I am so grateful for Dr. Kowalski! I have been experiencing muscle tightness in the mid back region and he took the time to provide cupping with ultrasound to ease the tension away. I have never had a chiropractor go to such lengths. He is very great a communicating with you during the adjustment to ensure that you are comfortable and that all the key areas are being addressed. I have been seeing Dr. Kowalski for almost two years now. He has helped me more then words can say. I never knew why I was always in pain, and he took the time to figure it out. I have been going to Dr. Kowalski for almost 3 years now. First my issue was a terrible and painful carpal tunnel, he did not only heal and relieve the pain but save me to go to surgeon. He also advised me to have a healthy lifestyle, one way to eat nutritious foods to help me feel better. I took that advice, felt so much better with more energy. Dr. Kowalski is a very knowledgeable and caring chiropractor. With his gentle adjustments he has relieve the pain in my neck. When he is unable to treat you he knows many doctors to whom he can refer you for further treatment. His referral to a doctor has avoided back surgery and I will have a less invasive procedure that I was unaware was available. I highly recommend Dr. Kowalski.
I began going to Kowalski Chiropractic for pain and severe migraines a couple years ago. My migraines have greatly decreased and my back/neck pain has become manageable! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are very flexible with creating a treatment plan and schedule that works for you. I would recommend Dr. Kowalski and the massage therapists to anyone!
I have had a number of lower back issues and Dr. Kowalski has been working on my back for at least 5 years. He is a genuine person who listens carefully when you describe to him your latest back issue. He uses a wide variety of adjustment techniques to get the results youre hoping for. The calm friendly atmosphere pervasive throughout his office is what sets him apart from other chiropractic practises.
I dealt with pain for 15 years and after seeing Dr. Kowalski for the first time I was kicking myself for not seeking chiropractic care sooner! Dr. Kowalski and his staff are a pleasure to deal with. Dr Kowalski and staff are great people! And the care is the best I have ever had , and I have went to Drs for my back for the past 20 years! Any time a friend in the Columbus area mentions that they need a chiropractor, I always recommend Dr. Kowalski. He and his team are great. I think it really helps that Dr. Kowalski is a distance runner and so he is great at treating other runners. Scheduling is always easy and the wait times have always been very minimal, so it is easy to schedule an appointment during work hours and feel confident that you will be able to get back to the office quickly.
I have struggled with neck pain, back pain, and migraines for years and have tried several treatment methods for all three issues with little success. This was my first experience with Dr. Kowalski (and chiropractic treatment) and I have had excellent results. I wish I would have gone sooner. I highly recommend Dr Kowalski and his staff!

Dr Kowalski is a very caring Dr. I have been going to him for years and he has helped me tremendously. My back and my neck feel so much better since I went to him. When I was living in Ohio I would go and see him at least once a week. Now I live in Florida but, every time I go to Ohio I go and see him and he gets me in right away. My husband and I have been going to see Dr. Kowalski for a few years to treat back and muscular pain. He is very caring and even came in on his off hours to help my husband who was in quite a bit of pain. His office also offers massage-Kate is exceptional. She also helps identify exercises that will help relieve muscle tightness causing pain.
Ive been going here for about a year now and my chronic shoulder and neck pain feels better than ever! They will work with you and will look at your insurance so you know what youll be paying. Very quick to respond to phone calls or text messages. I love the ability to ask for an appointment by text since I dont usually have a lot of time to answer phone calls at work. I also love how the massage therapists and Dr. Kowalski will give you recommendations of stretches, exercises and other products to use at home to help you with your pain. Honestly all of those recommendations, when followed regularly, made a huge difference in my life. I will continue to go here and recommend this place to others!
I have been going here for about nine years, and Im happy with Dr. Kowalski. As for the masseuses, the ONLY two that I recommend are Kate and Susan. They are both very knowledgeable and good at what they do. They also provide lots of advice on ways to manage tension and pain at home. The same cant be said for the others.

I have been going to Dr. Kowalski for just over 6 months and I could not have asked for anything or anyone better. I have chronic back and neck issues and have had varying success over the years with other chiropractors. Ive also had a couple of back surgeries; including a lumbar fusion. Dr. Kowalski takes time to learn your history and medical conditions and offers treatments options to address them. Some options are more traditional, while others are less traditional; including stationary and sliding cupping. There is no pressure to try certain options, it is completely up to you and your wants/needs. This is a very family focused practice with a new, modern office. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Kowlaski without any hesitation.

