Awesome experience, Anthony was very helpful and no pressure was ever given at any time. I would recommend this dealership to anybody whos trying to find a car and pay sticker price, send a message to all those dealers out there who have Market adjustments and Market increases or has extra stuff that you dont want on the car. Go to Kings Mazda or Kings Auto Dealerships its worth the drive!! Great experience start to finish, with every team member with whom we interacted. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and there were no pressure tactics applied. As a female buyer in a male-dominated arena, I would typically be a little uneasy going into a situation like this, but the staff was so genuine, helpful, and approachable, that I soon felt at ease and enjoyed the buying experience. Jason offered me invaluable advice regarding my trade-in, and saved me a lot of hassle and stress at a time when I really did not need more of that in my life! Tom was so easy to work with, and I really appreciate that he went over all the features of the car with me after the purchase, and showed me how to sync my phone with the car. Because of that, by the time I drove off the lot, I was already feeling familiar with and comfortable in my new vehicle, rather than overwhelmed by all the features and clueless about how to use them. Great car, great staff, great experience!
Joel Dennis was very friendly with nopressure on me! He went out of his way to help me find a car that suited me. Tom Zeigler was also very nice and helpful when Joel was unavailable. It was such a relief after going to other dealers where they really pressured me and was visibly upset when I would turn a car away. I was very happy I could find a car at Kings Mazda because they were great to work with. I highly recommend going to Kings Mazda and ask for Joel or Tom!

I can’t rant about this place enough. To make a long story short, I got completely screwed over by superior Honda on my 2016 HR-V’s transmission. I’m a young professional female, alone in a city, now car shopping with a boot on my neck because my car was shot. From the moment I walked in Mazda’s doors they were welcoming, sincere, apologetic for something that wasn’t even their fault, and completely transparent throughout my whole process. Today I walked away with a certified used vehicle that is fully loaded with a similar car payment I had on my “old” vehicle. Mark, Jarod and Tom were the farthest thing from your typical car salesmen. They listened to me, the spoke with me not at me, and they put my best interests before their own. They gave me print outs of all numbers they were talking. There was no middle man “let me go talk to my manager.” Jarod, the manager, came out and spoke with me directly and ultimately gave me the best deal for me, not them. Honestly, I couldn’t thank them enough there and then and I can’t express in any words how highly I recommend Kings Mazda now. I wish I could give them 10/5 stars.
Art and Brandon were great! They took all the trouble out of car shopping. As a 31 year old female going into a car dealership alone I had some concerns. However, Art was great he showed me all the options available and went over pricing structure. I never felt under pressure to make a purchase. I felt comfortable to take my time and think the purchase over. I highly recommend coming here for your next auto purchase. 10/10 great experience!

We had an excellent experience buying our car (a 2018 Mazda 3 hatchback) at King’s Mazda. Probably the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Our sales person Madison was a big part in this. She was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable, all without being at all pushy. Very professional. Robert in finance explained the warranty coverage in depth. In this time of limited inventory and delivery issues it was good not to feel like they were doing me a big favor to sell me a car( I have bought/leased many cars and this deal was painless). Madison Evans at Kings Mazda helped with the purchase of 2022 Miata. She was very helpful through the entire process from test driving to delivery of the vehicle. I ordered the vehicle late January 2022 and it was delivered end of April 2022. Madison kept me updated with the progress of vehicle manufacturing, shipment and delivery. I am very satisfied with my experience with Kings Mazda in general and Madison in particular.
I cannot say enough about how great the sales person was. Very friendly and professional. My only complaint was the rust on the car I was interested in wasnt disclosed to me. I drove 3 hours to see the vehicle with intentions on making the purchase. The day before I made the trip up, I asked if the car had rust. The person I was speaking with told me while they were not located at the dealership, they are good about depicting the major details of the vehicle. The vehicle handled well and shifted flawlessly. When I got back to the lot I decided to crawl underneath and check things out for myself and I am glad I did. In my opinion, a car at that price point and 5 years old should be a lot cleaner underneath. While I understand the used car market is crazy right now, I was disappointed that they wouldnt budge off the price after pointing out the rust.
After having a very bad experience at Kings Toyota, I was really upset and ready to go home. But I suggested to my mom to stop by Mazda for one last effort to find a car. It had started to rain and so my mom and I are walking up to the door and Maddison held the door open for us. Right away she was very friendly and I told her how bad Toyota was. She was ready to help us in any she could. I had asked if they had any new 22 Mazda Cx-5’s and she said no. She then said that they did have a used one though. It was parked out front. She started telling us about its features and it sounded really good. So we go outside to look at it and decide that we want to take a test drive. She gave us the keys and off we went. It wasn’t very long but it didn’t need to be. The ride was so smooth and the car was in very good condition. When we got back I told her that I wanted to get the car. She helped me with the application and I was approved. I had driven 3 hrs to Cincinnati so she knew that I wasn’t local. Maddison and her team made sure that I was taken care of with the car purchase doing what they could so I could go home with my car. I was with Brandon when I gave him my down payment. I was able to sign all of the loan documents with him virtually while I was back in my town today. I absolutely love my Mazda! My entire family works at Toyota so I am a Toyota girl for sure. But my Mazda is amazing. I wanted an suv for my little family of 3. My 2019 GT Reserve has a turbo charged engine and I can definitely tell. It also has Heads Up Display, which is something you really only find in luxury vehicles and it displays so much information. There are so many awesome features on my car and so far I love driving it. The ride is so smooth and extremely quiet. The Bose sound system is amazing. Just a great car and I’m going to have it for a very long time. Very happy with my Mazda!

