Went threw drive thru tonight and got the 24$ meal.. I ordered original but I got bits and pieces of both and none of it was fresh some was very dry and over cooked. They never gave me a receipt but then again they never do. I was going to order the 30$ fill up but the lady said they dont have the drink bags so she would just take off the tax for my meal, I asked how much would it be she said 30$. I said that isnt right so no thanks, so they gave me what they had left for my 24$ meal. Ive always given KFC a good review but this time my chicken was very unsatisfying.. it was about 8:30 to 8:45 pm when I went threw drive thru.
The drive thru window girl was really nice and helpful. We got the $20 fill up meal with 8 PCs of chicken. With the exception of the breast pieces, the chicken was incredibly small and maybe two bites each. See pictures, I added the scissors so there was a reference to how tiny this piece was.
This restaurant was horrible. The employees didnt want to come to the front desk to take our order or to help when we asked for a replacement. We ordered cole slaw and it was nasty! It was just cabbage and carrots. The biscuits were hard, and the chicken was like it has sat under a heat lamp all day. Overall this was the worst experience eating at a restaurant. I do not recommend eating here.
A very disappointing visit while on vacation. Chicken overdone, and seemed to be out of everything. Napkins, brisk tea in both flavors,jelly, and very loud around the counter. As we dined multiple people had things wrong with their dining experience. As we finished up a customer even came in and said he had been waiting on chicken for 45 mins. In the parking lot. Some serious attention is needed for this facility.
Chicken was old and very very greasy and the skin was falling off from it being sat there for too long. My biscuts were harder than a rock!!! My coleslaw was so runny it tasted like thet dropped it water. My potatoes and the gravy were very very good though. Thats why its 2 stars instead of no stars. One thing I really wish they would change is to give out 2 gravys since you get 2 mashed potatoes in the 8 piece Family Fill Up Meal. And I wish they would drop the price back down to $20 instead of $25!
The gravy was the consistency as water on one visit. Then the next visit, the coleslaw was watery and coarser than normal and the chicken was stale as though it was recycled from the dumpster. I have ate at many KFCs since the earl 60s, and I have NEVER been dissatisfied with the food as I have been the last two visits. Something is definitely wrong. Ive read the other reviews and it seems the owner doesnt care or it would make sure the legendary Colonel Sanders reputation remains.
Worst KFC Ive ever been to. Staying at a nearby hotel, I ordered the $30 fill up for my family. The chicken was greasy, soggy, and laying on the bottom of the bucket and several pieces were falling apart. The biscuits were jammed into the bucket on top of the chicken so they were greasy too. The tenders were also soggy and falling apart. Two containers of mashed potatoes but only one container of gravy. No napkins or tableware whatsoever. The gal working the drive thru was the only positive - she was very friendly and got my order out quickly.Attention to detail would go a long way at this location. We went in and ordered an 8 piece family meal kfc and ;arge popcorn chicken then an 8 piece fish from long johns. We were there a half hour and it was $60.00. drove home and we were missing 2 mashed potatoes, cole slaw and the 8 piece fish was chicken and no popcorn chicken. We tried to call and it went full mail box and it was like that all night. My husband is going to drive back up there today .
The worst meal...chicken strips were dry. There wasnt any dip cup with ranch dressing. No phone number on receipt so when I finally got the numbet and called a recording informed me no one was available. to take the call. My wife tried csllomg 10min later and got thr same message. NP MORE KFC
Tonight, the lady was beyond rude. They are out of white meat but could be nicer about that information. This location and South High street in Columbus are awful. This location has given us under cooked chicken and with held items from our purchase before. I don’t care how much the kids beg for KFC, we won’t be going to this location again. Wendy’s next door for the win.
Everything was so dry you could barely eat it. The person at the drive thru had zero customer service skills and never talked to us other than telling the total and heres your food. Also didnt know that they hadnt given us our complete order so we had to go back. Since they didnt have any of their doors unlocked to get in we had to go back through the drive thru to get the rest of the order. We learned a good lesson tonight. Even if Taco Bells drive thru is wrapped around the building just wait in line. If I couldve given no stars I would have.
We got a 12 piece meal and our biscuits were hard as a rock....we leave 20 miles away, and got it to go so we could have a nice supper well not with biscuits, even tried putting them in the microwave and maybe soften them up, no help still hard, and when i called the manager all she could say is i am sorry, we can give you more biscuits...Really!!!! Wow!!!!
