I went to this business to test drive a 2008 Honda civic. It was to men in there when I stepped in. One was with customers one was not. The one without a customers just looked at me the other addressed me and said the car was gone due to flat and that he would give me a call on Monday when it was back. Its Wednesday and I was told this on Saturday. No call or anything
Update: Everything was good until it got hot this summer. I specifically asked them about the air conditioning since we purchased it in winter and couldnt check it. They said they check everything out and it was working. Just had it checked out since it wasnt working. The rear lines had been cut and plugged. They would have known it wasnt working. Now it is costing us a lot to get it fixed. So they were not honest with us! I would have the vehicle checked out yourself before making a purchase. Purchased a van a couple of weeks ago from here. They have competitively priced vehicles that are clean and well checked out. There were a couple of things that we wanted checked out and they took care of all of them. No pressure to buy and he made sure to go over all the details of the sale. I would recommend this dealer to others and will probably be back next time we are looking for a vehicle.
This was my 2nd time personally buying from Kelly’s. My parents and sister have also purchased cars with them. We traded in a Honda Civic that I had actually purchased from them a few years prior for a Subaru Impreza. We worked with Brian who was honest and willing to negotiate and work with us. He also fit us into his busy schedule so we could purchase the vehicle quickly. We got a great deal on our trade in and a beautiful new car. They also have a great selection and are very friendly and accommodating. They are a dealership I would love to work with again in the future.
This was our second time buying a car from Kelly’s. Their vehicles are always well taken care of, very clean, and priced fairly. Brian was down to earth, very nice, and didn’t rush us at all. I had purchased a car when this lot opened 18 years ago. Had a great experience then and I was a kid. Purchased another car 2/12/21 had another great experience. The price on the window is what you pay for the vehicle. Very fair and honest establishment. I dealt with a guy named Brian and he was a very nice guy that had a sense of humor. I recently bought a car from Kellys Auto Sales; the experience was great. The salesman Jason was friendly and helpful not overbearing trying to talk me into buying a car. He let me look at my leisure and to let him know if I wanted to take a test drive which I did. During the paperwork, he explained all the documents and was very professional. I purchased a truck from Kellys back in March this year, so I guess this would a long term review. I was pleased with my purchase and the value. They were fantastic throughout the whole process, matched the price that true car had and even replaced a few minor items I had concerns of. Straight shooters, no pressure buying experience. I purchased a Chevy Cruze from here in October and the car was sold as is. I had issues which the dealership indicated I needed to start with replacing the pistons and if that did not work that I would need to replace the motor. I reached out to Kellys and they stepped into action going above and beyond what they needed to and helped me resolve the issue without using the dealership who wanted to charge high prices. I highly recommend this company as they have integrity and helped out when needed.

I have waited 2 months to post this review because I wanted to be able to say with all certainty that the guys at Kellys sold me a great car at a great price. I had been shopping for an older Corvette for some time. Some were misrepresented in their descriptions on-line. Not the case with Kellys. The car was as advertised and they were great to deal with.After two months with the car I am still very happy. I will shop here again.

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Kelly’s Auto Sales and I was just as happy with this visit as I was the first! I called to request a test drive for a Dodge Grand Caravan and they had it ready to go for me when I arrived! They were not pushy AT ALL and were very quick to answer all of my questions and showed me all features of the vehicle before I left for my test drive. Keith and Kelly are wonderful to work with. I searched all across the US for a trailblazer under certain mileage and at a good price and found it on his lot. I flew from Alabama to purchase this vehicle. My first flight ended up getting messed up so they stayed open late and picked me up from the airport just to get this vehicle. We purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot with 80,000 miles. The car had a flawless history, same dealership for all its services. We bought it with an as is warrenty. One month later the transmission acted strange and would not shift properly and would stick in gears. I contacted Kellys and without any hassle they told me to bring it back. They determined it needed a new transmission. They put a new transmission in didnt charge me a penny, no questions asked. I didnt have to hassle with them at all they just fixed the issue. They are a great company to do business with. I believe they try to find quality used cars to sell and they take care of customers after a sale! I bought this car with an as is warrenty you never hear these stories end so well! Thankyou Kellys!
Drove down from Michigan and bought an 04 SRT-10 from Kelly and Mike and couldnt have had a better experience. Mike had the truck all ready for me when I got there and after some very pleasant negotiating, they had me on my way. Kelly made sure the truck had an oil change and fresh pads on it before I left and even filled the tank for me. I know its not a huge dealership, but I wouldnt hesitate to send anyone here if Kelly had something in stock that they wanted.Thanks guys!Brian

