I had a 5-star experience with Ron when I was in the store. I had to purchase an item online while I was in the store, and Ron was extremely friendly and helpful. He may have been a manager.
You are not going to get much customer service here. Only had 1 helpful employee, the vacuums they sell break. I was 1 of 2 people returning a Hoover vacuum, the line was ghastly long. Even purchasing expect lonnngggg waits
This place racial profiles - i overheard one of their walkies and was highly upset by what was said. kohls just lost another customer and i suggest people strongly reconsider before shopping there especially this location in particular.

The hardworking and friendly staff at our local Kohls in Gahanna have always made shopping a great time. Having Amazon returns service available is also a great time saver 💪
Let me start out by saying, the assistance and the selection is top notch. There were even maintenance personnel putting final touches on the floor that you could see your reflection. My wife and I were there shortly after they opened because they had a heck of a sale on their anti-gravity chairs and the skorts my wife wanted. Dont be discouraged by the checkout lines because they go very fast, those ladies are on it!! Enjoy.
The schools location is very easy to get into, as it is located at the corner of Hamilton Road and Morse Road. They offer a great selection of children young adults women and mens clothing and shoes. You can usually find some really great deals in the store as well as online. One thing that I truly love about Kohls is that theyve partnered with Amazon for returns. And usually when I do ever return I go to this location and they give a discount once youve made your return which is kind of cool. The store itself is quite large and they generally have a really great selection of like I said close but also with household items. The bathrooms are very clean Ive never had an issue when Ive been there. The staff are friendly and acknowledge you and have always been very helpful. I would recommend this location if youre in the Easton area.

Find me a worse Kohls on the city. Really. Ill wait.Never seems to ever be any attendants fixing up the shelves where people have sized up and tossed clothing back on the shelf without care. Sometimes left overnight, still unfixed. Went in the night before Black Thursday night after not shopping there for several months, same story. Unkempt, clueless staff, Ill spend my money elsewhere.
Overall good experience. There have been a lot of changes since COVID hit but the store is generally in good shape with a great selection of diverse items. I love that you can do Amazon returns in store too. Our last time shopping at this location, we called to confirm that they had the item we needed, they held it for us, and we picked it up. They also generally have coupons or Kohls cash offers too, so generally items are a great value.
Always great prices. Many apparel choices for women, love their hand bags and jewelry department. Sephora has a great selection.

I feel ripped off! I received a 25% off coupon that could not be used on hardly anything in the store. So, when I checked out, is when I found out that I could not use the coupon. 🤨 No more Kohls for me. Had I not received a gift card for Kohls, everything would have been left in the store. I will NOT be back.
The shopping carts are super unclean, the store is a disorganized mess, customer service is non existent, and the men’s clothes are relegated to a tiny section of the store. There is very few things for men, the rest is almost entirely woman’s. Combine this with no changing rooms being open and extremely high prices, and it’s not a good time.

I was at Kohls to return for amazon. Lines very long, was going to buy stuff, had the stuff. I feel bad for the workers, not enough. People need to work if they can. Nothing bad to say about anything. Just my opinion. Very nice people

Always neat and well organized! I came to return an Amazon package and was easily able to find the section in the middle of the back of the store. It was nice to see how proactive they were with cleaning frequently touched areas, from the doors to the carts, it helped me feel safe with the new normal way of shopping.

I needed help in the store, New Albany Ohio, on 06/27/2021 and as soon as I asked one of the associates who was working in mens clothing department he was eager and ready to help. In fact, he was so knowledgeable about what he was doing and I was impressed.Unfortunately, in my haste I forgot to ask his name.
There are not very many stylish options for an affordable price. I expect they up the price and then make the sale price what its originally supposed to be. We had issues with customers and employees not giving 6 feet distance and encountered a couple people not wearing masks in the store. Very disappointed.

