Fantastic Customer Service! I had a long work day and needed to make exchanges on 3 tennis shoe purchases. It was a quick and easy exchange. Until i went in my car to realize i had lost my phone. The woman working in customer service who helped with the exchange walked around the store calling my phone for me and ended up finding it. Turns out i left it in the cart. LOL what a day. Grateful for the kind workers at this location!
The lady Heidi at the check out was absolutely HORRIBLE. Something rang up the wrong price she made me go take a picture of the price to prove to her what it was. When I came back with the picture she told me it wasnt the right shirt. There was literally 20 more of the same shirts under that price tag.
Having an Amazon return in Kohls is a great idea. I always end up spending money before I leave. Awesome
They sell 100% cotton Levi Jeans. Hard to find these anywhere else. Just wish they were a bit more slim.

Kohls wants so badly to be Macys with their prices and Walmart with their crazy long lines and only two cashiers. This place stresses me out with their credit card pushing employees and Kohls cash that expires before you can even spend it. Just stop. I do not want to save $15 on my purchase to open a credit card with 29% apr. Not only that, if you decline the credit card offer, the cashiers resent you and get sassy. I just want to buy my $45 sweater that will unravel in a week and be done with my experience there. Invest in some self checkouts, PLEASE.

It would be nice if you had a better selection of mens casual footwear especially in wide sizes. And another idea. Put out a list of items that % off covers. The list will be shorter.
I went shopping on 11-21 just before my birthday to purchase pajamas and tops because I lost 42 pounds and to get the extra Kohls dollars.Well, did you know that unless you make an EXACT EVEN EXCHANGE DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR AND BRAND NAME FOR BRAND NAME that they force a return, deduct your bonus bucks and start a typical exchange and purchase of merchandise. So I lost 30 bucks. YEP, HOW FAIR IS THAT. I even spent more money....The manager at Kohls on Sawmill Road, DIANE WAS RUDE, ARROGANT AND SAID THAT RETURNS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN DONE THIS WAY.Well, on the back of your receipt it says, yes, returns are easy. Your satisfaction is our priority.This does not apply. Had I not gotten a ride (as I dont drive) I would have walked away. But I desperately needed clothes.Now I will not return to Kohls and will let everyone know how fake their advertising and receipt statements are!!!!!!!
Kohls is just not what it use to be.... Way to many sale racks with to may cloths smashed into them... Purse selection is pitiful anymore and if your a woman over 50 dont bother looking at the cloths just sad use to love this store
What I will say about Kohl’s is that it serves its base very well. If discounted brand or slightly unknown brands at a fair price and a lot of selection albeit at times a bit mediocre but lots of room to love around and a little something for everyone; including home goods etc. Then this is your place. I usually myself come for a decent pair of work pants or something for casual wear or a fall sweater or cheap shoes… It’s remiscent of Marshall’s or Ross etc, secondary department store but with an identity of its own. Probably what Macy’s will some day become. Thanks!
We were looking for dress clothes for a 10 y/o boy. Found part of what we were looking for. Stores just dont carry much in the way of dress clothes these days, so plan ahead.
Used curbside pickup. My order was bulky, the employee tried to give it to me through my car window. When I asked her to put it in the back seat, she grunted, opened the door and threw the bag in, causing a stuffed animal to fall to the pavement. She picked it up, tearing off the tag, threw it into my backseat, and slammed the door and went back inside.
I voluntarily did the survey at the bottom of the receipt, but did not realize that it was only 1 question long and therefore did not submit my entire experience.I went shopping on Wednesday evening and found way more than what I came in for! One of the things I love most about Kohls is the money saving deals. I saved over $160 due to their clearance section!The biggest reason that I wanted to leave a review is to let management at this location know that one of their employees provided exceptional service, Meenu, at the cash register. I walked around the store for around 30 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged at any point during my browsing. When I got up to the line to be checked out, Meenu immediately waved me over and asked how I was doing and if I found everything okay. She was SO personable and friendly, I could even tell she was super smiley through her mask!! She made conversation like we were old friends and really brightened up my day. I hope that management acknowledges and appreciates this employee for her hard work and great customer service!

