Sold me a non working used battery. My alternator is brand new just got it replaced . I will not do any business with you guys ! The customer service was horrible ! Keep that 35 dollars I went ahead and bought a BRAND NEW battery when I got my alternator replaced. Car running better with my BRAND NEW battery ! Thanks and I am not taking this review down !!!!
I purchased a complete bumper assembly from Kash’s Auto Parts for a 2006 Toyota 4Runner. I specifically chose them and drove 5 hours from Chicago because the bumper assembly was listed at a reasonable price, and was the correct color. Marty was who I spoke with, and texted me photos of any damage (scratches and small dent on bumper cover) to set expectations. We drove out to get the parts, arrived 30 minutes after closing and three employees stayed to help us (not Marty), which we were very grateful for. The employees that were there were nice and helpful, however we were rushed out due to being in “a bad area of town“ and after business hours. After arriving home and inspecting the parts closer, the bumper cover and foam piece were in expected condition, however the crash beam was severely rusted (not happy about the rust, but to be expected in the Midwest) and it was literally MISSING A PIECE. On both ends there is a welded on bracket to support the bumper cover, one side is completely missing. I immediately sent photos to Marty and called him about the issue, and his simple response was that it is to be expected on used parts, and that he would offer no resolution to make it right besides me bringing the part back (5 hour drive... not going to happen and he knows it). He then stated that the missing part was a $30 part that I could buy from him and he would ship it to me for free... (more profit for him) then I would have to find a local shop to weld it on for more money out of my pocket. I told him the least he could do was to ship me the missing piece at no cost, then I would just need to get it welded on, and he said that he could not do that... I do NOT recommend this business, they misrepresented an item (I do not believe it was intentional) and were unwilling to make it right... and literally could have refunded $30 or sent the piece free or charge to at least help me.
I drove down from Michigan to pick up a door for my truck. Mike met us in the parking lot and he is an awesome character! He made the 2 and a half hour trip worthwhile. Thank you, Mike!
They have fallen off tremendously its ready if your a women be prepared to stand around and be ignored and get no help I dont like I called in for apart when I het there it took 30 mins to find then was told to come.back.in 2 fays so.ot van be ordered and price went up I was lateFor work frustrated whn I left I end up at auto some had to pay more for part but it was worth less aggravation

They full of it over priced used parts. Very unprofessional. Being in a predominantly African neighborhood. They are robbing the community of fair prices . The staff will Quote one price over the phone and then hijack you when you walk through the door .they are charging 150.00 for a spindle used. Gtfoh.
I called Kashs in the morning and by the afternoon I had a brand new windshield installed for less than $175. They also replaced my small side window for $50. The guys running the place a nice and friendly. Definitely felt welcomed and comfortable. I will recommend them to anyone I know looking for auto glass. They also have salvage parts for cheap and can install them for you cheaper than any other place I know of. Helpful, professional and fair. No wonder theyve been in business 40 years.
Dont go to these people my cousin ended up with a part for a vehicle she has never owned just picked it up from them today called them not even 15 minutes later about it being the wrong part refused to give her the money back she spent because one ove the employees made a mistake when looking to see if they had a vehicle or they assumed the parts would be the same because it was the same make but different models.... this is unacceptable by any means

If I could leave no stars, I would. Extremely unprofessional. Ended up not having the part I needed after MULTIPLE calls verifying they did. Guy that I dealt with who mightve been named Charlie (not sure) started screaming at me for their incompetence. Will never recommend this establishment to anybody. Spend the extra few dollars elsewhere if you want the correct part, or even to be treated correctly by anybody here.

Went to get a shattered window replaced on my 2002 Saturn. The employees at Kash were all friendly, professional, and explained the details of my cars damage & the process of the repairs very clearly & without using a bunch of auto jaron, that a young lady like myself probably would not have been able to understand. If your looking for a replacement horn for your 84 unicorn... these guys have it. I dont know how they can find ANYTHING in their shop, but man.... can they find it. Its like if Willy Wonka had a auto parts store... minus the midgets, then again who knows whos working in the back. If you find a crashed UFO, theyll buy it off you, CASH MONEY. I swear, i saw part of Noahs ark hanging on the wall...for sale. So, if youre building an ark, they have the parts. Great place and prices.

I ordered a part from Charlie at Kashs Auto & Salvage. The part arrived broken. They was unhelpful and wanted me to file claim and take my chances with UPS or ship it back at my cost for a partial refund, shipping not refunded.I will have to dispute charges with my VISA card and hope to recoup some money. They were very unhelpful and packaging was a mess. I will never order from them again, nor will I recommend. They are full excuses!
It was a terrible experience I bought two rims for my Nissan versa to find out they sold me the wrong rims I called them back they said I could not get a refund or exchange I would not advise anyone to go to this place and buy anything you will get ripped off
Called about a headlight and got the complete run around. I gave them all the information and agreed to a price. Then got a call back that they priced me the wrong headlight and wanted more money for the headlight that I needed and wouldnt honor the price they quoted. completely incompetent and rude.

I need an ignition control module asked for that specific part for my car he replies back emc unfortunately i do not know it by that as he proceeds to say your just calling around for random stuff? I have a quote from an auto store trying to find it cheaper... People do not have to be so rude i swear smh...

2022-03-10Went to get a battery for my 2014 Ford escape. Good price for the battery unfortunately the location of my battery is not easy to get to so they wouldnt replace it but I did also get a tire replaced . They were very friendly and helpful fast and efficient.

2021-07-25This was some of the best customer service I received. I was beginning to lose hope of finding a part for my daughters car. When a salvage yard near me gave me this place to call, which was out of state, I was skeptical but called anyway. So very thankful I did. Charlie was so helpful. He not only had the part but being worried I would be buying something I wasn’t sure would work he set my mind at ease by verifying it using my vin number. They took extra precautions to make sure of who I was and where it was being shipped. I was told I would have the part in three days…it arrived in two. I will definitely be contacting Kash Auto Parts and Salvage again and highly recommend anyone else does as well.

2021-07-11There was a price discrepancy. When I tried to get the employee on the phone with my friend who was quoted the price the worker walked away from me. Now installation of window was quicker then expected however when he was finishing up he says to me (you can use my vacuum to get the rest of the glass off the seats.) Lmao. Now last but not least. When handed the recept $200 an yet was charged $216. So now Im paying you tax but your not???