We had a great experience from Kings Mazda. Our salesman was Mark Knox. We were looking to buy a Toyota Rav-4, but Toyota did not have any in stock and it would be about 6 weeks before they had any. We went to Kings Mazda and they had some new CX-5 on the lot, we wanted to test drive the car and feel the ride and handling of the car. Its was nice to be able to do that. Mark Knox was very knowledgeable about the Mazda CX-5. Mark was very thorough giving my wife a demonstration on all the options on the Cx-5 and how they all worked. I will recommend anyone I know looking for a new car to Kings Mazda and to ask for Mark Know.

We have purchased 5 cars in the past 3 years. We all laughed and joke throughout the whole process and made the 6+ hours seem like 2 hours.

I was very happy with my experience at Kings Mazda. When I purchased my vehicle I had already been shopping most of a couple of days. I came into the dealership very late in the day, but Mark Malone was happy to stay long after hours to help me. I got my vehicle at a fair price: 1,100 dollars less than other local prices for the same vehicle. Although the options were presented, I did not feel immediately pressured to purchase additional warranties. My vehicle was in great shape when picked up: great tire pressure, clean interior, oil changed, floor mats in place, etc. Very satisfied!
This place makes buying a new car enjoyable! No stress, no pressure. Jerry the Sales Manager and Miranda, my Sales Professional, were fantastic and we came to an agreement on price quite quickly. Everyone there seemed so friendly and welcoming and upbeat throughout the process. Miranda was especially just a joy to work with.When I arrived a few days later as scheduled to pick up my new 2018 Mazda3 Grand Touring, it was shiny and gorgeous, parked right in front of the doors. Signing the paperwork with Whitney (who, I must add, sported such chic eyeglass frames! I want them!) couldnt have been easier or faster. Ive never been in and out of a dealership and zoom-zooming down the road in my new auto so quickly. Awesome!What a terrific car buying experience! This is a thoroughly professional dealership. The process to get a used car was easy but when the car ended up with some issues a few days later, the manager Scott made it seem like it was our fault the car got messed up.Please tell me how I messed up a back window motor? Or how I mess up the back up camera view? On Dec 30th, we got a call saying They only fixed the window and waiting on parts. Oh plus since the camera “still worked” they weren’t going to fix that.Just because it turns on, doesn’t mean it works buddy. I even called him back 4 times. Which all called were not answered and I never got a call back.Fast forward to today, the first call since we were told the parts were ordered. We get an upset calling from Scott asking why we haven’t returned the loaner.. Um sir? You never called saying it was ready and now we have to hurry to figure out how to return the car to you when both my husband and I work until their closing time. I tried calling him again. A total of 3 times. No answer or call back once again.This is absolutely ridiculous. Thanks Mazda. For what started out great, slowly became a mess.
Dave Evans at Kings Mazda was fantastic! He helped us every step of the way, honoring all of our requests, and got us a great deal on a 2019 CX-9! Weve owned 3 Honda Pilots and 2 Accords and requested pricing from the local Honda dealerships, but they put us through the rigmarole. Dave was quick and made it simple. And the CX-9 has some serious Zoom Zoom!

