No clothing options to choose from , same styles ever year . The workers are rude unpleasant just overall negative experience . Amazon return the lady who is tall with grey short hair and black glasses... didnt catch her name ? She seems very angry to do her job and I noticed she was bossing customers rudely at the cashier station . I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone and would recommend people to NOT shop here .
Store has been recently reorganized so things definitely werent how I recalled them last I was there. Im not a frequent shopper of Kohls but was able to find my bearings relatively well all things considered.Store itself was nice and didnt wait long in line and staff were all nice and didnt hound us to sign up for a Kohls card.Only giving 4 stars however due to Kohls everything is always on sale digital sale pricing tactics that I never can seem to put a finger on how theyre able to get away with.
Not a very good expierence. Treated like a bother to start off. Checked out and noticed I was over charged for some items went back in waited forever at service desk with no one in line. The lady was less than friendly and split my order in two so I wouldnt receive my kohls cash when I had spent $96 so just ended up returning it all and going to rue 21 for some Christmas shopping. Inconvenient and wont be returning anytime soon.
3/14/22, only 2 registers open on the opposite end of the store. No more kiosks to verify prices , or place orders. I looped around the mens section more than once and found zero billfolds. I guess they needed more room for all the pink and pastel colored mens shirts and shorts. No price tags on an item in the kitchen area, I had to stand in line some more to get the price at the service desk to get it, even though a less expensive air fryer was shown on their site.
Horrible experience. Went to do Amazon return and the older woman working the station is extremely rude. Doesn’t even greet you, she just stares. It is so awkward it makes me not want to come back. She doesn’t say a single word. she also will be doing other things as you just oddly stand there and again doesn’t say one word. But once she is done she rudely stares for you to come up. this associate needs to be doing something that does not involve customer interaction like maybe stocking shelves. I think her name is Tammy
Its super handy to be able to return my Amazon packages there. Unfortunately I got hooked with their take 25% off a purchase coupons that they give you when you return something. Which meant that I had to wait 20 minutes to check out because they didnt have enough cashiers and the line was wrapped a quarter of the store way around the store because its the Monday before Christmas.
My son is disabled. He wants to shop on his own. While in the he had a fall. Then he had a fall waiting in the checkout. The staff picked him up and put him in a wheelchair. They called me and helped me get him to the van. I was very impressed with how they handled the situation. Three employees were involved. I would like to thank them for their assistance and patience.
The store itself is fine, but the woman working the Amazon return was extremely rude. After I greeted her, she just stared at me - no return greeting or any words whatsoever. I told her I had two separate returns. Again, she just stared at me, so we stood there awkwardly for a second. She finally prompted me to give her the code. When I took out my phone to get the code, she rolled her eyes at me - so much so that my 7 year old son commented on it after we walked away. It was an incredibly odd interaction. She had no people-skills whatsoever while working a customer service counter.
I only use Kohls as an Amazon return facility. However, after standing in the return line for about 10 minutes, I am told I now have to go the back of the store to return my item. No signs. No one directing people for returns. Then after I return the item, I tell the employee I only want my confirmation paper. No special percentage off receipts. No sales offers. I am still given all of that trash. I had to leave it on the desk.
Thursday, mid morning. No holidays or special sales. Check out had 2 registers open. Line had more than 20 people. How disrespectful. Waiting in line over 30 minutes was ridiculous. I plan not to return. Ill take my business to retail establishments that respect my time.
When checking out, waited 30 minutes. Then when it was finally our turn to check out we had the worst cashier ever. I forget her name. She had short blonde hair and was younger looking. But it was horrible. She wasn’t very pleasant and very rude. Not sure why you would hire someone like this. I mean she looked young and would think she’d be more nice.
The brown haired manager with glasses, Tammy, has talked down to and yelled at the workers every single time I’ve come in. Shes always there when I’ve come in and has managed to make every experience extremely uncomfortable. I brought my friend, Jumal, in to look at shoes with me and she followed us around the entire time trying to act like she wasn’t watching us. We got close to the regiesters and saw her talking to a tall ginger man who seemed to be another manager, she told him to keep an eye on “the brunette and the ‘n-word’” I couldn’t believe it! She called my good friend a horrific racial slur and didn’t think we would overhear it, or maybe she just didn’t care. I’m taking this to corporate but I highly doubt they’ll act on it because she’s clearly gotten away with mistreating customers and employees for a long time.
Love Kohls especially their clearance racks! Appreciate that they have toned down on their asks for the credit card application. I get it, I work in retail also, but one ask is enough 3 asks is just obnoxious. Did not feel that I was being harangued on my last visit. Thank you Kohls for laying off the overly aggressive asking for credit sign ups. Once is enough and no means no.
Run of the mill Kohls store. Has a fairly good selection. Can be overwhelming as the sale racks are often a mess. My biggest issue at my most recent visit was that several fitting rooms had tons of clothes needing returned. One even had what seemed like a small mountain in the corner when you walked in. If youre willing to sift through all the variety there are many well priced finds.
