I was referred to this company through the MovingHelp.cpm service offered through U-Hauls website. On the day of the move, (once I confirmed the requested information), the company GHOSTED me. My calls were left unanswered AND they never showed up! The job? Moving a bed, (including frame and boxspring), a dresser and a small night stand. A VERY small job. 0 out of 10! If I could post a negative number, I would. RUN! Dont walk! They are thieves!

Communication was excellent. The care that Kayla and her team used to unload our 26 foot UHaul was outstanding. What I estimated to take at least 4 hours, was completed in 2.5 hours. This included moving furniture and boxes up a flight of steps and also down a flight a steps. I would absolutely use them again if needed! Thanks Kayla!

This was the best moving experience I have ever had. I tried two moving companies, booked days in advance, and both were unable to accommodate the time frame I needed. I called Kay Jay’s Karriers the day of my move and they were not only willing to work with my schedule, but also incredibly easy to deal with. They provided very efficient and professional service. The whole team was not only prepared to deal with any obstacles, but they also did it quickly. I have very tricky staircases and narrow hallways and they did not let any of those things slow them down. Our move was completed in less time than what we booked them for and we will definitely be using them in the future!

We needed help with large and/or heavy furniture. Kayla was amazing! Very professional and amazingly strong! She worked with one of her employees and filled a 20ft. truck in record time! She carefully loaded every item strategically and managed to fit all the boxes & furniture in the truck. She heard us talking about how were going to unload at the storage unit, and she was also able to provide two employees to meet us at the unit and place everything in the unit. Again, they did an amazing job ! We would definitely make use of her services again 👍. Thanks so much, Kayla!

We were able to hire KayJays after my stepdaughters friends plans to help her move fell apart. KayJays came at the last minute and did a great job. They showed up as promised and were very reasonably priced even though we were desperate. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.

Got into a jam with movers not showing up for us moving out of state. Kay jays karriers were able to show up same day to help us load up our house! Really appreciated them being able to come and help out!

They were amazing! I have an antique piano that weighs several hundred pounds. They got it in the house without a scratch! I highly recommend using them for any moves!

Excellent job - moved everything very quickly and on short notice. Limitations did not stop them from great performance. Would gladly hire again without hesitation.