After getting turned away from another local dealer we drove to Kings Mazda. Mark Knox greeted us and did a great job finding us the car we wanted, and reviewing all of the features of our new CX-9. Robert is financing also did a great job. He was able to beat my credit union interest rate. With this being a sellers market, and not much wiggle room on negotiation, I appreciated work to get me the best rate. He was personable, efficient and made the process quick and painless. We came in needing car repairs and thought we’d look around the lot while we waited. Tommi recommended we talk to Mark Malone, and he was great! Mark made us feel welcome, gave us space to look, answered all of our questions. By the time the repairs were done on our car, we decided to trade it in and lease a new one. Mark was super easy to work with and made the whole process enjoyable. Brandon Sink did our paperwork, and was also gracious and welcoming. He explained the in’s and outs of leasing, made it fast and we were driving away in our new car in no time. John Brewer was my salesman and you couldn’t find a nicer salesman! I felt like at other Mazda dealerships, the sales people were acting like they were doing me a favor by selling me a car. Let me start this with. My sales person Madison was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. She was very nice and helpful. She actually took me through the car step by step. Explaining things to me. I actually had a great experience with everyone there. All were very helpful and courteous. I would recommend people to Kings Mazda. Telling them to request Madison as their sales person. They would definitely have a good experience buying a car if they do.Sometimes recognition is due, but when you Excel above others people need to know.

They acted like a typical scam artist with cheap tricks - promised me one price over email, then a different one when I showed up in person. Gave me the new car key, then said a higher price from what we agreed on - I said “ok, no deal, here is your key back”, they wouldn’t take the key back saying “no no no, it’s your key now”. Ridiculous. Scam artist clown show.

I recently purchased a Mazda CX5 and, for car shopping and buying not being what I would call a fun experience this was close to one of the best Ive had. Joel Dennis (the salesperson) was very good in going over the vehicle options (certified pre-owned as well as new) and the trim levels and packages. I stopped in several times and test drove both a cpo and a new vehicle. Joel went over the various features and answered all my (a friend was with me and he has lots of questions about things) questions.We had a couple questions about things that Joel checked on and got back to us on which has not always been my experience in the past. Sometimes those fall off the radar.Joel and Jared (his sales manager) seemed genuinely pleased that I purchased the vehicle I did. Once again Joel went over the features even though most of them he had gone over on the test drives.Brandon (Sink) the F&I person made signing all the papers relatively painless as well.I would definitely recooment Kings Mazda!

Had positive interaction with our recent purchase of a slightly used 2021 model at Kings Mazda. Our salesperson, Joel D., was very informative and helpful as we made this major decision to move forward. Any questions he wasnt able to answer (vehicle was not a Mazda), he quickly researched to get us the correct answer. Its always a great buying experience when you have the time to process your decisions without be pressured!

I purchased a 2021 Mazda MX-5 on June 23. My salesperson, Joel Dennis, did a great job during the test drive and the discussion that followed. He worked up the details of the deal, which included my trade-in, and presented the numbers in a clear and easy to understand format. There were no surprises at the final signing of papers with the financial person.Overall, a very good experience in purchasing a new vehicle.
Tom was great to work with and very personable. He caught on to my personality right away and by the time I left I felt like I had known him for years. This was my first experience getting a brand new car and it had been so long since I bought my last one; so I was unsure how it would go. Tom was able to get me in a car within my parameters that night! Tom and Sandys follow up in the week after I got my cx5 was wonderful.
Although I did not end up purchasing the mazda CX-5 that I currently own from Kings Mazda, I do want to sing the praises of their staff in particular Madison. Mark Knox was extremely helpful in all facets of buying a new car. When I picked up the car, he went over the information at my pace. He encouraged me to keep coming back to meet with him so that he can continue to teach me how to use all the tech equipment.He, also, made sure that my bike can easily fit in the cargo area as the main reason for me to buy a car was to transport my bike.Everyone I met with at Kings Mazda was exemplary!

This was one of the best buying experiences I have had in purchasing a new vehicle. Mark Malone and Brandon Sink are tops in their respective fields. Mark as the salesperson and Brandon in the finance department. Both took time to explain everything to us in depth from all the features on the vehicle to how the leasing worked and all the details. I had a great experience at Kings Mazda Service! It was my first time servicing my car at Kings Mazda and from the moment I arrived, I had a stellar customer experience! Kevin Fitch, my service advisor, took the time to explain everything to me, told me about specials and deals, he checked for recalls on the car and ensured that I knew where everything was so that I had a pleasant experience while I waited (for my car).After I left, I received a call from Kevin asking if I left a Yeti coffee cup in the waiting area because he found one that was close to where I was sitting. I was really impressed! That kindness and attention to detail is impressive and gives me confidence that both my car and I are getting the best possible care when we’re there. It was great customer service that made for a great customer experience —thank you!

