I am a recent customer of Ken Ganley Ford Norton the experience Ive encountered was one of respect and professionalism. My salesman Sean I want a major shout out to for working with me due to my recent bankruptcy I was still made to feel revelent and was treated with dignity Sean worked hard to get me financed for the vehicle that I originally chosen and not a second choice which to me meant that what I wanted mattered. I would recommend Ken Ganley Ford Norton to anyone whom have not had a stellar credit history and most of all another major shout to the entire team of Ken Ganley Ford Norton for allowing me the opportunity to build my credit. Respectfully Farley
Pushy, be sure to check your vehicle thoroughly before purchasing. When I purchased my vehicle there were options clearly listed on their website that the vehicle did not actually have added. Additionally they initially offered me an unfairly low trade in for my vehicle starting with offering the KBB minimum possible value for my trade in despite it being in very good condition.I posted this review on their recommended review platform and was told I’d be contacted to resolve this, three times now. No contact from dealer.
I like dealing with the same service person, Fulton, the experience seems more personal that way in my opinion. Although everyone seems nice it’s just get ‘em in and get ‘em out kind of experience. My disappointment is the last 3 times I’ve had my oil changed, I have oil dripping on the floor of my garage for 2-3 days. Very annoying. Too bad the mechanic can’t take a minute to wipe everything down.
Went here to pick up a new vehicle delivered here ordered through Ford. The dealer agent, Aaron that greeted us was a very welcoming and knowledgeable source (and the only reason for the 2 stars). However even a gem as bright as him could not save this company from self ruin. We attempted to trade in our previous vehicle that had a KBB value of 22k but were only offered a maximum value of 15k for the trade in value from the manager. We declined the offer and simply paid for the new vehicle in cash. Luckily we took our vehicle to Carvana and they gave us the full 22k that it was valued for online without any headache. Furthermore, my brother went here to look at a vehicle they posted for a great price online but it turns out it was the managers personal vehicle that they were not inclined to sell and were simply using it to lure folks in to sell something else
Ganley Ford gave me exceptional service on my Ford Escape. My car was not driving or shifting smoothly. They replaced the value cover gasket that was leaking into the cylinder. The difference was obvious even driving out of the parking lot and especially on the highway. Thank you Drew, for your kind and professional service, but I hope I wont be needing it again soon!
Very professional and helpful sales staff. I enquired about a truck this morning, was emailed promptly from Emily in the internet sales department following up with me to help with any questions I had. I made the hour and a half trip to look at and place a deposit down on the truck I was looking at with no real intention of driving the truck home today. My salesmen Ken Steel and the finance department knocked it out of the part working with me on the price and matching my pre approved rate/term from my credit union. All around awesome experience from start to finish! Highly recommended!
This was unquestionably the WORST car repair experience for the last 25 years of my life. They charged me over $800 and gave me my car back working worse than when I brougt it in. Came in to have the cruise control on my Lincoln looked at, bringing my car in early in the morning when they gave me the appointment. I told them I needed it the next day for a business trip. After putting in a new steering module and programming it, nothing was fixed. And the car was not ready when promised, forcing me to change my business trip plan. So they replaced a part that did not need to be replaced they programmed it badly so that the car is acting weird, braking and steering systems are occasionally messing up, and other problems resulting from their messing around with the electronics, and obviously not knowing what they were doing. If you need car reliable and honest car repairs DO NOT bring your car to Ganley Ford service department. You’re lucky if you get it back only working as bad as it was when you brought it in.
Austin is a fantastic salesman! He is kind and knowledgeable and most importantly is focused on what you need - I didn’t feel pressured one bit into buying a car he ensured I knew he was there for me and not just trying to make $! I highly recommend him if you’re looking at buying a car !!
I have purchased multiple vehicles from Ganley Ford in Barberton. My salesman, Franco Casalinova, has stayed in contact with me over the last 2 years since my purchase to make sure that everything related to my vehicle is going well. My Service Department experience has gone very well also. I will return to Ganley Ford Barberton when I am ready for my next new vehicle purchase.
Got my truck serviced almost 3weeks ago for engine light and white smoke was coming from my exhaust when I started it after a couple hours. Picked my vehicle up and the problem I still was having the problem. Was told it was too much ethanol in my gas and the problem would burn off in a week or two. Long story short I have to take it back or find someone else who can figure out the problem because it should not still be doing this after almost a month
I took my vehicle in for an advertised oil change special.Afterward, my mother drove the car 100 miles in 2 winter months. I snagged it back to take a date to Lake 8 Cinemas. The oil pressure light came on as I neared my mothers driveway (30 miles round trip). Upon investigating in the driveway, the drain plug had been 1/4 turn loose, bathing the underside of the car, and totalling the engine.I had to replace my V6 engine at ~95,000 miles over an oil change Ganley advertised to be cheaper than my material cost.Side note: with this fee and that fee, the oil change alone was more than double the anticipated price.
If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous service department, told me to bring in my vehicle for a recall a week ago and when I get there, they wouldn’t even look at it and turned us away. Bunch of jokes, already in contact with the manufacturer and filing a complaint. They literally sent me to park Ford, another dealership, a week after they told me they would handle it. Talk about a waste of time and now a much more unsafe car.
Quick fast and fair. I had broken down and was told I couldnt be seen for roughly 3 days. I needed my vehicle in 1. I understood that it probably wouldnt happen but the said they would see what they could do. The team pulled it off in 1 day greatly appreciate their help and if Im in the area and need work Ill definitely be back.
The experience with the sales staff and everyone was not an issue. I bought a used truck from here and before I even had the chance to put plates on the truck the check engine light came on. I was a little frustrated but overall understood that the sale was as is. I took the truck to my local mechanic to diagnose and determine the issue. After further diagnosis it was determined there was too much coolant in the truck. The mechanic removed about 3/4 of a gallon of coolant and the light went off. The reason for giving two stars is because Ganley was the last dealer to check the truck over. If they had a service technician look over this truck then why would they not know there is too much coolant. Just pathetic.
I went in for a 2nd appointment Ford ordered the wrong part. Didnt even go to truck to make sure it was the right part ordered. No professionalism. Now I must make another appointment to try to get fixed for a 2nd time but been in there 3xs to get 1 little part fixed. I deserve all my points back for there screw up.. Just no way it takes 3xs to get 2 part.