This store is good. Its clean and organized. If youre looking for help in a section its hard to find someone. One time, a lady thought I was an employee. A different time, it happened again. I knew where the bathrooms were so I was able to help. Ha. We went in another time to buy suits. The selection is okay. The dress shirts were limited to size but made it through.
Love the pricing and good deals. Only problem is the customer service I got when I went last week, reason why Im giving a 4 star rating and not a 5 star. I asked TWO people if there was any waterproof bed pads in store, but they said there wasnt any in store. However, I ended up finding them in the store. When checking out, I wasnt even greeted at all and the cashier barely even spoke to me at all. Im glad that a few employees tried to help me, but I felt that they barely even tried to help me out, however, I dont remember the names of the employees. Worst customer service I ever got!
They over charge on everything, and send you coupons that have hidden agendas. Stop wasting your money here. Just go across the street to meijer, that’s what I did and saved 20 bucks! Over Rated.
My service was okay but some of the workers need to be mindful of the things they do. My Worker saw me waiting after she took a customer. It took her ten mins to call me up. I rarely shop here and by this I wont be going back.
Placed an online order and hadnt received a message letting me know it was ready almost 5 hours later. Called to check and the person I spoke with said it was because all the procrastinators waited to place orders for Mothers Day. I ordered a jean jacket for my daughter not a gift for my mother. Keep your assessment of why peoples orders arent ready within the 2 hour pickup time to yourself. I get thats its busy, just say that. Dont be rude.
Poor customer service. I brought a pair of shoes online that were a half size too small. Went to exchange them in store. The person at the register told me I had to go to customer service (in the back of the store). Customer service told me I needed to do an even exchange at the front register where I started. Go back to the front then was told I needed to find the same exact item for the same price for exchange on my own. Couldnt find it. The person in the department act like he didnt want to be there. Item out of stock. Then I was told to order it at the kiosk for the same price. It was $20 more. They wouldnt price match or cancel my order. Called online support. No help either. I will never shop at this company again.

I like this Kohls. The staff is consistent and helpful. The store is usually kept up and clean. If youd ever shop at Kohls you know they always get you to spend more money with all those discounts. Always helpful, especially around the holidays.
Great early black Friday sale. Extra 20% off entire purchase saved us another 80 bucks! We spent about $350 but regular price was over $800. Great deal on my Sketchers sneakers regular $65 but on sale for $30 and then another $6 off = $24 plus tax. Wife got new zip out layered $200 winter coat for about $110 after discounts. Grandson got some new Santa PJs too. Plus it was $15 Kohls cash instead of $10 for every $50 spent so we now have $90 additional to buy more. Cashier was kinda rude but whats new? I used to do it at another Kohls - underpaid and overworked.
I really enjoyed shopping there and found a lot of nice things. I did find it hard to find someone there to ask a question. Did have a nice cashier when I check out.
Usually has good selection. Returns are easy. Only downside is that clothing displays are often in disarray making it difficult to find sizes being sought.

This is a very nice Kohls store. I visited here during the holidays and even though it was a little hectic the clerks still took the time to address my questions. I also had a watch resized here and because of my mistake it needed to be done twice. The lady at the jewelry counter never batted an eye and continued to assist me. I definitely recommend going here to anyone that wants a personal shopping experience instead of sticking to the online shopping sites.
Good selection of mens, womens, and childrens clothing, household items such as towels, kitchen items, linens, etc., shoes, and more. Prices are terrific, especially with Kohls great coupons and promo dollars!! Employees are friendly and helpful. Always a fun place to shop! 😊
Kohls keeps downsizing their petites department. There were 3 small racks & a few tops hanging on the wall. They are also moving the womens clothing around & the sales floor is a mess. Only one person trying to put clothes back from the dressing room. Kohls used to be my go to store for clothing.
Store was fairly clean and changing rooms were very clean. Check out was fast, but the cashier was not friendly and, in fact, was borderline rude to me and downright rude to the lady behind me. Racks if clothing are Too close together and selection of plus size is limited, as usual.
This is a great Kohls. Ive even had cashiers direct me to useful coupons during checkout, and thats a lot cooler than bugging me about opening lines of credit. Clean store and helpful staff to boot.
This is a nice Kohls the employees keep it in order and clean. The only downside of this location is their selection isnt as nice as most..I recommend the Olentangey River Road location for a better selection of merchandise
Staff isnt friendly. Store is usually very messy. Wait times at the register queue are usually quite quick. Prices are as expected for a Kohls. A more interactive and friendly staff would lend to a higher rating.
Love Kohls and their sales with stackable coupons. This location is nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff, at least most of them. Ive only had a couple bad experiences out of a hundred. Theyre also great about fixing errors and returns.

