I love working for kemper shuttle it is a family ran business. Our vehicles are well maintained and clean. Our drivers are very courteous and professional. I have worked her for over a year and loved every minute of it.
Kemper shuttle is the absolute Best Taxi service in Ohio. Ive taken many trips with Many taxi services and Kemper Shuttle has always been on time and courteous friendly and professional. My favorite drivers are Cheryl and Pete. Also Kiki and Camella. .They are Fantastic!!! And today I had Stephon as my driver. He was courteous and very professional. Excellent driver!!! Sophie is great! She saved me Today! She is very intelligent, professional And gets the Job Done!
Those who answer the phones have the worst customer service. They repeatedly lied about the distance and time of arrival and they were immediately rude about it.Someone elderly, who relies on transportation and medication cannot and should not be made to wait 2 hours after the promised time of arrival. Very unfortunate.
Never showed up to take me to my procedure, its extremely hard to book anything right now due to virus. I had to cancel and not sure when I can get back in
Horrible Horrible Horrible made me and my grandmother wait for 2 hours after we called for pick up and gave us the run around saying its 1 hour for pick up then after that hour passed they said 20 min and after they failed to meet that ETA oh sorry theyll be there in 10 min then failed again and said another 15min and the driver still faild. This shuttle service is unreliable I swear this is not made up.
Worse transportation service you can ever encounter. I was picked up late for my appointment and after my appointment they kept lying about where the car picking me back home was till I got frustrated and picked a taxi back home. I wasted two hours waiting for the car they claimed was 18 minutes away when I called to be transported home. Very unprofessional.

I really liked my driver that I had on 6/27/19 her name was Camilla she was very polite and kind to me and I arrived at my appointment in plenty of time I would give her a 5 star rating
FILTHY! The van desperately needed a deep clean. Driver needed an upgrade as well. Improve your image or lower your fees below the typical price for the market.

This is the worst transportation company in Cincinnati. They have dropped people off at the wrong locations and driven away while we chased after them, they have showed up late many times (up to two hours late), they have insisted via phone that they already picked someone up when they havent, they have kept us on hold for our 15 minutes only to disconnect us and they constantly lie about the status of their rides. Avoid this company at all costs.
Nice drivers but was called a racial slur when driven to the Speilman Breast Hospital by a driver when I went for a test at the Speilman Breast Hospital, but excellent otherwise.
Drivers do not wear seatbelts. They leave them buckled in then sit on the seat belt. Unsafe

2022-04-16When you get hired on theyll tell you that they want you clocked in from a certain time to a certain time. Well youd think you get paid for that time since they told you to be available. No. Thats not the case. I told them I could work 8am to 6pm. I was expected to be clocked in at 8am. Lets say my first ride isnt until 9. I wouldnt get paid for that hour but yet I was expected to be available. I used to love driving. This job really turned me off of it.

2022-07-29Kemper Shuttle provide the best transportation service in Ohio!All Drivers are trained by experienced professional trainers.Each candidate is required to get FBI/BCI and Local BACKGROUND CHECK done before get hired. DOT Med Exam is required for pre-hiring process also.Company is providing transportation for Wheelchair and Ambulatory clients 7 days a week, and a school transportation for the county.All Clients are treated with respect because Kemper Shuttle team understand how important the services they are providing!

2022-06-24Just please schedule else where for a ride, especially it it’s for a child/nonverbal person and not for yourself. Kemper Shuttle Services picked my nephew up from a visit with his mom today (06/23/2022)When I went to the van to get him out, he was sitting straight up in his car seat, his stomach was not visibly moving as a sign of breathing, his clothes were DRENCHED as if he had come from swimming and his clothes just hadn’t dried fully but NOPE. The woman did not have the Air Condition turned on in the back for him & its 87 degrees today. My nephew is only 10 months, I know for fact he was screaming, crying due to the heat and she just kept driving and never thought to even simply check on him to see what was wrong. The destination from my house is only a 21 minute drive from the location and it took her an HOUR to bring him home while he sat miserably in the heat. I was so scared and now that he is okay, I’m just angry. Do not trust this company if there is someone who’s able to be verbal for themselves! Only reason I left 1 star is so that I could leave this review! Do not take the risk with this company. She also had an attitude with her boss due to miscommunication between them and I believe her attitude resulted in negligence that could’ve costed a helpless child his life in this weather today.

2021-06-29First and foremost, the young lady that picks up the phone is incredibly rude. She has yelled at me, told me to shut up and listen and accuse me of lying. The entire ordeal occurred today 06/29 when a driver picked me up from a treatment to take me home. He didnt understand or speak English, so any attempt to talk to him led me nowhere. He was taking me to a wrong destination, U-turning, cutting off traffic, speeding, and running red lights. I had to call the woman in panic asking why hes acting like this and apparently she called him in their native language then supposedly rectified the issue. I have filed a complaint against this company.

2019-07-30I used your services today for the first time and I was totally impressed. When I called to schedule my wheel chair transport, the lady was most helpful & knowledgeable. I got a text yesterday to confirm my appointment. Today the driver arrived as scheduled (a little early actually) she was kind, professional, helpful and friendly. On the return trip it was the same great service. I’m sorry I don’t remember their names but kudos to all for doing a great job. The vehicle was clean and well kept. I could not be more pleased. I will share this with Senior Options as well. I’ve had two other companies and one was just ok & the other was very unprofessional & the service was subpar.Again thanks to all.Walter Sigman

2020-02-12Excellent service, prompt, courteous and responsive. Miko is very helpful in making arrangements. Stephan, the driver talks with my brain-injured son, Anthony. My son is happy and that makes me happy. The only issue is that occasionally the office staffer who calls is confused and a little hard to understand.

2018-07-20WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!!Don’t waste your time!!! Unreliable and will keep you waiting until after your appointment time to let you know that they are not going to pick you up. After repeated calls from me and being kept on hold for half an hour.They did not show up to take me to my doctor’s appointment twice in one week. These appointments are critical to my recovery. I finally had to hire and pay out of pocket for a Lyft driver.I had to give them one star to be able to leave a review. They don’t deserve any stars.
