We drive from Cleveland once a week to eat here. We sit in our van and chow down. I cant say enough about the quality and taste of their food.I feel like they actually care how it tastes and looks. The mango chicken is so delicious. And the honey cheese!!! Yes please! Thanks for great food!!!
Most tasteless Chinese food weve ever had. Pepper steak was full of gristle. Egg rolls were small, oily and looked like a generic brand from Marcs. Wont be back.
Very clean restaurant, friendly staff, very good & hot food! Steamed dumplings are excellent! Best Chinese Ive had in a long time. Oh! And you could not have fit any more food in the container if you tried.

People there seem nice. Ordered pick up more than a dozen times with them and never had an order problem with. Place and kitchen are very clean which is a definite plus for me! Food also tasty too. Lunch prices are awesome! Best bang for your buck.
This is the best Chinese food ever been!! The food is fresh and hot, I will recommend you to try out their food. I don’t think any other Chinese restaurants will have more tastier food than King Yuan!👍🏻
I have been her before and have really enjoyed their food so I have no complaints on quality of the food but the reason for only 2 stars is simply for customer service. I ordered dinner online and was to and was emailed with my confirmation # and was told that my order will be ready in 50 minutes. 1 hour passes and our order is still not ready and was told it will be another 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, nothing. Finally at the 2 hour mark I called again and the woman answering the phone went to check on how much longer then hung up on me. I call back and she says oh yea, I believe hes packing it now then proceeds to hang up. The order came out a few minutes later. Very disappointed in the service.

Ive been to maybe 100+ asian food places in northeast ohio - these people are the best by miles. They are a clean, polite people with the best bourbon chicken Ive ever had, remember that good bbq chicken wed always get at the asian food place in the mall? They have this as their bourbon chicken and its even better than any mall asian food.I will say, the owners and staff are relatively new to the country so please be friendly and warm to them to make them feel welcomed, they couldnt be kinder people.
My wife and I get their General Tsos Chicken combo (C.21) with white rice on a fairly regular basis. We have never had a bad experience ordering from here. The woman who takes orders / runs the place is extremely nice and seems like she runs a tight ship. She certainly knows what she is doing. The food is typically ready in 10 minutes. I love their egg rolls. When we go to pick it up, the dining area is small but clean, and if you peer past the counter youll see that the kitchen looks spotless. No joke. Were so comfortable ordering here that we drive past a couple similar establishments on our way to pick it up. I dont know how someone could do a better job in this category.
I just moved to the area from another that had average at best food. I figured Id give King Yaun a shot and wow was I impressed. Quick delivery with a more than pleasant delivery driver. The food was exceptional. My kids ages 5 to 2 devoured the bourbon and honey chicken. This is my new go to for Chinese food.
My go-to Chinese take-out for years. Fresh dishes and great value. The Hot Shredded Crispy Beef (S13) is amazing. Really, I havent been disappointed with anything on their menu. Very friendly and helpful staff.
King Yuan is an awesome restaurant. Their fried rice is the best Ive had in this area, and they are extremely friendly. My family orders two pints of fried rice and eggrolls from them a few times a month, and theyd never messed up our orders. The food is always nice and hot when we bring it home. Check them out!Update: 2018. Havent been here in a couple years. The family I mentioned sold the place to another family and their menu slightly changed. Ill definitely miss that amazing fried rice.
LOVE THIS PLACE!! best chinese food I have had in awhile. The workers were very nice and helpful. Very friendly place unlike Fujiyama a few doors down. The sweet and sour chicken was very yummy. You get big portions. You definitely get what you pay for!

Nasty!!!! Sesame chicken tasted like fish, my husband had the dragon phoneix that tasted like fish also. We had the food delivered. It wasnt hot either. I had to drive all the way to the place to return the food and get my money back!! They were a least nice people but the food was just not good.

I ordered through seamless and then called because I wanted my order to be extra spicy. The phone was passed around to 5 different people, none of whom even know what seamless is, and who kept insisting that you can only order through their website. Like, c’mon guys!
I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and it was the worst that I have ever had. Absolutely disgusting! The rice was nothing special as well.