Listen, I have purchased a number of vehicles from used car dealerships through out my existence on this planet. The folks at Kellys, and I mean all of them were fantastic. I came from Virginia to Canton Ohio to purchase an H2 SUT. Most of the deal was put together over the phone, and I asked for pictures and videos, obviously trying to do my due diligence before I drove to Canton. They answered every request with promptness and professionalism. They had a number of opportunities to misrepresent what they had for sale and never did. When I arrived at the dealership, the truck I found was exactly what they said it was, and was exactly what I was looking for! The purchase was smooth and stress free. They never pressured me, the were pretty much right on time with everything they did. I am currently driving this truck and love it! Although I may never again be looking for an H2, Kellys is on my list of inventorys to check when I am in the market for another car. I would be willing to drive back to Ohio if I found what I was looking for there, and would recommend these guys without hesitation.

Went to trade in a car and buy a new one. Upon getting approved for my loan they took my car for a 2 minute test drive, and determined that there was something wrong with my transmission and clutch. I took it to Ford where i got documentation stating that my transmission and clutch had no problems whatsoever. When i returned they had the same person step in the car for less than a minute, and he came back in still saying my car had issues, even though there was nothing wrong with a car. If you are young, they will attempt to bleed you out of money over issues that arent even there during a trade in. Only reason why I gave a 2 star review is because the first saleman (Jason) was very nice and was very willing to work with me if i got documentation on the car stating there were no problems. The next worker i worked with had no care but to get as much money out of me that he could. Would highly recommend staying away from this dealership

The people here at kellys auto sales are truly great people. They treated me like they had known me my whole life and thats what I want in a car dealership. Never pushed me or leaned me towards anything else other then the type of vehicle I wanted. They treat you with respect and they will do anything in there power to help out and get you the best deal possible. Ive held off with my review until I had my Ridgeline I bought from Kelly’s for about a month and I saw what they did with my trade in. Ive bought 9 cars in my life: 4 from owners, and 5 from car dealerships (3 big and 2 independent lots). I like to think that I have some pretty good experience. I work in a sales organization and I am wearily aware of the obsequious nature of all sales people, not just used car dealers.I can identify sales “tricks” and angles pretty easily, and I was on my guard the entire time I was at Kelly’s. And you know what? I never saw it happen. I called ahead after a particularly slimey encounter at LaFontaine Volkswagon in Dearborne, MI and arrived later than anticipated. About 30 minutes until closing. It was bitter cold and windy as could be. Usually in these cases dealerships will have the car moved up front and had it running for a while. (That’s a trick so that you can’t see how it starts from a cold start nor how long it takes to warm up) I got to check the cold oil level, warm up time, and cold start. It’s almost like they had nothing to hide. Weird.After a long test ride, I was sold on the truck. It was better than described on their website if you can believe it. It came time to talk money. They were firm on the price, and I really can’t complain since it honestly was a fair price. On my trade in, it took a little back and forth, but we came to again what I can only call a fair price. Let me emphasize that, everything was fair – they didn’t over price their vehicle nor did they offer an insultingly low trade in value in case an expert haggler came in. They were straight up honest the entire time.By this time, they had been closed for almost an hour. I never felt rushed, I never got the impression they were inconvenienced either. They were friendly, but not faking wanting to know everything about me and be lifelong BFF’s. And to top it off, they found a better loan rate and term than my credit union. So I got the truck I wanted, with better terms than I had, and with a better trade in offer than anywhere else.The entire time I was working with Kelly’s, my father was checking out all the cars and trucks on the lot. During the ride home, he said he couldn’t help but notice every car looked nice. Not used up junk with a wax job and a detail. I spent 9 hours on the road that day total, and it was worth it to find this dealership. Several years down the road when anyone in my family needs a car, this will be the first place I look.

