Ganley is one of the best dealerships in the area. As a repeat, out of state, customer, there is a reason I shop there.When I initially called about a vehicle, Jeremy in sales took my call. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and applied no pressure what-so-ever. He went above and beyond with providing my information that I initially inquired about. The dealership was able to handle everything on the spot with not only my typical trade in/financing info, but were even able to transfer my plates on my behalf. (No waiting at the DMV!!). Furthermore, they not only provided me with competitive pricing, but beat every dealership I called with what they offered for my vehicle in trade-in. I drove over 2 hours to shop there, and would gladly drive twice that just to get the experience I received. A+ dealer in my opinion.
Rob and Lucas were absolutely wonderful in helping me with the lease of my new highlander. They took ample time to explain details of the car, ensure I felt comfortable when driving. They provided exceptional service and I will continue leasing cars through Ganley Toyota.
This car dealer is very unprofessionally.I have put a down payment for a new truck that was supposed to be build in June. After a few days they call me back saying they have sold it to someone else. I have figured all out… they sold it to someone who was willing to pay more over the sticker price than I was.Staff that has zero idea whats going on or how to treat customers. Seems like the exclusivity of pandemic car buying has made this group think they can do whatever they want because theyll sell a car regardless. I was a repeat customer once and had intended on making this my forever dealership. I will never be returning here again. Absolutely disgusted and frustrated at how they handle business there. Find a different location to buy from, if you respect your self.
My experience with Ganley Toyota was incredible. Ganley made the process of car shopping a breeze! Brian Elmore was the salesman that I worked with, and he was wonderful! He was incredible to work with, and I have never met a car salesman who was SO thorough. I drove away with a car that I LOVE, all thanks to Brian, Andrew and Ganley Toyota.
Hands down the best dealership I have ever stepped foot in! The sales staff were extremely knowledgeable and spent time finding the right vehicle for me. I was talked to with respect, didn’t feel pressured and got an amazing deal on a car (we shopped around to 3 other local dealerships in the area). Not to mention the terrific customer service I received from the managers, Marco and Roberto, which you don’t see everyday. Needless to say, I am a Ken Ganley Toyota customer for life!
This was my first time buying a car on my own and it was much easier and quicker than expected. Process took about two hours from walking into the door to driving off with purchased vehicle. Salespeople were friendly and not too pushy. I’d definitely buy from here again.
Derek Garner was my sales rep, Lucas coach helped make sure all the tech and features of the truck were hooked up and explained, Shawn Evancheck handled my financing. This group was top notch from beginning to end. I let Derek know what I was looking for and what I wanted and the man made it happen. If you are looking to buy a vehicle I highly recommend giving Derek a call. The process took less than an hour from sit down to pulling away from the dealership. Unbelievably smooth and easy process.
We walked into Ken Gankey Toyota Akron, not expecting to buy. We were just starting to look. Dylan Fox meet us at the door. He patiently answered many questions and if he didnt know the answer, he went and found out. We told him we didnt want to buy, but did want to test drive. I was so impressed with his patience and not pushing us to buy. This allowed us to take our time. We did end up walking out with a great car. It had exactly what we were looking for!!! This was the best car experience I have ever had AND i love my car!!

👎👎👎Toyota and Mercedes service at Ken Ganley is big problem! Be careful about their diagnosis( or lack of it); at best they are misdiagnosing (my last 3 experiences tells me they are trying to screw their customers).1- they told me I had to Change all 4 auto lock actuators on my Avalon for $2,500, when there was just a electrical short due to a fender bender. It was fixed with zero dollars, by itself!!2- they told me that I had to change the shifter on my Mercedes CLK, ($1,800),because the shifter was stock in park. All I had to do was to move the floor Matt that was blocking the sensor behind the break pedal!3- they told me my Avalon needed wheel bearing and hub assembly replaced plus it needed alignment after that. ($1,200). Another repair shop fixed it for $394, it did not need a hub as it is not an assembly unit!!!! and did not need alignment!When I brought these up to Ken Ganley in person, he threw up his shoulders and said “ good to know, thank you”. Not even an apology, sorry for this or I will check into it.. none!YOU People be the judge!No need to contact me; you have had many chances to correct these issues.I’m am sure you are saying that I will be contacted to appease those who read this review
Just picked up my 2022 RAV4. I must say the dealership is top notch. They strive to meet all your needs. They were informative, and patient with me while trying to learn all the extras I have on have on my car.I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check out Ganley Toyota.