I got a large order of chicken gizzards and they were horrible. Way too hard and crunchy to be edible. I called to see if they had changed how they make them and to ask if this was a permanent change. I was told that they have started cooking them in the regular fryer at night rather than in the pressure fryer and that if I didnt like them that way I should order earlier in the day.Personally, I would rather be told they are out of what I want than to pay for something I ended up not being able to eat. Poor food and poor customer service. Wont be stopping at this location again.
They never have the extra crispy chicken. Seems no matter when I stop its always a 16 minute wait if I want it. No sweet tea inside at the drink area had to have a worker fill it up from behind their counter. Ordered a 7.49 3 piece meal deal.. later looked at my receipt and was charged for the 8.99 deal plus an extra 1.29 for the breast. So 3 piece meal with 2 sides drink and smashed biscuit alone ended up being 10.28. Mash potato bowl was 95% potatoes with very little gravy. When I questioned it the manager on duty asked me if I wanted a refund.. instead of trying to make it right. Needless to say I have gave this KFC multiple chances and I will not EVER return.
Worst meal i have ever had. Leg and thigh looked like it came off a bird. Not a chicken. Biscuit was had and dry. No butter. Mashed potatoes were instant. U can buy better instant potatoes at wal marts for $1.00. I also askfor a small (mealsize cold slaw and was told it was $2.50) Had bad food there before but thought we would give it a other try. Never eat there again. U need to close that place down.
I went thru drive thru which is all that is open now. I ordered the $30 fill up.1) ordered extra crispy - got original 👎2) ordered drinks w/no ice - ice 👎 I did correct that at drive thru3) napkins, silverware, plates - no 👎I was not asked if I needed or wanted these. Guess what I wanted and needed those. I assumed I would get them because of experiences at other KFC. At others I automatically received everything but plates, which I was asked if I wanted. Needless to say I will not be back to this location.We did not go back and complain because we took our order to Deer Creek for a picnic.I feel bad for the locals that eat here.
Went through drive thru placed orders when I got home found out I didnt get the chicken I ordered I got extra crispy ordered original also only got 9 piece when I ordered 12 and it was all wings called and talked to manager she was rude. Never even made attempts to correct mistakes. Very doubtful if I ever go back this happened at circleville location
It dont matter what time you go here they are ALWAYS out of something. Its a waste of time. Then if you change your order to fit what they feel like serving its been sitting in the warmer so long its dryed out and not worth eating. Call corporate on them and lets get some changes
They never repeat your order then when you get to the window they tell you they cannot add stuff on. It is their responsibility to make sure we have what we want at the speaker or that it’s on there and to say back what we ordered. We have a big family and was ordering a lot and just left because we definitely were not going back through to wait in line again to order what the girl did not put on and admitted she did not repeat our order and forgot to put our items on. The service is slow, unfriendly and not worth the headache.
The chicken was absolutely disgusting that it made my boyfriend throw up. My chicken in my famous bowl literally tasted freezer burnt. The lady running the register was extremely rude and she allowed workers to do whatever they wanted out in the dining area. This place is ridiculous. It’s not no play area. Simple as that. Get better employees and management and then maybe this place would be great.
Went to KFC to get four chicken fillets a large mashed potato and Order of gravy. Told the woman through the intercom 4 chicken fillets she repeatedly argued KFC does not sell chicken fillets but I have a receipt from just a couple days prior getting the exact same meal the same meal I get at Logan Ohio location all the time. Every time I try to order from this place seems to be a joke. Sad the workers dont even know what they sell.
