Highly recommend their services and products and refer my friends and family there often. My recent purchase of a John Deer 35G mini ex with Ken Bunton was a great experience. Saturday...6 people waiting at the parts counter literally waited 25 minutes to get a belt. Phone ringing off the hook with no one answering. 2 sales people wandering around the show room. Horrible! I guess they think that’s the way to treat people that already bought your product. If there is any alternative to going to this dealership I would certainly use it.
I went in knowing the part numbers I needed so that may have made my visit a little faster but they seemed to know their stuff pretty well. Only disappointing thing was the lack of anyone wearing masks with everything going on in the world we live in now. Overall, covid aside...was a good experience for me trying to find parts for an old tractor.
This place is a RACKET! I cannot stand this place... Their service is HORRIBLE. They have lost my lawn mower for over 2 months (and basically forced them to apologize, because they wouldnt do it on their own), charge an EXHORBENT amount of money for their services... ($43 to fix a flat tire - a small 8 front lawn mower tire - and WASNT a replacement.)The ONLY thing worth anything there is their sale rep up front. They think their parts are made of gold, and their service department are all rocket engineers for the price they charge!Update: 11/11/21 - Decided to give them one more chance - wanted to buy a maintenance kit to do my own my oil change and stuff. The price they quoted me was $15 higher than what I found online - but because I wanted to get it done today, I bought it anyway. I take it home and they have me the wrong maintenance kit! Apparently they have 5 maintenance kits for the same names mower. The counter help were very slow to help and looked like you were bothering them for even showing up. They did not really even want to make eye contact let alone greet you and welcome you and ask if you needed assistance.It is very unfortunate that Koening has bought out all local John Deere dealerships and shops in our area. They have completely made me decide to buy/find a new manufacturer to make sure I don’t have to deal with them again - the next time a new one to be bought comes around.
On July 2 nd. I stopped at your Amelia store. I needed. PTO clutch for my John Deere 140 lawn tractor. I had taken pictures of my tractor and my tractors gas engine. Mr Ben Vass ( I believe was his name.) Waited on me had me fixed up and out the door with the new clutch in hand. Whole deal took less than 30 minutes. I will be back. Thanks Ben !
The team at the Koenig Equipment in Amelia were quick to respond to my order. They asked my intended use of the equipment, and were able to provide me insight into how to best use my new mower and maintain it for long life. If/When I need a new mower, I will be looking to them to purchase.
The employee that helped us was great! We showed up after hours on 9/01/18 just to check out some zero turns and he actually stayed to help us when he couldve just went home. He went above and beyond in his customer service. My family will be loyal customers for sure. Great prices for well built machines!
I brought in a one-year-old STIHL powerhead to have it serviced nothing was wrong with it. When I got the device home I could not even pull the string on it to start it needed a grown man and a child to pull it, obviously we brought it back my wife showed the guy that she could not pull the string they fixed it 2 days later. Wasted another day so now I’ve driven 20 minutes to get there 20 minutes home two times now! This time they did fix it correctly, my wife and kid could start it so needless to say with this being a John Deere store and representing STIHL very very very disappointing...
Horrible service. It takes forever to get a hold of someone for parts. I ordered parts Monday they said they would be here either Wensday or Thursday. Called them up Friday morning due to me working both days and they said the parts would be there that afternoon. Called them that afternoon and still no parts said they would keep an eye out for them blamed it on there vendor having a back order. I called them Saturday morning and no one answered. Literally the worst service I have ever gotten.
Great place to buy mower John Deere items or get parts. Looking for John Deere gifts/toys they have great selection. Thier service department can be backed up for weeks in the spring/summer...so take ur items early for service. They offer pickup of item for a fee. They carry a large selection of parts. They are a certified John Deere dealer. Had very positive experience when purchasing mower. Highly recommend.
Typically carry anything you need. If they dont have it, they can get it in for you. They also do maintenance here. From the routine maintenance on your equipment to most things you may have gotten over aggressive with. Buying equipment for your business or home is not cheap. Dont expect maintaining it to be. Whatever work it is you plan on doing, stay safe out there.
This is the worst place I have ever done business with in my life. Being a disabled veteran I thought they would take care of me but I found out they werent doing service I was being charged for, and the maintenance that was being done was done proper, I just got my mower back yesterday and when I inspected what they said had been done was done improper, my fuel filter was replaced but the new one that was put on had the line from the fuel tank barely hooked to the filter and the safety clip was 4 from the filter. Can they say fire hassard. Kiss my mower ass goodbye.

I shopped around at several places for a new chainsaw. I finally purchsed from Cahall Brothers. As we all know with Stihl, its price parity acorss all dealers. I expalined what I was doing with the saw and they set me up witht he perfect machine. I landed on a Stihl MS 362 C-M with help from the sales person and it is awesome. I found them to be a bit more knowledgeable then the other locations I shopped and way more friendly. If your looking for a new saw see the folks at Cahall Bros.

2022-03-16Multiple repeat customer here. Sales and Service department group is great. Honest with reasonable rates. Unfortunately there was a communication breakdown with my most recent service request. Repairs were performed in a timely manner. However they failed to contact me when my items were ready to be picked up. I ended up reaching out to ask for a status update, only to find out that my equipment had been sitting there for over a month after service work had been completed. In there defense, Garry did offer a very sincere apology. Will do business with them again.

2022-03-23The service and sales was amazing! We had been shopping for a riding lawn mower. We had many questions due to our yard being hilly. Retail stores weren’t much help answering our questions.Jeff was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He made the process so easy and helped us get the right mower. 2022-06-13Ordered a John Deere S120 from Koenig. I chose them because they beat the big box stores prices, offered free delivery and the mower came fully assembled, set up properly and filled with gas. It did take about 2 weeks to arrive from the factory, but the transaction and delivery were smooth and easy! An excellent experience!

2022-04-30We bought a John Deere X370 riding mower, they were excellent to work with we had them put tractor tires on the back for better traction.They worked with us on the delivery and the delivery driver was very helpful and answered any questions I had for him. Btw the mower is awesome!!!!