I have been coming to Ganley Toyota for 30 years. Jon, my sales person and Lucas the CRM were very helpful and easy to work with. All of my service experiences have been top notch as well. Kallie is particularly helpful. I see no reason why I would ever go anywhere else.
Everyone here is great except the shop. Took it to them because they over torqued my oil filter housing so I couldnt get it off when I changed the oil. Shop guy said I wasnt using the right toyota-specific tool (I was) and said it came right off. Took the truck home, put the same tool on I used before and it came right off, meaning it was over torqued the first time and they didnt want to admit it. I will say the service consultant covered the cost (because Ganley knew they were just fixing their mistake), but I still wont be coming back. If I spend 40,000 dollars on a truck the least you can do is torque my filter to the proper spec. That being said, my experience buying the truck with Jeremy Trifero back in March of last year was great.
Had a good experience when I bought my 2021 Tundra Platinum (was a easy sale as they happen to have what I wanted). I love my truck so far. My issue/problem is that I bought the truck that already had a hard trifold cover installed on the truck which I wanted due to my job, and this thing leaks bad. Understand they are not 100% water tight. I took the truck back to the shop, they ran the truck through their carwash, brought it back and agreed on how bad it leaks. The Service Consultant Kallin did a GREAT job trying to help me, but was out of her hands. So bottom line after talking to several people I am told we can not help you. I have not had the truck for 1year yet and since I travel and have more than 12,000 miles on my truck there is nothing they can or will do. I am so frustrated that Toyota will not stand behind this, help towards a new cover or nothing. This is really a small issue, but what will I be faced with on a larger issue? I spent a LOT of money on this truck and cant even get my bed cover taken care of. I promise I will not be back to this dealership and have gotten so upset that I have even tossed up the idea of trading in my truck so I do not have to deal with them again, and buying a GM, Ford, Dodge.....
The integrity of this place is a joke! Honesty is the best policy but not at this place. Over estimated damage I had, said it would cost $5000 to fix, when 2 days later I went and got it fixed for $200. Theyre a joke and will never consider or recommend anyone ever doing business with them!
My boyfriend and I recently came in looking to lease a Tacoma and Brian Elmore was extremely helpful. He took us on a test drive and thoroughly explained all aspects of the truck and gave us a great understanding of the vehicle which made us even more excited. Brian was very attentive and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, we didnt come across a question he couldnt answer and we ended up leaving with the truck wed hoped for. Thanks so much!
Conducted most of the sale over the phone. Which was great. My Sales Consultant, Brian E. was very patient and answered any questions i had regarding my purchase. Never once did i feel hounded or bothered by him. He definitely made this the easiest vehicle purchase ive experienced. I was hesitant to go to a dealership for service since Ive had so many bad experiences in the past. I showed up without an appointment and a quote I received from them over the phone. While being swamped with phone calls, Anthony in the service department went above and beyond to make me feel like a priority (even though Ive never been to their dealership before!) He and the service team solved my problems FAST and had me happy and on my way in less than an hour. Thats how you win new/returning customers! A+++++

I bought a car yesterday from this lot . Our family has bought our cars here for years ! Ben was the sales men I worked with , every stigma of a sales men he broke ! Ben was helpful kind and honest and worked with me in a very professional manner! Once approved Sean in finance was amazing! Was also honest and asked me what would work for me with a payment ! We all worked together!! I was not there all day only 2 hours ! I will recommend for anyone looking for a safe , honest , ethical place to go to come here ! Ask for Ben and Sean !!!
Lets just say they were open on a Sunday and that Worked out perfect for me and my schedule. Other dealerships said the truck I wanted does not exist and Brian Elmore not only had what I wanted he went above and beyond with getting everything ready, explaining the truck, had it sitting in the showroom ready to go. Our experience at Ganley Toyota was very mixed, our salesman Alex seemed very distracted during the entire process. He was bouncing between multiple customers while other salesman stood by their desks talking and standing around. For as busy as he was, Alex was took good care of us. Lucas showed us the details of our new vehicle and he was amazing. Lucas was very personable and made sure our needs were taken care of.