Had a great experience working with Tom! They had the very specific vehicle I was looking for, matched the price I got elsewhere, and were not pushy about extras. The other dealership was trying to sell me modifications they made to the vehicle that I did not want. Fees were minimal and straightforward. Would definitely recommend!

Would not recommend going to this location, especially not to sell a car. I have a like-new 2017 Mazda SUV with only 20K miles on it, excellent condition that multiple other dealers were able to give me a prompt quote on upon walking into the dealership. I walked into Mazda during lunch and there were ZERO other customers, the guys working there were just standing around chatting so I thought great, they arent busy at all this will be quick. The guys didnt acknowledge me until I interrupted them to ask a question. The guy at the desk was trying to be polite but one of the men standing there chatting cut him off and was extremely rude with exaggerated facial expressions looking at me like I was crazy for walking in there to get a quote saying this would take a while, he looked so disgusted and the guy at the desk looked a little confused so I actually asked them am I in the wrong place? because it seemed like it was out of the ordinary for someone to come in asking for a quote to sell their car, dealerships do buy used cars, right?? Especially ones that are like new? They told me Id have to wait 30 minutes to get a quote or come back with an appointment. Although this was surprising given the experience I had at other dealerships, the biggest part that bothered me was the disrespect and condescending attitude they showed for a customer. I also asked if they had any CX9s on the lot and the guys said ummm I dont know.... actually..... yea, out there and gave a point in the general direction of a lot of vehicles but didnt ask if I needed help or had questions just walked away. Why the attitude? Did I stop in at a bad time when they were having a bad day? Do they not work during lunch? Do they not like working with women? Not sure what it is but Im shocked. We currently own 2 Mazdas but Id never step foot in this dealership again.
Had a great experience buying our new 2020 CX5 at kings Mazda! Rick Royer did a great job making us feel comfortable and relaxed through the whole process. He was kind and helpful, but we were most appreciative of the fact that we were not hassled or harassed. It really felt he wanted the best for us. Highly recommended 👍

These folks actually took the time and worked with you showed you all the avenues you have before you. Not only that these guys sat down and actually tried to get to know you. I had a great experience at Kings Mazda. The staff is knowledgable and helpful, and there werent any hidden fees or add-ons—and no pressure to buy anything I didnt want. They were able to get me the car I wanted at a price I was willing to pay, and I enjoyed working with Tom Ziegler. I suspect this wont be the last Mazda I buy at Kings.
Being a very senior citizen I have purchased many cars used and new from dealers. My experience at King Mazda was one of my easiest and enjoyable experience in buying a new car. My wife and I knew what we wanted. King Mazda located the car and sold us site unseen. No muss no fuss. My salesman Art Husted was professional and great to deal with. And the rest of the sales force were top grade. Dru Steigert was very helpful. Brandon Sink was as well top notch. I liked. The fact he was not pushy. I like the way Alex Heyl explained to my wife the Mazda Miata MX5 interior functions. Very professional. Last but not least. Jerod Graber. Jerod made arrangements to pick us up at home to bring us to the dealership to pick up our new Mazda. To the owner, You should be and I am sure you are proud of your staff. We recently moved from California to Ohio and were renting a car. We no longer wanted to be paying for a rental we hardly used since my husband and I work from home. I spoke with John Brewer and he was beyond accommodating. I told him we have an urgency with respect to purchasing a car as no longer wished to pay for a rental. We were able to quickly find the exact car to purchase, a 2021 CX-5. My husband and I have busy work schedules and no childcare on the weekends so we planned to go pick up our car on a Friday morning. Everything was handled digitally with John. Only thing we needed to do was show up last Friday, sign paperwork with Robert Spitznagel for the financial terms/packages and we were out the door with our new car in a little over an hour. I will recommend Kings Mazda to folks and if we want a newer model in a few years, we will definitely be returning. Thank you for the seamless and efficient experience!!

My salesperson , Steven Green , was most helpful. No high pressure sales. All questions answered and his manager was also most sincere and kind. The dealership presented a professional and competent environment. The financial rep took the time to answer all questions and made sure that I understood what documents I was signing. I have bought and leased many cars during the past 40 years. This was the best experience I’ve ever had. The communications were timely. We were able to make a deal electronically even with a very expensive trade in. The sales team, Tom Ziegler and David Hyatt, worked together to make everything very easy. I never had to leave my recliner! Brandon Sink completed all my paper work thru email and I signed everything at home. When we arrived at the dealer, all we needed to do was sign one form and review the features of the CX5-GTR. In and out in 30 mins! A great experience!!

