start to finish was handled professionally and efficiently. Tim Krupp came to my house personally to do an estimate, which he turned around with alacrity. The move from house one, into storage, and today into house two was handled by a very polite and careful crew of guys. Jon K., Tyler and David were all pleasant, very careful, and courteous throughout the move. Id hire the company and these guys again without hesitation.
Working with Krupp was the smoothest part of our moving experience. We utilized them to move us out of our current home and temporarily move our items into storage. The entire process was seamless and the on-site team worked in a very coordinated and efficient method. A long 10+ hour day in June nonetheless. We had 3 places to move our furniture to. It was a 10 hr. Day. The crew was very professional, took the inititIve to do something without having to be told. They took time to put protectors under every piece of furniture before putting down on our wood floor. Great job!

2022-03-07Trevor, Austin, Mike G, and Eric A helped us with our move into home and were extremely helpful. They all were very personable and had a lot of attention to detail. We have a few antique pieces and they all were very thorough with packing and moving. They all were very energetic and did not really have any down time except for the drive between locations. I would highly recommend Krupp and especially this crew for your move.

Took great care of our furniture, answered our questions and moved very quickly. As not all of furniture was leaving the house, they also did a great job of listening and following instructions as to what stayed. Great job! We will be using Krupp on our next move. Thanks.

2021-08-15David, Codey, Jeremy, Doug and Corbin were professional, down to earth, courteous and did an amazing job. They took time to protect the home with runners, protected the stairway railings and efficiently wrapped our furniture and took care not to damage anything. They worked hard and diligently throughout the day.If you are looking for someone with honesty and integrity with excellent work ethics, I highly recommend them for your next move. They are a best kept secret in Ohio.After taking our belongings to storage, John Krupp and his crew arrived with a semi-trailer and were waiting at our new home to unload on time at 8:30 am. They worked over 9 hours in the sweltering heat wave, kept their composure and did their job with a passion even though the electricity had not been turned on in the house yet to give them air-conditioning. They delivered all the boxes to their appropriate areas of the house to our satisfaction. John K even unhooked the previous washer/dryer and hooked up ours at our request. Krupp Moving needs to be commended for their excellent service and attention to detail. Thank you for assisting us in making a smooth transition into our new chapter in life.

2021-09-02SHOUT OUT to Chris, Josh, Joel, Cory and Taylor!!!!Hiring Krupp Moving & Storage was the BEST decision we made in our moving journey from Cleveland to Indianapolis and would recommend them a thousand times over! My partner and I were moving on a very tight timeline and were worried about moving the dates we had booked since we were having a hard time securing a lease in Indianapolis. WOW! They were so incredible to work with. They changed our dates and worked with us every step of the way. We had a two bedroom and they managed to load the truck in 90 minutes. Drove the truck to Indianapolis and unloaded in about an hour. Efficient. Professional. Excellent Customer Service.If youre worried about he quote/pricing I would just say, it was worth every penny. It removed the stress of moving across state borders and it eliminated any fights in our relationship.To the KRUPP Team - Thank you!

2021-09-13Amazing moving service. Ive moved numerous times when I was with the military and this was one of our best moving experiences. James, Codey, Luke, Omar and Corbin were super professional, efficient and personable. I hope to never have to move again, but if we do, Krupp Moving will be on our short list of movers for the job.

2021-09-07We hired Krupp to move us this past weekend (9/4). We were moving out of our 4 bedroom home, PLUS, moving my in-laws out of their 2-bedroom condo and all into one house. From Andrew coming over to give us a quote to the crew that moved us, they were fantastic. Since we had 2 homes, Krupp sent us a crew of 7 and two trucks. And let me tell you, they busted their butts. Always moving, running, and never an empty trip. David, Mike, Corbin, Jeremy, Codey D, Shawn, and Jeff worked like gangbusters. Hustle in and hustle out, plus they beat their deadline. Highly recommend Krupp. Thanks guys!

2021-07-28David, James, Jeremy, John M, and Austin went above and beyond helping us move. From the time of arrival until the last bookshelf was in our new house, they never stopped moving! Did a great job prepping the house and were especially helpful with our piano... they even helped us with an additional personal trailer at the end of a long hard day. 2021-08-01Mike S, Jeremy, Corbin and Omar were wonderful in helping us get our move squared away. I will update this after everything is moved in because they are holding our belongings for a while. If they take care of our property as well as they did taking it out of my house and putting it on the truck, we will be in good hands. Crew was efficient. We did not only have a few things, we had quite a few. They came in with a game plan, explained what they were going to do and did it straight away. Couldnt be happier with their effort.