I have been going to Dr. Kowalskis practice for 2 years now. Dr. Kowalski is always helpful with both chiropractic care, and also gives advice and tips to help relieve back and neck pain. Hes recommended a number of methods to deal with back pain that I suffer from due to minor scoliosis in my low back, and a job where I sit and work at a desk all day. He is always very responsive when I request an appointment, and is willing to see patients whenever needed. What I like most is that he doesnt try to push treatments on patients that they dont need. He will recommend certain treatments, but wont overbill / overcharge for chiropractic care. I recommend him to anyone in the Dublin, Ohio area who is seeking efficient and helpful chiropractic care.
Ive been a patient since November 2017.After trying massage therapy and acupuncture to relieve neck pain I found Dr Kowalski on my insurance carriers website. He diagnosed my issue, sent me for xrays to confirm and began treatment that has me pain-free and happy!I highly recommend Kowalski Chirpractic !

I saw Dr. Mark 3 days ago and all I can say is THANK GOD I found my chiro match. No messing around, no pressuring you to do anything you don’t want to do (I’ve had problems with other chiropractors in the past that have unrealistic goals for me). He was right to the point and got me out of pain instantly. I have debilitating lower back pain when I stand in one place for an extended period of time. I’m forced to do this at my job. I also have a wicked reverse curve in my neck that makes day to day activities and sleeping very difficult. I am happy to say I’ve been pain free all 3 days at work since Dr. Mark adjusted me JUST ONCE and I’ve been sleeping like a baby. I cannot wait to go back next week!! Thank you!!!

5 years ago I hurt my back playing bball, i called on a saturday in a lot of pain and he offered to see me on Sunday when they were closed. Very kind of him and I have been going back a few times each year to get adjusted and worked on. His staff have always been professional and kind. He also has a traction board which after calling around to different practices, i noticed no one uses anymore, it is a great tool to help with my disc issues. He is open to patient requests and his massage therapists have been awesome. I drive from Bexley just to see him because I have not found anyone else that offers what he does.
Massage therapist are great and Dr. Kowalski is very understanding and trys to help you out with any issue you have the office is very flexible and will work with you on scheduling. The only issue is with billing and knowing what you owe.

Rolled into this office for a back check-up and adjustments, concerning unusual lower back pain. Ive worked with the staff @ Kowalksi Chiropractic for several years. They definitely dont practice a 1-size-fits-all approach -- on the contrary, they work to tailor the treatment/recommendations to me as an individual.
I awakened with severe back pain and was told to call a chiropractor. So I called Dr.Kowalskis office. They got me in within 2 hours and I got the treatment I needed. By the next day, I had significant improvement thanks to Dr.Kowalski.
Very unprofessional practice. Receptionist informed me she wanted to kill her ex husband for putting her daughter up into a tree to cure her fear of heights. Dr. Kowalski rushed me through my appointment and kept inturrupting me as I talked. On a positive note he did not hurt me, but wasnt really into helping me.
Im a long term patient of this practice and always feel better after my bi-weekly visits to alleviate neck and back pain. Warm environment and competent staff. A+

Was in an accident this am I have been getting cold calls from lawyers wanting me to sue, body shops wanting to my business, and now I get a cold call from this place. This tells me they are fishing for business, I would never get treated by a company that cold calls people. This tells me they are begging for business and I question their motives.

2021-12-17I have been visiting Dr Kowalski for a few months now and so appreciate the care they take with me every visit. Dr Kowalski is extremely caring and wants the best for his patients. Nicole is a gem and I so appreciate her!The massage therapists also take great care and I love Kelly!I would recommend this team and actually have to my friends! One of the treatments that has been so helpful is the laser! The Dr uses it as it provides heat to areas that are sore. It gets right into the muscle and has helped with my chronic pain.

2020-07-09Dr. Kowalski is amazing. I have been going to him for over a year. He has kept me walking and kept my neck and back in line so that I dont get horrible headaches and backaches. When I recently had a fall he got me right in and I was also able to see one of the massage therapists which made a huge difference. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Chiropractor.

2018-04-04Great place! Dr Kowalski is very flexible and always wants to make sure your therapy works for you. I have chronic lower back pain and going regularly to see him has helped tremendously manage the pain. The therapists are also very focused on helping you. They explained in detail how to do the exercises and make sure you feel well before you leave. They all have your best interest at heart.

2018-07-18Wonderful place. Very professional staff that includes Dr. Kowalski and three massage therapists. My whole family has been treated by Dr. Kowalski for two years now and we are pain free! We have tried a few practices before without having noticable improvement. Dr. Kowalski is certainly the best and the results of his treatment are amazing. The massage therapists are great as well -- they all have different styles and each of them works very hard. Plus, they treat you as a family member. Highly recommended!
