PLACE IS SLOW. Had an appointment time at 11:45am, didn’t get fully unloaded until 2:45 pm and now still waiting for my paperwork. Currently 5pm
Easy check in, fast unloading, friendly people. A good place to go for delivery. Sometimes there can be a wait for the paperwork. Plus, if they are busy and you go in early they will not give you a door. I usually try and go in about 30 minutes early and usually get straight to a door.
You will get dock and unload quick if you are here on appt time. But to get your papers may take forever.
See heres the thing when you take on responsibility for warehouse and I dont want to hear your excuses my appointment was at 4:15 so I expect at 4:15 you After 415 you owe me money Walmart get your s*** together if youre gonna get people to warehouse for you make sure they can do it

Dont know what all of the complaints are about... Everyone was friendly and I was out in under 2 hours. Not to mention, my company sent me after the appointment time and they still got me unloaded. Remember, people, how you act and treat others goes along way.
Even though this place is very slow and busy, usually they run behind their schedule, and if you miss your appointment you have to wait a day or two... I just wanna give them 5 stars and encourage them!!

Was the best experience my husband and I ever had...The guard was so helpful ,kind and did his job well. One of the most down to earth person I have met in a long time... 4/13/21 helped us figure out our appt. Time and where we could get food . Been empty going on thirty minutes and they cant seem to get my paperwork. I would give them 2 stars but they let me check in early. People in the office not going out of their way for my paperwork even though Im behind schedule. Like to seem them make a FedEx or ups package delivery driver wait thirty plus minutes for a signature/ or paperwork.
Called to see if they could accommodate my hours of service by changing my appointment time since there is no on site parking. The gentleman in the traffic office was very friendly. Checked in about 30 min before my appointment and received a door almost immediately. As soon as I got backed in they started to unload me. Out of here fast. Thanks!!
Takes longer to get paperwork back than to get unloaded. They have their rules and want you to follow them precisely. I showed an hour early for appointment, had to sit down from the guard shack for the hour. Either way, not a bad place and didnt take forever but you can tell they deal with some irritating drivers and mildly pass that attitude on to you even if you go in with a smile and being positive.
Easy to find, plenty of room to move a big truck. No over night parking but a smart driver will look very close by and up the street. Also there is a TA within 5 miles. Quick unload.
I have never had a problem delivering here. They are always done within my 2 hr window. The guards are always respectful and helpful. The ladies that run the office are friendly. Ive been delivering here regularly for over a year, and never had a bad experience.
Plenty of room here, I was checked in and docked right away and unloaded within 50 min. If youre a bit early they do have parking however it is limited for early parking. The staff were awesome!!!!Thank you team for a great experience,CW Trucking
Very strict about appointment times so if youre going to be late dont even bother showing up without a new appointment. Easy backing into the dock. Had an appointment for 0615. Showed up at 0558. In a dock at 0608 and they were done unloading and counting the product at 0747. Theyre not as busy as a normal Sams Club DC but the lot is small so I can see how the backing could get tight and difficult.
Once you turn on to International Parkway, turn right at the second road. No signs or lights and its very dark. The night shift guard was the nicest and real guard Ive ever spoke to. The Lady behind the glass literally, almost closed my hand in the window after handing me a pamplet. Lighting fast unload and then pull around and wait 30 minutes for your paperwork. The guard allowed me to stay after I was finished but warned that day shift has called the sheriff on drivers that were parked after unloading.
In and out in 2 hours with a full load. The only down side is they spilled salt in my trailer and just left it in a pile. Wasnt happy about that considering it was a reefer trailer. Now I needed a wash out but nice people and easy going. Thanks

