I find their service personnel very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. When I make an appointment they take my car right in and do the work in a timely manner and have me back on the road quickly. They stay in touch with me via email often offering discounts quite often as well. They keep up with my routine maintenance and remind me before needed. My next vehicle will be purchased at KDK Mitsubishi.

Sales manager John did everything to make my buying experience pleasant and seamless. I’m the proud owner of a new 2001 corvette. During the purchase process a couple of minor issues were discovered with the car, and John and staff did everything to take care of these issues. Great cars. Great service. Great buying experience.
I drove from 600 miles to pick up my new car. Coming from a distance, I wanted to be sure everything ran smoothly. The buying process was made very simple by the sales manager. The pickup was also very easy. I had an issue with the air suspension driving home. The KDK sales manager did the right thing and reimbursed me for 1/2 of the repair. An all in all good experience.
Had a great experience! When I initially contacted them about a vehicle, they responded almost immediately! Found a vehicle we were very happy with, went in with pre approved financing and they found us an even lower interest rate! No pressure and Justin took good care of us.
My sister had to have our Outlander serviced here. She was new to the area and was treated very well when she had to have her car towed to the dealership. Todd in the service department worked with us to convince our extended warranty company to cover the repairs. It ended up being a very expensive repair so we are very thankful for Todd’s attention to detail and keeping us up to date on what was going on. Will definitely have her car serviced here in the future since she received such good service.
My first experience with KDK Mitsubishi was phenomenal. Not just great, it was seriously one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a car! No joke zone.Justin was my Sales Associate. He knew the car well and he listened to me… and I had A LOT of questions! Justin definitely helped me understand the process well, and was accommodating from start to finish. I really appreciated that.Also credit to the employees here too. KDK has great people across the board! Just found a gem of a vehicle from Caitlin Tube at KDK Mitsubishi, she was absolutely amazing! Not like your average pushy car sales rep what so ever… very relaxed and knowledgeable. Buyer Beware! Salesman completely misrepresented a used car they had listed on Cars.com they were very good at posting photos that did not show the vehicles flaws. When I spoke to the salesman I informed him I would be driving 5 hours one way, and repeatedly ask him about the condition of the vehicle. Specifically the condition of the body as to rust. I was informed it was in great condition and had been well cared for. After making the trip I found a vehicle that was extremely rusted, that had been covered up with a textured paint. The sales manager was not very sympathetic or concerned about my wasted trip. But did offer to reduce the price $300 or $400 dollars as if that would make it ok. I would be very careful when dealing with this dealership.
All I can say is WOW! Great inventory & knowledgeable, informative staff. This is my first time here & I absolutely love this place. Everyone from Justin in sales to Ron in finance made the process smooth as possible. Justin & Ron really went to bat for me & was able to get me a lower rate than my pre approval. Ill start by saying everyone I spoke with has been very nice. However there are several things that are not sitting right with me.1. I flew in from out of state and was told I would be picked up at the airport. That did not happen. Had to get an Uber and was told I would be reimbursed for the cost. Didnt happen2. When Im told well get the truck ready for you, I would assume the tank would have been full. No, 20 miles to E3. Was told I have a 3 month warranty. When I finally got home I noticed all the shocks were leaking oil, so I contacted Steve and was told I would be getting a check to help cover the cost of either rebuilding or getting new shocks. That didnt happen either. The 4 wheel drive does not work, so I wanted to take it to a dealership to use that 3 month warranty. I was told not to take it to a Ford dealership because they are to expensive and to get a quote( which I will have to pay for) and upon review I would get a check.(Well Im still waiting on the check for the shocks) fixed it myself. It was not just a solenoid the 4x4 hubs are destroyed.4. I just received the title with a lean on it, so I have to do all the leg work of getting it transferred over to the lender. Plus I have to do TT and L all myself. I have never had to do this with any vehicle I have bought.I would have liked to have known about this prior to buying the vehicle.Not one of these things is a huge deal, but combined it is very unprofessional.Nice people and will tell you everything you want to hear but take it with a grain of salt.Picture is of the hubs. Ive been coming to KDK for a few years now. The sales team are the best around. They work with you to help you find the best vehicle for you and your budget. Ryan is one of the best. Hes very knowledgeable about the vehicle which makes it easier for you to make the correct purchase. He stays within your limit and there are tons of cars to choose from so no worries there.
ONEWMy experience with my salesman, RJ, was very smooth. I purchased a car from out of town, totally sight unseen and everything was great. Our transaction was handled via phone and mail, and all the paperwork was signed and sent through FedEx. The car was ready on the day I requested on time. All his communication was professional and he responded promptly to all my questions. I had a great experience and I am satisfied with my purchase.
