Called for emergency service on a Sunday and a qualified technician arrived as promised within 2 hours. Jason assessed the situation and provided us with options. Performed the work, cleaned up after himself, and resolved our issue. We have used Kobella several times and have always received excellent service.

We noticed a lot of water in our crawl space/basement. Called Kobellas on Friday with the expectations of at least a couple of weeks wait. Got an appt the following Monday. Justin from Kobella was very nice, listened to my concerns and had the water heater replaced quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Kobella to whomever is in need. Thank you so very much!
We called them on a Friday night at 6:30.. they were at our house by 8pm and got our air conditioner fixed and working super fast. Mike was our service guy and he was very professional and knowledgeable and did an awesome job. I would highly recommend Kobellas!!
Justin W. and Jared arrived at the scheduled time ready to work. Justin diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote that was reasonable. They started the job and while they were working they found some unacceptable work that had been done previously. He told me that he would fix the problem as part of the original quote. The work was completed professionally and their cleanup was excellent.
I discovered our hot water tank leaking late morning and they had the installers out that afternoon. Jeremy and Greg were excellent. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and explained the details and answered our questions regarding installation and future maintenance fully. Their work was very neat and they left the work area cleaner than when they came. We are very satisfied with this company.May 10 Jeremy came out for an annual air conditioner inspection. Our AC is old and has potential issues. Jeremy explained our options but didn’t try to give us a hard sell on new equipment. A couple of items needed replaced so we went with that for the time being. We appreciate the professionalism and integrity of Kobellas employees as well as their friendliness. Nice company.
The reputation of Trane air conditioners for their new Run Tru product should give me a product that will serve my home well. I have experienced a few HVAC installations through the years but had never experienced Kobella’s philosophy. They seem to believe in training their employees well to do their work and be able to educate their clients. I am very happy with my installation today and hope to continue to have them maintain my HVAC needs. Thank you Kyle, Kyle and Shane.
Bruno came and told me what he suspected was the problem with my kitchen sinkdrain, gave me an estimate , asked me what Id like to do. All very professional, and reasonable. He was friendly ,very couřteous and respectful. He did the job , took a video of it and showed me .i thought that was great cause i was unable to go look at it. He was done in no time. Our pressure tank for our well water setup began leaking. It was a Water Worker from Home Depot. Only lasted 7 years. Tyler from Kobella came out to do a free estimate. The unit clearly needed replaced (see picture).Kobella replaced the tank with a Flexcon Flex-Lite FL12. Its a more expensive unit, however, its life expectancy is far greater. He completed the work same day. Price was a little more than what I was expecting, but the timeliness and quality of the services and products make up for that. Tyler was also very friendly and nice to talk to. He wore a face covering the whole time and put on slip on shoe coverings to not track anything into the house. Kobella is definitely a plumbing service thats worth keeping in your contacts.

I have a Nest thermostat and have been very frustrated with the operation of it. I was planning on getting a new thermostat put in. My service man, Brad, explained how to set it the way I wanted it to function. I’m very happy with it now. He also Changed my furnace filter. Brad was very knowledgeable and personable.

The Kobella service agent was able to send out a plumber same day after I found water on the floor by the toilet in my bathroom. The plumber, Tyler, was thorough and knowledgeable. He assured me that the pipes in the wall supplying the toilet were not the issue causing the water on the floor, and that the culprit was a leaky toilet tank. He gave me a couple options and I decided to have the old toilet replaced. From diagnosis to finish, it only took a couple of hours. The new American Standard Cadet Pro toilet is installed and looks great. Hopefully no more water on the floor! Thank you Kobella!
Kobellas has been out to our house on 4 times over the past 2 months. Since we just purchased this house a few months ago, we needed to make sure all of the mechanicals in the house and the plumbing were all working well. They inspected everything and provided their recommendations to us. They will not lie to you, nor tell you that you need to do something just to make money. They will look it over and give you their best suggestion on what you should do and why. So far they have replaced our sump pump system and installed a battery back-up. There was not one on this property which in itself is odd. Now we are protected and can rest assured that if we get lots of water flowing, that it wont end up in our basement. Next they are coming out to do some missed maintenance on our furnace. Instead of replacing it, because it is working perfectly but pretty old. This service will be almost 100% covered under the house warranty. If you dont have one, you should invest in the $500 piece of mind that it will provide. Thanks Kobella!

