This had to be the greatest emergency room visit Ive experienced. The Dr. (Dr Riggs) was very specific about my lab work (all normal). Everyone I came in contact (er staff), was very kind and helpful. I cant express enough the gratitude I have for Kettering Health Middletown. If needed I would go there again without hesitation. Hands down they will do the upmost best to take care of your medical needs. Did I mention the speed of their service? I absolutely loved the attention I received and will encourage anyone that needs medical attention, make Kettering your 1st and only choice!
All their waiting room furniture is made for smurfs. As a 64 person with multiple spinal issues it was almost impossible to sit through the 70 minute wait to see my provider.Edit: Kettering Health did reach out to me, they will be looking to add a better variety of orthopedic seating to their waiting rooms. I look forward to seeing whether this materializes or not
I had an allergic reaction where my throat was closing and my breathing was shallow. They immediately took me back and within a few minutes they had administered the medicine that I needed to be able to breathe again. All the doctors and nurses were so nice, proficient, and attentive. I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you for saving my life!
I needed an xray of my hand after an injury. This was my first time visiting Kettering Health Middletown ER. The facility is beautiful and so clean. It was not at all crowded, and the process to have xrays was quick and painless. All of the staff were polite and professional. The doctor was kind, if a bit quick, but I appreciated his attention. I will use Kettering ER in the future if ever needed again.
My mother was brought in with abdominal pain and dehydration. Our nurse (I believe her name is Kristy-she is a lead nurse) was amazing. She was extremely efficient with the IVs, the repeated blood draws for many, many rounds of testing, the IV fluids and medications and being gentle with my mom and informing me and my father of results. Dr. Bohn was very thorough and shared information with us in detail despite a very busy ED. Everyone from the unit coordinator to registration to the xray tech and CT tech were friendly, thorough and efficient. They were dedicated to this very complex case and treated us all with respect and kept us informed. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, The White family
My visit was a very good experience. All the staff was amazing and very attentive. Test results are sent to you as soon as they are available as long as you have a MyCharts account. You may not know what they mean, but you have them😉. This is a very nice service to have access to. Thank you for all you do!
As soon as the doctor walked in he knew exactly what was wrong with me & took every precaution to make sure that I did not end up in an extremely bad situation. He kept me in the hospital for an additional six hours and under close observation to make sure my situation with the Lisinopril did not escalate into a life threatening event!
I became ill on Sunday March 20, 2022. My husband called 911 and I was taken to Kettering (ER) Middletown. I was treated as soon as I arrived with the best care! The staff ( Doctor, Nurses, Technicians and everyone else involved in my care treated me with kindness and caring attitude towards my illness.
Stopped by for an appointment this morning & had the absolute worst experience with “Brenda,” in patient access. Can’t imagine what the bedside manner must be like if she’s a representation of what passes for a welcoming environment in the main entrance of your Middletown location.
Kettering Health Network Middletown is a physicians office, plus all the test and imaging technology and equipment you would find in a hospital. Primary care is thorough and competent. Plus, many specialists have practice hours in your local providers office. Tests can be done in the same location. There is no over-waiting time on the patients part. Ive always seen my doctor within 15 minutes of my appointment time and Ive had x-rays done on site. Overall, Ive gotten good care. So, I trust Kettering Health Network.
I arrived at the Kettering hospital, they took down all the information, they took me to my room and my boyfriend. And in just a few moments The DR. Came in & checked out my right knee where I had fallen on my knee with all my weight on top of our lawn mower. When I had moved my left foot over To get to the other side of the lawn mower, my right knee just gave out on me & all my weight went down on my knee on top of our lawn mower, I had X-rays, the DOCTOR came in he told me that nothing was broke & that my knee was spranged, he gave me 2 percriptions, & a orthopedic Dr for me to go to & get checked up with. EVERYONE WAS GREAT, & I AM SO THANKFULL. SHARON K. HOLLON
When I went in I was in bad pain, I seen the mda maxwell and he got things started right away, labs, ct, iv. There weren’t a lot of people at the er so they had time for me . Then the head Dr came in and asked me the same questions and got everything moving faster, all the nurses and doctors I saw were very nice , professional, and got the job done ✅ all though they had no explanation fir what was happening, they did direct me back to my GI doctor. Thank you ,Team KN 😊
Was admitted to the ER due to diarrhea and vomiting. They were so quick to help me right away. The nurses were pretty nice. I say Dr. John Corker is very nice and explained very well to me whats going on. I keep asking for water but I wasn’t allowed yet due to some test needed to be done. But right after all the test came out, he came with water without me asking. Very nice doctor. Very nice service.