Had my FJ in for service, and that was a fantastic experience for the most part. Kaleigh (SP?) was the service writer and she was great. great communication. Ive been using Summit Toyota but their service was all booked up... I mentioned to Kalleigh that I might consider trading the FJ in. When she called to let me know my FJ was done she told me that a sales person looked at my vehicle and made me a trade offer. At the time, I thought it was ok.I came to pick up my FJ and thought I should have a look at new cars... I walked around the showroom for 10 minutes and nobody would even talk to me. There was hardly a customer there... I then noticed that Ganley was Price Gouging..(Sorry, I mean Market Adjusting) the inventory they had. $10K over retail on the 4runner on the floor.Needless to say, I wasnt a buyer. Just out of curiosity, I called Summit Toyota who stated they ONLY SELL AT MSRP and actually offered me $6k MORE on trade for my FJ on trade for a Tacoma of 4Runner at retail... Thats a $16K swing on the same trade in...Weirdly, when I stopped by their dealership, the sales people busy, I was greeted by multiple people while I waited and while I didnt buy today, I know where I will be buying when the right color TRD comes in.....(not Ganley)I called a few other dealers and none of them were Market Adjusting either...
I recently purchased a used vehicle at Ganley in Akron. I had looked and looked for a good condition 4runner. I called Ganley and was blessed to get JESSE WILLIG as my sales person. I told him I didnt want to travel 3 hours for nothing. He took pictures of this one and sent them to me. I was so appreciative. He definitely went above and beyond in every way and has continued too even after I bought it. I have not picked it up yet and he has sent me updates and pictures everyday. My experience with Jesse and Ganley was amazing. I will definitely recommend and go back again.
If I could I wluld leave 10/10. I got to work with Jon Bird and it was a great experience. I did not have to spend much time waiting on him looking for what I wanted. I told him I wanted a Tacoma and he found one for me. And I know how hard to find cars right now, but he did. He was also able to get a very good deal on my trade in and for the Tacoma. I have not had many car buying experience, but this one was the best. And would recommend to anyone. Just ask for Jon.
I was in for my 10,000 mile service. The tech didn’t reset the tire pressure monitoring system or set the tire pressure. I found this out after adding air the the right front and having the right rear increase instead. I’m going to check the torque on the lug nuts today just to be sure he didn’t forget that too.
We were looking for a new car for my wife. She liked the RAV4 so we went here to start our search. From the moment we arrived to we pick up our new car we were treated outstandingly. Everyone was very nice and courteous. There was no pressure from anyone to make a decision. We work with 2 outstanding sales associates a Brian Elmore and Alex Moore. Just leased a 2021 Highlander from Ganley Toyota. The whole experience from beginning to end was great. I spoke to Brian Elmore through text and email while doing research. He was very helpful and answered every question I had, which I cannot say about the other Toyota dealership I was originally leasing from. After Brian won my business with his exceptional customer service we set up an appointment at the dealership and I was in and out in about an hour and a half. The whole process was fast and easy. Heidi from customer care and Marco from finance were also great. I look forward to doing business with them all again.
I loved everything about this Dealership. From the Service department to the sales consultant who approached me in service to trade my car in for a new one to the Finance Department who did my paperwork. Ganley had the vehicle I wanted and agreed on pricing. However as a wounded combat veteran I prefer to stick with Navy Federal Credit Union for my financing. After getting the loan setup and agreement on the price which was MSRP, the salesman said they do not take outside financing. In 36 years I have never heard such a thing. Customer Service is non existent at this dealership. Super bummed I was looking forward to getting that Tundra!

I had the pleasure of working with Brian E to buy our new car. He was so easy to work with and always very respectful of my preferred means of communication (we did almost everything through text and email). It made the whole car buying process super simple and pain free. He was incredibly thorough when it came to walking me through the contract and all the other associated items the employees need to run through with us. I understood my choices, and the implications of both answers. He even went so far as to deliver the car to my house which was an hour away from the dealership. Best customer service I’ve received in a while. We love our new Camry and I’d work with Brian again in a heartbeat.

Nothing like minimal communication and dealership prices to pull out and get a low tire pressure light after 4 days for a 2 hour repair. — After a short phone call, Ganley refuses to apologize for not checking my tire pressure in the 4 days they HAD my car for a 2 hour repair, when my light came on immediately after pulling out of the Ganley lot. Incredibly poor customer service.
This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Brian Elmore was very knowledgeable about the car. With the car shortage that is happening right now, he was able to find the Venza with the exact color I wanted in record time. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone of my friends or family.
Jon Bird answered all of my questions, and was committed to helping me find exactly what I was looking for. He kept me updated on new vehicles coming in, and all of the essential details regarding each. After much hard work, he found us a 4Runner that we are beyond pleased with.