I had been dreading the day my ~40 year old boiler was going to bite the dust because I thought it was going to be a huge overwhelming project to get it replaced. Once we found out my old boiler was a lost cause, the owner Mike stopped out to work up the estimate for me, and he was also here the day of the install for the new one as well - which I appreciated. The Kobella crew was very knowledgeable and efficient - they explained everything to me and also took the time to go over the new system with me by showing me how to use it properly. They treated my home with respect in terms of keeping everything clean, as well as being organized, professional, and personable. I was communicated with every step of the way, and I knew exactly who and when they were arriving at my house to work. They took what I thought was going to be a dreadful and overwhelming project and turned it into a beneficial experience. Now I can focus on it being an investment in the future of my home by having a much more efficient and properly working boiler system. My experience from start to finish with Kobella was fantastic and I highly recommend them!
On time and professional. We signed up for the maintenance package, its a great deal. They evaluated our furnace (which was installed 2 years ago by another contractor) and made necessary adjustments. Inspection checklist was very thorough! Definitely recommend.

I called Kobella to repair a sump pump that stopped working. Nick the repair man arrived on time and checked to find that my sump pump needed to be replaced. He did a great job replacing the pump and when the job was finished he cleaned up after himself. Nick was very professional and courteous and new his business. The work performed was very good and the cleanup was great. I would recommend Kobella plumbing to friends and family.
To be surprised with a burst underground pipe and lose water in the weekend is no fun, but thanks to Kobella our well water line was repaired in a couple hours. I am sure their price is not the cheapest, but price is agreed upfront so there are no surprises at the end (as it’s typical in this business). Thanks to Matt and Tyler for showing up on a hot Sunday afternoon and getting our well back in service so quickly! Their level of professionalism and attention to the problem throughout the whole process was exceptional! If there is one minor downside to note is the fact Kobella doesn’t waive the service call fee if the customer accepts the job, as other contractors sometimes do.

This business does everything right. First, the day before they remind me of the appointment. Called the day of to say arrival time with a photo of the technician. On time. Professional. Run diagnostics, set dials to correct settings, do the right thing, not the easy thing. Suggested I join the maintenance club (furnace and A/C) is cheaper than a visit and hourly fees. So happy with this company.
Mike and Shawn provided a stress free and extremely professional installation of a new AC unit. The work was performed at the highest quality with clear an concise communication. The water in my entire house went off without giving any sign due to our ignorance. So I searched on google and reach out Kobella at noon on Sep 28. The receptionist lady was super nice and professional! She sent a technician named Andrew to check what’s going wrong on our water tank within a day. He arrived a few hours before the schedule time (you may need to provide them their phone number to get the message and who will be your technician at what time). He solved the issue super quick and was very patient to explain to my mom who is not fluent in English. The price is super reasonable that he quoted, then he offer us some discount. We couldn’t pay for well pump replacement right away, and Andrew understand very well. When our finance is ready, we called Kobella again on Oct 6. Justin W. was the person who only took 3 hours to change and carry the huge tanks, replace the pressure switch, and install the brand new pressure gauge meter! I’m super happy and no need to worry again about our, uhm, 17 years old well tank that was full of water that the water leaked from the above cap sometimes a day for like a couple years, the old pressure gauge meter that was completely rusty that didn’t resemble what it was supposed to look like, and the soulless old pressure switch that could barely snap its fingers. They really wanted to retire. Now their dream was granted by Kobella! Thank you so much!! 💐
I had a furnace installed on 1/18/2021. Mike C. came and gave me options on what to install and picked the perfect furnace for my home. Mike T. and his crew installed the furnace in 1/2 day and did great work. Brad M. made adjustments to fit my homes peculiarities. I also talked with the owner Mike Kobella. Everyone was informative, professional, and on time. They showed that they cared about my needs and concerns. Finding a company and its employees who all exhibit such integrity to their job and product is rare. I highly recommend them.
Kobella has excellent communication for reminders, and up-to-date arrival information including texting a photo of the service technician and that persons name in advance. This company uses more advanced testing equipment than prior companies Ive used. All the work and test results are photographed, kept by the company and sent to the customer for record-keeping by both parties. Im highly satisfied with the dialogue throughout the work, and the end result. I do recommend the company.

We called at 5:30 pm because we had no water. The receptionist was extremely nice! She contacted her crew who called me back within 5 minutes. By 6:00pm Tyler was at our house, gave us a quote which was unbelievably reasonable for an after hours call. By 7:00 pm Tyler was done, we have water and made a new friend! I had a new toilet installed. Later in the early evening I found water around the toilet. Called Kobella and they sent someone out immediately.It was not the toilet leaking, it was my old shutoff valve. I had a new one installed .I was very happy with them and highly recommend them.
I have used many repair services on my home over the last 40 years and Kobella Plumbing IMO is the best of the best. I had a new water heater installed and two faucet leaks fixed. The cost estimator and install team were excellent. The equipment they chose to install was top notch. The work preformed is a thing of beauty; really well thought out and executed. The cost for such a quality job was very reasonable compared to two other plumbing company bidders for the same work. I highly recommend Kobella Plumbing.