They follow color people like hawks. I honestly felt like a victim after being stalked in this store. At 1 point, they had 6 employees watching me & my nephews. This Christmas I decided to take them clothes shopping, before they started back school. I Spent over $600 on clothes. Just for my nephews to experience Shopping while being black.. Black people will say shop elsewhere! White people wont really care. Im just so tired of it! If your black or a brown person. Im warning you now!

Prices are good with the coupons, but selection is only ok at best. Maybe you could find what you are looking for if they kept the racks straighted up. Always a complete disaster.

I am extremely disappointed with kohl’s. All of their dressing rooms are closed “for your safety”, which is absolute nonsense. How can one shop at a store that primarily sells CLOTHES without being able to try anything on to know whether or not it fits? How is trying on clothes a safety issue? I would have walked right out of my husband didn’t want to buy a few things. I guess they’re ok shelling out a bunch of kohl’s cash then paying me back my own money when I have to make returns on the items that don’t fit. I will NOT be shopping at kohl’s again!
Cashiers have chit chat conversations with customers severely backing up the line. I waited for 15 minutes and saw 2 customers get checked out. I have up and went to the other registers on the other side of the store and it was exactly the same. This time I did not waste my time, I teturn d over $200 in merchandise back to the shelf and left. I dont know why people shop here any more, yh pricing is not that great and takes way too much time.
Beautiful store with helpful associates. I only went there because I had a return from an online purchase. With a bum leg and foot, I realized that Id never make it to the return desk in the back of the store. I asked the associate at the checkout desk near the front door if I ccould return it with him. He said his register wasnt set up for returns. However, he asked me to wait a moment while he called a manager who showed up a few minutes later. He offered to take it to the return desk for me and asked me to have a seat and hed bring me the receipt. I cant comment on the merchandise or the prices since Im not the shopper in the family, but I feel safe saying that this Kohls hae excellent associates and management.
Very easy to go on and do an Amazon return. Its in the back of the store, but its pretty easy to find. Prices here are pretty good and when you do a return you get a discount certificate so highly recommend you use it.
Get a Kohls card and work with the 30% off coupons that you get online or in the mail to feel good about the pricing. That would be a placebo effect by and large. Kohls is not up there with the front-runners, the racks are overloaded with heavily discounted wares and it has never been my choice to step inside the store for any real reason, least of which are the snooty salespeople. No. Definitely a no.
Decent prices, although not amazing. There were no coupons available (excluded items) so it ended up being significantly more expensive then ai would have liked. The lines were really long and we waited 15 minutes to buy 1 thing.

Horrible customer service. I went in to exchange a pair of jeans because they didn’t fit. I had been in the day before bought two pairs. They were both on sale Levi’s jeans buy one get one half off. One pair didn’t fit right so I went back to exchange it. The lady then told me I had to have both pairs of jeans with me to do the exchange. Not only could she not figure out how to do it. We left without any resolve. You get what you pay for. Should have gone with my gut and spent a little extra at Nordstrom.
The store is kind of hard to maneuver around in. They are in desperate need of help. Probably why they had a lot of hiring signs. I tried for over 15 minutes to find help, finally had to walk back to cash register and clerk had to call for help a few times. But the young lady that finally showed up was real nice and helful
There was an exceptional employee at the retail desk named Lorraine... she went over and Beyond, effectively saving me money and introducing me to a bunch of different things that I did not know about Kohls