Spent 2 hours holiday shopping tonight, we had 2 carts full of items and the overhead speaker stated it was time to head to checkout as the store was closing ( we were already about 20 ft from the front at this point anyways ).Cashier closed her register right in front of us at 10:00 on the dot as we were unloading our items. I’m shocked!! I estimated just under $2,000. I’ve been feeling guilty for shopping online @amazon and decided to skip a huge shopping trip like this online but after tonight I could care less. All 5 employees sitting around doing nothing acting like they’re too busy with closing duties to actually help a customer, probably won’t have jobs too much longer as more & more retail stores with horrible customer service close.

Very large cloth store. Small appliances also available. Not much options available for clothes. High price on cloths with high discounts posted. Not very friendly or helpful staff. Easy to spot and access from sawmill road.Amazon drop off available here. Billing area had stupid line marking which made me go back over and wait on other side after some people came after me. Not recommend for anything unless your here to spend a gift-card or coupon.

I love Kohls. I always find something when I go here. However, I would suggest you never pay attention to the original prices. They are greatly inflated to make you think you are getting a deal.
After going to customer service to return an item, they refuse to take it back saying they no longer sell it. It’s a three week old purchase, but whatever it’s fine. I take the store credit, I go and find a few items that end up doubling the amount I had in store credit. They then proceed to check me out but NOT use the store credit even though I put it DIRECTLY INTO THE HAND of the cashier. After finalizing the purchase, she realizes and apologizes for the mistake but her manager then tells me I’ll have to go back to the customer service counter to get my money back. I understand that mistakes happen, but in the same breath, your employees, management, customer service systems are all operate in a way that shows no respect to your customers time or money. Just a “whoops, we’re sorry. I can’t fix my own mistake. Good luck finding someone here who can!”TLDR: Customer service sucks and store layout has all of the allure of an oversized 1980’s shopping mall. Wear your walking shoes in cause the staff screws up.

Horrible experience at this Khols...The cashier who said her name was Nancy..was Nasty and gave us a hard time about using a twenty percent coupon. I understand why they are hiring...We use to receive excellent customer service...not sure if this was race related or if Nancy was having a bad day. I will no longer shop at this location..beware of Nancy...Do better.
Some employee quickly stopped what she was doing to help me find something as soon as I asked her for help. She looked through multiple items until she verified I had the exact item I was looking for and she was very pleasant. The check out line was long but moved fast. My cashier was sweet and actually came from the register to let me know to come to her lane. The item I seen online that I came to the store for, rung up exactly the same price in store as the price online. Satisfied customer.
This time of year, Id think Kohls would have more than 4 cashiers. With that said, the cashiers did a great job!!
We were given the runaround when we were checking out!! The lady at the return desk told us we had to go to the front registers. We walked back to the front register and was told that we had to go down to the return desk!!! We didnt get to complete our purchase/exchange!!! Its a shame since we spent an hour looking for what we wanted!!!

Frustrating place to shop, they use little electronic price boards by the products, but dont correctly list prices. Than they give Kohls dollars that you cant use for a week! Give us a discount at time of sell!

Over the years this store has become a dump. Clothes are piled on racks without sorting. Local thrift stores do a better job. And try finding a simple (no polyester) cotton shirt. Quality clothing has virtually every disappeared.There is nothing you can find at Kohl’s that can’t be found cheaper or better quality within a mile. How it survives is a mystery.