I wish we would have found Kobella sooner! Justin was very knowledgeable and encouraged us to ask questions to ensure we understood what was being done and the benefits of choosing option a over option b. We had a sink and faucet installed (we purchased ourselves before making the appointment with Kobella) and during the install Justin pointed out that the current garbage disposal seal wasn’t very good and explained the potential issues it could cause being reconnected. All in all, we got a lot of work done and are really pleased. No questions asked, we will use Kobella again.

We had flooding issues related to non functioning french drains along our driveway. I called Kobella as I have used them before. Appointment was prompt and a service person came by the name of Tyler who was able to diagnose the problem and made several other suggestions as well after looking at our old sump pump. Work was scheduled and he along with another service person by the name of Bruno came and within one day replaced the sump pump, added a battery back up that is up to current standards, replaced the french drains as the older ones were found to be at an angle no longer functional and everything connected to one system. It was a long non stop day for these 2 hard workers but now we can sleep at night when it rains! On a side note we had an air scrubber by aerus installed to the duct work of our furnace for air purification and we are very pleased with how it works. If you want prompt dependable, guaranteed work Kobella is the place to call.
Hot water tank stopped working last night, called Kobellas this morning and they were here by 9:30am. Our service technician, Andrew, was prompt, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He had our hot water tank working in no time and ever left me with some very valuable information related to all our gas appliances. I highly recommend Kobellas and am grateful that they were open today and able to get our hot water tank working properly again.

I used Kobella to replace both my furnace and hot water tank and they were very professional and efficient. There were a few hiccups along the way but they always make it a point to make sure the customer is pleased. Today, Jeremy came out since my heat was not working. The receptionist was very understanding and made sure she got help on the way for me even though it was a Saturday. Jeremy came and checked everything and it ended up being faulty due to a blown breaker. He had no problem explaining everything to me and making sure I was a satisfied customer. 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone who needs an HVAC company and wants professional and prompt service.
Justin and Jason were extremely thorough, informative, great communicators and installed/repaired my hot water tank and toilet the same-day. That’s insane! I couldn’t be happier. They left preventative plans and I can still reach out to them if I have more issues. They build a relationship so you can trust and reach out to them. Kobella has helped us out about 7 times now! We recently moved into a new home with a well and they’ve helped us navigate this whole process. They added a whole new well pump, water softener, acid shocking system and more. We feel really confident moving forward that we’ll be able to have clean, great water! I’ve had good experiences with Kobella in the past and just had another. After I couldn’t fix a leaky spigot in my garage I called them on a Saturday at 6pm expecting to leave a message. Emily very politely and happily answered the phone to my surprise, and offered to get me scheduled on Monday. I’ve never encountered this type of responsiveness in the past from any other company. Justin and Jason came out, at the early side of the appointment window and were personable and professional. They fixed the problem and gave me a small discount when they didn’t have to. These guys are fantastic! Had a new furnace, AC, well pump, pressure tank, and water softener installed 5 months ago and have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of the equipment they installed as well as the outstanding installation work they performed. It has been evident to me that they truly value their customers - I experienced that from when I first had them provide an estimate all the way through the installation process and continues even to today when I just had a quick question - their head plumber contacted me 10 minutes after I emailed them my question. As always amazing work! These guys work so hard to get the job done and done correctly! We have an old house with an old boiler furnace that went bad a few days ago. These guys came in to install a newer furnace and thermostats. This was a big job.. They walked us through the entire new system and how to work the thermostats. Kobella has serviced my furnace and A/C for the past few years and most recently installed new furnace and A/C units to replace the old, inefficient units that were in need of repair or replacement. Very happy with the service here. I was told by another company my A/C unit needed replaced. I had Kobella out to quote the replacement of the unit and Mike the technician found that my unit was fine other than a small replacement part. What could have been a $5k replacement was as simple as a $250 repair.