Usually have an appointment n sometimes still have to wait? but do feel everyone is trying.also wish that ganley would still send out coupons like they had in past years... this will be the fourth pick up that Ive been involved with there , between purchases n family involvement to ganley...
I have been to Ganley Ford 3 times for service on my 2019 F150, with 2 of the 3 having an issue & not getting a return call from the service department. This latest issue was around their works oil change, which is usually $49.95, this time it was $75. I had Ford pass points & used them, which I then asked why it was so much. No manager was brought at that point, as I had not really thought about the difference in cost. When I was given the opportunity to complete an online review, I requested to talk to the service manager via their website, to clear the air. I got a sales rep email instead, to which I also asked to be contacted by the service manager, 3 weeks later, no reply or contact. I mean the name of your department is service, with so many local Ford dealer options in Fairlawn, Cuyahoga Falls, Canton & others, you should try to listen to your customers. The initial interaction issue was about a year ago, when I was sent coupons to their dealership. They had requested to view all of the coupons I was given(due to the price being lower than they expected), said would give them back. I forgot, they never replaced them, I again asked for a manager to call, again no contact. Lastly, if I have my auto lights on, please just return the vehicle with them on. I suppose its my own fault for repeating the same mistake of returning. I understand these are peoples jobs, but repeated issues & no follow up lead to bad reviews.
I have been considering getting a new vehicle for a few months and decided a new Ford would be a great choice for me. So I contacted this dealership about an explorer and an f150. The first woman I spoke to was named katie and she was fantastic. Helped me with questions about inventory and tried to set a time for me to come see them. I put it off for a few weeks. Well the next time I called in I got someone named Emmy or Emily. After speaking to her I knew that I would not be buying from them. She was extremely rude to me and could not even a answer any of the question I had regarding color or equipment. Needless to say she was the reason I decided not to visit. My wife and I drove to Brunswick and purchased two vehicles from liberty Ford two weeks ago.
Great experience with Ganley Ford. I searched far and wide for the specific truck I wanted (I’m from North Dakota) and found my truck here at Ganley Ford. After inquiring on the truck, I was quickly met with an email from Tony, one of their salesman. Tony was great to work with, answered all my questions and never tried to push any unnecessary options that I didn’t want. The whole process was extremely smooth and Tony even picked me and my wife up from the airport (which was an hour away) in his own vehicle so we would t have to pay for a cab. When we arrived at the dealership, the truck was washed and detailed and parked right at the entrance for us to see. I would highly recommend anyone to this dealership and would happily work with them again!
So I drive an 07 ford fusion. Ive never had issues with service before but this time, Im a bit shocked. I went for an oil change, now I had discussed with them on the phone I was on a budget & wouldnt like any additional services & Im aware of my cars condition but wouldnt mind an inspection but was focused on the oil change. They have me back a page long list of repairs & costs, I said thank you I will let you guys know when its in my funds. I was on a work site for the night so I was a little distracted but today, I realize my oil light is on(which only comes on when Im low), also on receipt it says 5 quarts of oil... Now I know for a fact my car isnt leaking oil, and I also know that my fusion is the v6 & actually takes 6 quarts of oil not 5... Im actually shocked and a bit disappointed with ford for this. Now my boyfriend mentioned that maybe a standard cost oil change only covers 5 quarts, but regardless, if a truck needed 10 quarts of oil & asked for a standard change, you wouldnt only fill it half way and then send it out of your service area like that... I dont Care if it was another expense for the extra quart, I shouldnt have left the shop with less than the engine required oil standard.... Smh Id ask for a refund at this point but Im afraid they probably wont even notice this review anyway...
One of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had. Our salesman was very friendly knowledgeable, and helpful. He was great about working with us to help us complete the deal via phone since we lived out of state. I would highly recommend this car dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.
I like buying Ford parts for my truck. My F-150 truck has over a hundred thousand miles on it. I hope to get another hundred thousand miles out of it.The truck has 145000 miles on it now. Wish i had something more positive to say. Its been a month now. Keep up the good work, these are hard times . Thank you!
A brand new 2021 Ford Bronco Outer Banks Advanced was promoted/featured on their website as for sale so we went to the dealership to check it out. Wed previously done lots of research and the only thing left to do before purchasing one was to test drive it. There it was on their lot. Beautiful! And we were excited for the opportunity to take it out. Unfortunately, they told us it was already sold, and they werent allowed to test drive it unless we ordered one. We thought this was a very strange ask of them and a questionable experience at this Ford dealership.UPDATED REVIEW:The dealer contacted me and offered to let me drive the Bronco. Apparently we had a big misunderstanding and/or got off on the wrong foot or something. The Ganley family has treated me well in the past so I decided not to let this one incident tarnish my opinion (nor yours) of them. I rerated them from 1 star to 4 based on my previous interactions with the brand.
My fiance took in my car for a recall, my 2014 escape had a trunk ajar issue that I was fixing that same day. They charged her 160 for a diagnosis that Boone ever asked them to do. I would recommend the Ford dealership in north Canton never had an issue or a grimmy machanic try to charge me for something that wasnt asked.. so essentially I paid $164 for a recall on door latches that I actually never had a problem with
Great experience, Service Rep Fulton, was professional, polite and extremely helpful. Communication was excellent. They took care of my f150 a d addressed all issues which included a fuel pump a d weak battery. They also were able to perform a master cylinder replacement which was on recall while there. Will definitely go there for future work.
Im very picky when it comes to my car and services being done to it. They did a fantastic job and I recommend them to everyone I know. I had mechanical and body work done. Mechanically they did a great job and they repaired everything the first time. I did have a few concerns with the body work but I talked to them about that and they took the car back in and made it right! I will not consider going anywhere else ever again. They were friendly, professional, and they cared.
Wanted to go in and purchase a vehicle, but the vehicle was in an accident so I wanted to take it to my mechanic to get it checked out to make sure it was in good shape. They refused saying that they have had issues with vehicles not being returned in the same condition. While I can understand that completely, I don’t think I have ever heard of a reputable car dealer NOT letting you have someone else check it out. Other than this, Sean was nice, everyone else were not pleasant... I won’t buy a car while only trusting THEIR word on the condition. Check the real value of the vehicle before talking to these guys!
My experience was the best, this is where I started leasing my vehicle and now I have chosen to buy it. Both experiences were a great pleasure and they took good care of me. No complaints, whatever I needed or had to be done it was done in a timely manner. Ive been coming here for many many years...