Recently bought a new Camry Hybrid from Ganley. Salesman was Matt and he did a very good job from start to finish. Test drove a 2020 Camry Hybrid to get a sense of whether we wanted a hybrid or not. We did and ordered a 2021 model. Matt kept us informed about when the car would be built and delivered. Once delivered Matt took his time explaining and showing us the features of the car. All in all it was a good experience.
Came in to purchase a car with 2 year old trade and cash, would not even negotiate on car price or trade in value. Went to Wooster Toyota the same day recieved over 7k more for my trade and negotiated on the car price. Highly recommend going to a different dealer and avoid this dealership. Had similar experience multiple years ago with another Ganley location.
It has been over 25 years since I bought a new car because I been working and living overseas. Brian Elmore was extremely helpful in securing the SUV I wanted and I am thrilled. I recently upgraded my Toyota Highlander to the Platinum model but I would have considered a different vehicle if it wasn’t for Kallie Stewart in the Service Dept. The service department takes care of you after the purchase and if it wasn’t for her and her commitment, dedication, compassion and willingness to go the extra mile, I would have purchased a different make of car. I have worked with Kallie for almost two years and you can’t find someone who listens and actually cares like she does at a dealership service dept. I contacted Ganley Toyota to inquire about a new car they had listed for sale online, but is not yet in stock. I received a text from Alex, who quickly pressured me to come into the dealership so we could go over numbers. When I said I preferred dealing over email and had my own financing, I was told that they do not take outside financing. Unfortunate. Eventually, I was told that they would sell the vehicle with outside financing, but for $5,000 over MSRP. Do not waste your time with this dealer!
Davon made my experience easy, fast and wonderful. He got me out of my lease and into something new I wanted to finance. After spending my morning and half the day at another dealership, Davon was able to get me the car I was looking for and for the price range I wanted. I purchased my 2020 Rav4 in September at Ganley Toyota. The salesperson’s name was Max, an energetic, kind, and ambitious young man, with whom it was a pleasure to work with. Actually, the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I am greatly satisfied both with the employees and the purchase of my new car. I would highly recommend Ganley Toyota to anyone.
Going into the facility the employees were great. Respectful, honest and upfront. Unfortunately for 3 weeks prior I was in contact with an online rep preparing to trade in a lease. After all said and done the online rep told me “Ganley will honor the truecar statement” given to me online and I would be able to lease a 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-road for $199 a month. Too good to be true? I thought so. But the confidence and “integrity” given by the sales rep I believed them all the way to the point of putting $1100 down before hand. Only to go in the day to sign papers being told “idk why the sale are would say that” and that the payment would be over $600 a monthly. Huge mistake. They explained the situation and I understand but they shouldn’t have workers telling such things to customers if they clearly have no idea what they are talking about. I’m not saying I don’t recommend Ganley. I’m saying be cautious of doing things via text and email and do all things in person to not make confusion. Still want a Toyota Tacoma though but if I’m paying 600+ it better be to buy and not lease. Too high.6-17-21Seeing as how you can’t reply to the comment below, I didn’t give a false report about anything. I have the entire conversations on my phone. I said I have 3000 dollars left of my lease payments and the vehicle has 18,000 left and is KBB worth 15000. Again I have saved, screenshot each conversation with the online representative. The fault is in their employee. Again if proof is needed I’d be happy to provide.
Our experience with Ganley Toyota was exceptional. Daniel Dunn, our salesman, was honest and helpful with our car purchase. He made car buying as seamless as possible. Moreover, he even followed up with us days after our purchase. We cannot speak highly enough about Daniel as he really went above and beyond with customer service. I saw the car I wanted and am pleased with the vehicle! Once the car is in your hands it is hard to get customer service! I was given one key fob with a dead battery with the promise of a second Toyota key fob! They use an outside resource that is spotty at best! Changed the old battery with a used battery that died a week later and gave me a Mazda key fob (used) as a back up! He was supposed to order a Toyota fob! Never happened! I called the manager that sold us the car and he said he would take are of it! The outside resource called me made an appointment, then canceled and rescheduled! The outside resource never showed! I called the manager again and he was going to fix it! Did not happen! I call today and I get the managers partner who gives me a new car manager who talked in circles, basically said that is just the way it is but whatever I wanted!Customer service has gone to the wayside, if you promise something you make good! I will be buying a new car in the next year but not at Ganley!
Exceptional service and nothing but class! My brother and I each got a 2021 Toyota Tundra. Roberto DiFrangia and Brian Elmore were such a great help and the service was fast and effortless. We were looking at trucks on a Tuesday and we were signing papers by Friday! I recommend anyone who is looking for a car or truck to seek out either of these two as they were a pleasure to work with!
