We spoke to them on the phone and they assured us the car my son wanted was in excellent condition. We told them we were coming from 2 hours away. We arrived and the appearance of the car did not look like the picture. The car was obviously wrecked. The paint on the front of the car was different than the back. Lots of gauges in the paint. The car wouldnt start, once it did we took for a drive, smoke was coming out of it. You could smell the radiator fluid leaking. The inside of the car was also really beaten up. The arm rest was missing. The sunroof and radio did not work. A wasted day for us and a disappointed son. He was buying his first car, so he thought.
First off...clear your voicemail so we can leave a message since you guys dont answer your phone. Second off...my fiance bought a car from you guys about a month ago that was of course perfectly fine at the lot but driving it for one day the check engine light went on and overheated. This was just suppose to be a first car for his daughter and its turned into a nightmare and SHE still has no car to drive and he is another $600 out trying to fix it with no success. Still trying to get this car running...cost $2000 from you guys and YOU WONT ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!! Cant even bring the car to you because it wont run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $2000 could have gotten us a better car going through marketplace online but he chose u being a dealership and you totally screwed us outta our money!!!!!!!
BAD BUSINESS...Dick you around, dick you around, then dick you around some more...Saw an 2008 Escape they listed on FB for $4,500, drove over an hour to see it, wasnt to awful and put a down payment of $1,500 to hold it...Came back on the weekend to pick it up and they told me the vehicle was $5,500. Couldnt back out of it cause the agreement on the deposit said Id lose my deposit, so I bought it anyways...Filled out all of the paper work and they said, give it a few weeks to get your title in the mail. Well that turned into 5 weeks and no title. So I had to stay on their asses for over a week to get them to give me any info on my title. So after about 2 weeks, of getting in their asses every day, they finally had my title in hand and said that they would mail it to me, but I told theme to hold it, cause I was on my way to get it.After getting the title, the sale price was listed as $5,000 instead of $5,500 on the title, so they made a call and said theyd get that changed and mail me out the corrected title. Thats been over a week now...Moral of the story, you may like the vehicle and the price is so so, but to deal with them and to give them your time and money is the worst thing you could do...
I financed a vehicle through them last year. The only thing I didnt like was that I bought it with the check enginelight on. I could pot 9 my own amount down and p pay what I wanted every month our 2 weeks.
I just bought a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Loredo last month from them, i had been looking for a Jeep for quite some time. But obviously living in NE Ohio its hard to find a good used one in good condition. I came across this Jeep i believe they had it posted on Craigslist, they responded to me after a few days because they were closed and i went same day to view and test drive the Jeep. The workers were very nice, there selection was pretty good!!! I test drove the Jeep and spoke with a couple people to try and negotiate the price as anyone would do, and needless to say i drove it home that day paying cash in full. I did have a few minor repairs to make, and i mean very minor. I havent had to put really any money into this Jeep to fix anything accept the exhaust and muffler bc over time its a repair nobody can escape. I absolutely would recommend this company to anyone and have spoken highly about them and my vehicle since day 1. Ive gotten many compliments on the Jeep and I am extremely happy with my purchase, from a Jeep lover and having owned several prior....... this was a very well spent purchase.
Purchase car from them for my daughter Dec 07,2018. Have not yet received title. Tried to reach out to them several times regarding this matter each time I was told someone would call me in a couple days because the title is being processed. Now her tags are about to expire in a couple days and will not be able to drive her car. I never delt with such unprofessional people in my life. That was my first and last time dealing with a side car lot. Moving forward I’m left with no choice but to seek legal actions!!
Just got a 2006 honda from them not even a month ago still owe money to them. They sold us a lemon. A warranty that doesnt cover the car due to milage that they know about so got denied for warranty covering a knocking in engine. Today went to start up car and white smoke coming from tail pipe. They keep saying will call back after talking to manager which is a damn lie. We have spoke to lawyer and there is a case. They lied about having oil change done on car the day we got the car. Once the knocking noise started we checked the oil come to find it completely empty. Oil change sticker was a lie on window one of the guys even said not to believe the sticker when i called about the issue. Then after the warranty place tells us they refunded the money back to them and i went up to kellys. They said they also have another warranty place but wont cover the issues with car. They are lying about the warranties and lying on paperwork. We asked for a new car or money back they refused to work with us in any way. Mind you my 45 day tags dont expire until may 11. We got car on march 28th 2017. The key to the car is broke and will cost 200 dollars to fix as well but they told us it was just a shell that needed replaced. Smh we asked the guy more than once is there any issues with engine transmission or anything and he said no each time.
Let me tell you something and read this VERY carefully. I dealt with someone named Vän over here at this place and this guy is not only a swindler but a LIAR and a thief. I drove well over an hour to look at an Accord on the lot which was marked at 147,000 miles online and also described over the phone. As soon as I saw the car, it was NOT at all what the pictures looked like and when I turned the key over, THE ODOMETER READ OVER 191,000 miles!! When I questioned him about it, all he could say was “It’s still a good car” and “You’re wasting your time going to other places”. As far as I’m concerned, if this is the quality of salesmen at this place, I would recommend turning around and driving as far away from this place as you can. They will literally say ANYTHING to get you to buy a car. Bad, bad, bad...