Sephora is not an upgrade. It was a decent Kohls and I enjoyed shopping there. Now its just bleh.
I was trying to purchase a fitness tracker and even after speaking to the cashiers upon arrival as to where they were located because I wanted to buy one today. There was not an associate visible in that half of the store (because I was even asked if I could help another shopper). I walked back to the cashiers and asked if I could have some assistance in the secured fitness tracker area. She was so kind as to use the intercom to request customer service assistance. I went back to the back of the store to that area and waited 15 minutes and no one arrived. And I even heard a couple of repeated intercom requests for customer assistance while I was standing there. Still no one arrived. I ended up not able to get assistance to make my purchase before leaving. I was very disappointed for sure.
Just used the Amazon returns department at this Kohls.Lots of products in the store and they were busy for a Monday afternoon.They are hiring.
Well, this place is nice if you want to buy some clothes or bedding and other things of that sort but, a normal trip here will cost you about $80 and you will be getting about 3 to 6 items. (But then again this is just what I experience) also most of there coupons besides Kohl cash will not get you a discount on the things you want. But other than that this place is good if you are trying to buy some clothing or whatever for yourself or family members and will last them awhile but if theyre in a sport or something, Dicks will be a better option and cost about the same.
Had issues with 2 separate registers when trying to checkout . Employees were unfriendly and unhelpful and only wanted to push me to sign up for kohls card. Finally took my purchase to customer service and immediately was greeted, helped check out successfully, and even offered a coupon and helped me out a closed exit.

This store was dirty and is starting to feel like a big lots. I went here with my mom Christmas shopping in November and the kitchen appliance section had many unopened instapots and trash strewn about. The juniors section had displays full of unfolded clothes. They even moved the amazon returns in an awkward place and are putting packages in aisle ways. This Kohl’s is located in an affluent part of Ohio and most of these people were not shopping there anymore. It’s hard to say if this is merely location but they have seriously gone downhill.
I like to shop at Kohls as they always have good quality products, but today i spent 20 minuts trying to find Amazon returns, and everytime someone direct me wrong. I think Kohls should put directions once you enter the store to make it easy for us.