The team that took care of me was so nice and supportive. I want to thank them for being able to get my issue under control when everyone else just said they couldn’t do anything for me.Thank you so much. And a special thanks to Dr.Cocker explained everything well thank you for getting my tremors under control
The doctor who attended me was very skilled, kind and very compassionate. However, I lay wet and shivering for 30 minutes waiting for the nurse aide to dress my wound. The ER was NOT busy! I finally had to ask for a blanket which she reluctantly supplied. I was told youre going to be discharged soon, anyway! She should seriously rethink her career choice, maybe a job that doesnt require people skills since she has none!
Always have a great experience here, always get them help I need. Honestly the wait here isnt really that bad either, for me anyways. I never have a problem here, other than sometimes rude front desk Nurse/Receptionists up front, while trying to get checked in. Not all of them at all either. Honestly I only really have had 2 that were very unprofessional, and rude.. But the medical card has always been great, and everyone is usually very kind, caring, helpful. Wants to get my healthcare taken care of, and either send me on home, or only keep me if truly necessary.. I recommend Kettering! I just wish they would replace the 2 rude ladies at the the check-in/ Admittance desk.. is all. .. Can tell they hate their job, and only work for money there, they have no compassion for the patients. They dont care. Just rude, and rush to patients for no reason, even for any important small brief question! They need a different job like fr fr! When I see them again I will report them to their supervisor. I cant remember their names. The rest of the staff, amazing though!!!
I wish zero stars was an option. Before I get into this, the woman at the counter that asks if you need to be is very sweet, this has nothing to do with her. I tested positive for Covid before I went to the hospital. The Covid was getting worse and worse, my dad called an ambulance because I couldn’t breathe well at all and I couldn’t walk on my own. The EMT’s told the hospital that I also have asthma. When I got there they put me in the WAITING ROOM! I was in line behind 3 people in the waiting room even though I got took by AMBULANCE. I was Covid positive, I have asthma, and I couldn’t breathe and they put me in the waiting room. When they finally brought me back to a room they gave me ibuprofen and I told them I already took ibuprofen so they said okay, 5 minutes later they came back and said they were discharging me. They didn’t give me an IV to boost my fluids, they wouldn’t give me a breathing machine. I asked if they could at least give me cough syrup and they said no! This hospital is awful. To sum it up, the ambulance put me in the waiting room, the hospital gave me ibuprofen and then discharged me. The doctors and nurses there don’t care about you, they’re just there to get a paycheck. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL UNLESS YOU DON’T WANT TO BE TAKEN CARE OF!!!
I want to thank the night shift staff at Kettering Emergency Middletown from 1/12/22. I took my 11 year old so to this facility for the 1st time ever, Childrens hospitals had over 3hs of wait time. Because of the level of severity on my sons injury he was seen fairly quickly, staff, nurses and Doctor were amazing, friendly, proffesional and took excellent care of my boy. Very Thankfull to all of you specially Dr. Jaeger.
I had a very good experience with an all girl team. One nurse kept giving me warm blankets. Another nurse stated that the public needs more education because she stated the increase in er visits is due to people coming in because they were near someone with covid. Even though it is scary, the nurse stated to come in if you have symptoms in which it can take up to 5 days to appear. When I came into the ER there were already 15 people there which included 2 families. I was out of 10 that was swabbed for covid test. Almost 15 hours later, I still do not have a result. And is this the only complaint that I have.
Kettering Middletown was absolutely the fastest and most thorough ER experience Ive ever had. From walking through the door to being discharged their care was professional, caring and not a moment wasted. An absolute top notch run facility! Im just sorry we dont have them in my home state of Alabama!
Excellent staff members very polite and courteous and was kept informed my entire visit. The doctor on call was awesome very quick and very thorough and providing some for my pain and information was left for me to reach the orthopedic if they were needed to assess and further treat my diagnosis. For most definitely and visit them much more than I did the Middletown hospital also now known as The atrium.
