I had a flat tire & had my vehicle taken to the dealership. They set me up for a repair & gave me a rental because of a recall on the vehicle. The next day I was not called until after I contacted them around 4pm. They said they would call the following day because they had to get a tire. The following day nobody called before noon. I called the dealership 3 times & left messages with 2 different people. They called back around 4pm again to tell me the car was being worked on now & I could pick it up before 7. I asked about picking it up the next day (Friday) & they were fine with that. I drove an hour to pick up my car. It took them an hour to find my car, then told me they damaged the new tire & broke a sensor. The manager called me & told me it wouldnt be fixed until Monday. On Monday I asked to talk to the manager when picking it up because I wanted the gas charge waived due to the inconvenience. He wouldnt meet with me & refused to waive the charge.
Great experience with Dan Myers and the Team at Kings Toyota. They were able to get us the truck we desired and handled all of the things we were looking to accomplish with our purchase. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Kings Toyota and would recommend them for sure.
A good buying experience and fair prices, but buyer beware!Sales and office paperwork did a fantastic job when we went to purchase a 2006 used Prius. Staff was friendly, helpful, and supportive during the process. We noticed that the AC and rear hatch door were both not working and Kings Toyota had both fixed in a timely manner, which the dealership covered. On the way home with our new purchase the check engine light came on when driving on the highway. I called to schedule maintenance and was put on hold for 3 days. After getting the car in for maintenance I discovered the water cooler for the engine needed to be replaced, an over $700 charge that Im expected to pay.The car is used and not under warrenty, but I was hoping for a discount or some kind of assistance as we discovered the issue on the way home from the dealership. If you buy from Kings Toyota it is a positive initial experience but buyer beware, go over the car extremely careful and do not miss any details or you will be stuck eating the cost.6/1 Update-After a couple weeks they did reach out to me and offered to split the cost of repairs, which I was happy to do. Once I receive the reimbursement I will update my review and change it to 4/5 stars.6/9 Update-Kings Toyota held up on their end and followed through, helping to make things right.
Seamless buying process working with Sales rep Joe Heckler. This is the second time I’ve worked with Joe and he is amazing to work with. It’s the relationships you create in business and Joe handled my purchase, through shipping delays until arrival and kept me posted along the way. It was effortless with Joe’s support. Thanks Joe!!!!
Darrell Gesell at Kings Toyota made my car purchase a great experience. No pressure sales, made sure to listen to what I needed for a Highlander. Had his manager hunt for the vehicle in their dealers they trade with. Fair trade price for vehicle I was trading in.Closing was easy too with Josh Cole. Best experience Ive ever had buying a car. In fact my husband made a deal this week for his new Highlander. Will be recommending Kings Toyota to anyone wanting to buy a car.
John in the service department was extremely helpful on Thursday morning when a scheduling glitch had us down for the wrong day. We had a sidewall puncture in our tire and it had to be replaced immediately as it continued to leak air. John got us in first thing and 48 minutes later we were out the door. Exceptional service.
Do not purchase a vehicle from Kings. I have yet to have a positive experience or them follow through on anything they commit to. I spent $58,000 on my new car to be treated like a statistic and no one really caring about the customer. Within 3 weeks of purchasing my new car, there were several issues. The failures werent with just sales, but many failures pertaining to my service appointment including the vehicle still causing the same issues it went in for. I have scheduled the vehicle to be serviced at a different dealership. I have filed an AG complaint against Kings Toyota and will no longer do business with their company.
I had an awesome experience dealing with Wanda in sales. This was the second vehicle I got from Wanda and she is always fair and willing to work on a deal. The finance part was seamless. Kings Toyota uses the latest technology that streamlines the process. I will continue to use Kings Toyota for my future needs.
If I could give negative stars I would. Son looked at a car, filled out paperwork and was going to purchase it depending on safety check. Things that my son felt shouldve been done during the safety check (foggy headlights not buffed out, passenger side mirror not being able to be seen out of not replaced) that werent fixed caused him to change his mind on getting the car. Dan Myers the sales person got a complete attitude when my son told him he changed his mind. Basically, mad he didnt get the sale. That he talked to the manager about the mirror. When I mentioned these things shouldve been done during the safety check he brought up the price point and that its an older car. I said well regardless youd think if they want to sell car that stuff that is a safety issue would be fixed. He rudely said oh well sell it, and grabbed the keys out of my sons hand. We walked away and I called the manager where I explained the situation. Basically said hed talk to Dan Myers. Not even 2 hours later I got a text from the manager saying if they buff the headlights fix the mirror and take 200.00 off would I still be interested in the car. Um, no thanks. Dan Myers made it clear someone else would buy it so let them. Just proved they only cared about a sale and not how their sales people treat customers.
Just purchased a used Kia Sorento from Kings! I searched and searched for a good car and a great deal and FINALLY found it at Kings. Nate Lewis, my sales consultant, was amazing! Worked out everything quickly and efficiently! One of the best car buying experiences ever! Love my new car! Well be back when we need another one! :-)
Well pleased with this establishment. Not looking for the run of the mill dealership this is the place your looking for. The sales staff are there to help you find what your looking for. More than happy to go to great lengths to get you in the perfect purchase youve been dreaming of. Hope you check this place out.
I purchased a 2021 Toyota Corolla and the service was great! Ben was very helpful and Brett Moxley was amazing. I was sad to trade in my 2012 Corolla as I loved the car and had 10 years of memories. I am not ashamed to admit I cried when I left it behind. But today Brett messaged me that he found a wonderful home for Daisy and the girl who purchased her was so happy to take her home. That kind of compassion and understanding is so appreciated. Thank you Brett Moxley for the follow-up and letting me know she has a good home!!
We were a little disappointed about our visit. We arrived to find out that the salesman who made our appointment was not even at work. We were told it was his day off so we were not sure why he would make an appointment for us on a day off. After arriving the the car was not on your lot so we had to wait for Tim to locate the vehicle. After Tim located the car and brought it to the lot it was very dirty with gum, sticky soda, dirty carpet and had broken pieces inside from the rear view mirror. This was unprofessional as we had a set up appointment to view and drive the car. We were open to looking at other vehicles because the Impala had too many miles for the planned loan but salesman Tim didnt really show much interest in selling us anything else. He left us sitting in his cubical for quite some time stating that another customer came in early and he was going to leave us to help him even though he arrived early. We decided to look around at our options and found a vehicle at Jeff Whyler Nissan. We purchased a vehicle from them yesterday and the process was fast and very professional.
I can not be happier, or more satisfied with my experience in purchasing my Rav4. My saleswoman, Wanda called me early in the morning to say she had just gotten in a 2022 Rav4.Wanda made the entire process of buying a car just a breeze!! Wanda was on top of everything that was needed for the purchase, all on the phone.I went in the next morning and was greeted by a very professional saleswoman. She made sure that all my questions were answered; than sat with me in my car to assure my blue tooth and things were all working. She and Ron ( finance ) were a pleasure to work with.I will be sure to refer my friends to Toyota Kings Auto Mall and ask for Wanda!
Really enjoying my 2022 XLE RAV4. Appreciate the effort that Tim Klenk put in finding the exact car I wanted. He was very open, up front, and honest throughout the process and stayed in contact throughout the few months it took to get what I wanted. I really felt more like a family friend rather than just another name on the waiting list. Working with Ron Whaley during the closing process was easy, as well. He was very kind and fun, yet professional. I appreciate his experience and knowledge to get what I needed to protect my car based on my needs. Neither employees were pushy and very respectful of what I was looking for. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, even with the obstacles (allocation of cars) and waiting.
