Our family put in a Knickerbocker Pool in 1990.2018 the pool is still in excellent condition and the service department always does a fabulous job opening and closing.The McNabb family recommends using Knickerbocker for all your pool needs.

I get all my pool chemicals from here friendly very helpful staff who always load my vehicles and do not inquire an additional fee which is always respected and appreciated
Great small pool store has everything youd ever need from pool chemicals to pool floaties and hot tub scents and hot tub dies from pools to hot tubs there are multiple locations as well in case you dont live near this one.
We get all of our pool supplies there they are very helpful Im prompt

Need a pool filter did not have any in stock.had a spa filter on the shelf it was like pulling teeth to buy it .a asked the sales man am I not aloud to buy your products.what a pain!

.Dave and pool open and closing crew suck.. Left our pool in bad shape.. They over charge and dont add any chemicals... Good luck and be prepared to be upset..

The personal attention to detail, customer service, product offerings, installation & quality are second to none. You are not just dealing with a sales rep; you are dealing with a member of the team or family member directly that takes pride and importance in answering your questions and getting things RIGHT the first time. Whether you are just grabbing some pool supplies at one of their 6 locations and want to know the latest ‘pool hacks’ to get that perfectly clear summer pool water, or whether it is a design consultation for building your own AMAZING pool; my own experiences have been at the highest level with each contact I have had with the company. There is no pool company I have found that has more experience and a greater desire for your family’s complete enjoyment of outdoor pools and spas!

2021-07-18Fix your hours of operation on line to match the real work schedule. I drove to your Beavercreek store today, because, on line it states you are open Sunday. You are not open Sunday, so I drove to your competitor for my pool needs.In the 5 min I took to looked up their address, 4 more cars pulled in the parking lot to find out you were closed.

2017-11-14This is the only store I use for my pool needs. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have a smaller pool, probably smaller than I am sure they are used to dealing with and I never feel embarrassed asking questions or getting advice. The manager is very helpful and I have gotten advice from him many times.

2017-09-30Had a good experience with Thomas today. He was very knowledgeable and talked me through setting up my spa and didnt try to oversell on chemicals like I was expecting, we will be back!

2018-05-28We have taken our water sample in Min 8 times. Get different response. U need this,, You Ned this, last time they told us put 3 bags of salt in a 20:000 pool. Guess what we are now. Way to much salt, we have to drain some and fill with water, then chlorinate again. Very. Very. Upset will be calling Corp. of course what should be the busiest day for there business. They are closed.