Had an excellent experience at KDK Mitsubishi purchasing a new vehicle. Caitlin answered all our questions and got us in the vehicle we came to see very quickly. The financing process with David was quick and easy, no nonsense and to the point. We were in and out of this dealership with a new car faster than any of our 5 previous purchases at other dealers. Definitely recommend KDK, not only did they have the new Mitsubishi we wanted, they have a fantastic selection of used vehicles as well.
Even though I didnt buy the Vette from them, Steve Tube deserve a 5 star from me. He kept in touch with me and offered top notch services. Only thing that stopped me from buying was the 16 hours round trip. I decided to go locally instead of the drive. But the numbers and service was excellent. Steve Tube is a straight up guy. Amazing service. Me & my dad met with Ryan on saturday about a white Toyota Tundra we were not able to get the keys due to personal reasons which clearly isnt there fault in anyway, though they where still very nice and offered us a test drive though one thing that I found kind of stupid is that they waited to mention the personal reason at the end when we where about to sign the paperwork. But overall amazing service and would 100% reccomend.
Ad for prizes was a scam. The only people who win money are ones looking to buy cars even if you have objects in a row on ticket where it says you win. Also when they were discussing the value of my car when I was there he asked if I knew how much it was worth and he told me less than what the website tells you your cars worth when submitting the gambling information online. They’re scam artists at this dealership. I wanted to post this so that people know that they do offer less by half than what the site says your cars worth.
Contacted Tristan Torres about a 2017 Acura MDX and he got me into see the car on Memorial Day! It was great I had the day off and they were open! We did the financing over the phone to get the deal done. I pointed out a couple details I wanted done with the car and he was more than happy to take of it. I was in and out and I love the car!! Follow up to a previous review from about 3 weeks ago. I was contacted from KDK Mitsubishi in regards to my negative post. They wanted more information on my disappointing encounter with their sales staff. Stephanie was the person I spoke to. After listening to what I had to say, she told me she would be in touch with me in the next several days after she spoke to management, about compensation for the problem. Over a week later no contract from KDK. So once again their customer service and work ethic is very questionable. They have lied to me twice so far. So again buyers beware.
Drive 3 hours to look at vehicle called and asked them if everything was good and worked they said it did when I got up their the heated seats in the driver side didn’t work and had scratches on the vehicle never once mentioned that the heated seats didn’t work or had scratches on it then I was denied from purchasing the vehicle bc the person that came with me gave them a bad review and basically kicked me out would not recommend this place.The manager was rude. NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT
I recently called and spoke with Shawn about obtaining insurance information to correct a paint job that was done by them after damaging our car when it was there for service work. I was polite to him, just for him to ask if I was on the loan and when I said no I was calling for their insurance information on behalf of my bf he then said thank you for calling and hung up! RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL! They did the bad paint job after damaging the vehicle and can’t even be professional in taking the steps to make it right! Horrible business!Edit* for response.Thank you for responding but the call wasn’t in regards to the vehicle directly, it was only to obtain the company’s insurance information, not to mention that after that call he did try to call Shawn back 3 times with no answer. Again, no information was needed in regards to the “loan” only Your company insurance information, which his insurance asked us to obtain. Even 2 days later and he still has no response from them.
Buyer beware. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM HERE! This dealership will rip you off. Either they don’t inspect the cars they are selling, or they don’t disclose the issues they find. Thousands of dollars of repairs in the first week of owning the car we bought here. GM Dealership that did the repairs said they should have known about the issues. Everything was reported to them immediately. KDK did not stand by the vehicle they sold. I was told by multiple people, management, at the dealership that they were going to make things right and cover the cost. Then they stopped calling/texting back. Empty promises and lies.Response:KDK Mitsubishi I still have all of the texts and voicemails from said management, promising to make things right. Voicemails/texts David, texts from Nick, RJ, or John from Should I post them on here for yourself and future customers to see how assurances were made…then no follow through and stopped returning calls/texts? And by the way, I said that you either don’t inspect these vehicles OR you don’t disclose the problems the vehicle has. Then you lie, don’t follow through, and stop returning communication.Pretty despicable way to do business.KDK Mitsubishi not to mention that Ron sold us on using Auto Pay Plus, and, according to Auto Pay Plus, put the wrong dates in, so our first car payment was late. Horrible service from you guys.