Arrived at 11:00am for an 11:45am appointment. Couldnt give me a dock until 11:45am. Ive been in the dock for 1hr and 15 min and they havent even locked me in the dock yet. Avoid this place at all cost, they know for company drivers that they have 2hrs before they have to pay detention. Do not accept any paperwork unless it has accurate in and out times. Owner Ops and Lease ops, avoid this one unless its a drop and hook.Edit, finally getting unloaded and they are taking their time to do it.
Slow, slow on paperwork, wont let you park before or after your delivery. Can only go 1 hour before appointment.
Bad place to deliver. Arrived at noon for appointment scheduled for 13:15. Got a dock assigned at 13:09. After checking in with receiving and being told that it takes them about 30 minutes to the the paperwork ready after Im unloaded, I was in the dock at 13:17. No loading was taking place till 14:50. Got a green light at 16:20. Went to the office to pick up paperwork it was 16:25. The guy handed my signed bol, slammed the window and ran off. After glancing at the trailer control sheet I realized why all the rush. They had printed arrival time as 13:09 and that they were done loading at 14:58, and the paperwork was available at 14:58.My advice to drivers: if youre do not have green light 2hrs after you appointment time, go to the office, and demand to see your trailer control sheep. Make sure the time stamps are correct.Shady business practices here.
Arrived at 5:47 App time was 6:15 unload started at 6:10 unload end at 6:17 paperwork ready and call from the office at 6:25 thanks guys verry friendly just follow instructions simple in and out
I must admit, there is a wait for the count of the freight. Outside of that this place is awesome. The staff at the window really respects drivers and do all they can to accommodate our needs. Shout out to Sams Club staff. Ra.; Be.; & Super Woman, To. Thanks guys

DRIVERS BEWAREWe had to cancel 2 loads because it takes these people half a day to unload.The place is an utter disaster. Wouldnt recommend to come here to make a delivery. I had an appointment set for 2pm on 07/28 and I showed up at 12:30. The security guard seemed like he hated his job along with everything else as he was extremely unprofessional and mad for whatever reason (maybe its because I interrupted his movie when I pulled up??)There were 3 trucks on the docks at the time and 2 more trucks parked on the side and he told me that I cant stay on the property and to come back at my appointment time and just turned away and continued watching his movie.So I left and came back at 2, I was assigned a door and then still ended up waiting till 6pm to get unloaded. And yes, my load was all one commodity.
Quick to unload but 5hrs plus to receive paper work. Most drivers didnt wait that long just me. I guess the type of product i had in my trailer that was hard to count.
Arrive at 22:15 for 24:00 appointment got me at dock 15 minutes before. Done with paperwork in hand at 3:30Nice dude at the guard even he wake me up before 5 o’clock to tell me when the next shift will come in after 5 they will check the trucks for delivery’s if you already done they will call sheriffs on you to kick you out
940 pm appt arrived here at 915. Got a dock pretty quick. Bumped the dock at 930pm. After 2 hours,still hasnt unloaded me.. They tell me after I am unloaded wait 30 more min before getting paperwork. How does this place keep getting good reviews??? Employees are unprofessional and the system is not efficient. Docks are dark at night! Horrible place!
Arrived for 1:15 pm Appointment at 12:30 .was told to wait until 1:pm . At 1pm went right in to door and they started to unload me right away which took 46 min . Cant not ask for more . Small place limited parking so arrive at appointment time. To early they will make you wait which is fair enough.
Absolutely horrible operation. Check in at 0005 today, bump dock at 0020, red light 0146, green light 0247, no call for paperwork ready at 0309. Paperwork has all wrong times on it. No way you unloaded my trailer in 2 minutes, not 22 pallets. Nor did you begin unload at time stated nor was paperwork ready at time stated. Big liars!!!
Unloading is pretty quick however the wait for the paperwork is ridiculous. Unloaded in 15 mins. Paperwork states it was ready at13:34 I was at the window at 13:35 to check on eta of paperwork and told it wasnt ready buzzer will go off when it is. Waited in truck for another 30 mins then buzzer went off. Either the office personal like to waste drivers on duty time or they dont know how to tell time. Either way the wait for your paperwork is as I said ridiculous...
First time here. Was able to reach guard shack by pressing 0. Before they opened at 6 am. He instructed me to go around the sleeping trucks on the road which was nice because I had 0 room where I was behind them with a center median. Guard shack was super polite. Extra loud so I could hear him with the social distancing. I’ve never heard bad things about Kane from drivers that run the North East so I expect to be taken care of as usual to the standards of operation.
Only reason Im giving two stars is because if you happen to get there early in some instances you will be accepted early an I was. But they denied 15 skids on the truck because on palet of 40 lbs cat litter boxes fell over they refused it said it would be 48 hours before I could be accepted again and I was required to have new bills for what was left. It took me 10 minutes to restack that pallet 10 FREAKIN MINUTES.
Don’t waste your time here. They take forever to unload. They don’t care about anything. Evening management isn’t doing their job!
Arrived on time for my appointment and was giving a door immediately. Unloaded within the hour. Everyone was efficient and professional. No complaints