Very disappointed in this place. I complained several times about the big and tall section. Pretty much only polo shirts thats been there the last 3 years no stock change and if they do get anything new its only a couple little things. They really need to take everything out of that areas . Make it bigger. Bring in some updated styles for big and tall. Know your customers better. Pay attention to what theyre looking for. Stop stocking 80% of the store of items nobody wants. If they advertise new plus size/ big and tall. Youll have so much more business.
Kohls in Dublin is huge and well stocked, the underwear section has a wide selection. The clothes on clearance are very affordable. Their 30% coupons and Kohls cash are a good deal. My only criticism is that they never seem to have enough staff to maintain order- the clothes are often mixed up in sizes, on the floor, just majorly disorganized esp the clearance areas. The return lines also take time and are brutal around the holiday season. I wish there was a return area near the womens area, it would be more convenient. But, overall, good deals, good store for the basics.
Huge line. Waited 20 minutes in line to pay before leaving. Maybe have more than three registers open the second to last Saturday before Christmas. Plenty of workers, but only three on register.Happy to take my business elsewhere.
Ive gone to this Kohls for years. Its a good place to go if youre fully immersed in couponing and you enjoy the clearance section. Otherwise, the prices are higher than they should be. Ive lost weight recently and am no longer considered plus-size, and it feels like an entirely different store. The plus-sized clothing seems like its meant for middle-aged women, so its difficult for a plus-sized teenage girl to find clothes. Even in the regular section, this store isnt made for college students. The junior section is fantastic, but Im too tall for that.The selection here is so large that you can probably find something you like if you spend enough time in the store, regardless of your height, weight, or fashion sense. But there are better places to shop if youre in college.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!The changing rooms aren’t open. Trying clothes on is hard enough, but when you force everyone to guess on sizes it makes for a very negative experience.It wouldn’t be that hard for them to take people off the cash registers to go be near the changing rooms and clean them in between each new person to go in them. But no they have all of their employees at the jewelry counter, cash registers, and in the help desk. They could put at least 1 person by each changing room area and make only 1 or 2 changing rooms available in each spot. Literally every cash register had an employee working at it.Overall it was an extremely negative experience and I definitely would not recommend going here for a while. At least not until masks are no longer mandatory, and when they take down those plastic barriers, oh and most importantly until they OPEN THE CHANGING ROOMS!
This place is HORRIBLE when it comes to Amazon returns. I just will not shop for anything affiliated with Kohls any longer. Your older women there are pretty snooty, but know how to put on a nice act. I was still nice with them. But I could tell they really didnt want to deal with my return. And another thing, the lady at the customer service desk for returns....there has to be a nicer way of directing someone to your NEW desk for Amazon returns. I could never shop at this one. If your a POC, they may follow you around in the store because they dont know if you are capable of something OTHER THAN shopping. Horrible customer service. Ive never been treated like this by any means anywhere. Im just gonna take my lumps and bumps and just not ever shop there or anything affiliated with them.
For the most part, I am really satisfied with this store. After each season you can usually find some great deals on clothes and accessories. They carry a good selection of stylish and sometimes inexpensive (mid range) clothing and household items. A great place to shop if you want a new outfit fast.
There was just about any type of clothing you want, casual clothes, more professional clothes, etc. Everything can be easily found, and the store is easy yo navigate. There were plenty of changing rooms scattered throughout the store, but they can be difficult to spot. The only issue I had were the prices. A single pair of jeans costed $60, and they werent anything special. Overall 7.5/10
I only go to Kohl for Amazon returns, and the have moved the location for returns 3 times. To me this store is for your great great grandma. Especially the shoe department and the prices are high for poorly made clothing.
Things seem to be in no order. I went in for specific items (womens clothes and kids clothes). The selection of kids left much to be desired and things were a mess in that section. Clothes not folded...on the floor...many with no UPC labels or pricing. The womens clothes were in no sort of order. I was looking for fall tops. I would find a rack here or there. One if the tops I picked was showing $12.99 on the sale sign. It rang up $24 and I was informed it was buy one get the second 1/2 off. I probably will not go back to this one.