Showed up about 10 minutes early for my 5,000 check up which is basically just a tire rotation. About an hour after my appointment time they had still not finished so I went to check on the status where I dropped off my car… it was still sitting in the drop off garage. Apparently they never checked in my car and after it sat in there for over an hour never thought to check on the status of the car or why it was there for service. It took another 30 minutes for them to actually take my car in and rotate the tires. The guy’s excuse for not getting me checked in was the valets don’t actually work for Toyota so sometimes there’s bad communication.
We bought a Prius V from this dealership, and we were sold a battery warranty through the dealership. We were told if no claims were made, we would be refunded the purchase price of the warranty at the end of the warranty. Despite KAM Toyota selling us this policy through the dealership there, and us filing all of the necessary paperwork required by the extended warranty contract, it has been over a year and we have still not received the refund for our warranty as promised in the contract. Despite several attempts to contact KAM Toyota, we have heard nothing and are still out our over $1400 extended warranty premium. I would recommend purchasing any where else. These people appear to be willing to sell false warranty experience, pocket the money, and then not fulfill the contract that they made. In spite of owning several Lexus and Toyota products, I will not be owning any more. Just wanted others to be aware of our situation.Update: The general manager posted on here for me to reach out to him. I have called him twice, and he has still never returned my call. We are still out the $1400 for the extended warranty. I think I would recommend for you to buy somewhere else.
Just bought a 2013 Lexus - Justin Seeger was my sales rep - was great - was uneasy to write a check for the entire amount but he really made me feel comfortable - even pointed out what needed replaced if i were to purchase it prior to the test drive - was honest and cool
Frustrated with communicating Kings Toyota , no timely response , which is costing me to loose nearly $1000.We purchased 4 new tires in Nov 2021 , within one week my daughter drove the car with new tires to Chicago and one tire was bursted in the middle of the road. She had to go to the Costco to bought new tire as she did not find any local Kings Toyota in Chicago . We immediately notified Kings Toyota and they said someone from customer care will reach out to us. Debra from Kings Toyota called us after 10 days , and we told her that we wanted to return all tires because we were not at all satisfied . Initially she said she can return one tire price but later she said she will confirm with her manager for return of all tires .Again after so many follow- ups she told us that she can refund money . We got this call from her some time 4th week of Dec, due to holiday season Costco had no appointments and we got the appointment for new tires on Jan 17th 22. We informed Debra in the first week of Jan that we are going to return the tires after Jan 17th , she said ok and told us to return the tires in the Service Centre . On 17th after installation of tires from Costco , we went to return tires in Kings . Nobody was ready to accept the tires by saying Debra was not available , she will call for further action , we came back home , again no call from Debra for 10 days , meanwhile we left so many Voice messages to her and tried to return the tires personally again visiting the Kings, but nobody was ready to take the tires. Again after so many so many calls and voice messages Debra called us in the second week of February and started complaining that it is more than two months , she said we cannot take the tires back. We clearly told her that the delay is because of her ,not replying to our calls and we visited personally twice also, she said her manager will call us , till now no call from Manager, really frustrating because of Kings delay we are suffering.Need immediate Attention . I left VM today also .
Kings refused to fix the defective paint job on our car. The white paint peeling and sheeting off cars is an epidemic and Toyota has been aware of this for years. This problem is warranted by the manufacturer but Kings refuses to fix it. The process to get this fixed has been filled with road blocks and condescending attitudes. Especially disappointed in the Generral Managers attitude.
We bought a pre-opened, certified vehicle last summer and couldn’t have been happier with the experience! The only negative was the pressure from the finance guy on warranty, but we continued to sternly decline until he gave up.Derrick Bunger is the rep we worked with while looking at vehicles, and he was everything we could have asked for! Super personable, very down-to-earthy; truly felt like he “had our back.” He followed up with us after the sale on a few additional things I wouldn’t have expected from a sales agent (card for in-car nab). If you’re buying a vehicle from King’s, absolutely recommend working with Derrick
Dylan Hoffman, with the personalization department, was very helpful when I needed to add an automatic liftgate to my RAV4. He made sure I understood how the liftgate now worked and adjusted the height the door opened that is perfect for me. Now it is so easy getting the door to open or close.
The communication of all the staff at Beechmont was wonderful, we were greeted promptly when we entered the showroom. We received an immediate response to our inquiry with names of who to contact at the showroom. The manager quickly directed us to Chase who was very patient with our questions and did not make us feel pressured to make a decision. His sincerity and staff communication was the deciding factor to choose Beechmont over a dealer closer to our home.
My experience purchasing a car from Kings Toyota great. I worked with Dan Myers and he was very honest and easy to work with via email and phone calls since I lived in northern Ohio. He told me about a small oil leak which I did not want to deal with so his manager Ben called and said if I was interest they would add a small amount to the price of the car and make the repair. I went to pick up the car and they gave me more for my trade in than they quoted from the pictures I sent which made the deal very good. I would recommend buy a car from Dan Myers and Kings Toyota.
Kings Toyota is amazing. Ian and Jason were super helpful answering all our questions. Kings Toyota has excellent customer service. We love our new Toyota Corolla, and will be returning to buy our next vehicle. Thank you Kings Toyota for your expertise and excellence! My father and sister referred us to you, and we will definitely recommend you to others.
Kings Toyota is one of the best in the business. All aspects of my Toyota Experience from the folks who get the cars ready to be sold, the sales staff, business office, and the GM. Jason Xu was my personal salesperson and his knowledge of the product, availability of vehicles due to the market, and ability to deliver was superb. The level of professionalism this dealership And the communication throughout the entire process will keep most customers coming back for me.Thanks Kings Toyota!
We are located in Dayton. Due to a recent hit and run accident we needed to replace our van. We found a used Toyota Sienna van located at Kings Toyota.Tim Klenk, Sales Leasing Consultant, facilitated our purchase. He coordinated with our selected finance group and insurance agent to secure the needed information and paperwork. He responded to all our questions quickly and courteously. Due to Covid he went above and beyond to deliver our newly purchased vehicle directly to our home. We couldn’t have asked for better customer service. We would highly recommend both Mr. Klenk and Kings Toyota.Joe and Anita
I purchased a 2021 CH-R from Kings Toyota. I had a great experience. Everyone I dealt with was so courteous and helpful. Eric Driscoll and Mario in finance were exceptional. My car was on order and every week without fail, Eric let me know the status. That type of customer service is invaluable. Both Eric and Mario made me feel like I was part of their family not just a customer. I would recommend Kings Toyota to everyone. They did a great job from a to z. I will definitely be going back from now on for both car purchases and all of my follow-up appointments on my new car.
Service was great! Check in was very easy. They worked on my car, and called me with updates and what they found, and then texted when my car was ready. My car is running great. All of the people I interacted with in service (check in and pick up) were very friendly and professional. I am so glad I bought my car and have it serviced at Kings Toyota!
I went to Kings Toyota to get my truck oil changed. Later I noticed that my skid plate oil access panel was not fully closed as it should be by manufacturer standards. It was hanging down by one attached bolt and ready to be ripped off by road debris. Needless to say not happy about this.
This was the best car buying experience I ever had! Josh Luis is a very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very helpful salesman at the used Toyota lot and helped me find the perfect rav4! I got a great loan rate - better than my bank offered me. I got a great car that I absolutely love! And I had fun buying it. Great buying experience!! I am so glad I went to Kings Toyota!