Kobella Plumbing really helped us out on our old house. As with many old houses, things arent always done right. Kobella helped us sort out our many issues with the plumbing. The service providers that show up to the site are courteous, honest, and very fast. These guys dont mess around. I would recommend them to everyone.Update 2021- came home on a Saturday night and found our furnace not working. Kobella saved the day again. Both guys were nice, informative and did a great job working hard to troubleshoot the problem. Only complaint is at some point during testing water started to come through the ceiling. (Not something that occured before not sure if from water test by putting water on the floor. Just hope doesnt cause more problems) will have to paint over the water stain now. Not a huge huge deal but not expecting it. But they really tested everything to pin point the problem, reasonably priced. Asked a lot of questions to figure it out, listened to our concerns and really cared as if it were their own home. Really nice job gents. Thanks for finding a sensible solution and really working to figure it out!Update: came out a second time once able to pinpoint the problem, spectacular job. Matt with the Kobella Team installed a new pipe fitting to decrease noise associated with our ejector pump. Matt was the first plumbing professional that offered a solution for the noise issue we were having. After a 15 minute installation the normal noise we would hear when our ejector pump activated was gone. The difference is night and day. Cant thank Matt enough for taking the time to diagnose the problem and then effectively apply a cost efficient solution. Appreciate the bed side manner and professionalism. Job well done.
Kobella Plumbing and Heating was very professional in the installation of our water heater conversion from electric to gas. They gave us a quote and scheduled us for service in a very timely manner. We have had many plumbing, heating, and cooling jobs done in our home in the last 32 years and they were the most professional, including wearing shoe coverings and leaving the work site clean when they were done. The work was done very neatly by their technician, Jeremy!! We will definitely consider them for future work!
Matt came to give us an estimate on a softener system and probably saved us an insurance claim as well! Our water heater needs replaced and also our well pressure tank.On time service, great communication and personality to boot makes this place quickly too the list of estimates.It’s not always about the dollar saved, but the quality of service that’s important. I had a Trane furnace installed yesterday. As always, Anthony and Zack arrived right on time. They were pleasant, answered any questions and left my house clean. It was a big job. I thought the price was fair and the work done well. Since I had the yearly maintenance plan, I got 10% off the bill. With the maintenance plan they service your AC in the Spring and furnace in the Fall. I saved a lot of money because of it. I have lived in this area for forty-six years and have used just about every furnace company at one time or another. Im sticking with Kobella.

Called Kobella when my boiler stopped working. They came out that day...within an hour. The technician (Jeremy) tested some parts and gave a quote for fix. Ran and got parts and called me to update me after speaking with supervisor regarding the fix. There was another part optional that would hopefully prevent the problem from reoccurring. Explained everything to me thoroughly and gave updated quote. Once work was completed, tech went over everything with us again including warranties and what he did. Invoice was exactly as quoted, no surprises. Being a female who has been spoken down to in the past, I appreciated the time he took to go over everything and explain it until I understood so that I could make an informed decision. He also gave us some tips for future work that we plan to complete. When it comes time, we will definitely consider them for our future plans.
I had a great experience with Kobella Plumbing Heating Cooling. I needed a company that understood heat pump systems and that could look over my systems from top to bottom to make sure they were working and configured properly. I made this clear when I called to make an appointment, and Kobella delivered - The technician that came out to my home was very knowledgeable and got right to work. Within a short amount of time, he identified a change that could be made to drastically cut down on energy consumption - the change was made on the spot. I scheduled a second appointment to make the same change to my other heat pump system - that appointment went well, just as the first one did. Im very happy with the service I received from Kobella and I can highly recommend them based on my experience. Im definitely looking forward to lower electric bills too!
Kobellas has serviced our plumbing twice in the past several months. Theyre prompt, they do great work, and theyre reasonably priced. Both visits were on an urgent basis, and they were very responsive to being able to handle emergencies. Both times, the issues were fixed that day. They do quality work and well always refer to them, for all plumbing, heating, and cooling needs.
These guys did a fantastic job. Scheduling was easy and pain-free, they use an automatic text alert system as well as calling you, to make sure youre informed every step of the way. The service was awesome, Matt was my technician and he showed me what the problem was, what caused it, and had his crew out the very next day to fix the issues. I had drainage issues in my bathroom. Called Kobella they came out the same day. Turned out that I needed to have my sewer system replaced. What a nightmare. Thankfully Kobella was able to do the repair and make everything new again. All the guys that were here on 2/9/2021 to do the repair were friendly, professional and eased my mind and for that I’m thankful.
Greg C and Nick(?) did a great job fixing a leaky pipe in a not so easy place to reach. They were early, knowledgeable, and answered any questions we had. Thankfully they uncovered another major problem we were not aware of and got it taken care of. Come to find out our neighbor says she uses Kobella too. Kobella was a life saver for me when my 14 year old water heater broke. Before calling them, I did a quick search for available local companies who can get this problem fixed. It was a no brainer when I saw their A+ rating on the BBB and near 5 stars for their ratings.Knowing that they may not come till after normal working hours, Kobella was still able to fit me into their afternoon hours on a cold February day which saved me time and money.My service technician was Justin who did a phenomenal job installing a new 40 gallon gas standard vented hot water heater with a new thermal expansion tank and safety pan. Justin was Covid Compliant and respectful to my property as well as extremely professional with the install of the water heater and new connecting water lines.The cost was very fair that included the water heater, labor, tax, and removal of the old component. I totally recommend Kobella and will call them again for any future concerns.
Matt came out to repair gas leaks so that the gas could be turned on safely. He was very polite and professional and on time. I appreciate the fact that he followed Covid-19 guidelines by wearing a mask and booties before entering the home. I will definitely use Kobella again!
I had Kobella Heating and Cooling and Plumbing out for estimates on a whole house air conditioning unit repair as well as installing a new kitchen faucet and rerouting sewer line of our kitchen. In both cases we were given thorough professional evaluations. I decided to have them do the plumbing which was finished as planned. Cleaned up afterwards and were professional. On the air conditioning side I opted to go with another company that was between the lowest and highest quotes received however I believe that they would have been good like they were in the plumbing. Recommended!!