Worst experience ever. This whole facility is a joke. They take hours beyond appointment time to unload. Guys avoid this place. Time is money.
Received a parking ticket $116 from police at place referred by security guy (turn right, then right, U turn, park on side of the road). I wished your Neibours were easy going, street in dead ended and slow). Unfortunately, parking is a problem especially if you are unloaded night time. Kane, please let drivers know that police are giving tickets. Otherwise, your service is good.
Fast AF. Appt was at 8pm, got here at 7pm, they said the shift doesnt start till 8pm so gave me a dock at 715pm and said I may have to wait a couple hours,as soon as I bumped the dock they were unloading me. Gave me a pager to page me when they were finished, unloaded within 45 minutes, just waiting on paper work now. Didnt have to disconnect or anything. Dont fuq this up you garbage sandal wearing newbie drivers, this is one of the few places left that make it easy on the driver and its very much appreciated. Guard was cool too btw, very helpful, cut the seal and friendly. Easy in, easy out. Ill deliver here again anytime.
It is Sams club, Walmart. Be on time. No over night parking. Only an hr before and an hr after appointment time.
Very good experience delivering here. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. Same goes for the receiving clerk. Unloading was quick. Look forward to delivering again.
I was unloaded within 15 minutes of getting there and it took him an hour and 45 minutes to give me my paperwork I would give them a a1 but they got me in a little earlier than my appointment
This is how I wish every warehouse should work! Super friendly and helpful security guards to start and the same from the office staff. Not to mention unloaded and on my way in less than 1 hour!

Very pleased of off load time, but the trash from Poly Trucking where load was picked up at was not so good. 2 sheets of pressed board 3 straps, an 1 that could not reach to take down.

I am as we speak waiting for one week pay from the facility in north canton, ohio.. the temp service, resource mfg, is their headhunter.. the headhunter couldnt pay me because, kane logistics conveniently said they have no record I worked there and no record that I ever clocked in. How many days is the labor law as far as waiting for just a one week check.I was terminated due to a migraine I keept fighting I now know it was a nerve issue. I suspected it was covid. I took the test. Im negative. now they wont pay me. Well let see what happens next

Very easy to find... no overnight parking, theres a TA approximately 5.8 miles away. In and out in about 2hrs tops!
Took almost 3 hours from the time they finished unloading me to the time they gave me my paperwork on a load that was a split load and wasnt even half a trailer to begin with theres no excuse to be wasting drivers time like that that had me unloaded in less than 20 mins of backing in the dock theres no reason it should take more than 30 mins to unload a driver and hand them their paperwork i dont know why theres a handful of places out here that take hours to do something that is scheduled and what everyone else does in less time

No Overnight Parking at this Place,But if you pass the Place,next Street Global Getaway turn right,there is Parking along the Street.Strictly by Appointment Receiver,i checked in half hour ahead of Appointment,tooks 1.5 Hours to unload me 60 Pallets.No Lumper Fee

Comparing to other Distribution centers, this one is pretty decent. Got in and out for less than 2 hours. I guess, depends on the product they may take longer, but as I said they are just fine comparing to others.
Not a horrible unload time or place to deliver at. But... It’d be nice if they turned the exterior lights on the building on when you make a delivery at night. Makes getting in their docks very difficult/unsafe and it doesn’t have to be!
Check in is efficient, but unloading takes quite a while. Receiver isnt good for counting products in, using drivers log hours.
They deserve more than 5 stars, got here 2 hours before my appointment, got a door and emmedietly started unloading, they also have a clean restroom. What more do you want?
I had appointment at 6:15 am on 06/02/16 I would give message to company that the security guy(Mr.Rick) you appointed.i have never ever met that kind a nice and polite gentleman .I gotta a 2nd chance to meet those nice people yesterday (09/01/2016) 6:15 am.so I asked security guard his name which I mentioned above. Nice people I have ever met.
Arrived here at 12:26 for a 12:45 appointment. Wasnt put in a door until 2:00. Finally out at 5:34 pm. Three and a half hours to unload 22 skids. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

You end up waiting on paperwork for awhile. Dont know why. Not hard to sign a BOL and hand it to the driver so we can move on to our next stop. Im not a local driver so time is money.
Any shipper/receiver that blatantly lies about their load/unload times to avoid detention pay should flat out be ashamed of their selves. You are the equivalent of a truck driver that steals a few cases of freight on his way to deliver. Pathetic and unexcusable.

