Very nice staff. Its a shame the company cares for them so little.There was a water line break causing them to close their indoor restrooms. The portable ones are outside far from the door. This requires employees to go venture out in the dark for a service their employer is expected to provide for them.Also most visits the Amazon return counter on the first floor is closed causing you to have to go upstairs to the back of the store.
I needed to return an item to Amazon and Kohls provides that service. When I went into Kohls the store is very nice very clean and everyone I spoke to was very helpful. There was one gentleman who came out of the back room and I asked you to show me where I needed to go and rather than just pointing me in the right direction he actually took me there and he offered to carry the item I was returning to Amazon. And I think that is outstanding service. It was very easy to return my item everybody was very friendly and accommodating. I think this would be a great place to shop.
Really annoyed because I was given an extremely hard time about using my kohl’s cash. They said I can only use 1?? It clearly says online you can use 6 at once and I even called customer service to make sure and he said the same thing. I was saving them for this purchase and there was a whole scene about how I can only use 1. I’ve used more than 1 before with no issues. They called the manager and the manager confirmed only 1 can be use which is NOT TRUE. Staff should know the rules of the company they work for. With prices as high as they are they should definitely be made aware of the policies especially around the holidays.
First off the employees are terrible rude. I am a 16 year old girl and this women who works at the store. She has brown/red and curly-ish looking hair followed me around the store. And one of your coworkers said “it’s always one of the public school kids and someone like her.” First of that is very rude and I am Hispanic and I take this very offensively. Horrible staff
I was in today (8/9/2021) just before 11:30am and noticed an elderly woman being pressured into getting a credit card that she did not understand. It was obvious that the elderly woman was confused on how to use the card and how it differed from her regular card. Near the end of the process, the elderly woman seemed very hesitant and like she wanted to back out, and even suggested cancelling the whole thing, but the employee loudly repeated “all you have to do is sign”. The elderly woman still had questions after she signed.I am sure the employee knew this woman did not understand. Store credit cards are not something to open on a whim, and the elderly can be targeted by employees looking to make a commission. I was disappointed by the entire interaction between the employee and elderly customer. Employees should not pressure the elderly into something they do not understand. Senior citizens deserve to be treated with respect.I left the store feeling upset and like I should have gone over and explained to the elderly woman what the card was and that she does not have to do anything she is unsure of, no matter how pushy the employee is. Let this review be a warning to anyone with elderly parents.
Definitely use your GPS as it is easy to miss and you dont want to miss this gem! We had Pizza, sausage stuffed mushrooms, and garlic bread which was all worth a 2nd trip back. The atmosphere is very much what I hoped it to be. If you are shy this isnt the place for you. The chef will bring the food from the kitchen to your table. Im not sure if its a husband & wife but theyre most certainly Italian! 😊 I felt like I was a kid again, it was wonderful! Though we werent able to finish our pizza pie, we found room for desert, Tiramisu and Apple pie ala mode! Delicious!
This Kohls location is very clean and well taken care of- the only issue that I am concerned with is that the prices are really expensive when it comes to some of the clothing. One example- I found a Cleveland Browns hat at a competition store for $10.00. At this store- I found the same brand, color and quality for double the price. I know that everyone is hurting with the pandemic-who wouldnt be? But I think that the prices need to come down a little bit before I would come in here again.
I love this store. Super friendly staff. Looking for specific items, staff helped me find and order via the automated kiosk. The cashiers always help me figure out the best use of my Kohls cash. Even when I return something I receive really great customer service in the attempt to swap the item Im returning for the correct size or style. So nice 😍
It’s the app that gets me mad. You know I sign in and proceed to manage and pay card it will log you out and send you to another login page. For what? I have already signed in I should be able to review my account and move on to shopping without all this logging in and out it’s rediculous
Who doesnt love Kohls? While shopping there my husband decided to open up a credit card of his own. Hopefully hell spend his full credit line on me well me and my grandsons.Another great thing about Kohls is you can return your Amazon products there, get your refund back right away much sooner than if you take it back to any other place I found.