Performed snaking of very clogged kitchen pipes. Layed work cloths and cleaned under sink when service was completed. Offered valuable maintenance tips to avoid needing repeat service. Greg from Kobella was awesome. He was extremely honest every step of the way, offering prices and options before doing anything. Spending that much money to unclog a drain is never fun, but it would have been 100% more painful with someone lacking in customer service etiquette. I have little doubt Ill use Kobella again next time something happens, which ideally wont be for a few years!
It was time to charge our new AC units installed in November. Mike T and Brian M performed the work. Once again Kobella and their technicians performed above and beyond. I normally dont take the time to write reviews, perhaps I need to. This is the third time we have required a variety of items, Water heater replacement, Water injection for well water and new Heat and AC units.We have had about four to six different techs come in, as some jobs required more than one. EVERY TIME everyone from the office staff, the techs even the owner were kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable.They have been fair and honest throughout our needs. In a world where honesty and integrity seems to be hit and miss, Kobell has it all. I appreciate everything they bring to the table.Thanks
EDIT TO REVIEW FROM 3 YEARS AGO: Apparently theyve grown a bit too big for their britches. We had an appt today for maintenance (contract). I called toward the end of the window they gave us and Lisa said hed be there shortly. Nearly an hour later (after the window of time had expired), the tech called to say he was on his way. By the time he would have gotten there, he would have been 45 minutes after the window of time they gave us. No one called us. We told him we had to leave on scheduled errands so had to reschedule. The office called us while we were in the grocery store, left a message with a couple of reschedule times for tomorrow. By the time I returned the call within the hour, they had already given those times away. DONT BUY THE SERVICE CONTRACT! Youll be at their mercy. Apparently they think they are doing me a favor by taking my money. I miss the young and hungry Kobella. Much better service.PREVIOUS REVIEW FROM 2017: We woke up without water pressure/no water. I called well before 8:00 in the morning, expecting voice mail or an answering service. I talked to Lisa in their office, who had Tim out here before 8:30. He replaced the pressure tank and determined the well pump was also dead. They gave us a recommendation for a company who did a great job. Kobella did excellent work for us! Between their responsiveness, professionalism, and excellent referral, we got water back in a pretty short period of time. We are very happy with Kobella and will use them in the future.
We had an issue with our well pump not working so I called and they had someone out within an hour. They made sure to get our water back same day. The previous owner cut corners and did things incorrectly. Luckily, within a week we had everything up to code and working properly. They have no hassle financing that really is quick and easy.. They really are amazing and will call again for any plumbing or heating issues.
The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable making my choices very clear and the pros and cons of each. He was amazing and I would highly recommend Greg Coy for any work you need done.
Flushed a tankless water heater. Nice guys, amiable and friendly. Did a good job but the price was a little high for a simple system flush. Normal service call is about $70 and the solution used is about $20. Cost was $164. I might have went for the yearly maintenance contracts if this charge was a little more reasonable.
I have never written a review before but after my experience with Kobella, I thought it was necessary. I called on Friday and Andrew (who was great!) was at my house on Saturday morning to replace a leaking toilet. Very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate. Highly recommend!
Tyler Woodworth fixed a water leak in my wall in a highly professional manner. He made a small cut in the drywall in the perfect location to cause a minimum amount of wall repair upon his completion. He cleaned up after himself and had the kind of personality that makes a customer feel money was well spent.
I live out of state and needed to find a service for my mom in Kirtland. Her sump pump was not working and she needed someone to assess the problem asap since there was water in the basement. They would have come out on that day (Sun.) but to avoid an extra charge we scheduled it the next day. The person who took my call was very nice and had no problem working with me to schedule it and would accept my credit card payment. Their system makes it very easy, my mom got a text notification when Andrew was going to be there and I got an email confirming the service. My mom said Andrew was very nice, professional and was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. What I especially appreciated was that Andrew took the time to call me and explain the work that was needed and confirmed the charge before he started. He also made us aware of potential issues that could occur and why. Total cost was $99, which was well worth it for such a quick response and professional work. I would call Kobella again for their services for sure.