Very disappointed in the lack of after-care received from management at this dealership. Specifically, I purchased an Extended Warranty based on the premise that it could be sold back after 7 years/70,000 miles if no claims were made. I fulfilled all criteria required but learned that claims had to be submitted through a 3rd party in Alabama who then sent the completed package to an insurance company in Colorado. Payment was delayed due to Covid but it is now in the 9th month - the dealership has requested that I stay patient. Further research revealed that the insurance company is 1 man who apparently has claims against him in the Colorado Attorney Generals office for this and his failure to build after deposits were taken by his lumber company. I also learned that 190 other people share lack of payment.1/27/22 - I wanted to add an update: Spoke to the 3rd party company Sterling in Alabama today - no requests have been processed since September, 2021 and the quantity of files grows each day. Carmichael from Kings Toyota who responded to my previous post never responded when I reached back for the help offered!
We had a great experience working with Carly to purchase our new 2022 Sienna XLE. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful when working through the delivery process and the final purchase. Carly also helped after we purchase our van to ensure we were aware of all the features and were able to link the Toyota app to our new vehicle.
We purchased two vehicles within the last 4 months period, a Toyota Highlander in September and a Toyota RAV4 in December. The salespersons name is Mr.Venay and he is very nice and professionally helped us to make the decision.Overall, Kings Toyota New Car Showroom is the best place if you want to buy a new Toyota vehicle. If you need any help just find Mr. Venay at the showroom, he is the best sales guy at Kings Toyota.
Had a scheduled recall for our Toyota Sequoia, was treated great and offered a rental because it was going to take awhile. Super customer service. would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to have your Toyota looked at. My service advisor was Georgette Halko, 5 stars !!!
I leased a rav4 in 2018 and decided to go with the buyout option this year. Eric Driscoll helped me understand all my options and responded quickly and efficiently to all my questions. It was a great experience. I’ve been dreading dealing with end of lease options but Kings Toyota made it such an easy experience. I also met with Mario to help with final paperwork. He was great! I would definitely recommend buying a car from Kings Toyota. They have been so great and easy to work with!
I cant say enough about Tim Klenk and the folks at kings Toyota. He has a great eye for cars that have got my kids safely and reliably on the road. My latest purchase everyone did a great job inspecting, fixing, cleaning and detailing the car and I couldnt be happier with it. Great job everyone.
The service department customer service is hands down PHONENOMEAL! I am extremely impressed with the high level of customer service I received from Matt Mcgee and John Sullivan this time and every time.. They were very informative and to the point. I had a few hiccups when it came to checking out in the cashiers office with my Toyota credit card and Matt without hesitation hopped in to help me get things resolved. I will DEFINATELY be back for future service needs. Thank you all for your hard work! It is greatly appreciated.Sarah G
Had a great experience working with Rick Bales at Toyota! He was very patient with me as I looked at both used and new options and ultimately settled on a used car. I didnt feel pushed to buy out of means and all of the paperwork went seamlessly. Rick even came in on his day off to allow me to pick up my car which I really appreciated! Definitely would work with him and the Toyota team again!
I had an urgent need for a 4Runner. Darrell Gesell approached us and listened to my wife and me express our needs for a new one. Due to the pandemic, there is a short supply of new and used vehicles. The vehicle I wanted was not available. Darrell took my contact information and updated me promptly on any developments as soon as possible. I was resigned to the fact that I will have to patiently wait for my vehicle to be available at an unforeseen date in the future. I was pleasantly surprised when Darrell informed me about the availability of a 4runner limited nightshade edition on a Friday evening. he assisted me through the test drive and the eventually financing process with the finance manager. After purchasing the Vehicle, Darrell spent a whole 90 minutes going over vehicle features and showing me things my new 4runner can do. This saved me countless hours of figuring on my own. Darrel checked up with me a few days later to see if he could be of any further help. I am very happy!
The folks at Kings Toyota were friendly and attentive from the getgo. I contacted them through a car search app and they immediately contacted me. We were able to do most of the transaction through text and email, with a visit to finalize the sale and pickup the vehicle. The salesperson, Rick, was awesome. Even when there were a couple of hiccups on paperwork, he rectified them immediately to keep us on track for the desired pickup day.
We recently bought a car from Kings Toyota. This is the second vehicle we have bought from them! They are excellent in every aspect!!! Joe (our salesman) was wonderful!!!! Everyone at the dealership was very nice and knowledgeable. We dont live in the Cincinnati area so we drive a good distance to buy a car from Kings because they are that good!! Highly recommend!!
I just got a 2018 Toyota Camry & I am in love ! I want to give a special thank you to Justin Seger he was very welcoming & he made me feel very comfortable doing business with him. He was very knowledgeable and he even explained things to me that I didn’t quite understand, this was my first time trading a car in & he took very good care of me. My overall experience was a great from inquiring about the car to coming in and test driving it to taking the car home !
I had an amazing first time buying experience at Kings Toyota with Layton as our salesman! He did a great job giving us our space and letting us trial all the cars we wanted to see and then explained the whole process to me as we went along! Such a smooth and awesome day buying my dream car!
Had a rental for warranty work. The rental they gave us was linked to a federal drug warrant. Pulled over on the highway in a very tense situation. Apparently the car smelled of gasoline from the person who had it before is and they just aired it out and put it back in the hands of the consumer rather than do any investigating. Kid was in the car when this all went down and husband with PTSD was driving. It could have been a worse situation but the sheriffs that responded were understanding once we explained. Offered an apology and that was it. Like no big deal.Fast forward a year later - took my care in for service for a basic oil change and they didn’t seat the oil cup properly and broke it. Didn’t say anything and we drove off. Spilled oil on my parents new $10k driveway and my driveway. That’s how we noticed the issue. Had to take it back and they took close to two hours to fix it. Offered to send someone to clean my driveway which we already did as soon as we noticed it late the night before (and our hose froze) but nothing for my parents. Both issues were with the service department. Spoke with the head manager over the first situation and they didn’t care. Offered us a loaner for the oil issue, which we will never accept again from them. Lost a customer for life from us. Shame too because we bought 6 cars from them. 3 brand new. If I buy another Toyota I will go to another dealership. Your loyalty means nothing to them at all.
I came all the way from Minnesota for the excellent value offered by salesperson Tim Klenk and finance officer Terrell Davis. They were both perfectionists in everything they did and delivered as promised with kindness, expertise and immediate follow through. Thank you for the great experience and I love my new truck!
Toyota service center is huge and generally well-managed and efficient. Not today :(Took more than an hour for a simple oil change, and I had to go and ask the status after waiting for over an hour. The service coordinator mispronounced (to put it mildly) my name and made me wait even longer. There wasnt anyone named mozzarella waiting for their car! When I finally got the car back, there were oil stains on front passenger seat and door handle. Had to take it back and a supervisor/manager had to spray and clean it up. More than 2 hours for an oil and filter change!
In nearly 40yrs of car buying I have NEVER experienced a worry free, total trust and 100% above board honesty until this purchase. A young salesman named Mr. Seger pointed out the cars issues, pledged to make them like new and then followed up consistently even delivering the vehicle after I had surgery due to a slipped disc. The car a 2007 RENO w 79k miles was made to look NEW, brand new tires, its issues repaired and when others were discovered they willingly fixed them all and NEVER asked for another dime above our agreed purchase. You do not find OLD FASHIONED integrity in this faceless cell and computer world or so I thought, it brought back memories of my youth where you were not a NUMBER but the reason the business existed and everyone working for it knew that and made certain from the smallest purchase to the largest you were treated with respect received a genuine smile and professional old fashioned AMERICAN CARE!Professional, HONEST and Customer - Centric from beginning to the very end!