Another day, another test drive, I drove 40 minutes to look at an Equinox and Im glad I did. Jennifer greeted me at the door and promptly retrieved the S.U.V., she showed me some features, gave me a quick run down and we were driving within 10 minutes. I can tell she wants to help me make a good decision and I appreciate that. She was professional and courteous, the atmosphere was relaxed and quiet, it wasnt crowded but everyone there had their masks on. Overall my experience was positive and I will be back.
My overall experience at Ganley Ford was welcoming. The staff are easy to get along with, but serious when it comes to getting the car that is best for you. They are patient and understanding to all the questions I ask. They create a family atmosphere where you can joke around, but also get what you need. I have no complaints with waiting, as everything was speedy during the process. I looked at my car, got all the paper work, and car cleaned all in a short span of just 2 hours. The salesman I worked with had a charismatic personality and was serious about cars making the selection and deal process run smoothly. If you need a car, this is surely the place to be, as youll get unmatched expertise and have a great time while looking for your next car.
Took my truck in for service....friendly prompt and thorough attention. Disappointed they could only make a temporary repair. This is the 2nd place Ive had it looked at and the same result.....making the lack of resolution more a Ford thing than this dealerships fault. Another appointment coming this week. Hoping for better progress.
Des was open, honest and went above and beyond the call of duty to treat me with respect, honor and dignity. He helped me achieve what was needed for a deal with good balance and resound accuracy. He the man you want to see. I recommend Ganley Ford without hesitation and regret. They are top notch and are trust worthy. Blessings to all their staff
CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH!! Which is illegal!!Called made an appointment to test drive a Subaru Outback. Talked to Page, she verified car was not sold. Page triple checked with the manager Kevin and 2013 Subaru was still for sale. Drove 2 hours to Ganley Ford, walked in and a salesman stated the car was sold. Talked with Page again & she stated it was still available, even after salesman said it was sold. Page figured out that a finance guy did not post the sale. Terrible business practices and will never recommend. Kevin the manager has yet to contact us! They need better organization & communication. Will take our $15,000 cash to a dealership that is properly managed.
Heard a sound on the vehicle. Dealer noted they were waiting on a part. Agreed to purchase vehicle if we could leave it for the already noted part. Dealer agreed. They called days later and now noted that they had confused our vehicle with another vehicle and sound was just from rotation. Went to pick up vehicle at dealer an hour from home. On the way back sound was not only there but now louder AND the headlight went out AND a running taillight AND the HOOD was NOT EVEN LATCHED. Contacted the dealer regarding the sound/parts and the lights. Dealer did respond and agreed to tow the vehicle safely back at their cost and put in the part and check/fix the lights. Called us several days later and we drove back out to pick it up. Sound/part agreed to IS fixed. Front light was still out and rear runner light was still out. Guess what. Both rear lights went out on the way home AND we only know this because the vehicle was pulled over by troopers!Okay. Its a used vehicle. And paperwork was already signed. But why would you in any type of good faith send someone out onto the road an hour away at night with the possibility of no lights! Say it needs work and work with us. Was really hoping they would do the right thing.Have an appointment scheduled with a different dealer and are going to follow up with any recourse available to us.Moral of the story. Dont buy used far from home where you cant have it looked at. DONT buy used from Ganley!
Friendly staff, no pressure sales. Our sales guy Des was awesome. (Highly recommend Desmond)Very patient with me while I test drove about 6 cars. Over the years I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from Ganley (2 from Desmond) and have not been disappointed. Also, their service department is excellent. Whether it was warranty or routine maintenance. They do an excellent job and kept me informed of all issues before doing the work.
I dont often leave reviews but in this particular circumstance I feel it necessary. Im an owner of a 2016 Ford Focus and ran into transmission/clutch issues. Called Ganley service department to check on warranty information and spoke to a rep who informed me that the repair would be covered under warranty per the Vin# for my car, had the car towed to Ganley to move forward with repairs. Called the following day to confirm the appointment and spoke to a separate representative only to be told that a mistake had been made and that my car was not covered under warranty, no apology was ever offered for this oversight during my entire experience at Ganley. Scott, the service rep estimated the cost for the repair at $2,100+ before tax which was simply out of my budget. I informed him of this and told him that I would regrettably have to decline repair to which he flatly responded Ok, sorry to hear that, you can pick your car up whenever and the call ended at that. A few hours later I received a call back from Scott stating that he had spoken to his manager and that he had agreed to lower the price down to $1,750 prior to tax as a gesture of good faith. Although I appreciated the effort to salvage an already tarnished experience, this price level was still out of my budget. Additionally, the offer felt more like a last grasp at securing a profit versus an olive branch considering that hours earlier I had essentially been told Tough luck, heres your keys back. After doing some further research that night I found that the original warranty on my car had ended at 60,000 miles, my car was at 62,000. Additionally, I discovered that Ford had recently been involved in a class action lawsuit regarding faulty clutches and transmissions specific to the 2012-2016 Ford Focuses and that Ford had issued numerous buybacks and extended warranties to 100,000 miles on thousands of these vehicles. In discovering this I decided to call back Ganley and speak directly with one of the Service managers assuming that they would attempt to make some sort of concession in light of everything that I had just learned. Sadly, this was not the case. The manager I spoke to confirmed that my car ran on the same Dual Clutch Power transmission as mentioned in the articles but that per my vin#, I was not one of the ones lucky enough to receive the extended warranty. He stated that the $1750 was the BEST price he could offer and that there was no more he could do at that time. After our conversation ended I decided to contact Spitzer Ford in Hartville as I was curious how they would respond to my situation. After speaking to their service department for less than five minutes I quickly discovered that my experience at Spitzer would be a much better one. Seth in services immediately offered to reach out to Ford for me to make a plea regarding my case (something that no one at Ganley ever offered or attempted.) Sadly, Ford declined to make any concessions but despite this, Spitzer came back and offered to complete the repairs for $1,250 before tax. Nearly $1000 under what Ganley originally quoted me and $500 less than their very best offer. Now for some, this amount of money might not mean much but for me, it made the difference of being able to afford rent and buy presents for Christmas this year. The difference in the professionalism and basic curtesy I experienced between these two dealerships was staggering. It goes without saying that I will never be returning to Ganley for anything regardless of need going forward, Ill be returning to Hartville Spitzer instead.
