One year ago I posted a good review for KFC pataskala. I just had to edit the review. The last 3 times I have picked up food from this KFC its been nothing but horrible!!! This time the chicken was very small and dry. The biscuit was horribly dried out. The only thing that was any good was mashed potatoes, coleslaw was scary room temperature so I didnt even try it. The cookies I loved not to long ago , guess what horrible!!! If I wasnt so tired from working all day I would have gone back in for a refund! Please try and make fresh food and take some pride in your work people pay good money to get take out from your restaurant!!!! No where to get good take out anymore!
I ordered multiple things and each time I did I was told they were out of something. I continued with my order and went up to the window and the two guys who worked there were screaming at each other, audibly. The one working the window apologized, and I was willing to to along with it all still. However, when I got home it was obvious the food was prepared with little to no care for taste or presentation, and thats when I decided I would never go back to this restaurant again. Incredibly disappointed.

After some 4-5 years, I stopped into this KFC tonight and picked up supper. I went through the drive thru about 8:30 p.m., and was leaving less than 10 minutes later. The last time I went, Long John Silvers was a combo restaurant with KFC. I spent $30.00 and the meals went straight into the trash. Based on another review, I gave KFC another try; and Im glad I did. I got fast and friendly service and was pleased with my purchase. I will be going back the next time I crave chicken.
First spicy chicken sandwich i have had from kfc that has rivaled a popeyes chicken sandwich. great job pataskala kfc i will be back for more

Used drive-thru, was fast and the food was hot and fresh. Got the 20 dollar fill-up deal and their sides have, increased, I think, in size, since they changed their containers, also a plus. The new plastic containers are a big improvement over the old styrofoam 👍
I live right by this kfc and go a lot. An employee nate is very respectful and always has great customer service. if there is any issue with my food they are more then happy to fix the issue if there was one. Management I believe changed here and Im seeing the difference in service then years before. If you have have a bad review in the past I would recommend giving them another try and give credit where its due.
Drive through line gets pretty lengthy at times and takes a while, they should open up inside for to go orders. Food is what youd expect, service is fair. Its convenient.
I got a $5 fill up. I had a long day and was looking forward to some nice KFC! Sadly, it was saturated with grease and had been sitting under the lights for some time. Was not happy with the meal, at all but once home, the last thing i wanted to do was go back out. I ended up fixing a ham & turkey sandwich. After I squeezed the grease from the chicken with doubled paper towels, my furbaby had chicken for dinner. :(
Drive through was quick and friendly. The staff even told me to be safe and stay warm. Not something that you always get with a fast food chain unless it was Chick-fil-a.
Classic chicken sandwich was nice and thick and tender and juicy and the fries was seasoned well
The old standby original recipe chicken is still their best offering, though for what you pay to feed your family you could probably go to a real restaurant. Ive generally been disappointed with their other processed chicken offerings such as nuggets and patties (e.g. Nashville Hot); theyre no better than all the other processed chicken snacks out there.
5 pice tenders and green beans
Clean clean restaurant, counter service slow to take order and produce food. Alot of personal conversations bind counter between staff and could hear in dinning area at my time of visit.Manager take tempetures of food serving production area but not on point with restaurant, front end, or staff.
We just moved to Pataskala and have eaten at this KFC 3 times now. Every time there service has been horrible and they have totally messed up the order. Once it turned out alright because I got some extra food at no cost, but the other two times I got ripped off. Nothing like paying $12.50 for an 8 piece bucket only to get home and find that there are only 6 pieces, and most of them are tiny! Im just glad I didnt pay with cash or they probably would have got my change wrong too. I will never eat at this KFC again.

The best KFC around me. They always have chicken. Other places will be out of chicken and side dishes after a certain time in the day. Not this place. Theyre always going to get you what you want.

When we visited this location we were teyi g to order from the menu, which was confusing. The woman taking our order was very rude, condescending and not helpful. We wont be back.

2019-09-01I love KFC mashed potatoes! I know this is fast food , but it has a different feel to it than standard fast food.I had to knock a star off because it was hard to find a booth seat that wasnt taped together. I chose a table that was mostly clean. What store manager or district manager would let seats like that go? Image is everything KFC😊

2022-02-12I have frequented KFC In Pataskala, OH many times and have always gotten good service and food. Recently my bag ripped at the drive thru, totally my fault and the staff and manager were so courteous and replaced the food that fell out (mainly fries) at no extra cost. Such a pleasure to deal with them. Thank you so much.

2022-03-20Service was fast for online order and in store pick up but the app said one thing and the door said another on how to pick up food I followed the app instructions and went to the drive thru and was greeted with a nasty attitude because of going through the drive thru .... when there is no way to get inside seeing as there is a table with chairs on top infront of the door

2022-03-20Mediocre food can be off set by good service. I Placed an order on the mobile app. Said order would be done by 5:15 was there and waited. Employees looked at me and walked away. Checked the app it said to go to the window where I was greeted by the nastiest attitude I have ever seen. (This was one of the same employees that looked at me at the front and walked away.) I was told (With an angry and argumentative tone.) That I would be given my food at the window this time next time go to the front door.I apologized for any misunderstanding and I tried to explain that we did what the app said to do. I was told I was wrong. The employee turned away from me and made a statement to the others inside. My food was shoved out the window to me. There was no name tags visible I think it was on purpose.

2021-10-13The food is better than any fast food joint but plan on paying 40 bucks to feed 3 people. Chicken is always cooked good not overcooked..Juicy. Sides are great to. They are out of what you order very often. Lines are not long.

2021-09-29Hit and miss they may or not have the item you are looking for. Sometimes the person taking to you could become impatient and start barking at you. Its the only place in Pataslaka for chicken with little to no competition to speak of. The quality and accuracy of orders go up and down quite a bit, and the experience seems to change depending on the manager there.

2020-02-11Going to a fast food place late at night shortly before their closing time is always a huge hit or miss that I almost always end up regretting. Not here though. Our food was fresh, filling and satisfying. Great customer service (even after having to deal with a rude, opportunistic group ahead of us) and friendly staff. They have the best chicken pot pies! For $5, you cant beat it. Fast food is really a thankless job most of the time, so just a shout out to the crew that was working tonight...great job!