BEST PLACE TO GET A CAR! I went to two other dealerships prior to going to Kings Toyota, they both were rude pushy. I called Kings Toyota and spoke with the used car manager and he said come on in they would help me out! Boy did they! Joda Green was the salesman who helped me out and he went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I had researched and decided on! He informed me of all the extras that came along with a certified Toyota purchase, and made sure the car was clean and ready for me! Everyone was extremely professional and polite! I will only use them when either my husband or I need cars in the future, I highly recommend them to anyone in the car market!
My visit for service was a nice experience. The staff were friendly, helpful and thorough. Holly was exceptional in reviewing the multi inspection report with me and providing me helpful information so I could make a decision on doing any repair work that may be needed now or in the very near future. She contacted me when the car was complete as well. The service team did an exceptional job. I love Toyota cars and the service experience is a plus. Great Job!
I just moved to Ohio from Texas and needed to replace my 08 Cadillac. I found Kings Toyota to be the absolute best dealership I have every dealt with in my 35 years of purchasing vehicles. Darrell G, my sales rep was fantastic. Went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I appreciated the no-nonsense approach of the dealership and Darrell.
Took car to Kings Toyota for a recall issue (airbag harnessing wire). The whole experience was great. Was able to schedule an appt on-line which was easy and worked well. Got a call to confirm the details and go through the process. Everything went well on the day of. Took the car in, was in-and-out initially, got a free loaner, and the car was done on the early side. Eric Howell was my service advisor and he was great, thorough and went through everything in detail. A key point for me was that they do a full inspection and they had nothing to offer! Tells me they are honest. Ill likely go back there for repairs or other major service issues.
We had a great experience here with service on my wifes 2019 Sequoia. Matthew McGee was our service advisor and he helped us with getting a recall completed during this standard service appointment saving us the additional 100 mile round trip from Indiana. We really appreciated that going the extra mile without us asking. We had set up the recall for 2 weeks later and we were so thankful he was able to get it done in 1 trip.
Carefully review your orders before service, ordered just for the front axle brake pads changed but they changed both front and rear which was in good condition , guy named CRIST MIKAL scammed me into this and the guy was not nice when asked about the order mismatch. Be careful when they ask about any changes needed after regular service do your research before ordering a service.
Made a deal with Dan and Chris on a used handicap van, had loan, both were aware we were getting down payment together, called Messaged Chris Friday we were ready had everything, he texted great see you tomarrow at 10:00am. Chris called 8:30am and said don’t forget needed paperwork it was ready to go. Literally going out front door headed to lot. Dan the salesman called and said they sold the van to someone else, noting no paperwork had been done yet, but it was sold. They both new of my very bad need of this handicap van, and sold it out from underneath us without a care, they have no integrity, far from honest and 0 loyalty to there customers. I understand cars get sold when a deal is being worked, however this was a done deal Per Chris in financing. If they screwed a handicapped person out of there deal what will they do to you! I would not recommend these clowns to anyone! And they love to hard hit you credit report. DISHONEST TO SAY THE LEAST.
Dan Myers lied about the carfax on the car we were test driving (ended up buying). He said it had a “clean carfax” though it’s actually been in 2 accidents. This makes literally no sense considering it’s free and public information. Now, two days later, the car is making a rattling noise and they won’t look at it. Or rather, they will, but for a diagnostic fee of $129. Will NEVER buy from them again or recommend them.
Working with the Kings Toyota team was a breeze from start to finish. I “built” a RAV4 online, and minutes later was contacted by Hallie and Jenna, who connected me with the sales team via text, and also informed me that there was an incoming shipment with a RAV4 that was almost an exact match to what i built online. From there i worked with Stephen Shanabarger during the buying, and the trade-in process. He could not have made the entire experience any easier for me. I was informed immediately when the RAV4 arrived on the lot, as well as when it completed inspection. Trading in the Jeep was a breeze, Stephen handled the entire thing within minutes of me being on the lot, and the value on my trade in was more than fair. Ultimately, Stephen made me extremely confident in what i was buying, and I’d still say it’s exceeded expectations so far— It’s a blast to drive, i couldn’t be any happier.Lastly i did my paperwork over the phone/online (the day after i picked up the RAV4!) with Mario. Mario was very easy to work with, he did a great job of explaining what i was reading, and made what i was signing easy to understand.I highly recommend Stephen, and the rest of the Kings Toyota team.
We bought our 2021 Corolla Hybrid last year, @ Kings, good sales lady Carley Bunch, good deal, & now just had our 1st free service. Got a free car wash, got the car oil changed in about 1 hour. The Service Advisor , Mikal Crist was very efficient & everyone was friendly & helpful. A good experience. Worth the trip from Indiana.
After leaving the dealership for an oil change/tire rotation I noticed a noise. Almost like an exhaust leak. Thinking something was wrong with my car, I did find it ironic it was right after my service. Well they checked my engine air filter & did not close it back up!!! Ridiculous! I only go because I get free oil changes. Would not recommend getting your vehicle serviced there. Every time I go, there is something wrong when I get it back. They let air out of my tires therefore the air pressure light is on. They will not rotate my tires again. I might even go elsewhere for an oil change
The manager who contacted me was nice and I felt like he had my best interest in mind. Darrell Gessell was also great, accommodating, and very helpful. We love the car, though there are features we really wish we got (ie. auto headlights, GPS, CD player).I do feel a little uneasy getting the extended warranty. We felt really pressured. It was a lot of money we werent prepared to spend. Hopefully it is something we would need. The big reason that keeps me from giving our experience a 5 star is the lady in the personalization department. We wanted to inquire about after market parts, and she acted like we were disturbing her. She wasnt helpful. She also acted like we were doing something wrong when we wanted to leave, wouldnt open the garage door for us. Told us we couldnt leave until our salesperson has cleared us. Darrell was gone for a personal appointment. We already signed papers, paid for the car in full. Luckily the guy transferring our license plate informed her that Darrell was gone and that we were good.
I had my Toyota Camry serviced this week at Kings Toyota and just wanted to comment on the safety features they have in place. Sign in was done in the spacious garage area after being seated until my name was called. The chairs in the waiting area were arranged at least 6 feet apart and facing in different directions. My name was taken when I entered the room, and my name was called when my vehicle was ready. When I signed out there were sterile pens to sign the credit cards and no waiting in line to get my car. Everything was set up to make the customer feel like there was no risk at all of covid exposure. Good job, Toyota!
Derrick was my salesman and i got a 2012 Toyota Highlander and i was very impressed with the service, treatment and vehicle i got from them. They have a very wide variety of warranty options tailored to whatever you may need. Totally recommend coming here for reliabilty and peace of mind! Thank you so much Derrick!
Recently purchased a used car at this location. Was the exact model I was looking for and the price was reasonable. I did not have a great experience on the front end of the buying process and the used car manager did not return my calls. There was also a small issue with the vehicle when purchased. When contacted upper management about the issue they were very helpful. I would come back and buy another car due to the interactions I had after the purchase was complete.