Service and wait-time are usually 100%. However, when I call to schedule an appointment, if one of the guys from the desks in the service garage answers the phone, the greeting is always rude and the conversation brash. I should not have to toughen my approach to get my point across. Please be more cordial to your customers. Because from the perspective of a customer and a marketing professional, pleasant employees still matter. Yes, I need an oil change, but I can go elsewhere. It’s nice to be nice.UPDATE: Increasing star level. They resolved an issue I recently had.
I brought my 12 fusion in for extended warranty work. My service advisor Scott was great and kept me updated throughout my visit. My throttle body was replaced under Fords extended warranty with no issues. Also got a trans drain and fill. Overall the service was well priced and great! They even washed my car!
I am on the fence here. All dealers are pricey.I had a good experience buying a late model. Salesman was efficient. However, any dealer, should be able to repair there companys product in a timely manner.I am at about 2 months waiting on my explorer, a flagship product, to be repaired.I am getting weary.
I am extremely pleased with my truck service at Ganley Ford. My F350 needed a repair. Estimated time was three hours, my truck was ready in less than 2 1/2 hours. Mark, in truck service was very helpful and professional! I must say, this was the best service I have ever received on any of the vehicles I have owned throughout the years. I will wholeheartedly recommend your dealership for repairs to friends and family in the future. Thank you Mark, job well done!!
I had a good experience with Derrick Graybill. He helped my husband and I make good decisions and choices. I’m excited about my new Ford Echo Sport. It’s red and beautiful! Looking forward to making good memories in my new car. Others seem to think it is cute also. One thing I liked in my old car that this one does not have is heated mirrors. My husband complained about his being iced up in the winter. It would be nice to have heated mirrors. Thanks for listening.
Great customer service. Only reason Im giving 4 stars is I bought my used Chevy Impala on Wednesday. They were supposed to do a safety inspection and change a tire sensor before they called and stated it was ready for pickup around 5:30pm. When we got there to do a final test drive, we noticed the tire sensor light was still on, they didnt fix it. I also stated I would like the oil change info, so I know when I needed my next oil change. Well i took it back Thursday morning to fix the sensor & give the oil change info. The sales associate stated it was going to be a quick fix, I waited almost 7 hours. They did however fix the sensor & give me a fresh oil change. I was also disappointed that the car had not been swept out or wiped down. I found old bandages, french fries, and some other items. They honestly didnt wipe the dash board or any doors, so it had mud and what looked like a drink spilled in the cup compartment. Overall I like my car I just wish they were a little more organized with maintenance and a little more professional with the detailing of the vehicles.
The Ganley Ford Truck Shop is awesome!!! Fast Friendly Service! The service guy, Mark, was great! Went in to get an chassis oil change for my camper and found they do generators , too. I also found that I needed a couple more things done I wasnt expecting and still spent less than I anticipated. Highly recommend!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. My daughter, & I have been car shopping for weeks. We came across a 2017 Nissan Sentra on Ganley Fords website. The price was perfect for my 19 year old daughter, but the dealership was a little over an hour away. Wanting to make sure we didn’t waste our time driving all the way there,I reached out & spoke to a worker named Stacey. She assured me the car was in great condition, & was worth the drive out. Upon arrival my daughter & I got ready to test drive this car we’ve been waiting to come see. The man who pulled the car up said before we entered the car “Oh the check engine light just came on.” I instantly felt my whole face get red as we just drove over an hour after being assured the car was worth it. We get in anyway, and the whole car was shaking, & completely unstable. I wouldn’t let my dog ride in a car like that let alone my 19 year old daughter. I return back from the test drive beyond infuriated. The salesman comes up to me asking how the drive was. I told him “Absolutely not.” He had the nerve to “act” surprised and tell me “Oh really? We’ve had this car in detailing! Water must have gotten into it.” Except the car was also filthy. My daughter had to run the windshield wipers before test driving it because the windows were so dirty so I know it was just another lie. My daughter wanted to stay and look around at another car at their shop, but I said absolutely not. I would not give our business to a place like this. If you are car shopping stay far away from this horrible business.
I took a risk of driving 143 miles one way not knowing what i was getting into. I got there was waited on fast and very friendly by the staff at Ganley. I was not under any pressure to buy now. The whole process was fun, easy and great. I walked out with 2 great low milage vehicles! I am very happy and would go there again! Thank you Ganley Ford!
My husband and I came into Ganley Ford just to look and see what was available, we really didnt intend on purchasing a new car. We were greeted promptly and asked about my car must haves. Jeff, brought a car around for us to test drive. We really liked the Ford Escape with the exception of the interior. I was willing to move up to the next trim and he put us in another car that i really liked. We talked price, trade in and told him we had one other stop to make, but we would call him either way. We test drive another make and model and called Jeff letting him know we were on our way back to buy. I cant say enough about our sales experience. Super, top notch! The hand shake sealed the deal, paper work complete, went over the features and cleaned out the old car. My new Escape was washed & gas tank was filled up. Thank you Jeff and Ganley Ford! I love my new ride!
I took my car in for a noise in the front end and an oil change. The service adviser never called me, I always had to call myself for an update. He never gave me a solid estimate on the phone. Only a round about number. When it was finally done, they forgot to do my oil change, never gave me a print off for my alignment or for my multipoint inspection. Took it back the next day. They took care of the oil change. The same service adviser never listened to all of the issues I had with my experience. They still missed several common things on the multi point. Rather than continue to argue, I will just never go back. I strongly do not recommend this service department for anything.
This dealership is awesome. I do not like buying cars -- and ended up driving from Sylvan Lake, Michigan to pick up my previously owned SUV from Ganley. Sales professional Sam was excellent -- and made the process easy. I cannot say enough about this dealership - wish we had one up here!
As usual, this dealership is great to deal with. The people are friendly and professional. We just had body work done and Brandon was great. Also had regular service and that also was timely and everything was pointed out to me after the check up with no attempt to up sell any service. Good place to take our Escape to.
Jim Holley was AMAZING! He and I did the majority of our conversing and dealing via text and electronically.Jim was Honest, knowledgeable, matter-of-fact and a straight shooter. He has a great sense of humor and he clearly understands that working with dealerships and making car deals is not fun , and Jim made the entire experience amazing and painless.I sincerely will call Jim in the future and I appreciate all that Ganley Ford did for my family, from the top down.Thank you and Merry Christmas !