Kohl’s Dublin is always clean and super busy. I did an online pick up. Once I figured out where to go, my transaction was very fast.
This is the only store I go to for casual or dress attire. Helpful staff and always a good selection of product. 😎
I have never been in this Kohls or any for that matter, but I wasnt disappointed I went in to get what I came for and it was right by the door I then browsed a bit and decided that this would not be my last visit I will come back to see what else Kohls has to offer! Went into the store with my boyfriend to buy shorts. Picked out two that I found on a rack “19.99 buy one get one 50% off” and checked out. Woman on register was blowing her nose, and then, using the same tissue, wiping her eyes and did NOT use hand sanitizer at all and immediately began touching and using items at the register. This is very inappropriate. Then, the shorts were way more expensive, and when we asked about it, they told us that this specific pair was not included in the sale. We explained to them that we were under the impression that they were, they’re the same brand on the same rack. We were then told that they “are not similar” and it was extremely rude and condescending. Also, the dressing room was filthy, every room had piles of clothes 3 feet high. Hangers were everywhere and I was tripping over trash. I am not at all impressed with my experience and service with this location.
Kohls always has great prices and a lot of options. This branch had extra messy dressint rooms with clothing covering the floors. The staff was not interested in helping us reserve a different size of shoes at a near by branch
I Recently bought a Dana Buchman purse from here and I am loving it! Kohls always has some good buys in the accessory department and I hadnt bought a purse in 10 years. However, I took two stars off of this review because of my experience with the check out woman. I noticed immediately that she was on the phone. I ,at first, thought she was on the phone with a co-worker or possibly a manager but she was on the phone throughout my whole transaction. My first card didnt work for reasons unknown and she was snappy about me using another one (still on the phone). I tried to ask her a question but I got ignored completely. After that, I went through the transaction with haste because I just wanted to leave. I am not sure why she was on the phone (it was a smart phone) but I thought it was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I currently have a customer service position and I would have gotten fired on the spot if I did anything like that. Ive noticed that a lot of the reviews have similar complaints. People love the selection of merchandise but they are not a fan of how theyve been helped. I probably wont return to this location again.
Came in to exchange a dress. Asked the cashier where I should go she said to just go pick the dress and she would do the exchange. After waiting in a seriously long line another cashier said I cant do that youll have to go to the service desk. I asked her where it was and she pointed to the other end of the store and said down that way. Geez ever heard of customer service
They could really do better with the shoe selection but I found incredible bedding and awesome selection of Adidas tops and bottoms as well as delicates and a fully satisfied three stripe line up missing nothing. Also nice Under Armour outfits along with Nike.
As always an excellent shopping experience. Sale pricing can often become confusing but it always seems acceptable at checkout. But more importantly, the associates you encounter while shopping are absolutely the best. To them, personally, THANK YOU. You are the reason Kohls has a customer for life.
Kohls has get selection, but everything is marked way up and then they give you some money back to make it look like you are getting a good deal.
Always awesome service here, especially Kristy in the Jewelry and Fragrance counter. She helped me find a nice fragrance for my wife and myself and even gave us several samples with our purchase! Always nice to get the Khols cash with your purchase so you can save on a future visit. This is my goto place for clothes and fragrances.
Excellent selection for womens and childrens clothing. More variety and way bigger sections than Target. If items arent on sale, they can be expensive. But there are usually quite a few bargains.
New Amazon drop off very difficult to find. Only one vague sign that was on the other side of the store. I got in a long line at the registers, figuring it was there only to find it past the registers, once I was at a register and the cashier told me.Plus size clothes are nothing I want, other than the rare Chaps brand top. I havent shopped there in about 5 years.
Great clean and organized store with friendly, helpful staff. GREAT buys ... Then you get Kohls cash (free money) to spend on a future visit. A trick to get you back to spend more?? ABSOLUTELY! ( happily). If you dont know what Kohls is about, I suggest you learn!
This is a pretty good Kohls location. They always have lots of items on clearance. Be wary though. Never pay full price for anything here and sign up for the rewards program and credit card for the best savings. You can get some real steals by combining offers and only shopping at just the right time.