I recommend and already have recommended people to stop by and talk with them. Hold up to their word, and have even called in to check up on how things have been going with my new vehicle. So my wife and I had been looking for a dodge ram mega cab for a few months . we live near Cincinnati and we test drove 3 other trucks closer to us and they were all beat . they were mis represented by the ads. So I came across an 09 mega cab for sale at this place and it looked amazing in the pictures. Loaded all the bells and whistles but heres the catch it was 3 hrs 24 mins away. After some talk my wife and I decided to go for it. Kelly went above and beyond to help us out with both our schedules theres only 1 weekend a month where we could go. Last weekend we went up there on a Sunday even the truck was perfect everything was accurate in the description so we bought it. Have had the truck a few days now and its running great. Purchased a Camaro SS way back in 2011 I believe maybe 12. Everyone was super professional and got right to the point. Went there just to look and ended up with it the next day as a first time car buyer. Put 20k miles on the car in a year and never had to put a time into it. Quality vehicles at good prices.
Ive bought 2 cars off Kelly personally and my familys gotten around 5-6 and every single car has been nothing but great! My newest purchase was an 07 jeep commander and I also purchased with it the gwc warranty and gap coverage. I did experience issues with the car (normal service issues, ie. Break caliber replacements, back up assist help, and a squeaky shock issue. With an older car and 100K miles its usual) Anyway, I let Kelly know all issues with the car and the same or next day I was in his shop with his guys looking for an issue! And if there were any issues hed call ahead of time and schuegdle you in with a recommended car shop! Wonderful! Now adays with crooked car salesman trying to get an arm and a leg it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Kelly and ALL of his workers!
Kellys sold me the worst car Im ever likely to own. Ill list the problems Ive had since buying this 2009 Volvo s40 for $8000 in September.-A/C system not blowing air out of all vents-ABS sensor stopped working-Right front axle snapped while drivingNow, props to Kellys for fixing these first three problems for a free/discounted price. However, when they fixed the A/C issue, they did not reattach the dashboard correctly leading to more issues:-Manual option on gear shifter not working-CD player will not eject because the dash is not aligned properlySince having these problems in 2017, Ive only had more problems in 2018:-Drivers door would not latch in cold weather (I had to drive it to the shop holding the door closed with my other hand)And most recently, just today (May 4th):-A/C stopped blowing cold air and the car needs a new condenser.The only positive thing I can say about Kellys is that they were very kind and professional people to work with, but the car they sold me has been an absolute nightmare from day one. Its May now and I want to like the car, but I cant if its in the shop almost once a month. looking into buying something else, because it might simply be cheaper to.
First time buying a car on my own and it was pretty evident. Mike and Keith are nice guys who worked with me and my budget. Only disappointing thing is the front left speaker was blown out and I didnt realize it until after I purchased it. Although it is up to me to check the car, it would have been nice to know. And I imagine they were aware as knowing the details of the cars on your lot is part of being a car salesman. Just make sure you check all areas of the car. I felt it strange that they repeatedly told me they werent liable for anything once the car was off the lot. Do your due diligence with their cars.
Staff was friendly and busy so I didnt get jumped on like at other dealerships. The car I stopped to look at was very beat up, not sure they are all this way but it did leave me with this impression: the cost of the car on the windshield is higher than the actual quality of the overall vehicle on this lot.What I looked at was $5900, I would have only given $2000 for it, thats how destroyed this car was and it was quite a shame.

