The aroma in the store was way over the top to much foo foo.. couldnt stay in store long enough.. very limited on outdoor items grrr

Let there be light in our new apartment. We got a floor and a table lamp with gr8 looks. Patti was able to use her 25% off Birthday coupon and we got both pieces for under $80.00....SCORE!!!!!
I like the layout of store, easy to shop and they are always stocked well. nice selection of up to date items. never pay full price. only buy on sale items
The merchandise is great. I can usually find what I am looking for here when no othet store has anything close.
Kirklands is a very nice store filled with decorative items for the home. Mainly, items with the rustic or modern farm style. Items for the bath; wreaths, flower arrangements, candles, pictures, furniture. The staff is friendly and the store is clean and spacious. Items are displayed well.
On my visit they were very helpful and informative. Everything was neatly placed and not cluttered. I will be returning and updating this post.
I love this store too much. You can always find that item you have ber. Looking for here. The staff usually gets just as excited about talking about products with you too.

Not much of a selection or variety of artwork or anything else. Items are too expensive for the quality. Walked in, took a look around and left empty handed.
Beautiful store but very limit qualities!! Plus not very thorough on checking in merchandise drove a hour to put up a cabinet I ordered on line and even called store. When I got there it was damaged! Now I have to drive there again!! Wasnt very happy!
They have gotten a lityle pricey over the years. Still have great products tho, just doesnt fit my budget much anymore
Boring decor, less than enthusiastic employees. Just not the same as when it was on Dressler
Way to busy. I had to wait in line for 40 minutes. If i didnt find what I wanted for my granddaughter I would have left. Thank goodness I had time to stay.

My favorite home decor store! The furniture can be a bit pricey, but the wall hangings, candles, and other decor is very reasonable and nice.

When this place was on Dressler, I loved it. I rarely go in here anymore, they have poor customer service. No one greets you or says anything to you.

It really stinks inside with all the potpourri. Makes it hard to breathe. Wont go there anymore. Not good for people with breathing problems.

Like the store and the clerks are friendly, but each time Ive been there since their opening, the check out process is very slow. This week I put my things back and left.

2021-09-20Nice, clean store. The candle smell was very overwhelming, even with a mask on.I had to head out. I’m just sensitive so I can’t handle that. But overall seems like a nice store. It was very busy. Unfortunately I didn’t really get to shop like I had wanted.

2021-09-01A man was following me around the store and an employee (I cant remember her name but bless her) not only informed me but insured that I got to my car safely. Also, I got a bunch of candles. Theyre great but who cares they have a modern day hero working at their store. Someone give lil mama a raise!

2021-08-23If I could give less than one star I would! I placed a large order just before midnight last night and within five minutes of placing the order I attempted to cancel it because I found the exact same product on another website for several hundred dollars less! Here’s the issue….. you cannot cancel an order once it’s placed and a recorded customer service message directs you to a phone number where somebody is supposed to be available 8 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday and the phone number just cycles and no one answers or responds! Nobody responds to email and the manager of the local Kirklands in Canton Ohio was absolutely no help! I will never order another thing from this company ever again!

2019-07-28Kirkland’s used to be my favorite store. There was such an eclectic variety to choose from years ago at the Summit Mall location. Now the majority of the merchandise is farmhouse style. The quality is just not there for the price. There are some cute reasonably priced items to choose from, but there are also some poor quality items as well. There was a display yesterday 7/26 near the front door that included 3 ceramic pumpkins. I searched through at least 10 boxes to find a set that wasn’t flawed but finally gave up. No employees asked if they could help nor did anyone greet us when we entered the store. The potpourri sachets are so overwhelming! We were in the store maybe 30 minutes, and I could still smell the potpourri on my shirt 2 hours later. Definitely not a store you’d want to shop in if you are sensitive to smells.

2018-09-04I would love to spend time in this store as the decor options look amazing, but I could not stay in the store as the multiple, heavy aromatics made it difficult to breath and gave me an instant headache. It was like being at a perfume counter and 4 different people were spraying you all at once. I know I am one of the few that have asthma and sensitivity to smells, but this was intense by anyones standards.