I recently traded in my 10yo RAV4 for 2021 Highlander. After shopping for a Camry close to home, we contacted Ganley via the internet and were presented with a price from Davon that was less than what we had negotiated locally. We drove for half an hour and dealt with Matt who was filling in while Davon was at lunch. Both of them were a pleasure to work with. No high pressure from either of them and they were well informed about the car. We loved the laid back vibe at Ganley and will recommend this place to friends who are car shopping. We’re very pleased with the sales staff, the price and most importantly our Camry.
On 4-20, I contacted Dan Dunn in regards to leasing a Toyota Tundra. He stated he had some trucks coming in Monday afternoon and that he would get back with me on Tuesday. On 4-21, I didnt hear from him, so I called him back. On Tuesday we talked about the trucks that came in and the breakdown of prices. I asked him to provide me by email all the information because I lived 3 hours away and didnt want to make the trip unnecessarily. I still did not have the information on Wednesday 4-22, so I called again. Dan Dunn stated he must have had the wrong email address. I asked again if I could get all the costs associated with the price of the vehicle along with stock numbers of what was available, so I could look at them on line. Dan stated that he would email them to me. I still did not get them when I got home from work, so I called the dealership again and I was put thru to Dans number and someone picked up and hung up. I called back and someone else answered and stated Dad went home sick for the day and could not provide with the information. I asked to talk to sales manager and nobody has returned by call yet.Over the past 16 years, I have been a Toyota owner, so I am a loyal customer, but if this is how Ganley treats customers, I do not want to do business with them. I went back and looked at some of the reviews and you could almost mirror some of my issues with other reviews. Some almost exact about Dan Dunn. This is so very sad.If the customer service manager would like to contact me, please do so.

When purchasing a vehicle I believe its important to have trust and integrity in a dealership. So I chose a Ganley dealership, knowing they have 40+ stores and I mistakenly thought that to grow to that size integrity would have to me key for them. I....WAS....WRONG! I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from the Akron Toyota location. Of course they tell me the vehicle has been through their service department and checked so intake for granted that little things like the moon moon roof working would be something that was checked. I was further out to ease knowing that my vehicle was traded in by one of the finance managers at the dealership. Again I assumed he would have declared any problems with the vehicle, and have them fixed. I purchased my vehicle on feb 20. 10 days later the vehicle had been in the shop 7 of those days. And on that day of finally getting the vehicle out of the shop, I come to find the radio is also not working. It switches stations on its own. When I asked that to be repaired they stated they would not. I do understand this was an as is vehicle, but they also claim to have had the vehicle looked over. I feel I was lulled into a sense of security, only to be tricked into a vehicle with problems. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here.Response to your response. Intermittent you mean like something working just long enough to get it off the lot? Or perhaps for 30 miles on the way home And then two short drives later (which was actually back to the dealership shop) the radio starts switching stations on its own? And I thought the simple fix would be to hit the power button but even that does not work. So a faulty radio that cant even be turned off is in this vehicle. My biggest problem is that the vehicle was previously owned by an employee, and this type of electrical issue does not just pop up. Therefore I am of the belief that this issue being truely intermittent was known by an employee of your dealership, and was passed along to a customer. I didnt even bring up the fact that I was able to get the code for the door, only to find that the number pad on the door was faulty also.All I asked is that you take the vehicle back, you could have maybe even sold me a new vehicle as it would have solidified my faith in the Ganley family of dealerships, but instead I am now here airing the short comings of this dealership.

First of all, I would start with stating that we went in with 100% intention to buy the car from there. We had down payment ready and checks with us. Looking at reviews i am sure they are excellent but our experience was otherwise.We liked the car and were ready to buy, it was 2019 BMW X3 with excellent mileage. While negotiating the price, they kept saying why did you come so far? (We are in Twinsburg and we drove to their location due to review about large selection and good customer service). Their way of talking felt demeaning as if we were wasting their time. We have bought cars every couple of years and have always negotiated (sometimes for hours) but have never been treated like we are wasting their time.I understand they have good selection and they may not need our business but that is no reason to be rude and demeaning to potential customer.Their sales person has an attitude to begin with but when he brought in the sales manager/supervisor, it was clear they did not wanted to sell us a car. He was apologetically rude. Maybe it was something to do with our names or where we are from.Regardless, we were extremely disappointed.