**Edit**Whenever I order online for this store, they almost always cancel the order. I seriously wonder if theyre too lazy to get item or if their inventory is that jacked up. Dont waste your time!I actually was able to pick up ONE item today, and get this... The package was OPEN!! It was a gift... How trashy. So done with this store. Id return it but I dont want to stand there for 30 minutes to do so! They split up lines for Returns/Pickups and unfortunately customers are jerks and will cut in front of you. Its not their fault Kohls doesnt know how to make a line, I guess.If Im really desperate, I guess Ill go to Hilliard from now on. Id like to buy online and have it shipped to my house, but their shipping is as slow as their employees. Most stores have 2-4 days... A week max. Kohls still has you looking at your mailbox for like a week and a half. Actually, last time I had a shipment, I ordered three sets of sheets and they only sent me two. For a retail clothing store on Christmas eve they were very attentive to customers and had many cashiers working checkouts. Areas were not a big mess considering shoppers picking and sorting through items and laying them aside.
Extremely filthy and had used clothes being sold as new. I just left the store because I noticed an orange button on a black dress shirt that I had picked up. The thread was also orange. The rest of the buttons had a white residue on them. I showed this to ths lady at the service counter and all she said was Huh, weird. So I handed them to her and walked away. She then asked me if I wanted to buy them. REALLY?
Nice place with a large selection of clothes. I always take my kids here for the back-to-school action. I also love the Khols buck incentive to go back and spend more, LOL.Can get very busy during peek times in the day, but overall very organized , clean and well stocked. Great safe area of the city, but you will see the bums begging for money on the street corners. Why is it always the white crack heads begging for money on the corners outside.
Took my grandmother which is disabled to finish shopping for. Christmas the store was over packed & a mess making it hard for her to be able to actually look! She eventually found something but now everything like she use to! Went to check out & was treated w/ such rudeness by Emily working register near lafies exit around 10am yesterday, the other cashier was Indian and they both kept assisting walk up customers while we patiently stood in the line you have designated for holiday time! Once we got their attention Emily smerked and took us amx rushed my disabled grandma never apologizing or claim fault in taking others not in actual line! She actually didnt speak & its holiday time lets not be rude! Workers forget w/o customers there is no job!
I was able to get some Christmas items from the mens department. Hats, socks Etc. Im saving this for Christmas 2018. I was trying to get the the Kohls app but the lady at the register didnt seem to understand it wasnt able to help me with that. I guess Ill have to do that again on my own. But got lots of good stuff at great price
I love kohls but this store was not very clean =( they had a great selection if you could find your size. There were shelves of piled unfolded clothing all over the place. Dressing rooms were dusty and had sticky floors. Bathrooms could have used a good scrub down too.... I hope that it was just a seasonal issue.
Typical Kohl’s. They need to make sure there is enough staff on hand, not only to check everyone out timely, but to keep the store organized. People are rude. They will unfold clothes and toss them without care. But as a company, they need to realize that and keep it organized throughout the day. Otherwise, it’s clean. We had a problem at the counter. The peel to conceal the savings slip brought us trouble and the cashier didn’t understand. In the past, Kohl’s has been lenient during these situations. Kohl’s is Kohl’s. Nothing more.
Most of the time they have great deals and you can also add on coupons. Three stars because its not the nicest/cleanest place (there are wrinkled clothes everywhere).
When I walk in to this Kohls I see a sea of fixtures crammed together. Walls packed and a floor layout thats very confusing.No signage to indicate departments or where to find anything. I also took notice that after 3 visits to this store not one person has ever offered to help me. The last time I was there looking for shoes with my 12 year old. The staff ignored the fact that we werent sure of his size or his needs. I had to find everything for myself. I wanted to also buy him a coat but could not locate the area in the store where his size was. Only little kids or mens. Squeezing through rack after rack searching was not fun. I had money to spend and honestly urgently wanted to buy for a trip. It didnt happen after over an hour in the store just gave up.
This had to be the biggest Kohls ive ever seen!! Aside from that, I had to do a return at the customer service counter. There was only 2 women working a full line but the woman working with us didnt seem stressed or upset which was refreshing. She was nice, joked with us, very easy and quick transaction and everything ran smoothly. Unfortunately for her when we were leaving we heard the entitled suburban mom from hell approaching her next but as far as my experience went, 5 stars!!