I always love going to any of the kettering health networks places. i have a very extensive health record, and i love that they always have my records no matter which location you go to, & they have great doctors who always help me with whatever is going on. theyre all very smart, & know what to do with my complicated health. theyre Allahs very helpful. highly recommend any kettering health network location. my favorite is the main location in kettering. theyre doctors are very helpful, & if you go there as much as i have, theyre very personable.
I loved the Whole Staff from Drs. To all the nurses. They were so friendly and thoughtful. The facility was very clean. I plan to go here again before I ever go to west chester hospital. Emergency at west Chester hosipital had way to many patients in waiting room. I walked in and walked out got into my car and so glad I did drove to Middletown. Totally impressed with how they help me and my Husband suffering with Covid. I will refer this place highly for any emergencies.
The facility itself was clean and nice. But…..I went into the ER so I could possibly get bloodwork for an issue I was having. I went to my primary doctor last week in regards to a previous matter at hand but since it was Saturday, my primary wasn’t open. I came in Saturday 12/11 requesting bloodwork. Dr Kenneth Jones, DO treated me. He didn’t listen to anything I had to say, interrupted me a few times. And put in the discharge notes to keep taking a medicine that I told him I had an allergic reaction to and told the nurse that I had something completely different than what he told me. His discharge nurse changed what she was saying per discharge notes to back up what he had verbally told me. I had 3 different diagnosis of my condition within the 5 min span during discharge. I was told to go to my primary and if i felt like I needed bloodwork to come back. I requested bloodwork when I got there! I’m not going to pay another $200 just to be told to come back at a different time… HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I wanted to go to Atrium but decided to go to Kettering facility as my primary is in Kettering network. GET ON THE SAME PAGE!!!!
I entered in so much pain, chest pain. Id had it more than 12 hrs, it had just worsened. I figured it was heartburn but was afraid heart attack since it had been going on so long.I jumped to the head of the line bc i was in so much obvious pain & received an EKG. Heart was good. I was given vomit bag & waited my turn.An hr later i was taken back to a cold room & blood was taken. The nurse didnt offer blankets & didnt answer call button. I shouted Hello-o a couple minutes & the dr brought me warm blankets. Just piled them on me still folded. My iv & bp monitor prevented me from spreading them over myself, but it was better than nothing. The ER was SUPER busy the 3.5 hrs i was there. I brought my dad 3x in one week in June. He got back right away each time & received a more caring touch. But overall, Im satisfied. My symptoms are subsiding.
I always have a wonderful experience here.Of course there was a lengthy wait time but you can expect that with a busy hospital- anywhere you go. Dr. John Corker and Nurse Ricky were phenomenal. They were very kind, informative and explained delay in care. They explained every measure they were taking and procedures theyd be doing. Higly recommend these two individuals. Its rare you come I contact with those caring for you in a hospital environment who are patient, kind and explanatory. Thanks so much Kettering!
I was very frightened to go but with the kind words of my nurse over the phone and in person, I was able to discover a blood clot in my leg and get treatment. My doctor was excellent as well as every other person that I dealt with.... This is top notch service and I am grateful ❤️
Very impressed. Melissa, an RN, conducted a brief interview and then immediately assisted me upon arrival. She made me feel calm and quickly coordinated and obtained all necessary lab work and images. She was so kind, as were all the staff. Dr Pook was also calm and very knowledgeable; I left with the utmost confidence in the care I received and in my follow-up plans. KMC was there for me and that’s a wonderful feeling.
Dr. Riggs was so kind and helpful. I was in the most pain I’ve ever experienced so far in my life, but the nurses and Dr. Riggs helped me to remain calm and worked with me until my pain eased. Dr. Riggs also informed me of what was happening so there was no confusion. Wonderful service.
My visit there was very pleasant the nurse was very nice my dr.nancy pook md was very nice an very accurate .my time there was pleasant the only problem was the reception ist at front desk was just little short an attidue not nice but everything an everyone was very nice an caring thank you for being so kind an helping me .i would reamend other people to go there once again thank you dr pook. Shirley taulbee
Everyone was extremely nice! Sunday morning I went in with kidney stones! Was seen immediately and was out of pain within 20 minutes of arrival. Was released back home with antibiotics and pain meds to last a few days till I can get to the urologist. Doctor was very young and very knowledgeable and thorough. Had a great experience there! Thank you for helping me feel better quickly.