If I could give zero Stars I definitely would because I was very really poorly treated today at the Kohls store I did a return on a merchandise gift card they told me my Kohls cash was invalid any longer I did not get it put on my regular credit card I got it put on a merchandise gift card which I went into the store and made the purchase with. I called the customer service line for Kohls and they didnt really seem to care either so I would really hope that anybody that shopped at this Kohls before you do a return with Kohls cash make sure that theyre going to let you use.
Terrible service and surly attitudes are hallmarks at this location. The item I wanted to purchase was out of stock but the next best choice was marked 30% off. That was a lie. The one cashier might have been backed up by the customer service lady but she finished chatting up her customer, then studiously ignored those of us waiting in line. The cashier offered no apology for the 15 minute wait, did not ring up the price from the merchandise rack and seemed surprised anyone could complain of truly terrible service. I shall not return to this store location.
I havent been in the store for over a year and I cannot believe how much sIt has changed.Theyve got a ring for $13,000 five carat diamond. Looked authentically fake . The store was in pretty much in complete disarray which made it extremely unappealing. Im giving its three stars because I saw one person who actually spoke to me or asked me if I needed help and that was the lady that cashed me out. She was quite the sweetheart. Regardless I dont think Ill be back.
I really dont know why I continue to shop here. I always leave mad. I go in looking for simple things, and yet I cant find them. I went in today looking for a black leather dress belt and a pair of casual black shoes. The shelves and racks are always a wreck. Nothing is organised, and after searching tirelessly, I find nothing. I have average sized feet, but there are no average sized shoes. I cant find a genuine leather belt for a 31 waist. I cant find pants my size there. Every time I go in, its just waste of time. I really hate this place, although I have found some nice ties there. Thats the only reason I actually have them two stars instead of one.
Pretty well setup for quick, easy and efficient returns. However, signage for Kohls Returns sends you to the aisle side, when the line actually begins entry door side. 2nd, enter and exit doors are the same despite being marked otherwise on the front. Seems like checkout should be near north exit door for Covid style traffic flow
Oh this Kohls store was so messy the day I visited it to get a few things last fall. I usually go to the Kohls in Beavercreek, Ohio but happened to be close to this one on Wilmington Pike in Bellbrook, Ohio. I ended up going to the further away Beavercreek, Ohio Kohls to get what I needed and that store up there is MUCH cleaner looking than the one on Wilmington Pike. Staff was fine also.
Very disappointed there today. We found the Under Amour jacket he wanted. Went to check out and the line was extremely long, with maybe 3 cashiers operating. Put the item down and walked out, no reasonable excuse for the lack of operating registers, several employees appeared to have been available to have helped out. The other cashier register bays were not open at all.
I like this location. They have a good selection. Its a pretty busy location so the racks can get messy and overcrowded sometimes, but I think they stay on top of it pretty well. Its the nature of the store with their flexible return policy. I think Kohls has really stepped up their game in the last several years with getting stylish clothes in stock. Im 30 years old and feel like I can find plenty here to make me feel stylish.
Mostly buy online which occasionally will need to return something. The customer service return desk is horrible. Yesterday there were 4 people in the return line and 2 in the ship to store pickup line. When I arrived there were 2 associates working there. One woman helped one customer and then left for break. Even though there were all of those other people needing assistance. Poor Xander was then stuck there by himself. He called for assistance 3 times and no one came to help him. He apologized all over the place. I certainly dont blame him but horrible store management. One other customer said she was not going to shop Kohls anymore. Management needs to step it up and lead not just manage.
Starting to not like this place so much. Went in after work to buy underwear but the selection was poor. Decided to buy two shirts but only two clerks on the mens side and the line had four people. The two clerks must have had a hard time checking people out because the line wasnt moving.Intercom called for more cashiers to the mens department but they sure didnt get there very quick.So, line was too slow, mens underwear selection was poor and it seems to me shirts shouldnt cost so much. $50 bucks for a shirt seems too high. The sale price of $27 was better but still seems too high.I would never buy a shirt from here if it wasnt on sale.
70 people in line, looking pissed off. 4 cashiers. I turned around and walked out. I do realize the reality of Christmas shopping though. I shouldnt have waited until the last minute, but too busy at work and working late. I have bigger problems, so no big deal. Decent store.
ONLY have enough employees at register during typically busy times. Just had to wait 10 minutes with 1 person in front of me. I asked employee to call for more help. She was like just hold on. NO customer service. Other bank of registers had around 7 people in line and ours had 5. Only 1 employee at each bank of registers. Other employees walked by and didn’t even bother to look and check if they needed more help. Need to institute a policy like Kroger where managers keep eye on the line and step in to HELP the customers. Never going back ther. Walked out without buying from KOHLs.