We had visited another Ford dealership a week earlier and we found a vehicle we just loved but we couldnt come to an agreeable price with that dealership, however, at Ganley Ford, John Grabowsky worked with us and got us a better price/monthly payment and even gave us more for our trade-in. The best part... it was the same exact vehicle from the other dealership. They made a dealer to dealer trade to get us what we were looking for all along. Its a great vehicle. We couldnt be more pleased with our experience with Ganley Ford and especially John. We will definitely be coming back for our future purchases.
So Im disappointed to share that with only 77,000 miles on my 2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid the entire electronic steering assembly died and had to be replaced at a cost of $2,200. This is a big downer and something I will be contacting Ford Motor Company about. HOWEVER, I was again impressed with how quickly Ganley Fords service department diagnosed the problem obtained the necessary parts and fixed it once I gave the go ahead. John did a great job communicating with me through the whole process and gave me the opportunity to save $60 by buying some parts on the side from Summit Racing rather than buying the same part at Ganley for $60 more. Ill be back guys. Keep up the good work!
I had an exceptionally positive experience at Ganley Ford from beginning to end. Buying a car has always been a highly unpleasant experience for me prior to my recent purchase at Ganley. The first thing that impressed about the dealership was the salesman, Ray. Ray began our interaction by asking me pointed questions about what features and benefits I was looking for in a vehicle. He was focused on helping me find the vehicle that best fit my needs and price range, not on selling me the most expensive vehicle on the lot. It felt like I was working with an assistant buyer; a knowledgeable and honest professional who was on my side of the table helping me find the car I wanted at the right price. As a sales professional myself, I view this as the hallmark of outstanding service. The financing of the transaction was also a breeze; easy, painless and swift. I generally take my vehicle to the dealership for oil changes and maintenance, and they are friendly, prompt and keep the car running and looking great. One particular instance stands out- I was leaving on a family trip on a Saturday and stopped by on Friday morning without an appointment. Being a holiday weekend, Im sure many others had the same idea. When the service manager Paul sensed that I was in a hurry, he sir, let me get you a loaner for the day so you can get to work. Well have your Fusion ready for you to pick up tonight I was blown away, Id expect this if there was a blown engine or something, but never when I just brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Once again, they went above and beyond.I WILL DEFINITELY be back to purchase my next vehicle from Ganley!
I bought my car at ganley, so I would like to keep going back for their friendly service. Last time I went in for an oil change, I needed to have my oil plug replaced. I was amazed that it cost almost 30 bucks more. ,but they were real nice about it and i enjoy their new waiting area.
UPDATE:I received a call from the service manager John after I posted this review. He scheduled an appointment for me to bring the car in for them to try and figure out what was wrong. It was the stabilizing links we discussed the first time I had it in. They were very apologetic and had my car fixed within 2 hours. No more noise, no more fear, and proving that this is the reason I went to a reputable dealer like Ganley Ford in the first place. Its a shame it had to only happen after I posted a negative review to get them to do the right thing. Bruno was very respectful, helpful, and determined to get this matter resolved. Bottom line, Ganley Ford proved to me that they are dealership that does care about their customers.MY INITIAL POST:We went to Ganley Ford, Norton to look at a used Honda we had seen on their website. The car was not what we wanted so we looked a Hyundai. Our salesman John G. informed us that the car had just been traded in and was checked out an in great condition. The Hyundai had the limited 30 day warranty and John assured us that the car had been checked out by their mechanics and was a good car that had been maintained well by the previous owner. This was when we should have ran or at the very least taken it to our own mechanic. I was under the misconception that since the dealership had been in business for so long and had a somewhat decent reputation they would not sell us an unsafe broken vehicle. Within 24 hours I had to return the car to the dealership for a horrible noise and clunking it was making from the front, that it did not make when we test drove it. They did agree to immediately look at the car and gave me a loaner. After a couple days I was called and told they had fixed a warranty part in the steering and I could pick up my car. I asked did that take care of the horrible clunking noises? They said um, let us take another look at it and get back with you. By the end of that same day I received a call telling me that the right front ball joint needed replaced and some linkage, it was not under any warranty and that it would cost me almost $500 to fix it. After several calls to the manager that was avoiding me, the used car sales manager called and stated they would fix it, since it was a safety hazard. They then ordered the wrong part and finally a week later I picked up my car. Just to note they did replace the ball joint but had amnesia to any linkage issue I was referring to. So how did it all turn out? It still makes horrible noises in the front and back and I am afraid it is unsafe and that I just bought a $10,000 paperweight.
Bought a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe today from Ganley Ford our salesman Phil Sandy was absolutely awesome.Best car buying experience ever!!!Everyone was so friendly and helpful; the staff is top notch and very professional! They literally gave me the shirt off a salesmans back..I highly recommend to everyone especially if you have a less than perfect credit score. They treated us like family.
My experience from Ganley ford was unforgettable thanks to the help from William Otto ( billy the car guy ) HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him!!!! He’s was beyond amazing & made every second comfortable & so easy going. I walked out of there with the car I absolutely love thanks to him! He’s truly the best & extremely good at what he does & he’ll be sure to keep you smiling the whole time!
I have bought 4 new cars from this dealership and have had no regrets. I was taken care of promptly and was treated with genuine appreciation for coming in to look at their vehicles. The last purchase I made was for a Superduty F-250, I was completely happy with the deal and time frame to driving the truck off the lot. Thank You Paul for making that happen.
I have dealt with Ganley Ford before and that is why I returned to buy my most recent vehicle, a 2018 Ford Explorer. The minute we entered the building, we received a very friendly greeting from the sales staff. Our salesman, Phil Sandy, greeted us warmly and seated my wife and I in the sales area. He offered us refreshments coffee, water etc. Mr. Sandy than began to present your products in a very warm and professional manner, it did not take us long to settle on the vehicle we wanted. He took us out to the vehicle allowed us to drive it and then explained all the bells and whistles on the car, once we were satisfied he took us back inside, we completed some paper work, took care of the financial end of the transaction and in about 2 hours we drove away in a brand new 2018 Ford explorer.