I wish I could elaborate without tears. But this was a prime example of womens complaints being swept away. I brought my child in and the doctor made it seem like it was some normal cold symptoms.People could die from the type of negligence they showed my child. They told me “give him a popsicle”. No tests. No medication. Nothing. He had not eaten in 6 days and wouldnt take fluids for 5 days.I took him somewhere else. He had a 102 temp, pneumonia, RSV and acute bronchitis. He was in need of IV fluids and antibiotics. The very antibiotic Kettering told me to discontinue. That doctor should be ashamed. And this review is just the beginning to get my point across.
Amazing! No one enjoys going to the ERBut if you have to go to the ER,you definitely want to go here. Very amazing Doctor and nurses! The staff in all are top notch. Very experienced, kind, personable people. Made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and was able to make my visit quick and very thorough!
Juanita just made me feel very unwelcome and stupid for coming in because I had been coughing up blood every day for a week. Urgent Care told me to go to an ER, guess I chose the wrong one. I chose Kettering Health Network based on Google reviews, and I had never been to this hospital. The review rating is inaccurate. I will never go back to this place. Ill go spend my money elsewhere, thanks.
This was my second experience at this Kettering Hospital location. The first time wasnt superb but this time I was highly impressed with my care. This was because of my nurse. I believe her name of Holly. She was so nice and you could tell she actually cared about helping others. She didnt treat me like I was just another patient at her job that she was required to take care of. It wasnt one specific incident. It was the whole time I was there. She talked to me step by step what she was doing, what side effects may come, and stayed on top of asking if I add any questions. The reason why I say she is so amazing compared to every other employee I came in contact with is because even though my visit wasnt a life threatening experience she still made my issue just as important. An example of what I mean by this :My doctor came in my room for his first encounter and asked me what was going on. I explained the best way I could and he responded with well theres nothing to worry about. Your tests show no evidence of anything severe so we are going to give you some fluids and some medication to help. This make me a little irritated inside but I was in so much pain I didnt say anything to correct him. But excuse me Sir but I just got here and there hasnt even been 1 test done. Unless he is referring to my blood pressure they took in triage. His demeanor and his physical appearance towards me was as if he didnt care and just wanted me to get me out of there. I was just another patient to him and he was just rehearsing his normal line.Even with that being said, Holly stood right there with a smile on her face sort of reminding me it will be okay. She is definitely an asset to this hospital and deserves recognition for not just doing her job, but going above and beyond and showing care and empathy regardless. You dont find that often in the medical industry now a days it seems to like most employees become like a robot just trying to finish their shift. Thanks again Holly!
Professional staff with seems to be state-of-the-art new equipment. Its a very good-looking facility with cleanliness looks like its. at top of the list. they did seem to kind of forget me for a moment but were right back on it pretty quick. I was just about to take me a nice nap when they come back into fix me up. Overall not bad for being at a emergency room. If youre a senior citizen or have financial problems they will also try and help you the best they can there. This is very pleasant surprise to the indifferent folks in the medical field I have ran into.
You guys always perform with top notch quality care no matter which branch Im at. You rule out every possibility and take your time with each patient instead of trying to get each patient out the door as quickly as possible. My nurse, Christopher was great. Easy to talk to and ready to help me in any way I needed. My dr was equally just as great. Wanting to find the source of my pain and not just send me out the door with a theory. He made sure i understood everything he was doing, took time to answer questions and didnt make me feel rushed. They treated me like I mattered and not just another number.
I would highly recommend Kettering of Middletown. I have never been treated better by the entire staff. From the time I entered the building I knew that my health was their highest concern. If I ever need to go back to an Emergency room Kettering of Middletown will be my first choice. THANK YOU 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I was having trouble breathing due to having bronchitis. Had an appointment at the LC and they instantly said they wouldn’t take my insurance. I said I would pay cash and she told me to reschedule. So I went to urgent care, sat there for an hour or so and had a bad coughing spell and had to leave. I drove straight to Kettering medical and didn’t even get to sit in the waiting area. They took me back for vitals immediately and put me in a room. They were friendly, prompt and extremely kind!! Absolutely amazing service!!!
I was in the doctors office upstairs where I fell and had a very significant head injury requiring 11 staples and many follow up trips for the concussion I received with the fall. I had almost immediate care and was treated with respect, compassion and kindness. I am in healthcare and they treated me how I want my patients to feel and be treated. Great staff and team.