I ordered shrimp egg fooyoung that is not greasy at all, really tasty and my husband enjoyed it a lot. I ordered shrimp rice noodle which is clean and light taste, it is real Chinese food with the light taste. I enjoyed it so much that I will keep trying other food too.
Best take out chinese Ive ever had. They are the only place I go. Their dumplings are amazing. So are their wings and egg Foo young. Just saying everything Ive tried there is worth it.
I went there today for lunch and was disgusted by the service provided to me by the cashier. When placing my order she was nothing but dude and snobby to my girlfriend and I. This experience was only made worse by her extreme incompetence as a cashier when we did not receive half of our order. When I tried calling to complain about it nobody seemed to be there. I dont expect much from Chinese food restaurants in shopping centers but I do expect the cashier to not be such a ride, incompetent, and overall disgusting individual. I would not recommend.
Food was good but I found rocks in my rice. Now before you say it was hard rice...no, it was little black rocks. Unfortunately, I wont be going back there again. Very nice people but I could of cracked a tooth.
This is literally the WORST PLACE EVER! I read the reviews before ordering and there were mixed reviews but, I thought I would give them a try. I called at 1:18 to ask if they delivered and she said yes, so I ordered for delivery. At 2:22 I politely called back to speak with them to make sure my order was still coming, being it had been over an hour, and I only live 3 miles away. She said he was on his way. I would have gone to get it myself if I wasnt without a vehicle today. I called again at 2:43 and was just going to cancel the order since it had been an hour and 25 mins. and the lady picked up the phone and hung up on me! Its almost been 2 hours and they still have not come by nor have I been able to cancel the order! The crazy part is that I just ordered pizza and they just delivered it within 20 mins after waiting 2 hrs. on this place and still a no show. Dont waste your time or money here!
Worst food ever!!! I always order the same dish no matter where we go. Always a favorite of mine. I ordered it there as well. Explained to the lady at the register the food was awful. She laughed in my face. I cant even talk to owner about her actions. She hung up on me.
I used to order delivery from here for the past few years but was very displeased with my most recent visit. My partner and I had a few bites and was disgusted by the quality of food. Maybe they changed chefs? Will NOT be ordering food from here again.
I had the house special mei fun. The portion was decent but the food was pretty bland and tasteless. I had to use a LOT of soy sauce to get some kind of taste going. Im sure there other dishes might be better options?
I love Chinese food (American style). Always have. I’m an airline pilot and have traveled extensively. Since 94 My family has moved 12 times. The first thing we do once we find a new home is start trying Chinese food take out. I’ve tried all of the area Chinese restaurants and my family and I prefer King Yuan for the items we order frequently. 90% of the time we order a combination of the following: (1) Sweet and Sour Chicken. king Yuan’s comes suace and chicken separate. The chicken is breaded and crunchy. The sweet and sour sauce is a simple red sauce. (2) General Tso’s Chicken. This comes with the sauce mixed with the chicken, broccoli and spicy peppers. The sauce is carmalised onto the chicken and additional sauce is poured over the entire contents. (3). Sesame Chicken. Sweet, crunchy and carmalised suace mixed with deep fried chicken.(4) Szechuan beef. Stir fried crunchy beef with caramlised sauce.Anyway we like this restaurant for take out. Dine in is available but it is very basic. Canned and bottled drinks are available. We always take out unless we get lunch specials when picking up materials next door at Lowe’s.I rated five stars. Why? Food is good, people are nice and price is great. If your looking for a evening sit down and or date night. This probably isn’t the right restaurant for that.
Let me tell you all about this place! Awful! Took 45 minutes for a small takeout order. Got back to the hotel and they forgot one of the two things we ordered. Called and they said they were bringing the other food. Never showed up. Don’t waste your time with this dump!

I’m not from the area, I’m from Texas about 23 hours away. I’m staying in a hotel and I called to get a deliveryShe was so rude asking what do I want and I kept telling her I never ordered from here so if she could guide me and she said oh okay large or small and I was asking her if she had something with London noodles and rice and she just kept saying what kind what kind, I said idk what do you have and she’s giving attitude basically screaming well what kind you want you need to tell me. Never ate there and never will!

2021-02-13Legit Chinese restaurant. You wont regret your order. Clean, always friendly, hot food. They are always busy but doesnt impact their pick up order times, more so show others love this place too. My favs are the honey cheese wontons and pork fried rice.Btw the fried rice in the combos is different than the fried rice as a menu item. Their menu item fried rice is hooked up with all the delicious chunks of meat, carrots, peas, onion, bean sprout shoots. With that said you cant go wrong with the combos, its a lot of food for a great price.Other goods: any of the combo meals, sweet and sour, mei fun, fried rice, honey cheese wontons, the dumplings. You gotta get the dumplings.

2021-11-05Finally I found the Chinese restaurant I have been looking for here in my neighborhood. Carryout only, they are fast and food has been fresh every time. The portions are great and the price are very reasonable. You can see straight into the kitchen when picking up. I like that. Kitchen looks clean and non-cluttered.

2020-11-07Service has gotten absolutely horrible in the past year since I first starting using them. Used to be amazing food. Quality has gone south. I placed an order at 5:11 pm and by 8:11 I finally had to call and cancel my order. I’ve never had to wait 3 hours for any meal. I won’t be going to this restaurant anymore. The last 4 times I’ve used them has been an absolute nightmare. Once a really good place to eat. They still boast a delivery service yet when I called and checked on my order an hour and a half after it was placed, the delivery driver had “something to do and hadn’t gotten in yet. 15 minutes after that, I was told my order was out for delivery. An hour after that, my food still hadn’t arrived. I was told that if I place an order for delivery, you should expect a long wait.