Youre probably reading through online reviews on tons of car dealerships right now. Maybe you or someone you know has previously had a horror story experience with a car dealership. Weve all had that pushy car dealer breathing down our neck trying to up-sell something out of your price range, only for you to go back home in your old ride and in a bad mood! You might even be at the point where youd rather spend thousands of dollars more on a vehicle from a car vending machine service just so you dont have to deal with a dealership ever again! Dont do that!!!Do yourself a favor: research the right vehicle for you, check out KDK Mitsubishis website (if they dont have what youre looking for on their website, call them), once you find the right vehicle check the vehicle history report, then go to KDK Mitsubishi in person and ask for John C.As someone who generally hates the whole car buying experience, I will absolutely go back to KDK and I will definitely ask for John C. every time! John is knowledgeable about cars, hes personable, laid back, and he doesnt play games with people.
I had one my greatest experiences I was out looking for a vehicle to hit the road in and see some friends, I came to this dealership on a Sunday not looking purchase just kind of browsing..a nice lady who was very friendly and nice gave me a warm greeting and smile it was very welcoming.. Ordered parts for an Eclipse from the parts dept., initially good contact and updates about delayed shipping, which I appreciated. Package finally arrived but unfortunately was missing a part, a bumper cushion. I have attempted emailing, calling and even texting to no avail. Another email inquiry netted a generic text response wanting me to buy a car lol. Never recieved part nor a refund as attempts to contact where not being responded to, so I gave up and sourced the part from elsewhere.
We were first greeted very respectfully by salesman Celsio. He was phinominal in how we were treated. Very knowledgeable and very courteous. There was no haggle and the deal on our purchase was fast effective and precise. If you want a good car buying experience, go to KDK Mitsubishi and ask for Celsio.
Shady people ready to rip you off. They charged our credit card without our concent, misrepresented the vehicle and were unable to share any documentation that shows our concent or a nonrefundable policy. They forced us in buying a vehicle with missing badges that we were not comfortable proceeding with. Stay Away!!! Feel free to reach out to us for details if needed.
I was getting quotes to sell a vehicle when Ryan called me and said he was local and asked if he could make me an offer , the process was simple he offered a little more than the online offers and he made the transaction ver easy , the check which was more than 20 K cashed overnight , it was a great experience I definitely recommend.
I just recently traded in my 2013 A4 for a 2016 Audi A7 from KDK and dealt with Mike in finance. He was very professional and friendly. He made the buying process very smooth and easy. Everyone there was also very friendly and asked if I had been helped. This is the second car I bought from KDK with 0 issues. My husband and I drove nearly 4 hours to KDK Mitsubishi to purchase a special 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Steve Tube, the Sales Manager, was really accommodating and understanding. He knew we were coming from a long distance and he worked with us to get us the best possible deal. Went here looking for one car and fell in love with another one. I had John as a salesman and he was wonderful! He was patient, kind, relatable, not pushy, and extremely helpful. Worked with some great people to get us set up with our vehicle. We drove all the way from Michigan and had a really good experience here. They helped answer all questions quickly and the vehicle was just as described online.Very friendly staff who go the extra mile.There was one mishap with the fee for holding the vehicle not applied to the final purchase price, but when I let them know they immediately refunded the total amount to the card again.No complaints here!Thank you