We went Kohls to return an item we bought on Amazon. Kohls is an authorized Amazon return facility.I was taken care of quickly and was on my way. Easy return system.But afterwards we were walking around looking at items . The wife found something she wanted to look at but we could not find an associate to help us. There was no one on the floor other than the associates in Customer Service .Another customer was walking around looking for assistance and we all agreed that neither of us could find an associate anywhere on the floor.The Amazon return process was very quick and easy.But Kohls kinda sucked.
Went to do an Amazon return. I wasnt in line very long at all and I was able complete the return very quickly. The agent that assisted me was pleasant also.*Note - if you are going to do an Amazon return, or a return period, the customer service department is upstairs in the far right corner of the store when you step off of the escalator. There wasnt much signage pointing the was when I visited the store
I always find fabulous items here. Their Big Ones Throws, are my favorite. They are incredibly soft and comfy. I also shop in their petites dept. They usually have a very nice selection. I pretty much find nice items in all of their departments. Kohls is one of my favorite places to shop.
I used to really LOVE Kohls ...The last few times that I have been there, things seem like they are constantly being re-arranged. There seems to be a minimal item of choices... of anything.Shoes are always a challenge for me at the stores, but I do order online. Much bigger selections to choose from.I am giving a five star, only because I work for a company that is huge about reviews, and I always give high scores, and then make my comments.
I shopped here twice this week, height of holiday shopping season, once on a Friday night that was hopping, and on late Tuesday morning. Everyone had a good attitude, and the lines moved quickly. The one worker I stopped to ask a question was kind and patient. I even made a return and it moved along nicely even though there were 4 people ahead of me.Nice job with the staffing. Stock looked pretty nice too, not wrecked.I have not shopped at this Kohls before. I will be back. Only complaint is that guest services is tucked in the far back corner of the second floor.... Its almost like they dont want you to go there.......
I absolutely love Kohls! They are a really organized store and the workers are usually friendly and helpful. The line can be kinda long sometimes, but the have everyone stand in the same line with multiple cashiers working to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner. The store is huge! So much to select from. There are two floors with the first one primary selling clothing, and the second floor selling home supplies. Kohls also gives time of coupons! Great quality stuff!
The buy online pick-up in store inventory is constantly off. Says merchandise is available that day, yet the store doesn’t have any of it. The customer service desk is extremely slow. Always a long line going down the second floor that the service desk doesn’t seem to ever get through efficiently. ALSO. Good luck if you need to call their online customer service. I was on the phone for a half hour with a woman partially speaking Spanish to me (which I don’t understand), only for the problem to not get resolved.
I went there for thanksgiving and Black Friday shopping. The deals were awesome. I got great cash back coupons and the redeem period is a couple of days from the shopping day. The apparel was stacked very closely and I felt the walking space could be optimized. All the items don’t have prices mentioned on the ereader displays which made it a bit tough for us to find the right price and delayed the shopping experience. Otherwise the checkout was pleasant and the personnel were very helpful. Also I would appreciate if there is some sitting arrangement at the shoe section. Parking was easy. Recommend this store for apparel shopping.
Needed to replace my winter coat & had already been to a few stores and was getting discouraged. Stopped at Kohls & found a $200 coat for $80, really appreciate the woman working in the clearance area checking the price for me & being able to help me get an awesome coat at a great price. Store was clean and organized.
I do a lot of online shopping. I like the fact that you can pick up your items closer to the front of the store rather than having to walk all the way to the back of the store like most other Kohls. Each time I went to pick up an online order I was quickly served. when I go to the other Kohls especially the one in Strongsville I have to wait in the line for quite a while before I am waited on.
The woman working in the ladies department was very helpful. I needed something for a last minute event and time was valuable. She offered suggestions and let me know where I could find everything. The pricing on alot of clothing is shocking but made very well. The rest of the staff was nice as well. Checkouts were all covered so there was no wait.
This place is dangerous for me. I want to buy literally everything, hah. Some things are overpriced, but there are more than enough discount items to make up for it. I could spend hours (and $hundreds$) here. Highly recommended for any of your clothing needs. Courteous staff and amazing selection of every style and genre of clothing you could think of.
I love the fact that we were in and out of here in a flash, the parking lot and local traffic are not that great. The workers in the store provided quick and efficient service, during the busy holiday shopping time this is really appreciated. I dont shop a whole lot, so I probably wont be back any other time then holidays but it was not as bad as I thought it would be, so I give them four stars.