Bought a 2016 ford explorer from ganley Ford for my wifes birthday, had it for 3 days and I could literally hear the air conditioning leaking in my garage when I was in the process of rebuilding 4R100 transmission. I immediately called the dealer after I crawled under this explorer to find the rear a/c lines leaking and they have been leaking for a long time I have the pictures to prove it of the dried up die they use in the a/c systems. I dropped it off at the dealer the very next day after finding this issue for only having this car for only 3 days and could literally hear it leaking, they called me the next day saying the a/c is working perfectly fine I said I know that it still blows cold but I also know the rear a/c lines are leaking and someone had to have add refrigerant at one point with the amount of die that was dried around the lines. They said we would split the difference and i would half to pay $650 to replace the lines I said hell no Ive only had this car for 3 days and I could literally hear the the rear a/c lines leaking. I finally said Im not paying for those lines and what the hell kind of inspection do they do on these vehicles before they sell them to customers because obviously they dont check much, I know as a mechanic for 15 years now that when a customer brings me a vehicle, I check the oil for metal shavings, transmission, computer history and codes, recalls if they have been done or not, shake the supension down for loose supension, check all cooling hoses, engine and transmission mounts, visually inspect the engine bay and the whole under carriage including the a/c lines. How this was missed was beyond me. I did ask to visually inspect this vehicle on a lift before purchasing but did not happen even after bring that up more than once, but I need to buy a car before my wifes birthday I let it slide by visually looking under the car and test driving which later regretting not making them put it on a lift before purchase because I would have definitely caught the rear air conditioning leaking. It took about a week of arguing back and forth to finally get them to repair the rear air conditioning lines I did say if they didnt fix it I was reporting it as a lemon and not picking it back up and I wanted a full return on this pos vehicle they sold me. I have replaced many of those rear a/c lines and was not about to make a weekend project out of a vehicle that I just freaking purchased. I didnt buy a car from the dealer to just start working on it immediately. I would have understood 1 year down the road but not just 3 days of having it. In the end they did finally make it right and I finally did get to have them put it on the lift and inspect the undercarriage which the rear a/c lines where still not 100% ran correctly where they run up by the sub frame they are crossed and touching each other and hopefully they dont rub through anytime soon. But I am leaving 5 stars because they did in the end make it right and I do know how time consuming the rear air conditioning lines can be.
Very concerned with the lack of health and safety measures at this dealership. Very few employees had on masks and those who did had them under their chin. I only saw one employee wearing it correctly. Did not feel safe here and hope they react to this feedback and do a better job of protecting their customers and one another.
Though my car didnt want to do its issues for the techs they tried hard to try and get it fixed and the update they did , made a huge difference . Scott in service and the techs did try and I appreciate that they will get you a loaner so you can get to work . I will be back when I need something else.
I took my Ford Edge in to have my passenger side air fixed as it was blowing heat constantly and my lift gate. It would open slightly and stop or shut. The air is fixed and I am pleased with that but the lift gate is in no way fixed it did the same thing the day I picked it up so that was a little disappointing.
Thomas Stancil was SUPERBLY OUTSTANDING to work with! Recently purchased a 2019 F-350 Platinum at Ganley Ford. I admit I was a pain in the backside but I wanted a certain vehicle and although they did not have the truck on site that I wanted they got it for me. Definitely recommend working with Tom and anybody else at the Dealership as it is a reflection of management. Everybody I dealt with was very knowledgeable, I received no pressure, even met with the service department. This is the third vehicle that my family (me, my mother and my son) has purchased from Ganley this year and although I live in Pittsburgh PA I will always recommend Ganley Ford in Barberton to my family and friends!
Turning in my first leased car and leasing another was easy. Since it was my first leased car, I imagined all of the questions that I would get asked.None of that happened...turned in the car, leased another...complete process from driving into the lot to driving out in my new car was 1 hour 22 minutes.Folks couldnt have been more nice and accommodating.Great car, great service and great people.Want to give a shoutout to my salesman Justin! Went out of his way to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with the transaction and spent time explaining all of the new car features.Great experience...thats why its my 3rd vehicle from Ganley Ford Barberton!Check them out!
Tom Stancil the commercial truck sales rep was absolutely awesome. He did everything he could to get the vehicle in my budget, and went above and beyond to find one even in another state and have it picked up for me. Theyve even gone as far as theyre delivering it to my house today. Ive yet to own the vehicle and use it so US future review will be in order as for the quality of the vehicle itself. As for the service at Ganley Ford I have been nothing but pleased. I have used their parts department for several years and have always been satisfied with my service there. I recommend this dealership highly.
The staff at Ganley Ford were incredibly helpful and courteous. We could not have asked for a better experience and the deal we got on our new vehicle blew all the competition out of the water. After a very stressful and unpleasant experience at the nearby Liberty Ford, thankfully we were contacted by a rep from Ganley via text. She was extremely helpful and answered nearly all our questions before we even arrived to the lot. And Mark Farina, who sold us our new SUV, could not have been more helpful and enjoyable to talk to. He went out of his way to get us the best deal possible and has contacted me several times over the past week, ensuring that I like my new SUV and that I’m not having any problems. If you are in need of a vehicle, I highly recommend you visit Ganley. You will not be disappointed.
My Escape was the first year for a new model. It has a lot of bugs. Not sure if its because its a new model or its just my car. However the team at Ganley has been so helpful in fixing every little issue there has been. Id buy another vehicle from them - just not the first year it was out. And I drive 40 minutes to get there to have my car serviced because their service department is so awesome. I highly recommend this dealership.
Tyler Smith is the BEST dealer. He took time to answer questions and helped me get into the perfect car!!John the service mgr is so kind. He spent time with me explaining what services they would provide that day!!!I will NEVER go any where else to buy a car. My entire family goes there because they are honest, kind and patient. They work their fingers to the bone to help you.
Ive purchased 3 cars through Ganley Ford and each of my experiences have been very positive. Tom Stancil is my salesperson. He is very patient, answers all of my questions thoroughly, doesnt pressure me, and in general is a great seasons salesperson. The service department also has a great team of workers. They do not try to fix things that do not need to be fixed. They are straightforward and honest. Whenever I visit the dealership every department worker seems to truly enjoy their job and treats me with the utmost respect and appreciates my business. I highly recommend Ganley Ford to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
The service department is a first class operation. If you appreciate outgoing customer service, this is your place!! You are greated with a smile, they listen attentively, accommodate you in every way possible, communicate well throughout the process, and just flat out do great work!! It will be very apparent they take pride in what they do from the service team to the technicians and so on. Plus what many dont realize...they match competitor pricing on most service and repairs! You cant beat this place. Thank you Ganley Ford in Barberton!!