Long story short, I bought my place four years ago. My air conditioning and heat have never ran properly. Ive had a few companies come out and try to fix it, they stopped getting a hold of me and avoided my service calls. Ive been forced to suffer with the heat in the summer with poorly running ac and been forced to use my emergency heat all winter long since my normal heat never worked. I called Kobella and spoke with Barb on the phone who was super nice and polite. They were more than willing to come out and work on my system. I had the pleasure of Anthony B coming and servicing my air conditioning and heat. He was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable with my HVAC system. You have made a customer for life. I signed up with their two visit service plan. I just wanted to say thank you for fixing my issues.
I had issues with my heat, called early morning and was greeted with enthusiasm and professional service. Got same day service, they emailed the appointment, texted me when they were 30 minutes away and then called. Michael Carovac arrived right on time, was very nice and was sensitive to my 2 year old napping. He also wore booties on his shoes. He was thoughtful enough to show me how my setup was and did a great job explaining what the situation was. He gave me several options as my boiler needs some work. Ultimately, for now he fixed the issue but soon I’ll need a replacement. There’s no question who I am going to call. Top notch service from beginning to end. Kudos to Michael and Kobella. Im writing this review 18 months after having purchased a new furnace and ac unit due to my previous 20 year old furnace having a bad blower fan. They came out and looked at my bad furnace next day after I called, I decided on a new furnace and ac unit since blower would cost $1000, They where able to get me on their schedule for 1 week later to install the new furnace and ac unit. Very thankful it didnt take to long since this was midsummer. Install went with one hitch. I was not told that they were downgrading the furnace and ac unit to a smaller one then what I had. I was slightly apprehensive after finding this out basically after all of the old equipment had already been ripped out. I figured newer equipment better efficiency so it would be probably ok. Biggest drawback when it was turned on was blower fan was less powerful then the old one so it didnt move air on the second floor well. Being concerned about this I spoke with the owner since I didnt want to wait til 3 months down the line to bring this up. He was great at explaining things how it was that my previous units were actually oversized for my house and that they would be adequate for the size of my house. My electric and gas bill didnt go up due to having smaller units which was another concern and the house has been very comfortable, in fact better than what it was before. Overall Kobellas has been a great company to work with for my furnace and ac unit replacement. Ive had 2 free checkups from them (included in replacement). One for ac and one for furnace. Everyone at Kobellas has been very kind and courteous.
It was a positive experience to have my new sump pump and backup sump pump installed by Justin of Kobella. Yes, I would love for the cost to be less (who wouldnt?) but he was professional, EARLY (but called and made sure it was ok), communicative, flexible, and seems to have done a good job. I had a major toilet malfunction, not flooding thank goodness, at 11 PM. Called Kobella early in the morning and about two hours later Anthony arrived and took care of the problem. Just amazing. Had Lowe’s deliver a stove andWas suppose to connect the new one and take the old one away. Well the delivery guys said they could disconnect the gas and I needed to get a plumber. Tyler cause out had a good laugh cause the boys didn’t try really hard then connect the new gas line. Next day Lowe’s deliver said they couldn’t turn the gas on and had to have the plumber do that. So what I learned from this the delivery guy is just the delivery. And if you want the job done right hire Kobella! LOL
Our furnace stopped working last night at 8pm and Brad was here within 2 hours. He was able to diagnose the issue, order the part and repair it within 15 hrs. As a business owner I would love to have more employees like Brad.

The people at Kobella are very nice to work with and have done an excellent job for me on several occasions. After a recent experience with a faulty gas line in my new condo, Id like to add they went above and beyond my expectations. The weather was turning cold and Jeremy left behind two space heaters for my use while waiting for a part. I had a terrible experience with a different plumber in the past. when I called they were very upfront that my experience would be much different and they were absolutely correct. Through the whole process I was informed of what needed to be done and what should be done to avoid future problems. I was never forced into doing more than what was needed and necessary. I would highly recommended kobella and will use them for all future needs.
Jeremy was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to figure out the problem with my furnace pretty quickly. I had been without heat for several days,trying to troubleshoot myself, and it was pretty miserable. Called on a Friday and had an appointment the very next day. A couple other places I called were backed up several days.My heat was back on before he left. On a SATURDAY! There was no waiting to order parts! Theres no sugar coating or forcing you to get things you dont need. Everything was explained and options offered. Price is told up front before any work is done. Ill use kobella again.
Our heater had stopped working and Kobella had to work on it on a Saturday when all parts stores are closed. Our heater is a very old model and it is difficult to locate parts for repairs, but Kobella came through again by managing to locate what was needed to complete the needed repair. He had to locate and pick up the part, and worked until the project was completed. Our heater is once again warming our home and we are extremely grateful.

These guys rock. We live out apparently in an area that isn’t serviced by most businesses. We’ve had water pressure issues for 5 years and finally I’d had enough. The original installers were of no help. A quick Trip Advisor recommendation recommended Kobellas. They came in fixed our water pressure and water system unit. They also explained everything and let us know everything before hand. They also were able to fix with an unrelated heating/cooling issue that had been an issue for 2 years that previous companies kept pointing to plumbing and cooling. I’m almost sort of sad they don’t do more stuff as our home has more projects but outside of their area 😂. I’d gladly do business with again and/or recommend to anyone on the awesome job done.