Clothes in the Shelves are always disorganized.Last time I had 5 coupons in the kohls wallet, the cashier told me that I can use only one.Then what the use of all those coupons??I am gonna discontinue the charge card and stop going kohl’s for sure
Recently started shopping at khols. Really like the fact they they have deals, specials, and khols cash. Recently bought some towels and clothes for the family, love the quality. I usually shop mid day and I always feel like Im waiting in line, other than that its a great store for so many different things!
Its a big store with many options for the whole family clothes, shoes, swimming attire, jewelry, undergarments, purses, belts, hats, etc. They also have housewares and some electronics with a few odds and ends. Pretty much you can find whatever you need.
I can usually find good deals here. Pricing is average for a department store but they have loads of clearanced clothing throughout the store. They also have a large shoe section and pretty good sales in that department as well.
Return product orderd on line. Customer service was great. Checked to see if exchange was in stock Even directed me where to find the item.
Everything was organized and easy to find, but if you are there to accompany someone shopping or have trouble getting around a store without breaks, this is not the store you want to visit. They only have seating in the breezeway of the store. I have a disability that sometimes require me to take breaks when walking, there was nowhere in the store for me to sit when i got tired looking for shirts for my husband in the middle of our trip. I ended up having to wait in the car.

Got in the store at 9:10 PM they closed at 10 PM. As soon as I walked in they were announcing that they would be closing in 45 minutes and to bring final selections to register! Then they announced every 5 minutes after that. Very rude pushing people out the door when there was still 45 minutes. Then you had staff walking around looking at you like get out. I will not return to this store. Poor customer service!
Nice Kohls store. Convenient location. The aisles in this store are sometimes very narrow because they have so much merchandise for sale, so can be hard to navigate with carts. But overall a nice store
I went to the jewelry coumter to have a watch battery changed on a watch i purchased here along with another watch. They would not change the battery on the second watch, which is understandable. The first one (which they still sell and have on the shelf) they struggled to open. Once opened, they did not have the battery in stock, which they advised will be a couple of weeks for them to order or I should go to the jewelry store across the street. At this point, the man helping me walked away and left another woman to finish helping me. She could not get the back of the watch back on, and asked if i could do some shopping because she needed to take it completely apart in order to get the back on. I came back after 15 minutes and asked if i could talk to a manager as it was still not ready because she did not have any help. The manager never came despite my hearing it paged over the loud speaker for ten minutes. Another individual who was not a manager ended up coming over and put my watch back together. I was also told that the battery was now replaced. The two previous individuals just did not know where the batteries were. This new man informed me that the battery would be free and i could have 30% off my purchases today. While this was a nice gesture i did not come in for anything for free and had actually already paid for all other items during this long wait. This was not a satisfactory experience, although the last person to help did seem to actually care about customer service. It was just too late to save this situation.
I went to kohl to return an item I bought on Amazon. It was easy and convenient didnt take long they either gave me a couple for a percent off on my next purchase, which I used.

I went here looking for a pair of jeans and the place was a disaster area. Jeans were all over the floor and thrown about the shelves. I understand that it was the end of the day, but this was not okay. When I brought it up to an employee I was met with dissent. Take heed
Giving Kohls a two-star review would likely be considered heresy by every other member of my household. However to me, it perfectly demonstrates why brick-and-mortar stores continue to decline in the wake of online sellers. I really dont want to spend time trying to figure out what the sale items are, clipping coupons or gathering up my Kohls Cash every time I go shopping. There are a handful of brick-and-mortar stores where I will gladly shop. This simply isnt one of them.

I ordered from the black Friday sale. It was to be sent to New Albany store. The order was canceled due to not in stock. An associate helped me locate the shirt but unfortunately the size I needed was not available and there were only 4 shirts. Maybe I will be able to get one on the actual black Friday.
Ya I dont like shopping at Kohls. There price tags are misleading. But a gift card was involved and one thing leads to another. Next thing you know you have $100 I shirts then they check you out and say thatll be $55.. Any how yes they have cloths, shoes, stuff you dont need, and stuff you didnt know that you did need.
Love Kohls! When this ol lady finds something she likes, she purchases 3 in different colors. I like clothes that have some spandex in them and today I hit the jackpot. 😉 The only drawback today was the line, the very long line. Guess we better get use to it with holidays around the corner🧤🧦🧥👢

Nice selections of walking/running shoes. Unfortunately, the checkout was very hectic and saw several customers that got stuck in checkout and gave up and left.