Did not receive good service.. commented that they are adding more pain to the shopping experience at Kohls and the clerk just stared at me...i know they are stressed but dont take it out on the people who give them jobs and pay their hard earned money for their purchases..i used to go to Kohls in troy and wilmington .. it will be a while before I go back.. thank you
It was great however someone in sales customer service something like that her name is Jenny shes rude and shes a capital B fill in the blanks from there. I asked a simple question and got shot down she didnt even look into it didnt care how did an attitude and so I was like okay thats not what it used to be she wouldnt take a simple transaction and put it together to make Kohls cash like theyre supposed to she says its against company policy to give out Kohls cash and that they dont have any more of those papers to do so which was a lie so left her in disgust went and talked to somebody that was walking on the floor and then got taken care of right away a cashier was super friendly very very super friendly and took care of everything that needed to be done and said that there was no problems in fact he gave us Kohls cash on Kohls cash paper that they supposedly didnt have anymore so the Jenny girl lied I will not be going back to her and I am going to be calling her out and letting her manager know how rude she is it wasnt just me that she was rude to she was rude to other stuff as well all because she was too busy playing on her cell phone and doing her own stuff then to take care of a customer that had a question and she shot us out of the water
Went to Kohl’s early this morning for some last minute Christmas shopping and was so delighted to have Carol as my cashier. She helped me find a coupon to save some money and has such great customer service! With the stressful holiday rush- she definitely made it a lot easier for me and my family.. can’t wait to go back and hopefully see Ms Carol!
Not happy...went to pick up an online order that I wanted shipped with other items, but didnt and come to find they have cancelled my last item, put my item back on floor and said they sent me an email informing me of actions & credit.I DID NOT receive an email, my item was the last and is out of stock, and it is no where to be found. Guess it sold today.
I live Kohls. One of the top stores to shop at. The selection and prices are fantastic. The savings and specials they give are great. Employees and there customer service is friendly and always helpful. I shop there always. I look forward to buying what i need I always find something I need or what I need at Kohls.
Ive lived around the area for a few years and their current staff is its worse thus far. They give you attitudes about returns,are unwilling to help you with just anything and it always takes me like 15 minutes just to check out. There are other employees that you see casually walking around when there are long lines too and do nothing to help. Other kohls are definitely better service-wise, especially the one at Austin landing.
I have never seen so few checkout lanes open and so many people standing in line waiting as I have at this Kohls. I have gone in on a weekday during the day when most people are at work, and have waited in line over half an hour to check out. I simply refuse to shop at that store anymore.
Great place to shop, but wont go back due to one employee. Got an Xbox one s for Christmas from a family member. Went to return it and was told that we cant return it because we dont have receipt and they cant tell if it was within 30 days. I told her the policy stated online. Image Special Holiday Return Policy: Premium electronics purchased from November 1 - December 25, 2017 may be returned by January 31, 2018 with original packaging and a valid receipt or account look-up. And she argued with me.Now I do understand policies, but I had the item, unopened, by January 24th, with the account look up.Was in January 24th, about 7:15-7:20pm at the return desk.
Very slow check out lines. They ask too many questions take too long. It is not a place to be in an out. Most prices are still overpriced even though they try to act as if it is on sale. This is the kind of place that acts like all their merchandise is on sale even though its just the regular price. For example a pair of Adidas tennis shoes at Kohls will be on sale for 49 99 originally 7999 but the point is every single place you go that sells those shoes sell them for 4999 normal price. Between the fake on sale pricing and that take forever lines its a shopping trip I despise.
4 stars for location. Its literally right down the road from me, which means I dont have to go to the local malls to get clothes. The only negative is their incessant sales. Everything is perpetually on sale, so if you see a regular price dont buy it. Kohls is simply following state law that prevents stores from having items perpetually on sale. They typically have to revert back to the regular price for one week before it can go on sale again. The reason this is a negative is that Id rather them just make the sale price the regular price and not play this stupid game. Id have more respect for them. Also, Kohls cash is a good deal if you need to buy something again in the near future. Otherwise its just a ploy to get you to buy more stuff you dont need.
I went for workout gear. While there were plenty of options everything was a mess. It was kind of a nightmare, but a huge turn off. A lot of racks were out of order and I wasnt sure what was on sale and what wasnt. But they have a lot of brands too choose from if you want variety.

2021-03-17We had to go here to return a defunct Amazon order. It is what you would expect from any department store in the 21st-century: it is drab, empty, despairing, and the employees pretty much seem like zombies, which I find understandable. We were able to return our item just fine. We were also given a coupon which didn’t work on anything you’d actually want to purchase.

2022-03-16I was able to do my Amazon return and do a little shopping. The store associates are courteous and nice. Selection is sometimes limited as far as clothing. But overall store is clean and people are nice.

2021-03-02Hey Kohls, its pretty gross to sell CONTAMINATED products during a global pandemic. This is unacceptable. Employees should be checking products daily. Its my fault for not checking but its also on YOU and your store for not checking your products. I did a pick up order so I figured everything was okay. Never again. This has NEVER happened to me before. Im completely disgusted 🤮🤮🤮

2021-07-06Received a gift card for my birthday! Decided I needed some shoes. I looked online and saw several pair I liked but since I have feet issues, needed to go in and try them on. After trying on several styles and kinds, finally found the perfect pair! Quick checkout and back out the door. Was greeted by 3 different associates while there, that was different...but good. Made it a better experience! Good job Kohls