Superb job. Matt McGee my service advisor advised me about my rear brakes and tires which needed replaced. Instead of me sitting and waiting 6-7 hours for the repair to be completed, Matt put me in a rental car that Kings Toyota picked up the bill.As a retired military member, I salute his ability to take care of me and the repair was completed within the time given. I also received a text and call when it was complete.Thank you Matt and Kings Toyota
Rob Schoenhoft (Manager), Joe Heckler (Sales) and Ron Whaley (Finance) helped us have an excellent experience at Kings Toyota. The Kings Toyota Team made the process quick, easy and helped us drive home with a high quality 2021 Toyota Sienna, which my whole family loves.Thank you,Gordon Massa
I saw an SUV I was interested in looking at. I called 3 different times to try to speak to a salesperson to let them know I was coming and make sure the car was still available. On my third call, I apologized to Amber (who answered the phone all three times) for calling yet again and explained to her that I was in my way in, but no one had picked up my call. She rudely replied, ‘well, I do know that we are open.’ Thanks Amber, I figured that much. I went ahead and went into the dealership only to 1. Be asked if I had an appointment (no. Bc no one picked up my call) and 2. Be told the car had been sold. Perfect. That’s exactly why I tried to call ahead.
Like Toyota, don’t like the dealership/service department. When I call the service department they frequently will not pick up or drop the call. Also, the service department is very eager at pushing unnecessary service. They are also reluctant to explain what service they are want to perform. They wanted to change the battery in my truck but wouldn’t even tell me the specifications of the battery they wanted to put in. Instead the “warned” of the dangers of battery stores. The free oil changes for life are nice but they come at a price.
I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation last week. When I arrived they said it would be a 2 hour wait. So I rescheduled this week. When I called to make sure it wasn’t delayed again I went straight to voicemail over an hour ago. Still no call back. I called the sales department and got a call center where they said there is nothing they can do. Take the two hour wait, during a pandemic, or leave it. Of course the call center people were very nice but it short they are overbooking service calls and will do nothing to check the vehicle in before I arrive so I can wait at home safely. If you want a Toyota, I wouldn’t buy it at Kings.
I made an appointment and was able to come in on the same day; hooray! When I arrived, there were telephone operators in the garage in addition to the stewards who take possession of your car. It was a good idea to place some employees in the open breeze, far apart from each other. Then I had the choice of waiting outside under a tent or in their traditional waiting room. I waited outside where there were few chairs spread apart. I could see Kings Toyota had been working on safety for their employees and for their customers. These changes were great; I was happy to see all of these smart differences during these stressful times!
My Salesmen was Jamie. He was polite, professional, quick to respond to any answer by phone or email, and very accomodating. Even with my callanged credit he and the finance team worked hard to get me a loan for the car that i wanted. Most other dealers i went to saw my challenged credit and tried to get me into a different vehicle that was a known ess reliable brand/model and with many more miles on the car. Jamie got me into the 2012 Honda Accord they had with 72k miles. Now I have a reliable car that should easily go to 200k miles like any toyota would. That brings a piece of mind that is worth the price i paid. Yes i had a high interest rate and had to pay for GAP protection, which was expected, but there was no other funny business with the financing numbers. All in all was the best car buying experience that i have ever had. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family when they are looking for their next car.
I had a great experience but I had service done to my car versus actually purchasing (I purchased my car from you all a few years ago, good experience then too). It was very convenient to be able to drop my car off after hours Friday evening and very courteous of the service center to be able to house my car for the weekend as I was out of town and could not pick it up until Tuesday morning. Colin called on Saturday and said theyd gone ahead and run through any recalls, replacing the passenger airbag, and then also performed the oil change I was due for. He also advised me of the need for new air filters, etc. and had that done within hours of our phone call, but was still very pleasant and flexible in allowing me to leave my car onsite until Tuesday morning. When I picked my car up at 7AM Tuesday, the process was quick and painless and the gentleman who pulled my car up provided great information on your body shop branch as I have some cosmetic repairs I am looking to have done at some point. Overall, great experience just as I have come to expect from Kings Toyota. Thanks!
Want to give a shout out to TJ Perdue my service advisor for his handling of my service of my 4Runner and its 45,000 mile service and check up.I have enjoyed a twelve year experience with Kings Toyota, enjoyed the seven Toyota models we have had in the family. But most of all, I appreciate how the organization runs and communicates with the customers.
Dealership employees were rude and condescending towards my girlfriend and not willing to work with her. They did not ask what her ideal monthly price was or how much she wanted to put down. The only thing they cared about was selling a used car at the highest price they could instead of being decent and working with the customer like every other dealership. The excuse they gave was its a sellers market not giving a thought about the customer and their needs.
On January 19, took my 2019 Rav4 in for an possible with transmission as per Toyota notice. Dylan informed me that it was also time for oil change and tire rotation. They did both in less time than predicted. Ordered parts to fix the transmission that actually came in the next day. Great service and very helpful staff.
Had a really good experience buying a vehicle here. We first did a test drive at Performance in Fairfield, but quickly figured out that the salesperson there had no idea about anything and they didnt have what we wanted in stock, so we found what we wanted at Kings. Dru gave us no pressure and knew what he was talking about. Kelly, Chris, and Joshua were also really nice and made us feel comfortable. Ill buy my next Toyota from here.
They lied about serving!!! I want there for regular service/oil change and They came with recommendations $130 coolant service charge, $90 TBC, and $100 for AC so I said I will take care next time! After all, they said, we have checked all necessary fluids, did the multi-point inspection, and did oil change but when I checked at home after service is done, coolant was just above low line and the washer was empty so I called them and they said to bring it back, we will take care when I went there, they filled out the only washer and said coolant should be okay so I crossed check other cars at home and I noticed that they were laying!!!! I won’t trust them going further!!! Did they really change oil or did they lied as fluids!!! Please dont make people foolish!!! Thank you.
Kings Toyota has always went above and beyond with their customer service, scheduling of appointments, pricing and thoroughly explaining any issues.Tony is absolutely a delightful Service Advisor! He always returns my phone calls and is very helpful with all of my concerns.Matt McGee recently was my service advisor. He was also very attentive and explained everything in detail.Nicholas Harper, Kory Butler, the cashiers, and the rest of the team are always very polite and quick to be of service.I will be sure to purchase my next Toyota from Kings Toyota vs. Joseph Toyota where I purchased my vehicle. Joseph Toyota has never repaired the problem with my vehicle that was certified by them. That has been very disappointing.I will continue to highly recommend Kings Toyota to all of my customers, friends and family!
Salesman was great but was a little disappointed in the vehicle as it had numerous issues when I took it to a mechanic to get it checked out. They did refund my money and were very easy to work with but just disappointed in the process of checking out a used car they were going to put on the lot. I would say they should be a little more careful and send Vehicles like that to the auction rather than putting them on the lot.
On January 5, 2021, I appreciate Darnell correcting my email address so I could receive the satisfaction survey. And his easy demeanor in conversation. Also, Lisa, Customer Waiting Area Representative, manner of handling one customer that was less than satisfied with Kings Toyota. She was very mannerly in her conversation with him.