Roger the service manager has set the bar super high for other dealerships. Ive never known a service manager to be as personable, patient, and forthcoming as Roger. He kept me in the loop on everything my vehicle needed and was able to finish my vehicle early. The entire team from service to sales is amazing.
This has been the second vehicle I have purchased from KDK. Both are very nice cars. They do a high volume of sales so the dealership is a little fast paced.We had a very nice salesman by the name of Saad. He answered all of our question and was very attentive to us. I just purchased my 2015 Lincoln MKZ from there. For the life of me I cannot remember the sales ladys name. But all the staff there is very cordial and they try and help you the best they can. my credit is absolutely in the toilet And they worked with me To help me get my down payment in. The car is in excellent condition and runs great. No issues. Ive already put 1500 miles on it in 3 weeks with no issues.
My fiance purchased a 2016 Ford F150 on October 17th ... we had to wait for the Ohio title in order to get the truck registered and inspected here in PA. When we took it for inspection we were informed that it needed an 1100.00 exhaust manifold repair before it would pass inspection. I called the dealership today ... the man who answered didnt identify himself, however when I explained the situation he border line chuckled at my thinking they should take care of this repair as they should not be selling vehicles that cannot pass a state inspection. He was rude and told me they would do nothing. As an employee of a dealership in PA I know first hand what we do for our customers and selling them something for almost 30K that they cannot get inspected is certainly not one of them. BUYER BEWARE!!!!In response to their response … maybe you should hire better mechanics … I finally spoke with someone who seemed to want to do something about their not road worthy vehicle … they sent two men to pick it up and get their mechanics to fix it … had it for a few weeks and within days of them returning it the check engine light that had originally been disabled and seems to be the only thing they fixed came back on … and the same issues … they knew from the estimate I sent them to get the repairs done that the body wiring harness needed replaced and they did not do it … so it now has taken up parking space for another couple months sitting here as it needs the same repairs as when we purchased it and when KDK picked it up to “fix” it. I did try contacting them of course about their repairs that they didn’t do and to date they have not returned my calls.
How is it that I can do an entire process online waste 1h 1/2 trying to understand why its not finalizedI go to the shop to try to get some help and I was avoided like a plague and when someone does come not a single question was answered I even asked for Steve Tube because someone recommended me but when he got to me he was acting like he didnt want me to ask him any questions if it doesnt revolve around buying a car off the lot so then he walks away to help an employee and I overheard this is why I dont talk to people like him in his conversation so yea Im not dealing with any form of bigotry so I just leftJust a waste of time Im not doing this again
Looking to buy my first truck after driving a family truck for 3 years. Came to KDK after seeing this truck online, and the service was amazing from beginning to end. It is a very cozy place, lots of comfortable seating, donuts and coffee and there was no in your face marketing or advertising.Dan Caldwell was extremely nice and helped me make my first car buying experience a breeze. He had an answer for every question I had, no excuses, whether it was about the truck, financing, logistics, etc. He went very far to help get me financed at a monthly payment I was comfortable with. He even did things I didnt ask for that helped me out immensely, and always explained it thoroughly so I understood what was going on. Being young, I did not feel at all like I was being judged, scammed, or pressured into anything. I was treated with respect and honesty. Dan gave lots of advice and I enjoyed working with him. He knew I really wanted the truck and made sure I got my chance when a few other people came in later looking for the same truck. He was also nice to my dad and grandpa as they helped me along the was also. He was okay with us staying a little past close and early before open, and even coming in on Sunday when they have limited staff. Everything was very quick also. We test drove it Friday night and Saturday morning, and it was in my driveway Sunday afternoon.As for the truck itself, I could not be happier. It was exactly what it said on the website. It was very clean, it runs fantastic and there are lots of features I was not expecting. The thing is very solid all around with only minimal (and I really mean minimal) wear and tear. I do have to say though, there was a strong cigarette odor that I had to clean out which I think the dealer could have put a little more effort into eradicating. This did not bother me too much as I was planning to do a thorough cleaning anyway, the price was very reasonable and Dan cut me a great deal.After looking at trucks for the past 6 months, I dont think I would have gotten a better deal elsewhere. I definitely recommend checking out KDK and talk to Dan especially if you need help financing. Nice vehicles, nice people. Great experience.
Do not go to this dealership!!!!!!!! They put kdk service agreement in a contract for cars your paying cash for then refuse to take it off even though its a extra 1000 dollars u dont want to pay. The manager here is a absolute u know what!! Save your time and go elsewhere

Well I couldnt be happier with my experience. Started out talking to Steve. He referred me to Caitlin. So we spent several calls back and forth before making the 5 hour drive. Caitlin provided me with accurate information about the car. She was open, honest, and sent videos to provide more detail about the car. When we arrived the vehicle was clean and ready to be driven. At first I was concerned about driving so far due to a previous bad experience at a different dealership. Now I am so happy we made the trip. If you are considering making the trip, I would recommend it. Overall 5 star experience.