I am very happy with the team at Ganley Ford. They are so friendly and super helpful in finding the car YOU are looking for not a car they want to put you in like a lot of the “other guys”. Thank you Des, Tony and Lance for your amazing customer service, listening to my needs/wants and finding the car for me! I love my 2018 Ford Explorer XLT!Service is AMAZING and quick!
Visited Ganley Ford of Norton in late March- by April 5, we had the vehicle of our choosing. Thanks to our sales person,Desmond, we had a wonderful car buying experience. He first approached us while we were window shopping and from there it was a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs as customers. He even went the extra mile to find the exact vehicle that we wanted and ensured that it was on-site within a day of locating it. We considered him to be trustworthy, of great integrity and strong character. What we liked the most is that he respected our busy schedules and was willing to offer high quality service throughout our entire experience. Moreover, he understood that we were not interested in standing around going through the elongated dealership experience.. Desmond advocated for us-to ensure that his colleagues moved swiftly through the process and without pause.Weve owned everything from Jaguars to Lexus..and few Fords in between- and I must say that this is one of- if not the BEST experience weve ever had- thanks to Desmond. I can honestly say that in the future, I will look for Desmond to be our FORD salesman.J.N. Mimi Wiley
Leased my first Ford from Mark here and had an amazing experience. Everyone here has such integrity and knowledge it was very comforting as purchasing a new car can be incredibly daunting. Will recommend this dealership to everyone I meet!I was never a Ford person, but I am now just so I can always work with these people! 🙌🏼
Drove in without an appointment but the issue with my car required them to see what was going on with it before I turned it off. They accommodated me right on the spot and took the car back to diagnose the problem. The problem was addressed part ordered and I will be back once the part arrives. Everyone was very professional and gracious. Thanks for the great experience and service.
Fulton and the service crew on Barber Road always takes good care of me i have always been scared to take my car to dealerships they charge to much but they will help you figure out ways and help with all they can with discounts thanks guys i really appreciate you all. I have NO COMPLAINTS.
John was our sales person and I have never had an experience like this sales associate and his team had given my wife and I. They were fast and straightforward with everything. They made you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in. My wife was driving her new explorer home in less than two hours. If you dont want bullshit, this is the place to go. Even if you have fair credit! Thank you John and the rest of the team at Ganley Ford!
I have mixed feelings about this place. They were very friendly and helpful but at the same time there were things I was dissapointed with on the back end of our deal. My truck did not come with a jack or tools to remove the spare tire. This was something I didnt find out until I began looking for the jack. The belt of the truck wines a lot which is something you would think that the dealer would have changed before purchase. If those few minor things were fixed I would have given 5 stars.
Cant say enough about the Service Department and how well they treat me and take care of my truck. Always welcomed with a smile and ready to service my F150. The staff there always treat me great and never try to talk me into things I dont need. Definitely 5 Stars for sure.
We bought our 2017 Ford Escape Titanium in July 2016 and we enjoyed working with Phil Sandy. He got us the car we wanted for the price we were looking for. We came back to him in April 2017 when our lease was up on our 2014 Fusion and asked him for the 2017 Fusion SE with the packages we wanted and he found it for us and got it for us the next day. We have been extremely happy with Phil and the sales department for the way they take care of the customer!!
Power steering was fixed because of recall. 2 years later it went back out and I had to pay for it. Today just over a year later it has gone back out again. Why should I have to keep paying for something that they cant seem to get right? Update, Ganley took care of the problem. Ford would only pay once but after we paid for it it was under warantee.
Everyone here was wonderful to work with, they treat you like family! We were nervous to bring our 2 year old in, but they made sure we were taken care of and that he was happy as well. They work with you to get the best possible price and do not cheat you on anything. We will for sure be going back for our next vehicle!
Thank you Ganley Ford for saving our trip. We broke down and needed a new flywheel in our E-250 van and Mark, in the Service Department got it fixed and were back on the road in record time. We made it to Little Rock in time for our National Championship sailing regatta. Thank you Ganley Ford!
I went to ganley Ford in barberton to get a car and had an ok experience. I was first pushed into a Volkswagen Jetta that I really didnt want and was pressured not to leave to watch the Ohio State vs Wisconsin game which I told the salesman Billy I would be back apparently he didnt believe me because he was very upset when I left. I did come back and again was told this was the only car I could get so me needing a car I agreed. The car was terrible and didnt fit me so I called them the next day wanting to take the car back and after fighting with them they finally decided to make it right and turned my terrible experience into an ok one. They took the car back and got me approved for the car I wanted from the get go and told me many times I didnt qualify for. I love the Ford focus and I appreciate ganley for working with me to make it right on their end. This is a good place to buy a car but just make sure you let them know what you want up front and dont settle for anything less
I had a great experience at Ganley Ford. I especially enjoyed my time working w/ Jack Lewis. Jack was very pleasant and helpful from start to finish. My wife Emily and I are excited about our new vehicle. It was very efficient across the board from the Trade In to the Buy to the Paperwork. Thanks Ganley and Great Job Jack!
I took my 04 Escape XLT there to be fixed under a recall for a fairly serious suspension issue. When I arrived I was told the repair would take 2-3 hours to complete. Much to my surprise about 45-50 minutes later the service rep came and told me my car was done! I was very happy with the speed of service. The service rep I dealt with was friendly and the whole service department seemed to work efficiently. Seems like a great dealership!
Saw a truck online advertise for a certain price. Ask for help purchasing this particular vehicle. The salesman coming back with a $5,000 increase on the purchase price. The tax title and license was not included. I guess if you wanted to sell a car you would have someone follow up and ask questions.
If you want a over priced and long stay I would suggest ganley ! Completely lied and said my mounts were torn and took it to mechanic and told me my mounts were worn but did not have to be replaced. Oh and also they’ll charge you 120 dollars for any diagnosing issue and here’s the best part.... they won’t verbally say it!!! They’ll ask you for a “quick signature” on a paper that says in small printing the charge amount.
Love our new Focus. Everyone at Ganley was great to work with, thought our trade in was a bit too far below Kelly blue book so we kept it but have nothing but good things to say about our salesman Desmond. If you happen to have a Ganley hat, shirt or mug laying around would appreciate it.will definitely be back for next vehicle.