I called Kobella at 8:00 am and they arrived at 10:00. In 2-1/2 hrs they had installed the new tank, removed the old tank, and totally cleaned the work area.Excellent 5 star service!Thanks guys!
Our well pump went out on a Sunday morning, I called around 7 AM they were here at 9 AM.They were very professional and courteous and gave me upfront pricing.Was it the best price? I don’t know because I did not shop around. But it was right where I thought it was going to be.Thank you for the prompt professional service I have rescheduled it for you guys to come out and do some more work
They did an excellent job. They arrived on time and the job was completed on schedule. They were very clean and left the house as clean as it was before they came. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC service.
We had a basement floor drain backing up with clean water yesterday. Kobella came out on a Sunday evening, which was a nice option. They werent able to diagnose the problem, but attached a test ball to prevent water from coming in.This morning we checked the basement and water was still coming in unfortunately. My husband called Kobella to have them back out and scheduled another appointment for this afternoon.In the meantime, my husband checked the storm drain discharge to find it was completely backed up and rooted. Once he removed that, discharge flow returned and the water ceased backup in the basement.We were pleased with Kobellas responsiveness, communication, and availability but we wish the tech had discovered the problem last night, reducing the amount of damage that occurred overnight.
I was able to call and schedule an appointment for the next day. Technician was on time, courteous, professional, and friendly. He was able to take care of my current situation and give recommendations for the future. Honest and dependable!
Matt explained the issue with my furnace and showed me the part that went bad. He was professional and handled my poor sense of humor. I also appreciated the text from Kobella and phone call when Matt was on his way. I would gladly recommend Kobella.
So they stopped out to my house at least 5 times because they couldnt figure out what was wrong. This is on top of the time they didnt even show up when they where scheduled.The first time they showed up I had a bad thermostat supposedly (retail $30, my cost $150). In less then a week my air wasnt working again.The second time they showed up was to look at everything and give me options. Their options where to find and fix the leak, or to temporarily fix the problem for much cheaper (much cheaper was about $300 ). Because it was July, the heat index was over 100, I was having my family over for a party, and my wife is pregnant!!! I opted for the quick fix.By the way, if they keep saying I think this is the issue what they really mean is I have no idea so see you soon. Because I was sceptical he said I could fix it completely in the fall when its cooler. Oh joy more money.Less then 24 hours later it stopped working....So they came out a few more times to look at it. At one point they told me they need to call a professional to figure out exactly what was wrong.You have to be kidding me!Kobella please give me the number of the guy you hired to fix my air because Im never calling you again.So after the part was ordered, and you guessed it! Another trip out to my house, the air was fix... Supposedly... We will see what happens in a week. Im writing this because Im optimistic that the professional this company called because they couldnt do the job was correct and my air is in fact fixed.This job wasnt completely negative though. I will admit everyone they sent to my home was extremely nice. Someone did leave a jacket, if you want it I still have it. And the last guy did track mud all over my basement, but whatever, I can clean that up.Also a side note, leaving work early all the time to have people walk around your house and property with no results is not good for your career. Especially when your paying over $1000 to try and fix your air conditioning.So do yourself, your pets, your significant other, and your family a favor and dont even give these guys a second look.Use Google to find a real company.
Highly professional organization. The office staff scheduled quickly, answered all of my questions and were polite. When the plumbers arrived they assessed my problem, which was extensive, offered suggested methods of resolution and worked well to get things corrected for me. I had a few different problems, and before work was started I was presented with a cost breakdown not only for the total work, but also for each problem that needed to be addressed independently. Additionally, I have to mention the plumbers were extremely polite, professional and focused on keeping my home clean during the work. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Called first thing in the morning as we discovered our hot water tank finally aged out. I was told they could make it out at 2 that afternoon. Received a call about 20 minutes later telling me they were able to shuffle their workload and would be there in 30 minutes if I would prefer. Matt showed up and knocked it out of the park. From the professionalism to the wealth of knowledge Matt took care of business. Quickly swapped out tanks and took the old one with him. If you are in a pinch, give them a call. Price was actually cheaper than expected.
Excellent technician, quick and efficient. Very friendly. Diagnosed the issue quickly, had replacement part on truck, performed the work and made sure the A/C u it then operated properly.
We called them to snake the footer drain at my fathers house. They came the next day, called before they came to let us know they were on their way and were able to clear the line in about a hour. They did a great job and we will call them again for any future projects.