Would give a zero if I could. Went on 4/10/19. Went through drive through with large trailer. It didn’t trip the speaker so we pulled up to window. The people wouldn’t take our order and let us pay but said we had to come in and order. Didn’t want to bc of COVID but we did. The lady hardly let me order and was pressuring me to be done with my order and was yelling my order to the woman in the drive through window to ring it up.... wonder why I had to come in if that’s how they have to order anyway??? She was actually tapping her foot half way through my ordiwr. Would have ordered more but was in shock how she was acting. Then when I said I was done she says on her head set, so kindly “I am so sorry about that wait”. What??? Then, I look around and not a single employee is wearing gloves to make all of this food. DURING COVID-19... thought that was good service norm anyways??? I ordered a 4 piece meal with a sweet tea and Mac and cheese. SHE ASKSD ME WHAT SAUCE. I said ranch. I ordered a bowl and tea, a Mac and cheese side and an ice water. The girl tells another girl “hey that’s your 4 piece right there for the counter” she brings the bag over and says “4 piece meal?” I said yes and thanks and walked out. Got to truck and they gave me a 2 piece breast meal with mashed potatoes. I go back in to say it was wrong and the lady snatched the bag and says “that’s why I asked you none or not!” I said you never even asked me that??? Then I watch them DUMP the bag and DUMP the chick onto their counter. AND THEY USED IT IN ANOTHER BOX!!!! My husband touched that chicken when he opened it bc he dint realize what it was until we pulled it out.... and I’m PRETTY POSITIVE that is NOT their policy! Terrible service. The only way I even feel good about giving one star is that the girl that brought me my bag said “I gave you an extra piece of chicken to make up for the price difference”. I kindly reminded her that I didn’t pay for a breast meal. And if I ordered that, then why did the lady ASK ME WHAT SAUCE I WANTED?!? She said “I’m sorry!” She was nice. Other than that, I’m not sure how this place is in business...
We never get what we order. This week we went through the drive thru and got home to find out that our sides were not in the bag. In previous visits we were shorted pieces of chicken and fish in family meals. The folks in this location need to slow down and make sure orders are accurate before handing them off to the customer. We live about 10 miles from this location so we cant just drive back over to get the rest if our order.
Worst KFC Ive ever ate at. Got 3 piece tender meal.all of the food was dried out. Biscuit dry, tenders, fries.Ice tea was good. Not enough dipping sauce and ketchup could help the dried out food.Bathroom not clean, dining room tables most are dirty. I cleaned one too sit at.Service was fast though and they where very busy.Dont plan on going back to this KFC again.
KFC Manager came up front to help new employee ring up my large order. My whole order for seven people was correct. The new employee & manager were friendly, polite and told me about a great deal on a $20 chicken tenders fill up bucket (3 side dishes & biscuits). Also made a great up sale by offer me a half gallon of sweet tea & lemonade and a dozen chocolate chip cookies. This experience was a great one. I was proud an happy to see a member of management helping out a new employee. My order was done in a timely manner.
I arrived at KFC Circleville around 3pm yesterday, had to go through drive through window. I ordered 8 5 dollar fill ups. When I pulled forward to pay was charged 50+ change. I asked because the math seemed wrong, and was told that the price went up. Then was given 7 drinks, and had to ask for the other, was asked to pull up for food to be brought out. Only 7 boxes...I asked for the other me and the clerk looked through all to see which was missing. She said brb with the other. After 20 minutes nothing, I noticed an employee going in to work and told her that problem. She brought out the meal. When I saw her I handed her a note about the experience. Asked for a call that never got. When finally home, 5 cookies were missing and 3 had the wrong sides. I see on the menu that 5 dollar fill ups are still 5 dollars..wont go back until lobby opens...
Usually great but just went through the drive thru and they gave me the hot honey chicken turned sideways so it dripped out everywhere, what a mess. Also had to pull up to wait for my order which is not a problem. The problem is that they had the next car pull up too then waited for both orders to be done before bringing ours out.
Kind, friendly smiles, the young guy at the cash register did a great job. Everything on our receipt was right on...When we got our order they forgot 4 items and my mashed potatoes and gravy only had gravy in the dish. Also my sons non pickle sandwich had pickles. I had already gone back up for two obvious items my kids noticed were missing and utensils and didnt want to go back up to complain...so I still left hungry and without my favorite dish at KFC...mashed potatoes and gravy! YumPlease pay better attention when you guys serve out the food ( its happened a few times). . . and continue to keep up the friendly smiles. 🙌
This place was very disappointing, this evening. It is worse each time I visit. The drink machine was dirty and leaking all over the counter. There was mold on the back of this counter and a gooey film on the base of it. The service was very slow and unfriendly. Too many employees were doing nothing. The container for Tartar Sauce was empty, the Sweet Tea container was empty and there were no medium sized lids for the drinks. I would prefer to give it no stars at all for the rating but it wont let me post without at least one star.
