My Troy Bilt Tractor broke down twice last summer. Koenig (Greenville) had the tractor repaired within five days. That included pick up and delivery of the tractor. The women on the phone and service repairmen were very professional.
Great staff and great service, greeted when I walked in the door, and explained all my options very well. Staff isnt pushy, but knows their stuff.

$18 for a tube, and $35 to have it installed on a wheel I brought in from my rider seems a little pricey.

I bought my husband a chainsaw yesterday, for an early christmas gift, and today we found out the salesman had not been very honest. First, he didnt bother asking me what our address was, so our machine got registered to wrong person. He charged me for oil that was free, he gave me a floor model when the item was in stock. And then we didnt receive the tools or owners manual that came standard with machine. I wonder...I asked salesman if it had been test started, he said yes, but i didnt hear it. and was there really a 20 inch, you just didnt want to waste your time on me to go get it. you sold me a show room model for the 18 , why not the 20? I went here for better selection and service and got a frumpy, fat, a hole who thought a dumb woman with a screaming child wouldnt know any better. Well I do. And Ace is the place! Or if i stilled lived closer to home, Dunkelbergers.

I wanted to get a ag tractor part. Germantown store didn’t have it but the Greenville store did. Couldn’t do a store transfer on that particular part because of some parts transfer policy. An order to Deere would take longer than I could wait. So I had to drive to the Greenville Location and get the part Koenig wouldn’t transfer. Stupid parts transfer policy and poor customer service.

2021-12-13Mike Sherman, Turf Service Manager, and his team always do an excellent job. The best way for me to sum this up on how I feel is that when my brother was wanting to replace his mower at the end of this season he was going to replace with the brand he did have, not a John Deere. He actually was not even considering a John Deere mower, but after talking to him about Mike Sherman and his service department, my brother decided to buy a new John Deere mower instead of the brand he did have. Mike Sherman may not be in the sales department, but he does an excellent job helping sell your equipment because of the way he treats and handles customers.

2021-11-15The compact tractor and implements were taken care of and returned as promised as well as the new implement. The guy delivering everything was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and showed me how to use my new equipment as well as showed me how to use my present equipment better.

2021-07-15Went there to look for a lawn mower ended up buying a used lawn mower for around $1,500 checked out deliver to my house nice little ones I have Duffy needed one to drive around the yard said he couldnt work the other type so well check out this one says I can get a snow blower for the end for the winter time towards an end makes it worthwhile to have

2021-02-19Layne and Christian picked up and dropped off our lawn tractor for the annual servicing. Layne was on time, drove the tractor out of the garage for me, loaded up, and was gone in a matter of minutes.Christian drove the tractor inside the garage for me after waiting patiently for me to move my vehicle so he could maneuver it in.Both men displayed patience and courtesy for me. In this time customer service isnt as important as it used to be. Im glad Koenigs recognizes the importance of and loyalty for a company that employs people who are professional and willing to go that little bit extra for their customers.