Inquired about a Jeep Wrangler they had for sale. Online price showed $11,999 in January and then the pics showed the Jeep with a window sticker of $10,990. During my inquiry they responded and told me they would sell for $10,999 and that was a deal because they just lowered the price. Pretty obvious here that they thought I wasnt observant of their pricing. In addition the pics of the Jeep were when it was warmer out and the trees had leaves. Ironic part is after I pointed this out to the sales guy, a day later the pic of the vehicle was updated showing snow and the new higher window sticker. I would believe the other negative reviews easily about the bait and switch stuff here. Once the AG gets wind of whats going on I cant imagine how much longer theyll be operating.
Horrible place to deal with!!!! I bought a 99 expedition from them Friday took it to my mechanic the next day to find out that its not street safe. The truck on the back passengers side had no rotor!!! Frame is shot. Took it back the next day to try to get my money back and they refused. Police is involved and now I have a lawsuit against them. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO NOBODY!! ill also be in touch with every Newcast. I asked him 3 times if this vehicle was safe cause I have 4 kids Im putting in this and he said yes and lied and with the frame thats shot where its holding my rear in in place is not fixable in anyway its considered by a mechanic that its not street safe and by law I had 3 days to return and get my money back and he refused!!
Worst ever just brought a car not even a hour later broke down 6500 gone they refuse to swap out car, refused to give me money back, said they would send a tow truck after the car broke down which left me & my two young children strained on the freeway. Nobody called back, I called multiple times to see if tow truck coming & nothing. Dont buy from them....
This place is the worst. Bought a impala cash with the agreement that they would repair a tire and split the cost of a window. Low and behold when I called to get the window handles the doubled the cost to 350 dollars whis is rediculous and bull pretty much they werent paying anything for the window and where ripping me off. They took my money and had no intention on sticking to there end of the deal. I would never recommend this place to anyone bunch of scammers that sell junk cars rip people off and there word means nothing. Very unprofessional from start to end was the biggest mistake I could of made was going there.
First every experience is diffrent as we are all diffrent people so for those that have a good experience great as we all shoyld have had as well star plz on the other hand if i cud i would give negative -100 stars I was welcome by Vinny whom seemed nice and professional. After the sale diffrent story i was told call thier mechanic whom blew me. Off jus as Kelly auto did than Vinny said its a benz its clean take it with a grain of salt the car seem to have issues inwhich the asking price was too much and on top of that i had to go to the ohio attorney general to do a resend because you should have some type of title within a certain time of like 30 days as the dmv will not keep issuing temp tags also the dealers exspects you to pay on a car you cant drive a side the work the car needed breaks the first week and than front lights blew out the tires were all ready bald all kind of lights on in thecar electrical problems the seat wouldnt adjust i was told it was a fuse it wasnt and to top it off my calls were not being taking or returned but i had to still pay on the car no way i filed my claim and ended up retirning the car as i had been trying to do since dec 2018 when i got it than they also had to give money back as they violated our contract terms by not furnishing the title in the right time alloted however mt money was needed and held up almost 5 months i didnt even wanna do this review theres no need to do bbb as they have a and have had one since 2012 and necer settle any thing concern bbb or even they contact so thats how you keep an F so with that being said if they were to give me a car i dont want anything from them hopefully they ll read thier reviews and be more honest car dealership if the car needs work say sobehonest dobtcharge over blue book value dobt scam people just to make a dollar or make a living by doing people wrong just to get what they want i was taught a lesson check out more than reviews check out ohio attorney general files and bbb along with reviews especially when purchasing anything used
Made a deal to sell them my kids car, and we were going to meet at bank to transfer title 2 days later. I noticed the oil light went off on my way home. Googled the issue and it stated that it was a $30 repair. Called them to inform them of issue, and they said not to worry about it as they were going to be working on car anyway.Well 2 days later, at 3:48, while on my way to meet him at the bank at 4:00, he decides to inform me that we should renegotiate the deal because the light could mean the engine was about to blow.... Wanted to cut price in half.... Could not understand why I was angry that he waited until the last minute to pull this stunt.So I put in the $30 part, the light is off, and these folks wasted my time....
I bought a car from them March 13 2019 it’s now May 9 2019. The second week after getting my car the every light popped up. Been calling them every since and went up there numerous times to tell them about my car they brushed me off and told me to go to their mechanic so I went up there one last time and my car broke down right in front of there lot and vinny told me to my car in neutral, I did thinking they was about to do something and vinny and some other guy pushed my car right off there lot unto a construction zone and then vinny told me I gotta move my car out of there construction zone cuz they working. And then vinny got in his car closed the gate and left. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR LIKE HONESTLY YHEY DONT NO HOW TO DO BUSINESS AND DONT NO HOW TO TREAT PPL. And there is a law that states you are not supposed to treat your buyers unfair I will be putting this in legal hands because I could have gotten hurt by him and the guy pushing me into a construction zone in front of a truck!
Went and bought a car that was completely a piece of crapt falling apart. Went back the next day refused to refund my money. They did some fraudulent things and I threatened with the FTC and the BBB and my lawyer... got my money back. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE . They buy cars from the junk yard and re sell them.