Tried to get chicken livers and was told they no longer carry them. Too many people were getting gizzards when they order liver and livers mixed in with their gizzards. How about you train your people so they know the difference?So I decided to order fish from the Long Johns menu and of course had to wait for fresh fish. Got my food and pulled away heading to CBus and the food was gross!! It was all so overcooked, I thought I was eating bricks!!
I wish I could post a review with no stars. I ordered a 12 piece dinner with 3 sides. The guy ringing me out offered a 20 dollar fill up. I asked if Id get the same amount and he says yes only cheaper so I agree. I told him it was done in and taking the rest home. I had my 2 children with me. We get our food in only to go containers after I stated it would be eat -in but taking whats left, home. No plates, tray, silverware, nothing. I ask the girl who gave me my food for plates, she informs me they dont have any plates! A restraint, with no plates! She tells me their supplies didnt send them or whatever like that was supposed to help us eat mashed potatoes and gravy with our fingers! I grabbed our stuff and packed up my kids and left. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Oh yea, need to mention I wanted 12 pieces of chicken to feed 4 people and leftovers for lunch at work, I got 7 pieces. I would advise everyone save your money or find something else to eat!
VERY RUDE!!!!! Im truck driver so the covid 19 having the lobby closed to public makes it hard to eat. So I walk up to the drive thru window to order they act like they dont see or hear me when a car enters the drive thru young lady with glasses opens the window to tell step back and wait till she handles there order only for more cars to show 6 cars pass before another young lady comes out to take my order.
Not sure about the KFC chicken.. But they seem to care about their service here. We waited a while for our food... So they threw in some extras. We ordered Long John Silvers... And recieved a box free crunchies as well. We still love KFC coleslaw.... So this is a perfect double fast food location.
Gave it one but shouldnt. Order chicken meal, got no chicken no Cole slaw no biscuit. I did get a cookie, fries(cold and hard) and something in a bowl I didnt recognize. Had to repeat my order, charged me the wrong amount so really big mistake. Happen many times before but not like this visit. Wont be back
Do not apply here. I applied last week and they kept telling me they would call me everyday since the interview. I even went inside and asked what was going on and their excuse was that the manager was busy. I called again today, (one week later) what was going on and they made another excuse saying how their staff is full and they arent hiring, yet they have a hiring sign right in front of their building. Please get help KFC.
This is a KFC/Long John Silver location. Worst food we ever got at a Long John Silver! The fish and chicken was cold and hard and had grease running out of it. The hushpuppies were hard enough to break a tooth. They didnt get our KFC order right but at least it was made right. There were sever as l other customers complaining too. We did get a refund on one of the meals. Wont eat there again!
Yo, just came from there grabbin a family dinner, helped me wit that, was Uber patient, I forgot to order drinks n they threw me em for free, plus a serious amount of honey mustard. Only downside is the wait time was long n they didnt gimmie any honey for the biscuits, dont know I needed to ask for it but its kool, I would recommend anyone to go back there.
Worst place to eat in Circleville it use to be great as a normal KFC but after they moved it and combined it with a Long John Silvers it is nasty.1. They mixed there Fish and Chicken together2. The place is never really clean there always see trash on the floor when I have to go in3. Lot workers dont wear hats or hair nets4. Never get any food I can eat because they say the things they use for them is not working like there grill for there grilled chicken5. Takes forever get food it a lot worst for hot wings6. They use way to munch grease on there food7. Almost all the workers talk to each other to munch and mess around8.. Every time me and my family ate at Circleville KFC combined Long John Silvers we always got sickWe are never eat here againDO A BETTER JOB AND DO IT RIGHTAND GET RID OF OR MOVE THE LONG JOHN SILVERS
The best of two restaurants all in one. Any place where I can get KFCs perfectly spiced potato wedges in the same meal with Long John Silvers crispy fish fillets is a wonderful place indeed! Ample parking, speedy service, and all of the delicious, comforting food you expect from a KFC AND a Long John Silvers, all at the same location. #ampleparking #easyaccess #nostairs
This place I wouldnt recommend to anyone poor service and unfriendly managers always out of chicken of some kind always gotta wait at least 30 minutes for food and everytime I get back home missing something or raw chicken had this happen 3 times to date lately i will not return to this location ever again !