Great clothing at reasonable prices for every member of the family, no matter the age from toddler to great grandparent. Everything for the home is available. Wonderful jewelry selections again spanning every age group. The same can be said for the wonderful selection of shoes, all types of shoes for every occasion and every family member. Kohls is a complete store for one stop shopping.
Love this location. My only bad experience was Christmas Eve at the jewelry counter. I totally understand that those working were ready to go home, but the older woman assisting me didnt want to use the 30% of code without actually seeing it. I knew the code verbally and have used before. So I took more time to find it in my phone.
Normally, Im a fan of this location. However, this particular visit was was absolutely disgusting. I went in to exchange a piece inexpensive fashion jewelry. From the minute I walked into the store with my son by my side, I was getting looks of disgust thrown my way for whatever reason considering Im wearing a suit at the moment. Proceeded to speak to one of the rudest employees behind the jewelry counter to ask for assistance because all I needed was the exact same piece of jewelry just in a different size! The two women behind the counter gave me my options after finding out that the ring I was trying to exchange was not available in my size at all. The lady made a comment that absolutely made me sick! She stated that I have more options as far as my size was concerned if I spent more money on a real piece of jewelry instead of buying something so cheap! I couldnt believe that they would make such a comment about products in their own store! The lady behind the counter was even more disturbing then the first one! She didnt exactly put down the merchandise that was being sold in their store but she did however talk to myself and my son as if we were ignorant peasants and shouldnt have been shopping for jewelry in the first place! Which was extremely shocking because I am very well-versed in jewelry lingo considering I worked in the jewelry industry for over 10 years and the other jewelry that I had on was extremely high end, so in no way shape or form could I come across as being ignorant but because of the fact that I was asking to see a few different pieces of jewelry that I was interested in for my wife, she was so frustrated and annoyed that I was asking her if I could see a few pieces from the display! With that being said I dont normally go on rants like this regarding stores or their employees but if you have such a hard time working with customers you might want to consider a different career path that doesnt require you 2 deal with customers and require your entire day to be based around quality customer service! I will let Jim Italy never shop at this location ever again!
Way too many customers with no masks on. Some of the hand sanitizer were empty. Lines for returns was too long, 10 people deep, but the move pretty steady. Amazon return lady was so rude, it was unbelievable. I typically dont come to the Parma one and now I know why. Ill stick to the one one my side of town.
Just recently I got, a Kohls charge card and have enjoyed using it through the holidays. However this evening as I entered Kohls at 9:22pm on the DAY Before Valentines day to buy some Jewelry for my valentine, the employees were putting all the jewelry away a half hour before closing. So I left doubting wether Id ever return
The cashier was accomodating. The item I bought wasnt the BOGO promo item that I thought it was, so I hesitated to buy it. The cashier was quick to think to give me some discounts and offered me their credit card so I ended paying even lesser than the BOGO promo. Great!
Who is very good experience I enjoy Kohls because they have very good sales but I was very disappointed about for $50 to get $10 Kohls cash its usually 15 and then the time before I went they werent even giving it out so I wasnt very happy with that have a happy holidays you safe
To be clear I am reviewing this particular Kohls store and not the entire chain. To make a long story short I couldnt find anyone to help me, mens dress pants needed to be organized and even the manager was too busy to speak with me. I love Kohls...just not this store.
I was at a different location and found a pair of shoes that I was interested in but I would have liked a different color so I went online and saw that this location had what I was looking for in Stock. Upon arrival I did not see the shoe in any shape or size so I went back online and put an order for a pickup in, I then got an email saying that the shoe was not available so I went to customer service and after I attempted to explain my situation the cashier did not understand at all and said that next time we should have waited a few hours. Now I am waiting in line because she asked us to step aside just so we can cancel the order. I am very dissatisfied...
Good place to shop at. Prices may seem high, but theres always sales going on. They have quality products (unless youre looking for not that good products for whatever cost-saving reason) and are always in stock. Only problem is that lines are always chaotic and full, even when it seems nobody is there. But other than that, there is a great place to shop at.
The wife loves shopping here and I am never disappointed. They have normal everyday outfits, to formal wear, dresses, and suits. Store also sells jewelry, baby clothes, shoes, children clothes, beds, and household appliances. They even have a section dedicated to toys for young kids, and electronics like Xbox 1s and Playstation 4s.