I recently had to replace my 11 year old Honda due to a need for massive repairs. It was a very trying couple of days, for sure, but I need to give a shout out to my husband, Brian, and also to Matt in Finance for helping me replace my vehicle with a beautiful Certified RAV-4. Recently bought a GMC Acadia and absolutely love it!! The whole staff was great. They answered all of our questions, and we had a lot!! We didnt feel pressured to buy anything and everyone was extremely nice. Overall was a good experience. Will definitely recommend Ganley to friends and family, and will definitely come back in the future.

I did all my research on line prior to driving up from Cincinnati. Once I found the vehicle I was interested in, Brian Elmore started a line of communication with me. He was extremely professional and courteous and not in the least a pushy salesman. My experience with Ganley and Brian was very pleasant and relaxing. Although I hope to not need another car anytime soon, the experience I had - I’d recommend Ganley Toyota and Brian Elmore! The experience made the drive worth it!
While I cant speak for the Service and Finance Departments, I did have the pleasure of working with Brian. Brian was able to determine that the Corolla Hatchback I was looking for would need to be ordered from the factory, and even continued assisting me after determining that. Many other dealers stopped responding once I asked about ordering a vehicle. I actully ended up purchasing a larger vehicle. He is an excellent employee though and his follow up is professional and courteous, I am sorry that I did not end up doing business with him. I reached out via email, and Brian kept our communication in emails, not pressuring me for my phone number, and once I chose to provide it he texted it conservatively, not spamming my number. A place that rhymes with Ummit Oyota called me everyday day twice a day and always left one message, which is excessive, it came up as spam so I never ended up picking up. Brians outstanding professionalism and flexibility makes him an amazing Sales Representative.
I drove from West Virginia to Akron to look for a vehicle. I went back to Ganley Toyota where I had purchased my last vehicle. Jesse W. was my salesperson. He was a very nice, friendly, honest, efficient young man. He was very helpful. I felt very comfortable and confident with him. I would recommend Jesse and Ganley Toyota if you were looking for a vehicle. This is a long review, but please read it in case youre buying a car from Ganley Toyota in Akron.First, they put the wrong VIN number on our purchase information and sold us the wrong Camry. Since it was dark and raining, we didnt realize it until we got home, into the garage and then we realized it was a similar car, but not the one we ordered. They refused to take it back and sell us the car we ordered. So, we canceled our check and held the Camry until they agreed to sell us the car we ordered.Next, we agreed to purchase an agreement ($699) that the Finance Manager told us it would replace the sport wheels if we hit a curb or damage it in some other way. I damaged the right front wheel pulling into the post office. I called Ganley and talked to the Sales Manger (Patrick) who told me the same exact thing, that they would replace the wheel. I took the car into the service department to get the wheel replaced. They told me they would repair it, but not replace it. Patrick then reversed his position and said we will repair it. I told him the reason we purchased the agreement was to get the wheel(s) replaced if damaged.We then cancelled the agreement and were supposed to receive a $314 prorated check. Since we gave Ganley a ONE STAR REVIEW, they called and said they would look at the wheel and go from there. I went in and talked to Patrick and they did repair the wheel, but I told him I was still cancelling the agreement. I talked to Patrick for about two minutes as we started walking toward my car. Patrick then veered off and just walked away from me to their Mercedes lot without saying one word. Not, are you satisfied, sorry for the confusion, or anything.Now, its been about 6-weeks and we havent received the $340. Two weeks ago, I called the finance person that did the paperwork and he said I should have received the check in less than a week. He gave me the persons name and phone number to contact. She was gone for the day, so I left a message. I still havent received the check or a call from Ganley Toyota about the $340. I SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM GANLEY TOYOTA IN AKRON!!!04/NOV/2020 Update: We just received our $340 check from Toyota.
I brought my car to change the engine oil and for a regular inspection. The brake pedal was slightly hard to push. They told me if you change the back passengers side caliper and do the brake fluid flush, which costs $500, it will work well. By the end of the day, they told me I need to change another caliper because the one they already changed did not solve the problem, so they hold my car for a day, and I had to take Uber to go back home. The next day they told me we figured out that the issue is from the brake booster!!!! Their car inspection was terrible. They couldn’t locate the problem. The worst part that they are using a rebuilt caliper!!!!!!! The manager was not friendly. I will not come back to them for sure, and I dont recommend them.