2022-04-27For your own sanity I suggest no one goes in this establishment.. the front counter worker likes to ignore guests and the manager doesnt like to handle issues with customers so Ill handle it here..I purchased food from this lazy, horribly run place where the food apparently sits for hours before they serve it to customers and then by the time u get your food...guess what? Its not yours! Its someone elses nasty order but guess what else? Thats not even the kicker.... Youre stuck with this $35+ meal that isnt yours and its food u dont even eat!Then when u go back to fix the order the manager will refuse to speak to you AFTER another manager has already confirmed the replacement over the phone........👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼I hope you guys continue to have a greasy chaotic day in this circus 🎪 of an establishment 😤😤😤😤🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼

2022-04-09Very long wait, was not told we had to wait for food to cook. Several people was given their food before we received ours and each one took their food back to the counter because it was wrong or not cooked right. Did not see any of the workers wearing gloves. No sense in telling management because she didnt have gloves on either. After waiting 20 minutes or so for our food, we said forget it and got our money back and went to Del Taco

2022-04-09Not recommended!! We waited 15-20 minutes and never got our food. Several others that ordered after us received their order. We was not told that there was a wait on any food items. I saw 4 workers without gloves on, including the manager. Will never stop here again.

2022-04-20It appears that Doordash is complicit in the horrible food and service provided by the local food retailers in Circleville like this KFC store because they will not allow anyone to post negative comments about the actual store. I have been a diehard KFC fan for over 30 years and I know what KFC should be. The fries should not be soggy or dripping with oil and the chicken should not be old, cold or burnt. I have tried to like this store since it is the only chicken in Circleville but the quality of their food makes it impossible. We will not try again.

Past few times over the course of 2 weeks I would go in to get and eat my food, and then later that night I would get sick with either throwing up, painful diarrhea, or both.Didnt get any food from them since Thursday night and been doing okay, so someones screwing up cooking there and getting folks sick

2022-06-26My suggestions are dont allow your school age children to work here! The managers like to keep kids past their clock out time, they dont train their employees to company policies and the GM has people deep clean the night before the owners come in so the owners have no idea that their establishment is NOT being run properly!! And I wouldnt eat here either. Knowing what I know now, I wont ever eat at this KFC again!!

2020-06-22They were not friendly I had to tell the cashier to smile. They act like they never seen a blk person at all looked scared. The food was horrible dry heat lamp old I wasted 8.99 on a 2 piece fish and shrimp platter it came with 2 sides and a drink I didn’t get my drink and I ask for extra fries for my sides the fried were really chewy and old so was the fish and shrimp. This was the worst long john silver I ate at and to think I was excited to find one. This was a big let down and I trued calling no answer , rings and rings and then goes to a fax machine noise. Boycott this location I’m contacting corporate office

2021-10-17Drove there on my lunch hour. Ordered two breasts meals drove back across town. As the were setting up the pumpkin show. Got two leg and thigh meals instead. Had to drive back waited in a line a man behind me had his order screwed up too. When I told them my order was wrong they talked a good while to the worker to see how they screwed it up. I mean replace the order and then question someone. I told them I had to get back to work. I was told by two or three people that this happens there a lot. I will be going elsewhere. Just bad experience all around

2021-09-26To start, we are over 75...Ordered 8 piece fish dinner...got to window and the worker asked if we would pull to the front of building to get fresh batch...would be about 7 min...20 min later, my husband takes the coupon pamphlet, because we werent given a receipt...he stood at the register, but was ignored until he asked for the manager...he advised the problem without a mention of sorry for the inconvenience... After another 10 min he returned with the purchased items with a cake added for the wait. I understand the staff shortage, but somehow the order should have been noted...will shop elsewhere in the future.