Buying a vehicle remotely sight unseen 1,600 miles away is understandably worrisome. But with today’s available and ubiquitous published online information about vendors (google) and cars (CARFAX), there’s some consolation and comfort. But still...The folks at KDK are honest and up front and accessible. I’m enjoying my recent solid buy that should serve me the next decade or so (replacing a boxy ‘98 S70 workhorse)— a sprightly, young, slightly used 2013 Volvo S60 T5 in great condition. What they depicted on a couple of dozen photos published online and the CARFAX records is THE very car that arrived.KUDOS to pleasant, professional, & personable experiences with Phil & Ryan, & Christine... it’s been a pleasure working with you all from Albuquerque!

Love the Heads-up Display, Lane Departure Warning system, and Mitsubishi Connect app coupled with the Android Auto, this car is great. The sleek, exterior design, turns heads at every turn. Love the fact that the fog lights are encased for added protection. Love the panoramic sunroof for front and rear passengers!Just wish the rear hatch offered on this model was fitted with remote and electronic open/shut features!Kudos to Kdk Mitsubishi!

Typical car salesman, no integrity, no honesty, no morals. Agreed to purchase vehicle over the phone, and he would hold it until Monday on his gentlemans word as he put it. I ran financing through them, they pulled my credit, got a credit alert from the monitoring company. Called the next day, same salesman told me it sold last night and he never told me he would hold it until Monday, and they would never run my credit. Easy to see what kind of gentleman we dealt with. Your response is as inaccurate as your salesmans word and your data tracking system. You guys wouldnt ship the vehicle to me, he said he would rather customers see it in person. I couldnt come until Monday, he said it was fine, he would hold it. Oh well, reading your reviews I guess I wish I wouldve dealt with Caitlin, sounds like she has more honesty and integrity then who I dealt with. Its fine, ill buy a vehicle, maybe itll be a new one, it just wont be from you guys.
Josh was absolutely wonderful to do business with, so wonderful that I plan on getting my next car from him when the time comes. I bought my first car from here and I cannot express enough how great of an experience it was. The dealership and their employees are as transparent as it gets. I had been searching for a car for approximately 3 months before finding this dealership, and ran into several pushy/dishonest dealerships/salesman. This dealership was like day and night compared to the others. The staff here actually care about allowing you to make a decision comfortably, instead of trying to pressure or rush you into anything. I don’t normally take the time to write a review but this dealership and their employees really stood out that much. If you’re questioning what dealership to check out, this is the one that’s worth your time—it’s a great team of honest people there.

The entire sales department is great. Ive bought cars and trucks through other dealers, none have made the purchase process as easy as KDK Mitsubishi. The service department is great as well. They have fixed my car multiple times and the prices are very reasonable. Special shout out to Josh, thanks for being a great guy.
I drove 2 hours to see a vehicle. I took it to a local place to have it looked at. They found two valve cover gaskets leaking, the turbo leaking, the rear diff was rusted and leaking and it needed an alignment. I told them if they fixed those I would be interested still. They said ok to everything but the alignment. Fine. Left a deposit and they said theyd call me by noon the next day with some numbers. Didnt hear a peep by noon. I reached out to the sales guy around 2:30. He calls me back and said hed have the finance guy call me back. He called me back about an hour later but I missed his call. I called him right back and didnt hear anything the rest of the day. Theyre open until 7pm. Saturday morning I call at 11:30 and the finance guy calls me back with a HORRIBLE deal and when I tell him I am not paying $618/month he says OK! Well refund your deposit. I have NEVER had an experience like this. I know how it works - they ALWAYS come with a deal and then go back and work the numbers and come back with something else. He didnt even try. And I know I have good credit - and was upside down $3k - with %4 interest rate? They didnt want to do the work on the truck and will have someone else come along that wont do their due diligence to have it looked at, because it drives like a dream - and theyll be mad when that head cracks or they cant tow from that rear diff. Shame on them.
This place rocks! Ive been looking for a used car for about two months, and I was just about to give up until I discovered Kdk Mitsubishi. The staff was excellent, they treated me with kindness and respect, theyre as transparent as it gets, and much more! I would personally like to shout-out and thank Caitlin Tube. Caitlin was excellent from start to finish, shes very organized and it was truly a pleasure doing business with her. If you need a used car I definitely recommend you come to Kdk Mitsubishi!