Went in today to get some recalls fixed on my Ford Fusion ended up trading it in for a brand new 2018 Ford Escape I was taking care of very well and professionally by Mark ferina, got the car I wanted color I wanted for the amount of money I wanted to pay a month everything worked out perfectly very fast process, very nice, courteous, respectful did not try to hustle me or play games with me in any way what so ever like some other dealers would. I was 100% taken care of I am now a loyal customer thank you very much for your service and professionalism. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area lookn for a new ford.
Same as another customer. Got charged $140 for basically a suspension inspection. Ok, I get it, but Ive purchased two vehicles here (never had a problem with sales) you would think that waiving or reducing a fee would be a good customer service. Told that shocks and mounts werent under warranty and would cost $550. My mechanic did the whole thing for less than $400. Lesson: NEVER take your car to a dealership for service unless you KNOW its under warranty.UPDATE: Also, tried to call the number listed below, which is just a general number for the dealership as was told they have no idea who to put me through. Thanks OWNER! Very personalized and concerned.
This is the second Ford we have bought from Ganley in the last two years. Tom Stancil has always been the best both in the sales process and in follow up. We appreciated the Daniel Smiths assistance in financing and we were really impressed when we called our agent the next morning to update insurance and found that it was already taken care of. We love the new Escape and think Ganley has given us the BEST of new car buying and service experiences!
CJ in sales is awesome. The service department is a joke. Bought a used vehicle and within the first week had issues when going to start my vehicle after fueling (not topping off). Was told there was no issues...2 days later the issue was not only the above but also a vibrating noise from the passenger side where the fuel tank is. after being told again there was nothing wrong with my vehicle, I googled my vehicles symptoms and found it was a purge valve issue. another service person then understood the problem but of course since I had the vehicle 3 weeks and it was out of warranty...the best they offered to help with was 1/2 the price...the labor/parts according to them is $700. (the part it needs is $60) will not be returning to this dealership or purchasing vehicles in the future from the Ganley group. I purchased a new to me vehicle to get away from issues and after a week...I had issues!!!
I have been in here a couple times, each time they’ve tried to talk the people I’m with into different options. This time my boyfriend had called beforehand, and let them know his situation. He also told them our dog destroyed the seats of his truck and they said they could trade it no problem on the phone. When we get there they have the car he had picked ready and everything. He started doing paperwork and immediately I had an off put feeling. Sam seemed a bit judgmental towards the situation he was in and it immediately made me annoyed. After filling out paperwork work they immediately took the car they had pulled out already and put it back. After that they took his truck for an appraisal. Sam gets back with his truck and pretty much says with the seats and such it’s too much with what he owes. We both left quite annoyed seeing as he had already told them what was going on and they said they could help. I wish they were just honest uo front it was really just a big waste of time since they had said one thing on the phone and the story changed in person.
Started with Brandon and he was great. When a question was asked that he didn’t have the answer to he went above and beyond to get another sales guy with us. Desmond and Brandon worked well together and made it a great experience being our first at a ford dealership!

2022-03-29Franco was absolutely amazing in helping my husband and I finally get our Ford F-150. Explained everything and made sure it was as seamless as possible. Easily the best vehicle purchasing experience ever. We have followed Franco since 2015 for all of our car buying needs and refuse to go elsewhere.

2022-03-15I worked with Austin when I got my new car. This was my first time getting a car where I would be making monthly payments so I had a lot of questions. Austin did a fantastic job answering all of them and made me feel at ease while I was there. He was a fantastic person to work with as I had no idea what I wanted, just that I wanted something in good condition and affordable.

2022-05-21I dont know what to say, part for this review needs to be on me. Its a warning to others.1. DO NOT pay over MSRP, regardless of what you read online, or what they tell you in store. I just paid 5k over MSRP for this Explorer, just for them to drop the mark up on Explorers less than a week later.2. Negotiate for the absolute highest price on your trade in (good condition used cars are in demand). They lowball you initially so much, you think its a steal when they come up 2k.3. If you have good credit, go to a credit union for financing. I have (had) an 868 credit score. I fell for an APR of 4.58%The issue on all of the above point is that it feels like the classic, cliche shell game of bartering most people hate when buying a car. You could say this is just the nature of the beast, however, I did not have this experience when buying my Escape in 2015 at Kepich Ford.

2022-07-09Never had such a great experience!!! We actually flew from NH to Ohio because of the great price of the car we had been looking for. Austin Temsey went WAY above and beyond to make us feel completely comfortable with this purchase. He picked us up at the airport. Who does that?? He answered all of my many questions. He set up the purchase so it was quick. I really can’t say enough good things about this dealership and about Austin. Thank you!

2022-02-26Definitely the worst experience Ive ever had. Got tricked into driving an hour there by being told in written text they could drop the price 1k. Then after I get there the price is magically 1k higher and the sales person was not even willing to ask the manager if they could honor the price. Until I got up to leave of course. Then he was all about talking to management. Just a scam the whole time. First time Ive ever asked a sales person to ask for a lower price and was told flat out no that he wouldnt even ask. Just a very weird vibe. Then of course to make it even better starting verbally accusing me of trying to trick them and other things when I didnt want to buy any more. What a waste. Please find a reputable dealer.Luckily I did have a nice call from their customer relations department that said they heard about my experience and were very sorry with how things went and they couldnt understand why the dealership just didnt honor the price. We are talking about 1k. So I appreciate that. Id give zero stars if it werent for the effort other people have put in to try to make this go better.

2022-07-16My experience at Ken Ganley Ford in Norton, Ohio was to my surprise a rewarding one! They were so accommodating as I am handicapped. I really appreciate them working their wisdom to help me get into a vehicle that is well adapted not only to my circumstances, but financially affordable! Didnt take up too much time, and I thank them for that too!

2022-05-28I’ve never had an issue in the service department. The guys are great and will “work with you” if there’s things that don’t have to be taken care care immediately.Bought a car in a pinch a couple years ago…. Great sales and finance department. No Complaints!

2022-06-16Very good experience. Dealership picked me up from the airport. Salesman Sean was at the airport early waiting on me. I was greeted by name and asked about my flight upon walking into the dealership by management. Total transaction took less than an hour. Sean was very thorough explaining vehicle features. Very happy with dealership and process.
