Called and spoke with Antwaun after seeing a ring that my girlfriend was in love with. He guided me through the process, made arrangements for her to come in for sizing and then even followed up with me several days after the fact. Excellent customer service and super friendly. If you’re in the area and in need of jewelry, stop in and ask for Antwaun.
If I could rate this store more than five stars I would! If you want to have the highest quality of service and leave with a smile on your face i I recommend going here. Not only did they work with me so I could get exactly what I was looking for but made me feel at ease and comfortable the entire time. From other places (like the store in wadsworth) I felt pushed towards a certain items and left feeling like I was being told stuff incorrectly (like price). However.. this Kays in green was a dream come true. I never write reviews for stuff but this was too important not to post. To the whole team, I sincerely thank you!!!
Antwon, Robert, and truly all of the employees at this Kay Jewelers location are absolutely incredible! They made ring shopping for my fiancé and I such a stress free and fun experience. They were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone!
Antwaun is hands down amazing and a complete life saver! I came in to have my fiancees engagement ring cleaned before our wedding. While here we found out that the center stone was loose... They originally said it would take a week to fix (wedding is in 3 days), but that wouldnt work. Then Antwaun stepped in and said he would personally take care of it!A few hours later I got a call that said my ring was ready!! I can not say thank you enough to Antwaun! He went above and beyond for a customer! I couldnt be more satisfied with this store! I definitely will come here first for anything in the future!
Antwon is awesome here! Willing to do whatever it takes to get the ring to me for my proposal. When we found out corporate could not expedite the ring even further he offered to personally mail it to me in a different state in case it didn’t come in time. He was very patient throughout the entire process (I changed my mind multiple times).
I bought a ring from there not even a month ago. It broke a few weeks after I got it. I had them send it out to be fixed. I got it back last night before work and it broke again in less than 12 hours. I’m extremely dissatisfied with this. There is no way I should buy a ring and not be able to wear it or have it break twice in less than a month

I absolutely love coming here. Everyone is so professional and accommodating. Especially Robert. He is just outstandingly awesome. He so nice, patient and very educated. 2022-08-13Brianna is amazing! I’ve been working with Brianna on finding my perfect engagement and wedding ring combo and she’s very knowledgeable and friendly. I must have tried on every ring in the door and she was extremely patient and had great suggestions. Needless to say I found exactly what I was looking for and I’m a happy bride-to-be. I highly recommend her to everyone!

2021-08-16My husband and I came here right before closing to find a new wedding set for myself. Antwaun helped us and he was fantastic on helping us find what was right for us and our budget! All the staff who were working got in on it..Robert and Brianna were also so helpful! They were awesome to all stay late and not rush us! 2021-04-14Justin assisted my boyfriend and I with getting the correct size for my finger. We were originally going to just leave after the sizing but he was very kind and suggestive towards getting me to look at the ring that I wanted. Justin was very patient and helpful with selecting rings that I might be interested in. Antoine was the working manager and Hailee was the other employee working at the time of our visit. They gave us great opinions and information on the brands of rings and facts about the rings and gems themselves. All three employees were happy to help us and did a fantastic job. We dont live in the area but we will definitely be making trips back to this store for help in the future. Thanks, guys!

2021-12-20My mom had the same wedding ring for 40 years and for my parents anniversary they went to this Kays to have it fixed and cleaned. A month later the diamond had fallen out and is now gone. 40 years this diamond remained in the ring and just a month after it was cleaned and repaired it falls out? After calling them to ask if its covered they said there was no record of her ever being there and said she could buy a new diamond for $500 to replace the lost one. Are you kidding me?! Her receipt proves she was there but whatever crooks. Opening a BBB case over this matter.

2021-08-06Alright so this specific business has done more then any jewelry company will have ever done for anyone. No one can compete with Kays. Heres why, my finance died in 2016 and he bought the jewelry that he gifted me from Kays jewelry. So with this being said every piece I received is a special gift to my 9 yr old daughter. I plan on being a loyal customer untill the day she graduates from high school and college any endeavors that she decides to do in any celebrations that celebrate her. I will be gifting these precious moments to her. With the same jewelry her father gave me. The only reason I can do this is because of Kays jewelers customer service, quality, and warranty. I truly appreciate their service!!