As someone who worked in the service industry for several years, I know what constitutes good customer service, and, Im happy to report that Brian Elmore and the rest of the team at Ganley Toyota provided me with exceptional customer service. From his genuinely friendly personality, to his extensive knowledge of Toyotas entire lineup, I was immediately put at ease, and, after deciding on the vehicle I wanted, Brian walked me through every minute feature of the car and then ushered me through actual process of buying the car as efficiently as possible. If I could give six stars out of five, I would!
I have been impressed with this dealership and its staff! I am on my third lease through Ganley Toyota. Everyone from the sales, service, and finance departments have been great to work with. My last two leases have been with Drew Vance and I highly recommend him. Very easy to work with, no pressure, straightforward and has made the experience great! Amber reviewed all the details and specifics on the new features and equipment, making the transition easy. Mike Weaver and Allison made the finance portions go quick and painless. What a positive car buying experience we had at Ganley Akron, Inc dealership. From our salesperson, Brian Elmore, who did an outstanding job showing us what was available. We really appreciated his knowledge of all of the cars he showed us while helping us find the right fit for our needs. After making our decision on which car was best, we appreciated Jason Bernstein who took care of the financial end of things in such a well organized manner. Finally meeting Dan Urban who assured us that any questions or concerns we had would be taken care of left us with a very good feeling that we had come to the right dealership.
Excellent experience leasing a 2016 Corolla S. Salesperson (Bill) was very helpful, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and worked hard to get me exactly the vehicle I wanted at a price I can afford. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Denise in financial took time to explain all of the paperwork and complete everything quickly and efficiently. Bill took time to show me all the important features of my new vehicle. The customer relationship manager greeted me and asked how I felt about my purchase experience. It is clear that Ganley employees care about their customers and truly want to serve them. I live in Columbus OH and chose to shop at Ganley. I would absolutely recommend you a friend and likely bring my Corolla to them for service when I am in the area. When my lease ends, I will probably return to Ganley to purchase again. My son and I worked with Adam K. to buy his first new car. Adam was fantastic. He respected our time constraint and we were able to take care of everything but the signing over text/email. I was surprised at what a positive experience this was and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
My husbands car had been totaled and we were not looking forward to having to replace a car that was paid off. We had a great experience at Ganley Toyota with our sales rep, Jesse Willig. Jesse definitely provided excellent customer service and a willingness to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. It was an older vehicle but he took the time to have service look at two different areas of concern. You never would have known we were purchasing a used vehicle versus a new vehicle. I purchased a new RAV4 today and was impressed by the professionalism of Brian Elmore and Sean in finance. I asked a lot of questions and was ambivalent about the different models. Brian was patient and tireless in investing and explaining my options. Sean was also helpful and professional as we completed all the financing information. I plan to return to Ganley for the maintenance and services my car will need.
I was so impressed with the friendly and professional staff! I have dealt with other dealerships and this experience by far was the easiest and least pressured I have ever felt! They had everything ready to sign, explained everything well and my car looked immaculate when I got in it! The Sales Manager, Patrick, was so pleasant and willing to help get us the best price possible. Allie was so nice and efficient with all of the paperwork. I recently purchased a 2016 Corolla from Ganley Toyota. I had never bought from a dealership before (always done private sale or small corner lot). Brain Elmore, who works in sales, welcomed me and let take a test drive the car I had my eye on. I went back a few days later and bought it. We worked together to get a down payment and the paper work squared away and I took my new car home that day! I had all sorts of questions and Brian helped me with everything. I also worked with Jason in finance to get a payment plan setup. Everything was great about the experience at Ganley. If you are ready to look for a car Id recommend them to anyone.
I am a college student and have been searching for a reliable car dealership to get me a new car. My sister just purchased her car here last Friday and as a single mom they worked something out with her to make sure she could do it! Brian and Ryan were so great to my family! I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra here on February 20th. I will never go to another dealership! Brian was so nice and so honest with his! BUYERS BEWARE! Its our first and last time buying a Toyota car from this place. On 7/5/2020, my husband and I purchased a Certified Pre-owned Rav4. My husband fell in love with the car and thought the price was right, so we agreed to purchase it right away. We signed a paper that had the advertised purchase price plus all tax, title, license & doc fees minus discount (were pretty sure they had thrown it away after we signed it).Once we signed other paperwork i.e. agreement papers, etc.. the finance guy, Shawn E said that he would email our copies due to reason that their printer took a long time to work.. bla bla bla. A week gone by.. nothing!When we picked up the car a week later, 7/12/2020, we asked for those copies and the salesman kept saying that they would mail them. and we believed them again.. uughh.After almost two weeks, we only received memorandum title that has much higher purchase price. We had to call the dealership and talked to different finance guy, Jason B about the paperwork. He said he would email it to us, which he never did.So we came in person to get those copies on 7/18/2020. When we received the paperwork, we still couldnt comprehend on how did Ganley get a purchase price on title because other paperwork has different pricing.Tried to meet the original finance guy, Shawn E, but salesman said that he was busy because it was Saturday, but we didnt buy it.. We were finally able to meet him, and found out that weve been SCAMMED with additional Certified PLUS (additional $1886) on buyers PO, which they didnt inform and showed us on the first day we sign the contract there was no our signatures on copy buyers PO).NOT a pleased customer. Will never come back to Ganley, not even for a service. VERY DISAPPOINTED with their service and unprofessionalism. Please go to different Toyota dealership if you really like Toyota.Ps: My coworkers said that they also had horrible experience with Ganley. And now I understand why.
