Just wanted to share my personal experiences with Knickerbocker Pools & Spas. First, they are a local family-owned business since 1976. The personal attention to detail, customer service, product offerings, installation & quality are second to none. You are not just dealing with a sales rep; you are dealing with a member of the team or family member directly that takes pride and importance in answering your questions and getting things RIGHT the first time. Whether you are just grabbing some pool supplies at one of their 6 locations and want to know the latest ‘pool hacks’ to get that perfectly clear summer pool water, or whether it is a design consultation for building your own AMAZING pool; my own experiences have been at the highest level with each contact I have had with the company. There is no pool company I have found that has more experience and a greater desire for your family’s complete enjoyment of outdoor pools and spas!

Simple, straightforward recommendations, excellent products and great customer service. Everything that you need and want in a local pool service company. Everyone in this place is pleasant, willing to help and good at what they do. I hope as a community, we can continue to support them for many years to come.

Epitome of customer service! I called the store, and the phone was answered right away by a pleasant person (no routing of the call). When I asked about curbside pickup, he answered that the store did offer it. I said I needed winter solution for my pool but didnt know how much. He asked what size pool I had. When I told him, he knew right away how much I needed. I placed the order and gave him my credit card information. He asked about when i would get there and that they would have the order ready for me. Just over a half hour later, I drove up and parked at the store. In less than a minute, someone came out and loaded the items into my trunk. Im a happy customer and will continue to shop at this store in the future!

Knickerbocker Pools is another rare example of a business being run properly. Many of the employees are younger, but they are all very respectful, attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. It is very obvious that they appreciate your business! Their prices seem very reasonably as well. Im so glad to have this business in the neighborhood!

I called and went to Knickerbocker because of their proximity to my home. I had gone to Watsons in the past but I wasnt overly thrilled with Watsons selection or prices. Not only did Knickerbocker sell me what I needed at a good price, but they tried to convince me to not buy something that they felt I didnt need. Not too many stores will talk themselves out of making a high item sale! It was great customer service all around!

Usually have what I need, although nothing for Hayward pool heaters. Better liquid chlorine than Watsons, stronger, more clear water...

It feels like a family store with honest info and no high pressure sales. I can ask as much as I need and no sign of impatience, just friendly answers!

The hours on the door said they open up Monday through Friday at 10 a.m. I waited 15 minutes and still no employees