I hadn’t been feeling good for 4 to 5 days. Each day was a different symptom and it was getting worse. I’m all about riding it out and not going to the doctor. The doctor was very rude and dismissed everything I was saying!!! Oh, just take ibuprofen! I completely understand about viruses doc, thanks! With each new symptom and getting worse I thought I’d get checked out. She maybe was in here 2 mins. She was the rudest doctor I had ever seen from Kettering!!! I will never come back to this facility!!!
At my ripe ole age of 58y, I have never had a broken bone, dislocated a few but not broken. In the early hrs of Nov 8, 2019 the Kettering Health Staff, starting at the front desk with Chris back to ER with Nurse Shelli & Dr J Corker, they made me feel relaxed & showed their professionalism. No matter what branch of the Kettering Network I would end up at, I always got treated with respect, not just a patient. Thank you Kettering Health for what you do everyday!Respectfully,K Wolf
I recommned this emergency department over the local hospital because they have better quality of care. They treat every condition with a sense of urgency and testing is done quickly. The doctors diagnose accurately and efficiently during your stay. They also answer any questions you may have as well. I definitely appreciate Kettering Health Network! Thanks for your services!
The medical personnel at Kettering Middletown, was very professional on my visit Feb. 5, 21. I was really in pain and discomfort. My daughter was with me and so was God. Im glad Kettering was there so I didnt have to go further to try to get help and relief. I still left with pain, but test were run questions asked, and medicine given. I prayed alot.
The doctor was an alarmist as he found cysts on my kidneys and said they should be removed in case they we’re cancerous but I cannot have surgery due to my low oxygen level. He indicated I should take a chance on surgery rather than facing death from cancer. He did suggest I see my doctor and ask for an MRI. Needless to say, I left the hospital petrified of the cysts. Am having an MRI next week but have since found out cysts on the kidney are common. I just feel there was no need to scare me half to death.
Awesome service, in and out of ER in less than 2 hours with feeding tube issues. Atrium HOSPITAL ER did not have feeding tube replacement or try to reinsert feeding tube I brought with me, they replaced with a catheter, which was leaking just as much as Peg tube that kept popping out. Went to Kettering ER and they fixed leak. Luckily my husband was smart enough to snatch retainer off tube I came in with. Had issues with catheter leaking again before I could get in to gastro. Back to Kettering ER and in less than a month they had Peg Tubes on sight!
I experienced fairly painful chest pains at home, quickly visited the new Middletown Kettering Health facility and after a brief examination was sent by ambulance to Ketterings Sycamore Hospital where I was immediately examined and treated with pain-reliving medication(s). Whereupon my symptoms quickly disappeared, followed by an overnight stay just to make sure all was OK, and I was released the next morning. All in all, it was a calming, professional approach to addressing and treating my chest pains. I was then instructed to also make a follow-up appt with my family practitioner which, incidentally, has already been set for next week! =(:>) =(:>) =(:>) John
My sister is in the 4th stage of pancreatic cancer she was very ill and had to be taken by ambulance to the ER ..I want to make sure I get my message to whom it needs to go to because the Dr and nurse. Dr.Huff...Melissa ..RN. Were THE BEST .THEY WERE KIND VERY ATTENTIVE. GREAT BED SIDE MANNER I CANT EXSPRESS ENOUGH HOW MUCH IT MEANT TO OUR FAMILY THEY DESERVE to be recognized
This is a wonderful place they have such nice and respectable employees who are very kind and helpful in every way I’ll make sure if I need to be seen I’ll be returning to your hospital for this care I may have to return Thank you all for caring especially Dr Miller who tried his best to understand about what I was telling him even though it wasn’t recorded correctly it wasn’t just a rash I had on my legs it was actually Dust Mites that ate my legs up but you tried very hard to understand Thank you so much
I went to this location for medical treatment - I was there for almost 8 hours- the nurses and 1st doctor were great but the 2nd doctor that was assigned at shift change was beyond rude. I will never be back nor would I recommend this location or provider to anyone as no one should be treated the way he treated me. I left in worse shape then I arrived and had to go across the street to another hospital to get proper treatment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!
I would have given a 5 because of the er staff!! They were all very helpful, nice, and caring!!The 2 hour wait time in the lobby, along with whit I feel is violation of privacy by being screened out in the lobby along with lol the questions was not what I would call professionalI feel that the place was understaffed at check in
Explained things to me that I asked. And excualy helped me and treated me. Wich Im not use to filling normally going to atrium they have helped me 15% out of 100% of the time. So Kettering was great an I had to return two days later for same thing kidney stones an they were still very helpful an just as u standing thank you Kettering.