Ian was fantastic. I reached out Friday night. He contacted me Saturday and told me he would have numbers for me on Monday. First thing Monday i had a proposal for the truck i picked out. I filled out the credit app and he stated that by Tuesday afternoon, i would have an answer. First thing Tuesday morning, he text and asked when did i want to pick up my new truck. i had been to 3 dealerships prior that did not want to help. I highly recommend Ian and Kings Toyota
Dropped our 2010 Tundra Rock Warrior to have an alignment after new tires, and several fluid flushes as it will be our winter vehicle. My husband is a dealer tech but he works on MINIs so no lift at his work will raise the Tundra safely except one lift used for alignments which is off limits for working on personal vehicles. Whichever technician worked on our truck left the drain plug on front differential loose so it leaked in our driveway, sheared the bleed screw off the right front caliper and didnt attempt to bleed the left front, alignment was off (steering wheel off center), and didnt even inspect the truck to tell us if it needed anything else. Its 8 years old and has over 100k miles and youre telling me its perfect? And you dont even give us the chance to have our caliper fixed or tell us what happened? As I followed my husband out of the dealer the left brake light is out. We tried to get in contract with Ray, the service director, but he basically ignored us until we called Toyota Customer Relations (funny side note about Ray, he tried to BS my husband saying they can bleed the whole brake system through the right rear caliper.... uh, no. Thats now how that system works, but OK). Customer relations set us up with Kings again to make it right; as in re-do the alignment, actually bleed the brakes and find out why there is fluid leaking from the front diff still and clean off the rear diff, transfer case, and transmission that were just serviced. Well we got our truck back the next day and I cant believe how poorly the wok was done AGAIN. Theres brake fluid all over the front tires, and this is when my husband discovered the drain plug is loose on the front differential. The alignment is better and they did clean the rear diff and transmission fluid off from those flushes finally. I also work for a dealership and if any of this had gone down at my location, Id be fired and the technician would be fired. How many other cars do they do this stuff to and the customer will never know because they dont have the means to inspect the work that was performed. DO NOT go there. We took our truck to a dealer understanding the importance of having a factory trained tech work on the car. I feel like Stevie Wonder worked on our truck. Actually, at this point, Id rather he did than Kings Toyota. This is why people hate dealerships. I wish I could get all the lovely photos of our truck uploaded for this review!
My husband went to buy a car from this location. Not only did they constantly tell us lie after lie .They treated my husband like he was a 16 year old kid buying his first car. They told us work that had been done to the vehicle which was a lie it was never done just on a list to be done .Told us the bank wouldnt let them do what we were asking and then come back 15 minutes later and tell us well bank said they would do that IF.The finance manager is a snake in the grass. They let my husband walk out said the bank wouldnt do the deal then called him as we were pulling in our driveway and said well bank just called and said they will do that deal. He said should have had your bank tell you that 10 minutes ago. Just lie after lie after lie. This is definition of buyer beware dealership
In for service, oil and rotation. We walked down to the new car building and were approached non aggressively by salesman. One briefly showed us two new models knowing we were not there to buy. Our service was completed sooner than expected. Two notes: oil on front of hood and service reminder not reset.
Horrible experience from the start. Went in to buy a brand new Tacoma at the end of 2017. The sales team was lax my sales man said this wouldn’t take long it ended up taking 7 hours. The salesman was on Facebook more than doing his job. I drove home within a few days the truck had a noise in the driveline. Back to toyota they ended up installing a new transfer case from another lax service staff That took nearly two weeks. The free oil changes take forever. I paid for a tire rotation and all 4 of my wheels and lugnuts were heavily damaged. When I went back to talk with the manager I was accused by her that the damage was done by me!! I explained that I would not be here if I had done it myself. They set me up with a local shop to repair my wheels. The manager at the wheel repair shop told me they will come to my place of work to repair my wheels. The tech they told me to contact tells me I have to bring it to him. If you want a good “Toyota” experience I recommend dealing 100% with a different dealership from the beginning. Horrible service, horrible customer relations. Horrible experience every time I walk through the door.
Getting my car in was easy. Getting it back was not. They had a confusing system in place in their waiting room. While I praise them for taking responsibility, this systems poor implementation meant that I ended up waiting for 40 minutes to pick up my car because they never realized I was there to pick it up.The lady manning the check in desk in the waiting room rudely called me out for not waiting at the sign that said stop, check in before waiting, even though I reported immediately to her desk. She then argued with me when I politely suggested that she revise her sign to say please wait here to be checked inI like this place normally but this was a bad visit. I understand the covid precautions they are taking and agree with them, but not when your employees just fail to notice Im trying to pick up my car.
The service department was very fast and helpful. I would highly suggest them.I think my last review may have been a fluke.Unfortunately, I have to change my 5 star to a 1 star. Trust me, they dont even deserve one star. Toyota will not cover a problem that they have a TSB out on. Then I brought my vehicle to the service department for a lose windshield wiper that was covered under the warranty. A mechanic tightened it in their garage and I left. The windshield wiper messed up again, but now the vehicle is out of warranty. Since my car wasnt taken back, there is no record of my windshield wiper amd they wont cover it. DO NOT BUY TOYOTA AND DEFINITELY DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT OR DEALERSHIP.
I came into Kings Toyota yesterday looking to test drive a Corolla, expecting it to be a stressful, high-pressure situation and it was the exact opposite. I normally hate dealing with salespeople, but the gentleman who helped me yesterday was genuinely so helpful and understanding of my situation. I said that I just wanted to test drive the car and get some numbers and that I wasnt looking to make a decision right then, and he was totally understanding! That was such a relief after multiple salesmen at other dealerships have tried to pressure me into making a decision on the spot. I cant say enough about what a great experience it was!
“Free” oil change took over 2 hours. At 90 mins I inquired only to be told the tech marked it as “done” in the system when it fact they hadn’t even started on it! Why make an appointment if it will take 2 hours to get your car even pulled into the bay for service? Ridiculous waste of time. On a good note, the service advisor who took my keys at the beginning of this experience was very friendly and not pushy, the customer service woman who tracks where people are (sitting in the waiting room) was super nice and apologetic and Spencer, a valet, was a hustler, always moving, friendly and polite. Kings Toyota isn’t the only Toyota dealer in town, so after buying 3 cars from them, I can promise this is the last! Their service is far from fast....only thing fast around there is their excuses!
Overall not happy with the service. I was told about an oil pan leak. they pushed me to fix it. then they found a different issue related to a coolant leak. At that point, they told me that its ok to skip the oil pan leak and fix the coolant leak. Why did they push me to fix the oil pan leak in the first place? When I decided not to do both the fixes, they told me that I have to do the oil pan leak. kinda forced me into it.
BUYER BEWARE! An ABS/VSC/Brake indicator light warning warranted a diagnostic at a dealer. I set up and appointment at Kings Toyota Service and dropped the car off. Their diagnosis was a open/short of the right rear ABS brake/speed sensor. Their initial quote was $525 to have it fixed. See text messages in attached picture.Even though I thought that the repair expensive I wanted the problem fixed quickly so I authorized them to complete the repair. The following day I received a text (See attached pic) that the car also needed a wheel bearing replacement for an additional $700. Now the total was up to $1239, I declined the bearing replacement and asked for them to complete the repair on their original recommendation for the sensor replacement .At this point they stopped sending me text messages. I received call saying that they could not replace the sensor unless they replaced. the bearing. Feeling like the victim of bait and switch, I declined both repair recommendations and chose to pick up my vehicle without either repair. They attempted to double the price of the diagnostic fee and charge me $119 rather than the $59.50 I had been quoted. After I questioned the increased charge they did honor the original $59.50 diagnostic quote. Upon picking up the vehicle, I was asked to sign a form which did not correctly indicate the events that had transpired. I refused to sign the form due to its inaccuracies. The service manager, Collin Delaney, was called to meet with me. I told him what had happened and asked him to honor the initial $525 quote to replace the sensor. He refused even after admitting the misquote was their error.Upon further investigation, I found that the wheel hub/bearing is a single component that has ABS/Speed sensor already installed.,.I.e. Its ONE part. So, why was Kings Toyota attempting to charge me for two parts!?! You can clearly see from the images posted that the ABS/speed sensor is integral to the wheel bearing/hub assembly. So in the end, Kings Toyota Service attempted to charge me $525 for a part that does not exist.