Great service ! My service advisor, Tommi Hamilton, was very thorough and answered all my questions. They fixed the issue I was having with my car very quickly and efficiently when other service shops in my local area could not diagnose the problem. It was definitely worth the half hour trip to Kings Mazda to make sure everything was done the right way. Will continue to travel to their location due to the skill and service they provide, which I cant seem to find at other service shops. Their fantastic reputation holds true.
If I could give 10 STARS, I would. I purchased my 2nd vehicle from Kings Mazda yesterday and their whole team, from service to sales, is exceptional to say the least. My 2008 Mazda3 purchased from them in 2010 is still on the road with 215,000 miles on it. I’ve been taking my vehicle to their service department for the last 10 years. Tommi Hamilton on the service team is a complete joy to see — I absolutely love her! Their service department is top notch and their sales team feels like family. I was introduced to John Brewer in sales which is the rep I met to take a test drive yesterday. He was the most relaxed and pleasant sales rep I’ve ever met. I loved watching him interact with the other families while I waited in the showroom. The showroom was busy and all team members chipped in to help each other, and the customers. Jerod Graber took over getting me setup for the test drive and was also a great sales rep. I may have beat him up a bit with my sarcastic humor but he played along amusingly and truly made the experience fun and interesting. Thank you Jerod! And finally, Robert Spitznagel on the finance team helped wrap up the deal. Robert was great at explaining everything clearly and never once did I feel pressured or overwhelmed...and let’s face it, car buying can be mentally and emotionally exhausting. But once the keys were in my hand, and all the team members came to congratulate me, it was truly the best car buying experience anyone could ask for. My experience with Kings Mazda was great. Mark Malone was my salesperson. Robert Spitznagel was the Finance Manager.. Mark greeted me when I arrived. He was very pleasant. He showed me the car I was going to purchase. It had been detailed and it was ready to go. He showed me pointers on how to use the audio system as well as the phone system. Very helpful because I wouldnt known how to do it. Very good salesperson. Robert was also very knowledgeable when speaking with him. No high pressure selling. He went over the forms and explained in detail. He wasnt upset when he explained all of the options about car care and I only selected one. He didnt rush me through the process. I also enjoyed the snack area. Ate a doughnut and had a cup of coffee. Enjoyable experience.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Took my CX-5 in for its 5K oil change and the process could not have been easier. I arrived exactly at the time of my service, was pulled into the bay, checked in, given an hour wait time, and was out in about 45 minutes. The wait area was quite comfortable and all amenities were to par.
Overall, a great experience. The area was clean and all employees were wearing their masks (correctly!), which I appreciated. The service consultant (Anthony Moore) reviewed all the detailed observations made by the technician and even pointed out when I should expect the various wear parts (pads, tires, etc) to need replacement. Very helpful. Ill keep coming back to Kings Mazda.

I have been in dealerships for 6 hours to purchase a vehicle. This was a fraction of that time. Elizabeth was very down to earth and personable. Every time I take my car in for service, Mazda takes such great care of me. They always have a positive attitude and aren’t disrespectful in any way. Not only is their customer service top notch, but the work is always done in a timely manner. I worked with Joseph yesterday and he is just absolutely fantastic. With everything going on right now, I could tell they cared about their customers’ safety, and they went above and beyond to stay sanitary.I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to work on your car!

2022-05-24I bought cars previously from Carvana, Vroom, and car dealers and this is the best experience Ive had from buying cars anywhere. Madison and Brandon were extremely accommodating to my circumstances as I purchased the car from out of state and was only available by phone. The process was straightforward and quick. I initially expected the vehicle to be delivered in 2 months; however, it got there in just 2,5 weeks. The most important thing is that they sell cars at MSRP and only offer the most relevant packages to your needs.I hope your business will keep growing because this is what other dealers need to learn from. Once again, shout out to Madison and Brandon !!! I know where to get my new Miata when the time comes.

Being unsure of the car I wanted and the purchasing option, I asked many questions and sent several emails, which certainly could have been annoying. Mark Knox with whom I worked, with was the best- very professional and extremely patient. I will certainly reach out to him when I am ready to switch my car!