I shopped at this location for the first time and I was unpleasantly surprised to see that this Kohls only having one center location for check out and the line was very, very long. The Customer service area on the second floor had a very long line and the down side of the escalator was broken. The only good thing for my shopping at this Kohls was, the Customer service representative was very kind although she was handling the desk by herself.
Had an online puck up. Paperwork/email stated to go to customer service desk. Sign at customer service said to go back down to first floor and see a cashier. Cashier then sent me to s kiosk. Took almost a 1/2 hour to get my merchandise. This process needs to be streamlined somehow.
Kind of the ghetto branch of all the local Kohls stores. Always merch laying all over the displays, etc. Not dirty but unkempt. This one could use an overhaul/update as well. Usually have really good deals on the clearance racks if youre willing to take the time to look through them.The cashiers are always extremely friendly and deserve all 5 stars which makes it worth the trip
Went to make an Amazon return. Said to go to service desk. At the top of the escalator there was a sign saying Amazon returns downstairs. Went downstairs....please go to the service centre. Back upstairs at service center....the woman says....you know you shouldve dropped this downstairs....it was closed I tell her.....well you know Im not an Amazon employee....they get $15 an hour....I dont get $15 an hour.....I felt attacked for making my return here and will never do so again.
Very MessyI was at the store in Parma last night. I was shocked by the condition of the Womens clothing dept. There was a pile of clothing on the floor at the back right side of the store (near the dressing rooms) that was in a corner and piled a few feet high. This was near the clearance racks, which also had clothing on the floor under the racks, empty hangers and clothing just draped over the racks. All throughout the area there was also debris on the floor. While I do realize that people can be messy, there was no one around even attempting to straighten up. There was a Kohls associate near by that was more concerned with changing the clothes on the mannequin. All of the tables with folded items were also just thrown about. The condition of this store is totally unacceptable. This is an easy fix.
The sales associates were FAR FROM NICE!I love kohls and I shop there very frequently(probably too frequently). I have always been happy with my services. Today I was taken back by the RUDENESS pouring from the women that were working the front registers!! So much so I decided to rate them &take time to share with google(grownupchoice😴) ..i will NOT return my services/money to that location....besides!! Strongs. is so much nicer and friendlier too!Sincerely,A disappointed customer.....P.s -maybe a Cust. Service REFRESHER should be tossed around as an idea...or you could always throw away the bad🤢 apples!
Cynthia in customer service is in the wrong business. She was extremely rude and continuously commented on how she worked for Kohls and not Amazon.when we walked away from the counter, the person behind us had a return,she asked if it was for Kohls they responded yes and she proceeded to cheer. she was also complaining to her coworker about the fact that people were coming in to do Amazon returns. She clearly is in the wrong position.
First time here. Ordered online store pick up. They have front row parking for online pickups and signs entering store made it very easy to find where I needed to go. Pickup area close to entrance, unlike lots of other stores that make you walk to farthest corner to find customer service.
If I had a choice between going to parmatown Kohls or South Park Kohls there is no competition South Park and roll parmatown Kohls has been the same since they opened parmatown Kohls needs a remodeling and if parmatown Kohls does not remodel before the holiday season theyre going to lose a lot of money and shut down just saying
Love Kohls. They always have great deals and I love my Kohls cash that I collect. It was my first time to the Parma location. Was set up similar to the Westgate one which is the one I shop at. Parma location has way less registers so if you are located between the two definitely go to the Westgate one instead
Kohls at Parmatown was so overloaded with merchandise, you could barely get through the store! I got stuck numerous times trying to get around! There was merchandise all over the floors because you couldnt help but knock stuff over. Ive never seen it so overloaded with merchandise! Very bad experience!