What a maddening experience. I test drove a vehicle and was very interested in buying it, but they said they needed to make a few calls about my trade-in and would call me that afternoon. No call, and no response to my follow up calls for 3 days until I just wouldnt let them pass me off to voicemail anymore. At this point the sales manager tells me the vehicle is already being purchased and has a deposit, but he should know within the hour if it really will go through, so hell call me back. No phone call that day or the next day. Then I receive an email from their sales team asking me to come test drive the vehicle that Ive already driven AND that is no longer available! I call them back one last time and am told once again that the vehicle is being purchased already. Absolutely maddening dealership. I know a lot of businesses are understaffed right now, but this seems to just be terribly run.As for the dealerships canned response to this review... It is absolute nonsense. I definitely would have put down a deposit if asked. It was never offered, so whoever responded to this review is just trying to cover.

The agreement was that I would be sent a loaner, the loaner I received is 2011 vehicle with cigarette smell. I will wait for the work to be completed to update my review.
Me and my husband had a pleasure working with Caitlin and Josh at KDK. Both were extremely helpful and pleasant. They answered all of our questions and helped us get an amazing Mazda. Id mention service people who also took great care of a car. Absolute recommendation!
This place is a great place for first time car shopper, they have outstanding hospitality making me and my family feel welcomed and comfortable. Dave was amazing he asked and helped me with any questioned I had with anything I didnt know. And the kicker is that I had to make a 4 hour drive from West Virginia, first they let me put down a deposit so I know the car woukdnt be sold, and second they called me on the I was on the way up there to make sure Im having a safe trip just awesome!
When i walked in KDK i was greeted right away. Great staff and customer service! Found the truck that i wanted and was not pressured on a sale. Came to Kdk and purchased a used Subaru. Great price and runs beautifully. Met Caitlin Tube and felt comfortable right away. Charming and down to earth. No malarkey. Came back with my daughter who also purchased a car for herself. No pressure, very helpful and an all around great experience,!!!!
If I could give A 0 star I would. They had A truck we wanted, gave him all our information so they could get financing started and he was holding it for us until we drove from Michigan on Monday.He Pulled my credit/started financing and SOLD the truck to someone else within an hour of our agreement. With integrity like they I would stay far away.
Very bad customer service with trying to service the vehicle bad communication skills bad telephones waited for a part for three and a half weeks still havent gotten the part salespeople were fine but has a dealer I wouldnt rate them as a good dealer for service and repairs to your vehicle but 3 weeks later and some issues and was not serviced and taken care of hard to get a hold of the mechanic that works on them so please think before buying or use another dealership to have your service I wouldnt recommend this one for servicing
They were able to work my car into their schedule the next day after I called for service; then they replaced all four rotors and brake pads in a day, and sent me on my way in a very professional and knowledgeable way. I highly recommend the KDK Mitsubishi service facility in Brunswick, Ohio for all of you Mitsubishi repair needs.
KDK Mitsubishi is class all the way. Ryan, Josh and Steve help me out with the purchase of my 2010 Toyota Camry. The whole process was simple, laid back and most of all never once was pressured into making the decision to buy. My son in law and I were greeted as soon as we arrived and offered a cold soda or hot coffee. They had the car pulled up for us to look at within 5 minutes. After the test drive they asked me what did I think. I said it is going home with me and with 20 minutes we were out the door and on the way home. The level of professionalism and courtesy was exceptional. I felt like I was family with KDK. I highly recommend them for their clean and robust inventory of used as well has new automobiles. Well done gentlemen well done!
I traveled up from Atlanta to purchase a Jeep Wrangler and had the best experience from the time I first called to the time I drove away. Caitlin was very helpful and responsive. The vehicle was cleaned up and ready to test drive when I arrived. I never once felt pressured. Thanks again!
USE CAUTION IF YOU INTEND TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! THEY MISREPRESENT THEIR VEHICLES!!! IF THEY OFFER A CARFAX REQUEST THEY PROVIDE A CAR FAX AND AUTO CHECK! They will use whichever one does not report the damage to the vehicle. KDK presented a vehicle to me which they purchased from a auto auction in Georgia. They presented it as a clean vehicle with a clean carfax and even went through the cardiac with me. When asked about prior damage they said the vehicle had no damage or accidents reported. About a week later I find out through a third party, after they ran an Autocheck, that the vehicle has frame/structural damage. FRAME AND STRUCTURAL DAMAGE! Things that if I knew about I wouldn’t even had looked at the car. I called the auction that KDK purchased the vehicle from and a representative of the auction Informed me that the vehicle was presented at the auction to potential buyers as having frame/structural damage. The rep further stated that damage like this is announced at the auction prior to it being sold and should be in the paperwork that KDK has from the auction. After reaching out to KDK and attempting to work it out with them they informed me they do not have a return policy and that my only option was to trade the car back into them and TAKE A LOSS!!!! Take a loss???? HAD KDK PRESENTED THE CORRECT AND KNOWN INFORMATION ABOUT THE CAR THEY GOT FROM THE AUCTION I WOULDNT HAVE PURCHASED IT. Now it’s currently going through a dispute with the Ohio Attorney Generals Office and if all else fails a private attorney will be contacted. It’s a shame that a dealership such as KDK who presents themself as a family dealership would treat customers in this fashion. If you plan on buying from them I’d think again.