Receiving and shipping staff friendly, but the yard dogs drive way to fast, drive behind backing trucks with no warning, and just plain rude to drivers.
My driver check in 30 minutes before appt they said go back come back 15 minutes before appt ,he come back 2nd time 15 minutes before appt they go back and come back at your appt , he come back the 3rd time exactly on his appt time they said go back and wait we will call you when we have a dock , they call back 2 hours pass the appt time finally got a dock , then driver wait 3 hours before started when they started it took them 2 more hours for 10 pallets to unload after he finally got unloded another 45 minutes for the paperwork to sign this please is not good no one is ansering the phone either do not come to this location i will be make shure that me or anybody i know never deliver to this place this crazy not a good company .

Over 2 hrs. In the dock to unload 6 pallets. .. This place has REALLY gotten RIDICULOUS.Maybe thats why they raised membership price. To compensate for incompetence. .I sure hope Costco builds near me soon.

Bad deal they couldnt make up their minds where to get a empty from and they had mixed the red flagged trailers with the regular trailers and didnt tag the bad ones so spent the afternoon changing trailers joke no one knows what going on there!

Easy check in at the guard shack. Very fast unload, however, of the 2 hours we where there. 75% of that time was waiting on paperwork.
Yard trucks are slow, recieveing office needs help on getting things organized and keep the flow progress, and theres a serious bad breakdown in communication between recieveing and brokers/dispatchers.
Minimum of a 5 hour wait each time Ive been here this place is a hurry up and wait its like they have one guy working the whole building horrible lazy and they do not care and on top of all that the receiving staff are absolutely rude.
Had a 8:15am showed up on time three trucks in front of me one broke down , I Was in and out in 13/4 hrs. no over night parking, had to pay $14.00 at TA truck stop one exit south.
Truck Driver be careful especially when you deliver at night very dark, unsafe duck and very difficult to get to the duck. no lights in this property not even one light.

2022-01-28My apt 2:15 pm but I arrrived at 12:30pm they tell me come back 15 minute before and unloading 1/2 day waiting I don’t like this place.all hours was gone buy waiting this place not good

2021-08-03The unloading part took me 45 minutes but to get my paperwork it took well over an hour!! U have to wait until they call you with your finished paperwork so after one hour I walked in to check on it and it still wasn’t ready!! Place is definitely a joke!! Staff is friendly but other than that 😩😩 my experience is a NOOOO!! There’s no overnight parking and if using rand McNally it pops up under Green,Ohio

2022-05-09Scale is incorrect. Won’t let you back on property if you leave even if their scale says you’re not overweight but CAT scale says you are. Been sitting 40hrs with an overweight load that they’re unwilling to fix because I was told their scales are accurate and calibrated often even though they’re thousands of pounds off. Literally the only place I’ve been to in years that isn’t willing to fix their mistake but would rather make a driver sit and lose money. Won’t be coming back even though it doesn’t matter, they’ll just end up doing it to someone else who doesn’t know.

2021-03-13Slow, Slow, Slow. This place has went down hill since I was last here about a year ago. Used to be in and out in 1 to 2 hours, which is acceptable. I checked in an hour before my appointment, which was 1045am, hit the dock at exactly 1045am, its now 1230 and a forklift has not entered my trailer as of yet. Ive been out on the road for 2.5 weeks, to the pacific ocean and back, and this is the only place that cant seem to get a trailer unloaded in a timely manner. Worst part is that I live 30 minutes from here and just want to finally get back to my wife and kids. Thanks for being prompt and efficient, I wont be wasting my time booking any loads in or out of here again. Also, they have all their local daycab bobtails parked right in front of the docks to make it that much more of a hassle to get into the docks (pictured), with the moron (truck 1578) on the left parked 20 ft from the curb to be in the way even more.

2022-07-24Dont be more than 15 min late. Ive been here a few times to unload and it usually averages about a hour and a half to get unloaded.

2022-03-15Typical Walmart/Sams distribution...dont be in a hurry. Everyone from the guard shack to shipping/receiving office was helpful & polite though. Dont arrive too early though, you will not be able to stay on the property.

2022-03-18I came an hour before my appointment but Very Racist old man at the guard check got my papers and told me to wait for call for dock but those who were behind me are getting docks. Waited for hrs and I tried to walk to him and ask what is going on but he started yelling at me. DONT COME IF I DIDNT CALL YOU

2022-03-26Very slow place people look kind of good people but there is one thing I can tell you dont book a load until they let you go I got canceled my other load I supposed to pick up 5 p.m. on my appointment over here was 2 clock they let me go 6:pm I will never come again
