After the recent death of my mother, I had a few things that could not be donated. My only option, after exhausting donation organizations, was junk removal. I used a Google search for junk removal in my area. Junk King had hundreds of positive reviews, a 4.9% rating and showed 7+ years in business. I called, the individual who answered was professional. My call was quickly transferred to someone who gave an estimate based on my junk, he was very professional. I had to call back with driveway instructions, customer service was very professional, relayed message in real time. My appointment window was 11-1, got a call ahead at 10:55, arrival at 11:15. I had 1 less large item than original estimate, price came down accordingly, based on the truck space consumed. Junk was removed in a matter of minutes. Paid by check, good for accounting purposes. Receipt was sent via email at 11:28. All in all, a fabulous experience. I will DEFINITELY use Junk King in the future, and will DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone who asks me. Thank you for providing a service and experience I can wholeheartedly support. I only wish your Google search was higher on the listing, about 20 above, but I rate you as number one.

The two gents who cleared out some huge pieces of old furniture from my mom’s house that needs to be sold did an amazing job. Fast, professional, and these weren’t easy pieces to move. Totally fair price also. My online quote was honored in person. Highly recommend.

The guys were very professional, very courteous, patient, and respectful. There were a lot of moving parts. They asked for direction to make sure they didnt take anything that wasnt supposed to go. Thanks for the fresh start/clean slate for the new renters after a complete household turnover!

The guys showed up early and they notified me ahead of time. They got a huge pool table out of my basement and cleared away some old doors and drawers. Very happy with their service and I’ll use them again for sure.

I am very glad I arranged to use junk king. I was able to schedule a pick up on short notice on Thanksgiving day and they were here the next afternoon. They showed up on time and gave a quote after seeing what there was to move. I liked the price and they were done in no time. This is a great service.