They have all kind of clothing items. Still we cant get all sizes items. In my last visit to this store i spent 1 hour to find 30x30 jean pents.
I find it overpriced except they always run sales and bonuses. I prefer it to TJMAX but Macys sale prices,especially for women, is usually a better deal. Best bet for me are towels, on sale of course.
Well stocked and helpful staff, this store had what was needed and the people to help you find it. There were open and ready to go check out stations near ample parking spaces. The store was clean and well marked internally, the signage was very helpful.
Great sales, had 25 dollar Yes2YouRewards coupon plus 10 dollar coupon from spending over 50 dollars a couple weeks ago. Plus the sales I got, I saved 76 dollars and only spent 31 dollars! My kind of shopping! Love this store

Better selection of merchandise, nice clean store, friendly and knowledgeable staff compared to many of the other Kohls Ive shopped at. Its also nice when ur girlfriend works there and uses her discounts and kohls cash on the regular for you always bringing home nice cheap name brand clothes, somtimes nearly for free! Especially when the 25%+15%+15% discount for friends and family is going on. Great store.
Great store great deals... but I can never find anything that fits... either everyone is the same size as me, medium build, or they simply stay out of stock. Will still shop here, but it becomes a waste of time when you cant find what your looking for. Friendly employees!
As usual , huge selection. Lots of deals , discounts , sales , coupons, kohls cash etc. They just keep tempting you to get back there for more. They have a nuce collection of mens wear ,that i shop for there. The shoes section is limited they do have most brands thou.I would recommend looking at their jewellery section, as sometimes they have good deals on watches eapecially the once that have only one peice left.
Nice store and seems pretty well kept. Long lines and only one entrance is open as well as one half of registers. So be prepared to wait when there is a sale.
On 5-26-17, I took my 9 year old daughter to purchase some Nike shoes. Erick was extremely helpful after we found the shoe, but were unable to determine the box number. He found the box number and advised it showed they had 1 pair left in my daughters size. After extensive searching by myself and Erick, we were unable to locate. He located the size at a nearby store and called and reserved it. However, I told him the wrong size number! He called the store back and cancelled the hold. The correct size was also not in their store, so he found another store with it and called and put it on hold! He was very patient and more than helpful! You rock Erick!!!

I have a good experience about 10% of the time in this extremely messy store. Things are always out of place and it is very difficult to find anything.Yesterday I visited the customer service desk and told Rachel I wanted to exchange a pair of pants. She processed a return back to the Kohls card (that I am not on) that the receipt showed. Then processed a new sale and then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay for it since I am not on the account. I told her it was an EXCHANGE! To avoid conflict I paid for it out of my personal funds. So much for a gift.

Came to store that day especially for bra fitting. So glad i did. The gal (from Warner)was so helpful! Brought 3 bras. Also had coupons and felt like i got a deal! Very happy😄
Usually this store is great. My kohls app us crazy and my 30% off wont show so i brought in a print out of the 30% off my computer. They still didnt want to give me the 30 so as an ex employee I asked for the E4. Hmmm the face me the 30%

1. Dont ever buy anything full-price at Kohls. Its all overpriced, especially the toys. Luckily, theres almost always a sale and/or a coupon available.2. This store is a MESS. I dont even look in the clothing sections any more because they are so poorly organized. Racks are too close together and nothing is put back where it should go. Just a frustrating shopping experience.