We love shopping at this Kohls. They might not always have the exact thing youre looking for, but the selection is pretty good, the deals are great and the staff are always very kind to us. I would suggest going in the evening or during the work day to avoid long wait times for checkout and returns.

Kohls is my frenemy. They have great coupons (NEVER pay full price there), and if you go in with no clothing agenda, youre sure to find a reasonably made item for a great price. BUT, its the worst place to buy gifts. The. Worst. On more than one occasion Ive found myself making multiple laps around the store, fruitlessly trying to find a passable gift using my aforementioned awesome coupon. Alas, Im walking out again with a cheesy Xmas themed shot glass. And yet, each time their colorful sale flyers lure me back in. Why cant I quit you, Kohls?
Messy, messy, messy. It makes me not want to go hear. Clothes are very disorganized. Its sad because it wasnt always like this.
The staff is willing to help any way they can. My mom constantly gets Kohls cash and coupons, and she almost always let them expire. The staff here is still willing to honor them, and help you find how to get items that may be out of stock in their location.
Always like shopping at Kohls ... I like being able to see what Im buying and not guessing by seeing something online and being disappointed .... too many times ...

Complete disarray in there. What a mess. Felt like I was in a dirty thrift store.
I went when in the morning when it wasnt busy. I had a return so I went up to the counter with two ladies who were talking. I stood there for a minute waiting for them to at least tell me theyd be with me in a minute. I waited. Finally one lady waved me up to her counter. Minimal talking. Immediately felt like I was a hassle for her/them. Walked around, cute stuff. Several people saw me and no one asked if I needed help or even a smile. I went to the mall right after and everyone was very helpful and nice. Just a big change in attitude. Wont be back to this one.
Super easy Amazon drop off. Wish the other set of doors were open so I didnt have to go from one side of the store to another (and back again to exit)
Stopped in Kohls to pick up something I ordered online 3 days ago. It was a very quick in and out. The clothes fit perfectly and are of nice quality!
This place is sheer chaos. Lines are always bad. The signage is atrocious, so you end up wandering around way too long, trying to find a nonexistent salesperson, all to find something that should have been painfully obvious. Sometimes with their promotions you get a really good deal; if you dont have their coupons, kohls cash, etc., youre not getting a good deal, though.
Yvonne helped me with my wedding registry that she ended up having a hard time finding after scanning all of my items. She was super helpful and so kind! Very nice costumer service!
The selection was amazing. I got some really nice hiking shoes for a great price. The cashier also gave me a Kohls discount when I was checking out of I believe 20%, which saved a lot of money. So, she was so awesome. And I also got kohls cash at my way out. So in my opinion kohls s is amazing and I Will definitely be coming back to this location. They are awesome.
I visited this Kohls on black Friday. The lines moved quickly. I was only going for a smartwatch & had to get it in store. I would have preferred to have it shipped. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.
Standard Kohls. You shop there armed with coupons and a desire to wade through the clearance section of you dont want to pay too much for the department store usuals. This store was pretty tidy and clean.
I have been shopping at this Kohls location for years.. that is why I gave it a three star rating. On the down side- it is always very messy with most things being out of stock in popular sizes. I attribute the lack of stock to poor management. Something is wrong when you have 13 XXL pairs of leggings and no small, medium or large. Too many times the store is showing inventory that nobody can find. Ive been coming here for over 20 years and the store has steadily declined over that time. I only go here when I have to these days.
Good products at low prices.But its a pain in the butt that you have to use their coupons and Kohls cash to get things at the real price instead of the fake price thats about double.I only go when I get a 30% off coupon.
Quality of product is starting to go downhill. Example you buy a ladies top and a few washes later it has lost its shape. Also their target market seems to be more of the millennials.

Normally I love this store and my mother and I have been shopping here for over fifteen years. However, we went to this location to do some last minute Christmas shopping and NONE of the prices were ringing up correctly. The store was a complete mess, and everything their website said was in stock, was not. We tried to get help and the first woman was able to admit that the price was ringing up wrong, but when I tried to show her that another item was wrong, she brought another lady over who immediately I could tell didn’t want to be there. She kept saying I was wrong even when I proved to her she was wrong. She then proceeded to give me an attitude when I told her that I’ve been going here for as long as I can remember and they have ALWAYS matched prices online, and she refused to do it. She was so rude that I just walked away because NO ONE deserves to be treated that way, especially so close to Christmas. I don’t know what was going on with those two women, but they have just lost a life-long customer.
Little overpriced but good variety of selections. Clothes were not organized according to size. Shoes were ok. I liked under armour section but could use more variety. Overall an ok place to shop.

A pretty sizeable store that has just about everything a Kohls could possibly offer. The customer service is extremely helpful and takes returns without too many questions asked.Kohls is a wonderful store to stay up with modern fashion, or just keeping your closet filled with quality clothes. Either way, it wont break the bank!
This Kohls is super clean and spacious, the layout is logical and they have lots of registers to accommodate to large lines. The service is average but everything else is great.
Very helpful with a kiosk order and got sale price and 30 percent discount. They did misplace a hat I had them save, but found another one on sale. All in all with the sale price and discounts a good visit.
Worst Kohl’s I have ever experienced. There is trash and clothing on the floor throughout the store. The fitting rooms are an absolute disaster.Corporate needs to send in a team to straighten this store out. Felt like I was in a thrift store.
Service is terrible. I went in with my wife with the intention of buying a microwave. There were no prices on the model we wanted. I walked the entire back it the store from housewares to the bathroom and no assistance anywhere. I tried to carry it to the front of the store for price check but it was to heavy . We went to the front of the store for customer service and they tried several times to page someone but no one answered. There were plenty up front, surprised no one could help us. We left, went to Walmart where they have carts to carry a microwave and prices you can find without walking around looking for an employee that will never be available to speak to.
If you are looking for good deals dont forget to sign up for their emails. Winter Clearance deals are best from Jan to march. Summer clearance is best in the end of Aug. The Kohls app is a good way to have all your coupons in one place. Their clothes are good quality, if you want to save some money and get good clothes, go to Kohls!
Kohls curbside pickup needs a lot of work..as do most but they need a complete overhaul. Suggestions: Every parking spot needs a number. This should happen everywhere. Second they need to upgrade their app to allow check in and spot entering and text confirmation when order is on the way out
Very nicely organized. Lots of places to check prices. Some items were more at this location but the selection was better and staff was much friendlier than the Hilliard store.
During the holiday season the checkout line can be long but Walmart could learn a lesson or two of how well Khols manages the checkout system. Went through very quickly
So, we have a few Kohls in the area and this one is by far the least organized. If you have time to scour racks, youll be able to find good deals. Like the previous poster said, dont ever pay full price for something here because they always have coupons floating around. They have a nice rewards program too and run specials with Kohls Cash throughout the year.