Weve been customers at this Akron, OH dealership since 2007; theyve always been dependable and have excellent service as well as great sales people (like Max Mielak), customer service reps, and the best Manager ever, Patrick Zanko!! Weve had at least seven new Hybrids of different models and have been thrilled with every one of them and the staff at this Ganley dealership.
Thanks to Jim Steffen and his Side kick Jason for getting my wife into a 2018 Sienna. They have a great bunch of people there. From the voicemail Jim left to the second I walked into the front door I felt comfortable. I wasnt prepared to buy the Van that moment but I knew if I left it wouldnt be there Monday or Tuesday, but they never pressured me. They worked with me. It was the best time I had buying a vehicle. 1) I paid for 133 point pre-purchase inspection. Six inspection items were not filled in on report. 2) Parts Dept tech sold me bolt washers, saying they should be replaced in engine oil filter canister. Found out they are oil pan drain sealing washers. Glad I did not try to put them in oil filter canister!
My husband & I went in to Ganley looking for a specific used Highlander wed seen online. Jesse Willig saw us searching the lot & immediately offered to get the keys so we could take it for a test drive. Jesse was very down to earth, not pushy, super nice, & honest Thank you so much for helping us reach a great deal on our new ride. I had never purchased from Ganley before, but would definitely recommend it to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. It was a great experience, & we left feeling really good about our purchase.
Went and got my service done and the service people were very nice and helpful. But while waiting I wanted to see about getting a new car and what it would cost and the car salesman Alex was no help and not very friendly. I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase and he kept trying to tell me it wasnt available and he couldnt get it for me. I then called another dealership in marion that got me the vehicle in the color he told me toyota didnt make. Alex just didnt want to work with me and wasnt knowledgeable. He kept trying to sell me a vehicle I didnt want and wanted me to settle.
Jared was AMAZING! He was very kind. He communicated well. He gave me a great deal on a 2106 Toyota Corolla. He got me the color of car that I wanted. Great experience with this Ganley Toyota dealership. Even the financial person...Alley was wonderful! Patrick...the gentleman who showed me how to work everything on my new car, was fantastic! Every person we met while purchasing a used vehicle were all super nice. Great selection and no pressure sales which was why we shopped around but ultimately bought at Ganley. Nice to get a full tank of gas these days! Was well worth the 2 and a half hour drive for us. Every used vehicle was super clean.

This is my second truck from Ganley, and I have leased 2 Mercedes from the dealership as well. They make the process easy, Brian Elmore was great to work with, Max Mielak the delivery coordinator was detailed and did a great turn over. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy there again

2022-07-07It’s simple really. Went in looking to trade two cars for something safer. John was fantastic to work with and after a few weeks (had to wait on desired car to arrive) I ended up leaving with two new cars and appreciation for this location. They treated us with respect and they were super friendly, something that I don’t experience in many places.

2022-05-19Ive had positive experiences with Ganley Toyota, recently as well as over the years. Ive taken my Tacoma in for oil changes and inspections, and theyve always been helpful in pointing out to me things that I need to do to make sure this thing stays on the road for many years, as well as things that might need to be taken care of sooner than later. The parts department has been helpful and helping me to get things like spark plugs and the right radiator fluid, and checking to see if parts Ive needed for my 4 runners in the past are a better value at the dealership or at summit or somewhere like that. You dont know unless you check, and a lot of times the best value is at the dealership. The sales people have been helpful in the past as well at times although it turned out that the exact vehicles I was looking for werent in their inventory. But I would happily buy from them. Overall in my experience the people here are helpful and trustworthy.