This is the most professional and outstanding plumbing company I have ever dealt with. I had a leaking 2nd floor bathtub faucet that needed repair. I called and spoke with their representative, who was nice, professional and quickly made an appointment over the next couple of days.They sent me an email confirmation and a text. They called the day before the confirm my appointment. They also called the morning of the appointment and gave me an exact time of arrival. The two guys that arrived were extremely polite and professional. They diagnosed the problem, and made two trips to find parts for the repairs.They cleared a 3rd floor trap in another drain and were kind to give me additional information down the road about the plumbing in the house. They checked everything twice, cleaned up all their work space areas and made sure I inspected the work.Also, they were extremely honest about what they could and could not do. I asked about the homes boiler and they were not the least hesitant to recommend a competitor because they could not do the work. That is true integrity.They were simply excellent! On the morning of February 8th, 2021, I awoke to a cold house and instantly panicked. My furnace had stopped working and I went through one horrible senario after another - frozen pipes, ruined interior, etc. The outside temperature was in the single digits, and I assumed the inside temperature would soon match it.I Googled furnace repair and the first name on the list was Kobellas. They had the best rating and found out why. Mike T. and his partner Bobby replaced my furnace and got my heat back with a minimum of disruption to my daily life.Mike showed up at 8:30 am on the 8th, carefully examined the furnace, pronounced it DOA with a detailed explanation as to why, and suggested two different models of new furnaces. He managed to get the old furnace running for one more night and left me four space heaters to protect me and the house in case the furnace failed during the night.The next day Mike and Bobby showed up promptly at 8:30 pm and replaced the furnace, installed new duct work, sealed it, installed a new thermostat and showed me how to use it, all in about 5 hours.My house is toasty and I am happy.Thanks Mike and Bobby.
Greg from Kobella was very prompt (a couple minutes early) and efficiently fixed our garbage disposal clog and cleaned up everything afterwards. Cost was affordable as well. Would definitely call Kobella again.

This was the first time I used this company and I will use them again. I called to get someone to come look at my furnace and they gave me a time frame of 4-6. Jeremy was there just before 4! He was very knowledgeable, and fixed my furnace right away. I would definitely recommend them!
Did a Google search, called Kobella on Saturday morning. Spoke to a live person. No heat since Friday, when title transferred on my new condo. Mike C. came out and stayed until the job was done, and worked tirelessly with the Home Warranty company. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. They treat our home like they treat their own. Of all the service organizations we deal with in our lives, Kobella is simply the best... If there is an issue that puzzles them, they research it, make calls, and solve it. They come immediately. I even called once at 8pm expecting a voicemail greeting and they answered and walked me through the problem. Mike and Mike and now a new Mike are all first class technicians and friends.

Its not often that you have a contractor come to your home that you are glad you called. I found Kobellas through Home Advisor. They were very prompt in their response and when Mike came to our home he was very knowledgeable and polite. He had my furnace running properly in no time and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. He checked all the pressures on the furnace and was very thorough. He even invited me to watch so I understood what he was doing. I called them at 6pm for a water issue in the ceiling of our rental property. Turned out to be a burst pipe. Kobella handled everything by 8 pm without my needing to drive there in a downpour. They took care of everything so effortlessly. My tenants were really happy to get their water back on that night and not have to wait for the next day!

Mike and his team remodeled our bathroom. Replaced the tub, tiled the surround and floor, drywalled an inset medicine cabinet the size of texas and corrected the access panel. We are reading for an adoption and did it very quickly for us. They cleaned up and was neat about doing all that messy work. Great company and team. I would highly recommend. We have more projects to do and are glad to know them.

Their pricing is transparent and you know what your paying for.Scheduling was simple and fast. From getting our estimate to installation was less than a week.The installers were polite, on time and knowledgeable. They take their time and double check everything to make sure it’s perfect. They even repaired problems with my furnace installation from a previous company and there were many. (Stay away from state heating and cooling)Do yourself a favor and use Kobella and avoid the headaches, surprises and u easiness that comes with going with a less reputable company.

2022-02-15Kobella is amazing. When my heat went out and it was 10 degrees outside other places were going to make me wait a week. They made time for me and were not afraid to work late. The problems I ended up having included normal issues related to furnace maintenance, but they also replaced a cutoff valve on a totally full oil tank.They worked with me to find the best price and were extremely professional and friendly. Kobella is definitely my future go to place for plumbing and heating.

2022-05-24I called Kobella plumbing and heating after a DIY mini split that I purchased from a big box store and self installed failed to work properly. I called, explained the situation, and asked if they would be willing to work on it. Without hesitation, they politely agreed. A tech came out the next day (Brad) and quickly diagnosed the issue, which turned out to be an error that I had made. Brad explained the system functions to me, and verified that everything was working perfectly before leaving. I cant emphasize enough how knowledgeable, patient, and professional he was. I highly recommend Kobella, and will certainly use them in the future.

Measured the ducting and vents to size the new system (ended up not needing as big of a heater or AC). Install was quick and painless and the installers did a great job. Highly recommend!

2022-02-21Andrew did a great job helping me finish my bathroom remodel by rerouting some pipes, installing a new vanity, and installing a new toilet. Also relocated a toilet and fixed a leak under my sink. They even hauled away the old toilet and vanity. They were on- time, professional, and did a good job.