This Kohls tends to have a more friendlier staff at customer service. I mostly do online order for pickup. Never had an issue with parking, plenty available. Now it is a Amazon return center as well.
Wish they had more stuff for guys like me and my son who are both 65. Need more jeans waist size 38,40&42. Pickings are slim cause if at all in those sizes unfortunately.

Tried to return head phones that I recd 2 of for my birthday and they just changed policy of returns of 30 days. I would have been ok with in store credit... nope so now I have 2 head sets. Wont shop there any more. Ill go to Macys and tj maxx, home goods and Marshalls.

The experience I just had with two sales associates was exceptional in helping find the right size and color Fitbit replacement wristband for my wife.
The store is packed or over stuffed with merchandise. You can hardly move. I went for a blouse and they were all ugly they had a terrible selection. I did get underwear but that was all.
The lines were terrible at this location. There was a middle-aged man who was doing mall-walk laps around the store. He must have made 10 loops before we checked out.
The best place to go when its a Thanksgiving as you get $15 cashbacks for every $50 spent. Other times are also very good but little costlier though.
Apparently this time of year, that particular Kohls is busyand people just leave clothes everywhere on the floor and you got to walk through it over it or around it but other than that it was okay.

Although this is not the closest one to me this is the only one I shop at...they always have the absolute best merchandise and the store is always clean and the shelves are never a mess like the one on Morse road.

I hope you have all day to sift through piles of glad rags spewed all over the place! And don’t get me started on the organization or lack of in the fitting rooms. Poor excuse for a store.

2021-12-24I dont shop there often! But khols is a pretty good place to shop for clothes! This location is great price-wise and clean! And the workers are very helpful! I shop here for holidays only because they have a great deal on holiday. Especially on Christmas and New Year! It gets a little crowded on holiday. And this place is very easy to access from both sides of sawmill road and this place is connected with Sephora!Big and safe parking lot!

2022-05-19Big one towel sale is the best deal. We loaded up on new bath & hand towels and some wash clothes. Lines were way too long to check out, but Im still giving 5 stars. Kohls has good products and good prices and always coupons and Kohls cash if you use it. The Amazon kiosk was really fast and convenient, bonus was the Kohls coupon.

2022-04-26The employees are so nice here, Ive been going there a lot lately and I have only had one bad experience. The woman that was working in the mens section just couldnt be bothered. But another employee made up for it, he was awesome! Sometimes they are crazy busy with super long lines. So be prepared if you go during peak times.

2022-04-10I generally am only here for an Amazon return, but that always runs smoothly. The store is clean and well organized. Only thing I’ve noticed that generally the lines are really long due to not enough clerks at the registers checking people out.

2022-03-27They definitely need to spend some time fixing shelving and stocking shelves. The return shelf by the fitting rooms have more inventory on them than the racks do. However their stores always have good sales and you can usually find what you need.

2022-03-25I waited for 15 minutes for store pickup and had to go inside and there were 3 people standing around on their phones. One brought my order out to me in the store and they only brought half the order out so had to go back and get the rest. So basically a failed attempt at quick store pickup. No wonder Kohls is not doing well and getting bought out