If you have anything more serious than a paper cut, DO NOT go here. My granddaughter went to the ER with severe cramping and very heavy bleeding, She was there over 12 hours, never saw a physician, was not allowed to eat anything (because the doctor might want to run tests). She left and will be going to another facility where they care about their patients. By the way, she will be contacting her insurance company and advising them not to pay any bills relating to this event.
When you hubby has been spitting and coughing up blood and having pains in his chest and they after only a few tests say call your family dr. We are only an emergency based only. So when is spitting and coughing up blood for almost 2 weeks not an emergency. I will sue and call patient rep for your lack of concern for his well being.
Here I am laying down with my butt out trying to get this boil cut open for me. Been here for 2 hours and the nurses and doctor are just chillin outside the room chatting away like they arent at work. Called for the nurse twice and they still havent came. If this was a real emergency, probably be dying somewhere while they talk about the latest tv show or something. Dont waste ur time. Go to atrium
Had a wonderful time at this facility the last time I was at a different Kettering facility I was seen a little bit quicker it only took me 30 minutes in the door and out the door this facility was an hour in the door out the door I understand theres other patients in this world but im most important.
Do not go here very bad place ....I went there on 1/9/2020 with low body temperature and hypothermia setting in I suffer from hypothyroidism..they failed to call my doctor my tsh level was around 200 normal tsh is 0.15 they should have started me on thyroid hormone but failed to do so they kept me in a room for 8hrs before all my blood work came back with no treatment..they had to send my blood to Dayton from Middletown cause they couldnt test my blood in-house..my doctors were not happy..no stars...what kind of hospital cant test blood?
It was ok but they didnt help with my problems I asked for numbers for Neurologist in Kettering network so I can another opinion my problems and symptoms are getting worse I need help but I dont know how to get assistance I am mentally and physically disabled I need help

2022-07-23This was the best ER experience Ive had. Noline of people waiting. I had other tests doneearlier in the week & still didnt know what waswrong with me. Each person who dealt with me at Kettering was efficient & compassionate. They did all that they could to make me comfortable. And with 1 test, they found what was wrong. I am very impressed.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10 star

2022-05-04Was seen when they were quite busy. The entire time from check-in to discharge we had friendly smiling faces. She even had to get an IV for the first time and they took special care in explaining what they were going to do as well as being sure she was comfortable with everything that was happening. They did amazing and we will definitely return if needed.

2022-01-26I have never had a bad experience here. The doctors and nurses are always very kind and patient. I have been here quite a few times due to some illnesses and I have always been treated the same. If I have questions they are all willing to take the time to answer them. I have never been to an ER that has treated me this good. They actually treat you as family or a close friend.

2022-01-29Had to make an ER run to stitch a cut on my granddaughters head. We were greeted promptly and immediately the nurse worked to win my granddaughters trust and ease her fears. Wait time was minimal and the doctor was great with her. Would highly recommend

2022-05-10The nurse Sheri is AMAZING! Great bed side manner you can tell she is in her position because she cares about patients and genuinely enjoys what she does! ! They dont make them like her anymore and I am beyond grateful she was here today. Continue to be a light in what can be a tough place. 💜

2022-04-26The first time I visited the ER was wonderful. The Director of Emergency Medicine was my doctor and he was great. But more recently, I had to return and was treated by the nastiest, most unhelpful group of doctors I have ever seen. They assume everyone is just drug seeking and have no compassion for people in pain.

2022-04-27I went in with horrible tooth pain and no dentist available.. they saw me in under 5 minutes. Everyone was so kind and helpful. And Sharon the nurse practitioner was in to see me 2 minutes after I sat down. Gorgeous place. Helpful, friendly and speedy staff and they called to follow up and make sure I was ok the next day!!!

2022-07-20Absolutely happy with the immediate attention and treatment. Treatment was very apt and was not done overly or unnecessary! My goto ER compared to the very hyped Atrium Premium Health! SpecialShout out to the attending Dr Jeffery Scott Robinson. Very friendly and attentive. He didn’t call for a nurse or help to get me a warm blanket. He went and got himself! RN Bill was also very helpful.