When I arrived to KDK I was recommended by someone who purchased three vehicles from there. So, needless to say Highly Recommended. I had a little of a bad experience there towards the end of my transaction. One thing I can say is for the few days I was dealing with KDK ; BRAIN greeted me every time positively ! Dealt with all my questions and was very high spirited and kid-friendly! Gave me the chance to find the vehicle I was looking for and took time to get me the greatest deal possible. I’d go back to deal with him and recommended him as a sales rep any day !
I found a specific car on-line and drove over 3 hours to the dealership. The car’s exterior was clean and shined. The interior had not been cleaned. During the test drive I had to get gas because the gage needle was below E. The drivers door panel was not attached properly and the trunk release button did not work. After over an hour in the service department the salesman drove the car outside to me but he could not open the drivers door and had to exit from the passengers door. Back to service for another half hour. At home I notice the inner panel again coming loose and with 2 trim pieces now missing. Please see photos.Total hack job!
Wait time was reasonable. Dislike that they don’t accept outside financing as I was approved by my own bank before arriving. Sales manager was pushy and rude. I decided to let them run the numbers for me. When sales manager came out he went over numbers and I said that I would like to think about it. He was clearly irritated and took back the paperwork and said why did we even run numbers than. I don’t like feeling pressured into a decision. The car was beautiful and the salesman Celsio was friendly, but I won’t be back.
Went to KDK to purchase the 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. Talk about an absolutely STUNNING vehicle. Has such a Luxury feel at an affordable cost. The vehicle is so specious as well. PERFECT for hauling all of the cats around. My sales associate Caitlin was so knowledgeable of the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions. 10/10 customer service from her as well as the rest of the dealership staff. Would recommend KDK (and Caitlin) to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.
Awesome place to buy a car/truck. Great selection of quality vehicles. No pressure from the sales staff. My salesman , Josh, was most helpful and made my buying experience a great one. And a quick shout out to Norman in their finance dept. Helped me get the right loan for what I needed. Would 100% recommend you stop in and talk with the sales staff if youre in the market for a vehicle.

2022-06-25They are a wonderful, family owned dealership! They are friendly and treat you like family. I bought a vehicle from them online and they delivered it even though they are 2 1/2 hours away! After having the vehicle for a little bit, it was clear that the A/C did not work. My husband called them and they came and picked it back up, left us a rental car, fixed the problem free of charge, and delivered it back! Thank you for being a good, honest company! That can be hard to find these days and we really appreciate it! God bless all of you!

2022-06-04First I rarely if ever write reviews but I felt so strongly about my positive experience I wanted to share. This is my second time using KDK Mitsubishi and I would highly recommend them! They were prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and explained everything extremely well. The work on my car was done quickly and they answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable taking my 150,000+ mile car on a road trip after having it serviced there. I will absolutely use them again for any issues I have with my 2007 car!
