POOR SERVICE and communication. I have owned three ktm dirtbikes and im about ready to throw in the orange towel. Disappointing to buy a nordstrom bike and get jcpenny service. Multiple phone calls, multiple messages. No calls EVER returned. Mine is a simple issue that my local dealers suggested i call KTM in ohio. I asked a friend who races if this is normal- his response, are you kidding? they dont answer the phone there. Thanks ktm, top dollar bikes, bottom dollar customer support. Please return one of my messages and help me change this review.

2017-09-12Stopped in on last leg of my ride about the country 10013 miles door to door (in June 2015) on a 2013 690 duke, bike never missed a beat ! Took a few pictures got a Great tour, and finished off the ride. 690 still running strong with 36k plus miles on the clock:-) Ive now got a 2015 1290r and just passed 20k

2017-06-08Worst company ever. I purchase 2017 390 duke 2 months ago but still waiting for it. They dont give any eta they dont answer phone calls. Simply they dont care. If this is what i have even without getting the bike imagine when you have problem after a year. THEY WONT CARE.

2014-04-25Can never get a hold of a Live person always goes to voicemail. Had a motor issue and follow up was slow and never did address the issue. Local dealer repaired the motor issue

I still have no idea what in the heck is the purpose of this phone number, for starters the first time I tried contacting KTM North America it took 2 voicemails during buisness hours 3 other calls with out leaving a message, 2 emails and 4 days, FINALLY someone answered the phone, Ive called 3 or 4 times over the past year pretaining to general inquires of my KTM, warranty fine print, color codes, and an attempted warranty claim, each time they directed me to my nearest dealer, fine, whatever Ill deal with the guys who are trying make more money from me, heres the truth, this phone number WILL NOT have ANY answers to questions about your dirtbike or warranty information. This number is useless. This time around, I spoke with my dealer FIRST they not having the information needed I did what any one would do, contact the manufacturer (KTM) who had ZERO and I mean absolutely zero releasable (KTMs words) information about the dirtbike they designed and built, again I repeat myself I have no idea what this phone number is for but I can tell you what its not for, INFORMATION, PARTNUMBERS, COLOR CODES for KTM motorcycles. Honda 450 here I come! Thanks for the horrendous customer support KTM this is my last one from you! Go mass produce some more time bombs on wheels (250sxf) thanks for nothing!