I purchased an 2007 Chrysler Sebring 6/14 @ 6pm as soon as I drove off the lot the airbag light and brake light came on went to streets down to the gas station to notice passenger back door also didnt open. I quickly turned back around to take back and they were close. I then called the company # no answer and the voicemail was full so I called a cell phone number and explained I was trying to bring back the vehicle. He told me to come tomorrow between 12-3 pm I went between that time and he wasnt there two other men were a man name mike and a guy with glasses. The guy with glasses told me I had to wait on Dan the guy who sold me the car. I asked for Dans manager he explained there is no other manager! Then I spoke with Mike I told him my problem he quoted Oh, thats a $10 ix and censors thats nothing big. I explained those arent minor especially with an infant in the car. Asked for my # told me he would make an appointment to be looked at and call/text me later with an appointment for 6/16. I never received a call or text. So I called and texted that cell phone number explaining how I was unsatisfied no response I called the business to speak with Dan, NO DAN. So I drove back up to Kelly Auto Group and Dan was outside painting over the rust of a Ford Taurus and I explained to him how the airbag sensor is on the brake light is on the brakes are gone in that car and there is a crack on the front fendor he went on to say those were minor fixes and to take to his shop I explained I would like my money back because I am not satisfied. Advised Ive been calling coming to the shop and EVERYONE is giving me the run around. I asked him to call his manager because I would like my check back please. HE LOOKED AT HIS PHONE SAID HE IS AT THE AUCTION BUT HE WILL CALL AND SEE. Said he has already did the title. I told him to please call his manager and call me back. He said ok and said take to his shop that he didnt give me information for. I had to go back and ask where is shop? And come 6/17 NO CALL and when I went to the shop again NO DAN
IF YOU WANT AN HONEST DEALERSHIP, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONEThis place is a joke !!! I called this place two days ago about a vehicle. I informed them that I was from Pittsburgh and wanted to know if there was any problems with the vehicle before I drove two hours to look at it. I got there and a young kid showed me the vehicle which was held together by duct tape and zip ties. I asked him to open the rear gate, he returned with a pair of pliers to open it because the cable was broken??IT SHOULD BE A CRIME TO SELL CARS IN THE CONDITION IN WHICH THIS LITTLE HUT OF A BUSINESS SELLS THEM IN

