Tom Meade was hired for a custody matter. After retaining and asking him to file a motion to change shared parenting, we learned 6 weeks later that it was never filed as he claimed(knowing it was a pressed matter, as we were moving across the country). He then blamed his paralegal and that he had to fire her. We then asked him to file a contempt and once again about 4 weeks later we found out that he never filed it, after saying it had been filed. We ended up paying thousands for him to only cause us more harm than help. We ended up delayed in court because of Tom not filing when he said he did. We hired a different lawyer and everything went extremely smooth and ended up with a great outcome in court.

Christina Strasel was the BEST Attorney I could have ever asked for! She worked tirelessly on my case and there wasnt a single time I could not get a hold of her. From the initial consult over the phone I knew that Mr Meade was the right attorney for me. He and his office staff are great. They were always available when I needed them and they would always get back to me in a timely manner and would communicate updates.
Drag a divorce out 4 years, and not actually do anything that is request or ask. But great at residual billing.
My husband was looking for a lawyer for contempt on his ex for his visitation rights that his ex clearly did not want him seeing his daughter. He filed his contempt with the courts and after the pre trial he wanted a lawyer. He went to a lawyer he had in the past for an accident, but unfortunately he could not use him due to conflict of interest due to he was with his ex at the time. His lawyer really wanted this case but couldnt so he referred my husband to Kroener and Hale. My husband called and and explained what happened and why he wanted a lawyer to represent him. They made him an appointment with Christina Strasel. We went in and immediately felt very welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. The staff was amazing!! We went back to sit down and explain what was going on. Christina listened and expressed a very caring and reassuring hope towards our family and the case. Christina has a lot of knowledge for what she does. Christina is very professional and at the same time makes you feel like you are part of a family. Christina was there and is still there every step in his case. She was on top of everything and if you ever had a question or concern about anything she was very quick to respond. She is very prioritized and makes sure things get done and taken care of immediately. She definitely went above and beyond to help us, and now my husband won his case and his ex was found in contempt!! Its all thanks to Christina!!! We couldnt have found a better lawyer!!! I went with K&H because of their great reviews and WOW what a waste of time and thousands of dollars. Jeff was judgemental, unresponsive to emails, didnt file important petitions (that ended with me getting a contempt charge!), and told me i was DEFINITELY going to lose my parental rights so i should just agree to my ex getting custody... then he tried to pawn me off on another attorney in the firm without even speaking to me about it. He clearly has personal issues with women who have left a marriage that he cant put aside. I chose to go with Shur Law group once he started ignoring my emails and calls (but he sure was responsive when he wanted more money!), and Im so glad I did. I was awarded full custody this week. Staying with K&H would have resulted in me permanently losing custody of the children i raised. Jeff needs to lose the chip on his shoulder before he ruins any more families.
Came to Jeff Hale on a recommendation of a friend. First time I spoke to him I knew he understood what could help my family and how to get it done. He was very responsive and never seemed bothered to answer the millions of questions I had.I would recommend Jeff and his office to anyone.
Had several issues during our 2 court cases. Evidence not being filed, subpoenas not being filed, asking for a guardian to be removed, and so on. Switching of lawyers 2 weeks before we had our trial date and to a lawyer who had no clue what was even going on in our case. We even sent a complaint in for a call back about the issues. That was a while a go with no call back to touch base on what they could or couldn’t fix. Really disappointed in our representation. We really liked Jeff, we were not happy with Christina. The secretaries are awesome. We loved them. If you’re not going to really put up a fight for fathers or their rights, move out of family court because these dads need attorneys who are going to really fight for them since they’re already starting out fighting when their kids are born due to state laws.

The attorneys in this office were amazing. My ex lied about me to the court and wanted a protection order. I hired Mr. Hale and he was able to get the protection order thrown out and get me back to seeing my kids.These guys are great. I went thru a custody battle with my 3 children and the advice and suggestions I was given eventually led to me having full custody of my 3 children whom now live with me and go to school from my home. I pay no spousal support nor child support. I really felt like this system only favored mothers and not fathers so much, but Jeff was thorough and very efficient in this case, and at the end of the day this father has his 3 kids and they are safe. If you need a hardworking, knowledgeable and professional attorney, Jeff Hale is the right choice. They always say family is the worst people to lend money to. I found this out the hard way. I entered into a verbal agreement with my nephew for the purchase of a $7,000 lawnmower. He breached the agreement and upon trying every means possible to get my lawnmower back, I ended up having to sue him. I found Jeff by chance and I couldnt be more happy that I did. Im not an easy person to work with, you could even say I am a control freak. Jeff was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the law, and he was very patient. He answered all of my questions and guided me in every possible way. To make a long story short, my case went all the way to trial. This is where I was the most impressed. Most lawyers are content to just settle, and we tried to do so. Jeff knew this was going to go to trial and he was ready to argue the case. In the courtroom Jeff was aggressive and argued our case in a professional and stern manner. We won the case and I got everything that was asked for. I have worked with many attorneys, but, Jeff, by far is the best attorney I have retained. I own a business and deal with contracts daily. If I ever find myself in legal turmoil, I would not hesitate to hire Jeff again.

Charged with a DUI after doing everything the officer asked me to do. The test was over but I knew I had not drank that much. I came to this office for help. This office was amazing and worked hard on my case. Mr. Hale discussed the case with me and we went over all the evidence. Jeff is not professional at all . I had appt with jeff at 4:30 and he didnt got back with me to the next day @2:10pm after I called again. When he finally he called me and I told jeff my Situation it didnt seem like he cared about what I had to say. It was 30min free confirmation but when I talk to jeff he cut me off and say that I got a another call best of luck. The phone call lasted 8minutes and 12 seconds long.

Everyone who was with me when we got in trouble all had the same charges and they all used a Public Defender and got as good or a better deal then I did.I have never been in trouble before and didnt know how things worked.So I got a Lawyer I was the only one with a Lawyer and for as much as he charged me and as little as he did you would think he would have offered a partial refund yea right if your looking for someone to fight for you this isnt who you want he took the first deal the Prosecutor offered and acted like he did something. SAVE YOUR MONEY

2022-01-24I used this wonderful law firm for one of the hardest times of my life. Tom was my lawyer and he helped guide me through the process and was amazing at what he does. He helped to change our lives for the better and I cant thank him enough. He is very knowledgeable and always knew exactly what to do. It was a dreadful year long process for me but we got through it. That part was not his fault by any means. They helped me set up payments so it was affordable and made what I thought was impossible possible. I will be sending everyone I know going through a custody battle to him from now on. Also his staff was always right on their game and took care of any needs I had. Big thanks to them as well.

2022-07-06Highly recommend. Senior Managing Attorney Christina Strasel was very professional and as a former prosecuting attorney represented the issues very well. She helped the divorce go quicker and with a fair resolution. The firm has a well-organized system to assist with all the required paperwork. Also, had my will redone by attorney with the same firm, Micheala Bradshaw, after my divorce was finalized to protect my assets for my child. After your divorce, do not forget the important step of revising/creating your will/health care directive/power of attorney/etc. Good caring attorneys to help through a difficult part of life. And they charge a fair price for doing so.
