2022-06-14Very poor customer service. Blaten liars. Tried to bill me for a year of services after I left them. The driver actually told dispatch that he has picked up every week. When I had there can I was every other week pick up at most. Dispatch is the worst person I had ever spoke with. Good luck.

2021-07-24Kimble charges customers 3 months in advance for services they do not provide. It has been four months of unreliable service, billing errors, and a never ending series of excuses. Kimble does not consistently pick up trash on the scheduled pick up day. Kimble hardly ever picks up recycling on scheduled day. They sometimes pick up recycling on the day after scheduled pick up day, sometimes skip it all together using the excuse that it’s a “free service”. The driver broke the wheel on the trash cart, and then threw the wheel into the trash truck, leaving a broken cart in our driveway. After several phone calls, Kimble finally replaced the trash cart. Billing is inaccurate without credits promised by management. The last straw with this company is the email sent stating they will not pick up recycling in my service area for at least the next month. This is a company that does not provide the services that its customers pay for in advance.

2018-10-09I switched to Kimble on 7/31/18 to save some money. APPARENTLY YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. We were with Aarrow for years and loved them but the prices were getting a little high so we made the switch. BIG MISTAKE. Kibmle had lied to us several times causing our trash to not be picked up for almost a month! They even have to make an off day pick up because we had so mush trash piling up, we couldnt wait any longer. They told us that we would be prorated for our trash service and never was. Melissa on chat even argued with me and in not so many words called me a liar, while constantly changing her story as to when OUR trash was actually picked up. Furthermore, our property was damaged when they finally did pick up our trash. We were promised twice that this would be fix and it never was. last but not least I was told SIX times (this is no exaggeration) SIX times that I would receive a call back from a manager in regards to all of my concerns and never did. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! IT IS A FRAUD!

2018-01-15Two weeks in a row theyve failed to pickup trash. Going to try to get it next week. No refund. No discount. Will be finding somebody else ASAP.