This guy must have been a crack dealer previously, when asked if I could get a better price, he stated, we use aggressive pricing here THREE TIMES during our conversation, not a good way to win sales, nor a warm welcoming feeling, I felt like he did not want nor need my business, even though I really loved the car, the guy was a douchebag. I would not recommend this person for a job advancement. He should be hustling on the corner somewhere.

Not pushy. Not aggressive.I cant remember his name but I test drove the ridgeline they had and the guy was super cool about it. He even told me features and the differences between the years of the vehicles.Very knowledgeable and friendly, but not overbearing.
My boyfriend who was diagnosed in February with stage 4 colorectal cancer survived brain surgery and cancer has now affected his other parts. He decided to buy a car he loved a charger it was used because he couldnt afford new and today after having it just a few weeks those lovely black rims washed away at the car wash, kinda pealed away like tape. He was so upset, the shiny chipped up rims were so ugly. J feel so bad .its 1400 or so for real black rims. Painted wow I wonder what else we will find. I really thought Kellys was a good place. Bought a Honda there with a radio that required a code. Kellys said theyd get me the code....its a month later and Im still waiting for that code! They dont do any work on their vehicles except detailing before they sell them. Did I save some cash there? Maybe a little bit. But the repairs on the brakes, struts and shocks cost more than the money I saved.

Dont go there 40 minutes before they close. They will treat u poorly and not want to take time to hash out any kind of deal. I understand people want to go home from work, but at least act like u want to sell me a car. I wasnt expecting to drive off the lot right away. I may try to go there again because they do have nice vehicles, but might need a better salesman.
False Advertisement. Buyer Beware. Luckily took the truck I was test driving to Progressive Dodge for a Pre-purchase Inspection. Mechanic mentioned the truck was a plow truck and had a wires for a hookup which was never advertised. Front end needed replaced and transmission lines leaking. Dealers tried to explain they would fix it, but why would you try to sell and false advertise a truck that needed fixed.
Gave Kelly and the gang a second chance - same great service, honesty, and low, low pressure as before, but this time with a much longer and thorough test drive. Recommending Kelly to all my friends looking for a vehicle.

I made a deal with the saleman, and he had everything on paper we talked about. I called to two days later to put a down payment on the vehicle, until I could pick it up and the owner didnt like the price we agreed on. He told me that I was confused and wrong.
My daughter and I visited here today and they literally let 10k walk off the lot. They pretty much ignored us. It was cold today so I will give them that. However, we kept it moving down to Waikem.
No pressure, great friendly service, reasonably priced vehicles, priced on windshield, would recommend to anyone. I love my new car!

2021-03-13Down to earth car lot very friendly, kind and very easy to work with. The car selection is decent here for a small lot, prices are comparable and theyre not all rust buckets like at some of the other Mom and Pop dealerships we looked at. We found my 16-year-olds first car here. Kelly is just an awesome dude all the way around he made the car by an experience very simple and no stress at all.

2017-10-16Unbelievably honest & the best car buying experience Ive ever had! I found a 2008 Acura TL on auto trader. I sent a quick email to get more information. Within 20 minutes I had a missed call, I called him back and I gave him a list of questions. I was nervous because I live 4 hours away.Within 24 hours I had all of my questions answered, pictures, and descriptions of a few small things he thought I would have an issue with. Impressed with how straight forward the process was I scheduled an appointment and put a downpayment on the car over the phone.I drove up Sunday night and stayed in a hotel about 10 minutes from the dealership. The owner picked me up at the hotel! All night I was nervous about getting dropped off and the car not being the way it was described, that was not the case! Everything was perfect and EXACTLY how he described over the phone. I couldnt believe it. I purchased the car, did the paperwork, and cruised home!The whole transaction was incredibly honest and straightforward! This is how business should be! The auto industry could learn a lot from Kellys Auto Sales
