Gave this location a call inquiring about a specific backpack and wallet that was available online as a bundle deal.Due to urgency of needing this gift I couldnt risk shipping time from suprisekatespade.com.So I called this Monroe Store, Spoke with Crystal. She was very kind, helpful, and informative. She informed me that they had both the backpack and wallet. However they dont offer the bundle deal. But that didnt even matter to me because the prices of each item was cheaper in store anyways( I also received an extra percentage off). She also mentioned me being able to place a order with her on the phone, and they could ship me the item or I could do a instore pick up.And of course I provided my information and she emailed me a link to purchase those items. I completed the purchase online after clicking the link. And 1 hour later I picked my items up. I met Crystal at the register, a very happy spirit. This was my first ever purchase of Kate Spade products and I will most definitely be returning to this location.

This location is nice and clean. The staff doesn’t greet you but they have a good selection of bags. So if you’re the type that doesn’t like to be bombarded by associates while shopping you should check it out.

Received a gorgeous ring from my sister for Christmas! Stones fell out after 3 months. She paid full price. Tried to exchange/return it and was told “Kate Spade does not guarantee their jewelry”. Note to self… Bye bye Kate, you will not be getting anymore of my coins! 😌

My husband and I were planning gifts of our wedding anniversary. Neither of us are “rich” by any means but we had a couple thousand put back. All I wanted was a Kate Spade sparkle purse. The lovely sales associate that my husband approached to find the item so he wouldn’t be stuck in the store looking around decided to tell him they don’t have any in stock and he “could afford one anyone”. Which then lead to him being removed from the store and asked not to come back because he let them know how utterly rude that was. I’m completely appalled and will only be buying online because I love the brand but clearly their staff needs more training.

You all are some tree killing people, Kate Spade sends retailers (example)9 pages of information that could be put on 1 page, someone made a lot of money to write your shipping program & you need to get a refund

Love this place. Went in Friday for a new purse and explained to the saleswoman Natalie that I needed to retire my old purse because I had used it so much that parts where getting damaged. She explained that since it had been less than a year they could see if another store had one for exchange or I could get a refund. Gabrielle was able to find my exact purse (which is now old) for me at a different store and it was shipped to my house for no charge. I got it in less than 5 days. I am so happy to have a replacement. I did purchase a new purse because I love the styles so much.

They charged my daughter twice for one bag and was told nothing they could do about it they only had one charge on there end, but there were two on her bank statement. Watch how they do transactions and make sure you get a receipt! They will screw you!!

Great deals and purses but I wish the employees were more genuine. They always come off very snobby or fake. Also I don’t like how one sales associate will let you use the student discount on top of another discount yet others will say it’s not allowed.