Unjustifiable SCAM allude to RETURN at KOHLSThe only positive experience about Kohls is that they are behind several centuries and if youre not a senior citizen or yelling at smartphone like insane person this is the company that will take you for everything you have if you try to attempt to do something convent or modern way. Rip-off and Scam is specialty better then clotting or home goods. If you shop online and dont want to go to the store or simply dont have time for it and purchase something online and have to “exchange” its a scam. First you have to return by driving to one of the awful stores and get annoyed by one of the employees and spend the whole evening that way, and then you have to purchase item over again. And for the most part its online only item to begin with or if you even attempt to try returning it back to which ever phantom place you purchased it from they blackmail you in to going to the store. When you refuse they offer to handle shipping and never pickup the item, it took 3 hours and 7 calls and you lose every promotional price you ever ended up getting. And they take back Kohls Cash faster then you can imagine, remember “exchange” dose not exist, if you buy a wrong size and shop at Kohls just throw it way it would be much cheaper. Ended up paying double and had to pay for every cost they were responsible for, if they tell you to let them handle the shipping just take it to the post office and send it yourself they never going to do it so would never have to refund the item.
Is the marketing department for Kohls on drugs? Everyone knows that ALL the item prices are inflated so that they can constantly be on sale, which then brings them down to a normal price. Kohls is known as the place you only go to with a stack of coupons. Even with coupons I cannot come here because the way they sell their items is so annoying.
It was a great shopping experience good location great coupons and Deals on clothes I would recommend going there they have everything from casual wear to formal sweatpant and sweatshirt outfits shoes anything you would need for your family to buy clothes wise and a few other things as well

2021-12-12Update: 12/12/21- We went Christmas shopping at Kohls and then went right over to Target after that. The toy department at Target is much bigger than Kohls. I also noticed that most of the aisles at Kohls were very tight and close together. If someone was already in the aisle you could not enter it it Kohls; at Target there was room for multiple people. We did get a couple cute toys at Kohls though. They have 2 floors, so they are bigger than they look from the outside. They do have quality merchandise.

2022-05-27Absolute worst customer service experience I’ve had in a retail store in years. Absolutely appalling the laziness of the workers and management. No accountability and lack of training to handle a situation that they created and had no interest in fixing.Quick summary of what happened. An item was returned to their store, used and worn, they did not check item in the box and simply put it back on the shelf. We got said item and upon discovering we had gotten the heavily worn item that was suppose to be new, we contacted the store. We were told to bring the used item and an exchange could be done for a new one. Simple enough. However upon arriving at the store, management completely mishandled the situation and we were left on our own to find our own solution. At the very least, we got our money back. Being misled by management and not finding a solution is inexcusable. Again poor training all around from customer service, to management with no accountability. They created the situation from the start yet seemed uninterested in finding a simple solution to get a new item as they told us on the phone.

2022-04-15After going through 5 other stores looking for a spring or Easter dress and not finding one, we finally found it here. The thing that helped us find the dress were the nice and helpful staff. Right at closing time, they still had a great and positive attitude.

2022-06-22Arrived 40 minutes before closing trying to find underwire bras for my girlfriend.The female associate in the intimate area offered no assistance, continued straightening up.She then said we will close in 30 minutes as she went about her work not interested in customer service.Very disappointing

2022-02-01In my own opinion, I dont like this store anymore. Theyve not stocked mens cologne in what seems like years(maybe they keep getting stolen? )?Today, though specifically 2-1-22 I asked three different associates within just a minute or two for help, and each had the same response; this isnt my department!Obviously, its nobodies department because there were only 2 or 3 colognes on the shelf . Just drive out to Fairview if you want to shop at Kohls

2021-08-22Update: 8.11.2020So disappointed in Kohls on this last trip. With COVID variations on the rise Kolhs is taking precautions (great to hear) the unbelievable part is the hand sanitizer stations are empty. I have been back a few times just to check and bone dry each time.Then at the customer service desk shoppers can overhear sales associates speaking their frustration with wearing masks again.This definitely one of the cleaner Kohls and well organized.Unlike other Kohls in the area this one is organized and clean.They do offer Amazon return station on the first floor.They off small to xxl in the ladies sections and in the womens section from O to 4x.They have a decent shoe selection however at time can be a bit crowded.

2022-03-07I dont go to Kohls often but when I do I get the best deals! The Parma store is great. Organized and very friendly staff. Plus the rewards system they have on top of Kohls cash is awesome!

2022-07-07Was very upsetting to arrive at the store for basically curbside pick-up only to be told if wasnt currently in use. If this is going to be an ongoing situation free shipping should be offered. My review has gone from 5 stars to 3.