The service department at Kings Toyota has always been top notch. The service techs are always very open to communicate issues, and they dont try to push additional services that may not be needed as I have experienced at other service centers. Just picked up my car from service and detailing, and it looks great. Collin at the service desk was extremely helpful.
Went here to test drive a used car. Salesman was friendly enough, but that’s about all that was good about the experience. My wife and I were not permitted to take the car out alone. This was the only dealership out of five we visited in the Cincinnati area that would not allow us to do this. Every other dealer simply copied my driver’s license and handed us the keys. It was very off-putting to have a salesman sitting in the vehicle with us while we were trying to evaluate it.The vehicle had been barely prepped for sale. It was not clean inside, with evidence of the last owners everywhere. Feet marks on the dash, gunk in the cracks and crevices, and that tacky feeling on the leather like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. It smelled. It had been only lightly vacuumed. The salesman told us it was Toyota Certified Pre-Owned and how it had been through this super inspection and everything. Well, we get out on the freeway and the thing obviously has tires that are way out of balance. Ya, real thorough inspection. We couldn’t even fully evaluate the vehicle because the dealer removed the card that stores navigation data, rendering the system inoperable. Not a good experience.
Went today to have car serviced , everyone was very nice and upbeat which in these days with this covid stuff is very hard to do. Staff kept me informed of any updates . Spoke to service director Ray Tucker and he is very easy to speak with. Thank you to your staff Ray for being so professional
Our experience here was excellent. We went several times looking at cars and each time were received with great customer service. They showed us numerous cars in our budget and also gave us an appraisal on our trade in the first time we visited. They cared about our needs in a car and did not show us anything hugely out of our budget. We bought a Honda Accord just the other day, working with Greg. He made the whole process very simple, explained everything well, and answered all of our questions. They never pressured us into making a decision right away. I would highly recommend shopping here!
I just bought my first used car from Kings Toyota and found the experience to be exceptional. I cant say enough for Chris, the Manager, Nate, the sales person and Melissa, the finance person. They went above and beyond their duty to provide excellent professional service. Kudos to Nate who was so patient with me and gave me everything I wanted in a car. Great experience! Thank you.
Bought a car 7 days ago and yesterday the check engine light went on. I live 30 mins away called spoke with a manager who said “why would we pay to fix your car” spoke over me yelling. Now I have a warranty but he wasn’t willing to help me. This manager was the rudest zero customer service and blaming the customer. He actually told me to speak with my salesman I said aren’t you his manager why would I speak with him, his response was to hang on up on me. I will never recommend anyone go here to buy a used car. This is for my daughter so it’s needs to be safe. Can’t believe how I was treated.
I bought a $3000 used car and paid cash. Only after handing over the cash and the salesman walking away was I told if I wanted to drive the car home that day, Id have to have full coverage insurance. This was supposedly due to the finance department doing paperwork by phone due to Covid-19 the following day. Why in the world would I want to double or triple my insurance rate for a $3000 car? Suddenly, when I demanded my money back and prepared to walk, other arrangements were made. Also, when my mechanic checked the car, no codes were showing. 1 week later, it shows 4 codes related to the catalytic converter and other emission controls. It certainly appears that someone cleared codes without fixing the causes.Edit: In reply to Kings Toyota. I of course expected to have liability insurance and had added it. The proper time to tell me I needed full coverage was at the beginning of the process. Not four hours later after taking my cash and walking away. As people like me who dont need full coverage exist, you should have had someone available by phone to do the paperwork same day, not next day.
18 months ago I use to rent a car for occasional weekend trips and the car and the service were great. Then a bought a new Rav4 and had the warranty service done there. On a recent trip I got a maintenance notice on the dash instruments. It had warned me that maintenance was due soon but now it was on all the time and the instrument display was blocked. This was during a intermittent rainstorms and trucks were making it impossible to see. I got off at the next exit and called Kings Toyota Maintenance and talked to a nice lady who walked me through resetting the notification. I Thank You and her for the help I received via phone and the warranty service I receive now.
My sister got her car fixed there because it close to home. 3 times we bring the car in and complained about the noise under the engine and they said they fixed it already. When we got the car back, guess what, the noise still there, they charged her $300 something for the fix and the parts they replaced. I personally experience the same problem at this dealer too before. It took them 2 times to fix my car right the last time. It seems like they didnt check the car after they fixed it. Never in my life I feel unsafe for my sister driving her car after getting it fixed here. 👎
Good used car shopping experience, which is difficult to have it seems these days. Showed up in the morning, test drove a couple cars, and I made offer on one of them. I went here on my 6th day of used car shopping, if I knew better, I should have made this place first! Non stressful experience for me. Austin, the sales person, was knowledgeable and helpful and even did internet research for me when we could not figure out a mechanical feature. Everyone I encountered was polite and respectful which made the process that much better. They allowed me to take the car to be inspected after a refundable deposit. I never once got any shady impressions or hint of any under handed dealings. They were honest and up front as far as I know and am concerned. Definitely recommend and will be my 1st stop next time.
Kings Toyota Service will provide you excellent service . They have a great team of service reps and mechanics and take pride in making the customer happy. I highly recommend them. I drive to their service rather than one that is closer to me because I think I get better service. Thanks
Shocked by the service with Kings Toyota. We were scheduled to meet with a sales manager at noon. We received calls and text validating. When we got there, we had one person tell us he was on vacation, then another sales manager say he had a family emergency. Nothing added up. Then while looking at Siennas, there were a few people in and out of the vehicles, including the one we were looking at. Not to mention all the batteries were dead on the cars. Not much negotiating at all even for loyal customers. I have been driving Toyotas for over 25 years and have gone to Kings for my last two vehicles, will NOT go back for our next one. Terrible customer service and they treated us like another number. Really disappointed with the whole experience at Kings. Do your homework, there are other dealerships willing to be more competitive than Kings - dont waste the trip and the time.
My oil change and required recall repairs were completed efficiently and effectively. My service advisor, Travis Robinson, clearly explained all work that was completed and patiently answered each of my questions. His knowledge about the service on my car, respectful manner, and positive upbeat approach made this a very pleasant experience!
This was my first time taking a car in for service. I was very impressed by the whole process. The customer service was exceptional. Everybody was extremely nice and welcoming, and clearly knowledgeable. An added bonus was the fact that the lounge area was very comfortable and was the perfect place for me to get some work done while waiting for my car to be ready.
Very quick and efficient was the service I received! Especially from Collin Delaney! He was very patient, professional, and friendly from the time I arrived to the next day when I picked up our car. I really appreciated this because I am sometimes lost when it comes to understanding the mechanics of cars, but he made sure I understood what our car needed at that time! I will certainly be returning to Kings Toyota to service our Toyotas!! 👍😄
Working with Kings Toyota Service has been a good experience. I was scheduled @3:45 for my 10k service on my 2016 Highlander. Due to a change in my schedule I arrived 45 minutes early. But not a problem for my Service Adviser-Anthony Tolliver. He managed to work me into the schedule, and I was out the door w/I the promised 1 hour.Keep up the good work and you are assured a returning customer.