Ill never like going to a store that has its displays and racks so crowded together. I went because I received a gift from someone that did not fit. The Customer Service desk is in the far back cornerbmaking it very inconvenient for someone to do a quick exchange. The carts are very ill conceived placing the child out in front so that little Johnny or Jane are going to be run into those displays that are too close together.
It was just an ok visit. Workers were grumpy and yelling at each other also talking about other coworkers in front of customers. I felt uncomfortable and sad for the cistomers in jewelry, make up areas who had to hear it all.
This was the worst organized kohls I have ever been into. Most are neat and clean and today or couldnt find anything!! There was stuff thrown everywhere and the place was an absolute mess!! Then waited in line forever to check out...at least 6 groups in front of me waiting and only 1 cashier!! What kohls only ever has 1 cashier and nobody comes for back up...ridiculous
This Kihls is organized and a little neater than the one closer to home. I did take away a star because the tall section is very small which was the reason we came in. Hubby needs tall shirts and pants for work. There were no khakis in the section and only Nike shirts with collars; which doesnt work if your employer doesnt allow logos
Its usually pretty busy but they do a good job of having registers open to keep the wait times down. The place is always a mess with clothes and shoes in all kinds of disarray. Its like a giant flea market
Always busy but I never have a problem getting through the lines. Decent selection, I come for the clearance! This is in my opinion one of the better kohls in the are.
By far the worst Kohls I have ever visited. Poor customer service with rude and unhelpful staff. Cut your loss and try other locations such as the one in Upper Arlington instead.

Found some really good prices on sale items! Their regular prices arent very reasonable, but when items are on sale, its usually a really good deal! The staff at this location has always been friendly.
Kohls is great...they have great deals and a huge selection. If youre looking to improve your wardrobe on a budget, this is where to go. Only shortcoming is shoes...while they have a ton, they are generally discontinued styles and its hit or miss on whether they have your size in stock.
Youll always get good deals in store. Best thing is coupons work even over clearance items. I love this store.
Was looking for luggage. Great selection and prices. Found everything I needed. Check out was fast and easy. The cashier even helped me load my purchases in the car.
Like the store but if you are a size 16 or more forget thier clothes. All drab colors. The smaller sizes have nice selection. Their sizes run small. Be careful clothes sometimes fall apart.
Same as all the Kohls stores. Good deals, promos and friendly. Sometime long waits to cash out. If you have returns save them until you check out and do it all at once at the return desk.
They give you cupons. But you can’t use the cash cupons in 80% of the brands and items in the store. Terrible costumer service. I got a credit card. It’s a nightmare. They give you cupons the void it immediately.
In an effort to practice social distancing they decide to have only one bank of registers open forcing people to have to congregate in one area. The manager here must be a genius

Collections were good. I dont visit often but season wear and trendy wears are available -espl for toddlers.. at times few sizes were not availble.. friendly staff and neat and cleanier place..

Jewlery counter associate was very patient and helpful but i wasnt able to find the braclet ive been searching for and noone seems to be able to help me find it either. I feel like im not making sense to anyone. I had the percect opportunity all jewerly was 65% off plus i had 20%& 30% off that. Missed out since i could find it

I arrived at Kohls around 9:36pm I greeted cashier no fed back or welcome me to Kohls! There were inventory boxes a mile long and more than 5ft high you could barely see what you were looking for nor push a cart. It became 5mins before closing a rude associate said we about to close hurry up and than two minutes before the store close Im walking to the front VERY NASTY ASST. MANAGER NAMED LYNN SAID YOU NEED TO GET TO THE FRONT NOW WERE ABOUT TO CLOSE IN 2MINS. I said that was awful mean and nasty of you I ask her name twices she kept walking ignored me. MY FIRST AND LAST! MAJOR STORES ARE CLOSING JCPENNYS, SEARS, PIER 1 IMPORTED! GUESS WHO MAYBE NEXT! THE ONE ON HAMILTON RD CLOSED!