THE WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR EVER, do not have good prices or good cars they sell lemons horrible costumer service !! Not such great customer service. I walked in and spoke with a sales representative home was supposed to reach back out to me when a vehicle of my choice came in around two hours later but I never heard from them. Theyre not the best when it comes to communication I didnt see many cars on the lot that I liked that was the reason why I was awaiting but overall the customer service is poor.

Just bought a vehicle from them in February and an extended warranty they never turned the extended warranty papers over to the company until it was too late the company returned the money that I paid for the warranty to the company and fighting with the BBB and attorney general to get that lease that money back the car that I purchased found out the next day had a head gasket coolant leak will never recommend this place to anyone

2022-05-22My boy was gonna get a car from them. But they said that the title was gonna take 2 to 3 months till it comes in. His money was already took out of the bank for it. If it was agreed on than you should stick with that agreement. Dont make someone come 4hr 30mins. #32gang

2021-05-04I had read the reviews on this place after my sister found it online for us to go look. We first went in morning but because I had bad experiences in my last car purchase I wanted to shop around. By 5 pm we went back to them and I did end up buying my ford explorer. 1) he was completely honest about the car. And it was a car that came from out of state and he still let me know every detail he could. He even told me another vehicle available, a van, was also very reliable (but I wanted a suv Im stubborn lol)... 2) he stayed later than closing and sat with me in the office for like an hour being so understanding that I had to call the bank to approve the transaction since it was a higher amount than usual... 3) even with it being a vehicle that originally came from out of state I got the title in time before the tag expired with no issues .. 4) I LOVE my truck (I call it a truck)... I had a very bad experience 6 months ago buying a van from a different place and Im a single mother of 7 so I have to save and have miracles happen to make big purchases like this but it has been exactly what we needed and for once I didnt get scammed and this is probably the most reliable car Ive had in years honestly. I even drive to PA every weekend twice from Ohio for one of my sons and I never have to worry about us breaking down with all my baby girls in the car. I see a lot of people have had negative experiences but mine was very positive. Thank you so much guys!!!!!

2018-11-29The worst company I’ve ever done business with.I got a 2010 hunk of junk! The day after I bought the car, it wouldn’t start. They referred me to their “mechanic” who insisted that the car was fine, meanwhile every light in the book is lit.They ignore your calls, because they know the kind of scams they’re running! I called muliple times with no answer. I ended up having to get my sister to call from her phone just to ask them about the car’s title.I’ve already had over $500 worth of work done, and there are more things needed. The car’s issues were not disclosed to me at the time of the signing, and I asked more than enough questions.When I called to ask them about returning the car in order for it to be sold, they said I could. Shortly after, they sold the account, locking me into payments for a car that has left me stranded!These people do not know what it means to have integrity, which is necessary to build credibility in the business world. They truly are predators... worst decision of my life.

2020-03-17Had to change my star review and also add some words to my review.While buying the car from Kelly Auto group was easy enough, they were very kind and keen on getting our money for the car we decided on buying, after receiving the payment, their service went down to zero!it has since been two months and still havent got our license plate. We have been on the phone with them a couple of times but for nought.Yesterday we were told to come and pick up our license plate. we drove 30 minutes just to get there and hear an apology for not being able to get it.Today is the last day of our temporary license plate, we are very disappointed!

2019-10-26DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!! Put a downpayment on a car & the dealer was supposed to fix the sunroof, attach the spare tire & clean the car. We drove 3 hours to pick it up & none of it was done. The owner promised to take care of it & ship it to us. Two weeks & several phone calls later it was finally delivered. Sun roof still broken, tire still in back seat & filthy. Best of all it wont start. Total rip off.

My girlfriend bought a car from here few months ago and after she demanded I stop there first I did, and it was our last stop. got a 02 Lexus ls430 that was really clean and have got lots of compliments. Plus they worked out a great deal on the price lowering it $300 less. A+