Bought my truck at Kings so I get the free oil changes every 5k. That part is appreciated. What is not, is every time I have them do any further maintenance above the oil change they somehow mess it up. This has happened 4 out of the past 5 times. I pay more to a dealer to have the confidence that the job was getting done right, not to have to bring back for attention to detail issues, and wait long periods of time to have their mistakes fixed.I have had very low coolant after having changed. Forgot to do differential fluids when paid to have done. Then not sure if they could get plug off without damage. Multiple times of getting debris in vent system after routine maintenance. From here on, I will take my chances with me doing anything above the free oil change myself.
Its a pleasure working with Stephen Boster. He has been very helpful and patient with me. I have a big issue with my car and he made sure things were made right. I appreciate Kings Toyota Service dept for being thorough with doing inspection on my vehicle. Everyone has great attitudes and customer services! 5 stars from me!
Went in for routine oil change and 60K service on my 2017 Sienna. Darnell Howard was my Service Advisor. He listened to the services I perform myself (like engine air and cabin filter replacements) and appropriately recommended an additional coolant service at a reasonable price. Darnell stated that I would likely be done in 1.5 hours which was what it took.
We recently bought our 3rd new vehicle from Kings Toyota and as always they were very professional and polite. John Gonzales made sure we were in a payment that fit our monthly budget and the sales staff was very knowledgeable about our Highlander. Rob Schoenhoft the GM and the people under him took care of us which is why we keep coming back, not to mention the great service after the sale. I could tell you of the horror stories Ive dealt with at other dealerships but the chances are youve already had the same experiences. So If your looking for a place to by a new or used car, Dont waste your time or your money.... I highly recommend Kings Toyota.
I have had my 2018 Camry here at least 5 different times to have my coolant leak checked out. Always the same answer, we smell it, but cant find a leak. Also we would like to charge you for the diagnostic because we couldnt find a problem. The most recent time was were going to get with the manufacturer and see if we can get an answer, but yet I received no call back. I have a car that was $32k that has been leaking antifreeze since 2,500 miles, enough to gag you when you roll down the window or get out of the car. Save yourself time, dont buy here or Toyota.
Brought my car in for A/C diagnostic. They told me the fee was $120 on the phone. Got there and they said it was $190 when I checked in. Ok... whatever.Told me 90 min. wait for the diagnostic.I waited 3 hrs. Then even though my ac levels were about 75%. They vacuumed and recharged the system. And as expected A/C still didn’t work. But at least they can charge me, I guess? Then they said might be the compressor. One person told me they were calling the warranty department and that’s why I had to wait so long but they were optimistic warranty would cover the new part. So then I’m all excited and thinking “ok, worth the wait”. Then the tech tells me he called and waited for a while (1 hr) and no one answered. So here is a number I can call. Ok, fair. He also said he was pretty sure it was NOT warranteed. So... why did I wait 3 hrs then?Issue was not fixed or completely answered and paid $213 after taxes and fees and same problem.I would have preferred they charge maybe 0.5 hrs labor for a quick check. Give me a number to call if it takes more than 10 min to get through to the warranty department and then do the AC recharge work IF I decide to get a new AC pump. Not impressed.
Amazing service!! I went in for my routine ToyotaCare service and was back on the road in less than an hour! All of the staff was courteous, very helpful, and thorough in their explanation of the service that was performed on my vehicle. Kory was amazing, and even took the time to work with me, regarding my schedule, to schedule the next date of service. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here and I highly recommend.
Great experience! This was my first time working with the service department. Justin reviewed every detail and answered all my questions. The service team was efficient, professional and on time. My car was finished when they said it would be finished! The lounge area was quite comfortable and clean. The entire experience was great!
The service department at Kings Toyota is excellent. The staff listens to the client, explains the service provided, answers every question, and genuinely tries to complete the service in a timely fashion. Right now Kings is transitioning the intake desks and check out desks so check out can be slightly chaotic. However, the personal attention outweighs the check out time. Sophie (in the service department) is fantastic!
The service is always good and everyone is nice. Although we have had a few things with our car that have broken that are a safety issue, instead of fixing it they tell us to contact Toyota corporate due to it not being included in the warranty. I think that they should reach out to corporate and the customer shouldnt have too! Overall just disappointed that more things arent covered under warranty!! Seems like a exuse!!!!
Collin is great. Hes very friendly, efficient, got my car completed as quickly as possible. I appreciate that he treated me like a person and not just a number in his appointments for the day. Because lets face it, no one wants to work on a Saturday. I never felt hurried along, or like my presence was an inconvenience. I will be doing all my services with Collin and when my lease is up I will be returning to get my new lease from Kings.

2022-01-21I was extremely happy with the purchasing of my new Toyota 4 Runner at Kings Toyota. Josh Luis greeted me, I told him what I wanted. Once I decided which vehicle I liked I was presented with different purchasing options and what I thought was a very fair offer for my trade in. Melissa E took care of all the financial paperwork and had me on the road with my new 4 Runner in no time.

2022-02-10Called looking for a 4Runner at the end of December. To my surprise they were one of, if not the only dealer in the region that wasn’t charging over sticker, due lack of availability. I spoke to Bruce who did an excellent job of communicating with me in reference to an incoming unit equipped the way I wanted. I felt no pressure and was pleased with the whole process. I would recommend to family and friends.

2022-05-24I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional service extended to me. Eric Driscoll and Kevin Mchone made this the most positive experience yet. The time between ordering my vehicle to delivery date, Eric continually kept me apprised of the status and for that I am grateful. Keep up the great customer service. You have exceeded my expectations once again. THANK YOU!!

2022-02-16Had the best experience buying my car here. Joe & Josh were awesome. Made sure I understood everything before I left. I was SO comfortable coming here. I usually HAVE to have my dad with me so I know I’m not being taken advantage of and I 100% feel like I could’ve done this by myself. Everyone was SO nice. I definitely recommend buying your next car from Kings Toyota. Very honest people there.

2022-01-15I called ahead of my visit and reached Mike Toy in regards to looking at a 2019 Toyota Corolla SE Hatchback. When I arrived he had it up front and ready to test drive. He was very helpful and kind throughout the whole purchasing process. I wasn’t able to take the vehicle home that day as it still needed to be inspected, but when I came back and picked up the vehicle they were able to actually cut my APR in half which was awesome. After I left I realized the front floor mats must have not been put back in after it had been detailed. Mike was responsive and was able to hold onto the floor mats (and even found some rear floor mats for me that weren’t originally in there) and stored them in his personal vehicle for me until I was able to come back and pick them up. I cannot say enough good about my experience here and I am incredibly satisfied with their customer service as well as my new vehicle.

2022-06-30Upfront and honest. No hassle pricing. Finance was easy. Added All weather floor mats installed. Explained the infotainment system. Made the experience of buying my new 4Runner very memorable. Opened the doors and I drove it off the showroom floor. Great experience.

2022-07-02This was my first experience with Kings Toyota! I was thoroughly impressed with the honestly and professionalism of two of the ones I worked with in particular, Carly and Jason. 2022-06-11Sales rep. Wanda was professional and quick to locate our new car in a sea of delayed manufacturing. It was so nice working with her. Business manager Mario was also friendly as he assisted us with a no pressure signing that made us aware of additional items that would save us money in the long run. This was the best car buying experience we ever had. Thank you Kings Toyota.