My personal belief is all Kohls inflate prices to make you feel as if youre saving money. Better selection than most Walmarts same prices in the end
Kohls stores are like being in a,thrift store! Actually thrift stores are easier to get through! And Levis are cheaper at Tanger Outlets. You dont have to play loser Kohls Cash games!
This store is ok. Beware if youre buying gold. I looked at some gold earings there and they wasnt stamped and looked painted. The manager claimed he knew nothing about this, and then when I told him it was illegal to sell unstamped gold he agreed they looked fake and took them out of the showcase. Unfortunately I looked at several pairs and NONE were stamped.
When the Kohls store was at the Karl and Morse Road area oh, I probably went at least 6 times a month. But now that that is closed down and this is the closest Kohls, this is where I have to go and its maybe once every for 5 months. It no longer holds the enjoyment that it used to and now its out of necessity and it seems stupid to pass up Walmart to drive through traffic to get to this Kohls $tore.

This place is why we shop online. Terrible customer service even when the store was open for just 20 minutes. Cashier Lisa could care less about helping someone make a purchase. Just kept making excuses. I finally just left. Worst Kohls in Columbus.
Grest Kohls location. Have one closer but travel to this one because its well stocked organized andclean. Staff goes above and beyond to be helpful.
It was decent there. kinda stunk when we got in a long line snaking around displays. It felt cramped because people could hardly get past us to get in the back of the line or even to continue shopping.
Except for standing in line - literally - for 17 minutes already and only half way to a cashier the store was ok. Maybe if there were actually as many cashiers as registers it would be worth coming again.
One of the better Kohls locations. Clean well laid out premises, helpful staff, reasonable prices. Will come back!
The computer system was down. We all had to pay in cash. It finally started to work and the cashier did not apply my $10 off towards my purchase. I will be going back there tomorrow to rectify the situation.

Runs like every other Kohls store. Can be hard to navigate clothing racks sometimes as space seems limited when they cram as many as they can into one section.

2022-05-18Five stars for Melvin at the Amazon returns desk. I was at the store with my 2 year old and 4 month old -- almost had a melt down but Melvin was so caring and understanding. While in line he played with my daughter and it warmed my heart! He made what could have been a stressful situation an easy breezy one! Thank you Melvin for your great customer service. 2022-04-22Im not sure where the order I placed came from in terms of a specific shipping location ... however, I will post it here.I ordered 5 pairs of jeans.Got a notification a day or two later, after the site showed everything I ordered was in stock when I placed the order, that one item was no longer available. They didnt mention anything in the email about it being refunded, and as of now, still do not show a refund on my card.Of the other 4 pairs of jeans that arrived, one had a security clip still on it. I called and the rep said I would have to bring it in to get it removed. I told her fine, and that was that.Now I have to go to a Kohls with an item that has a security clip on it, when I ordered it online ... SPECIFICALLY to avoid having to drive. I also worry that it will trip an alarm if I return it.Kohls used to be great ... Now they are an absolute joke, almost on the level of a Walmart in terms of service. The managers across the board need to be fired and new people put in place who know what to do.Thanks for your incompetence, Kohls.

2019-09-02Lots of good stuff at discount prices. Best place for off season deals. They have the latest fashion at great prices as well as other household goods. There are many items to chose from and the store is very organized. I was greeted by an associate as soon as I walked in and that was very appropriately appreciated.

2021-11-09Lana, the manager was completely disrespectful and unhelpful. I spent almost 2 hours shopping. When I finally got to the checkout. The cashier seemed spaced out while ringing up my items I realized everything was ringing up at original price. The Cashier tried to debate with me even after showing her the sign containing the sale price. She then proceeded to toss the jeans back to me and told me to “go and get the correct item” I informed her there was only a sign listed for 9.99 nothing stated 14.99. I decided to ignore her hostility and allow her to finish with my order. She rang up a puffer jacket for 42.00. The sign specifically stated that the sign matched the item I had and was on sale for 29.99 the manager proceeded to come over acknowledge I was correct but that it was a corporate issue and not her fault. I informed her it’s not my fault either I’m just a customer going by what is listed. When I tried to tell her I didn’t appreciate being treated poorly over an issue I wasn’t aware of she walked away and said it’s not her problem, she just works here. I usually have a decent experience with Kohl’s however this was completely shocking and uncalled for. Another customer even walked out instead of having the cashier complete her order. I’m not sure what’s going on however I know that the store needs better customer service as well as accurate pricing.
