2022-06-01We had a previous company do a really bad job remodeling our bathroom. JTEK went above and beyond to assure us they stand behind their work. They removed all of the walls and flooring that were incorrectly installed and replaced it with new product perfectly. They paid attention to every detail. We HIGHLY recommend them. 2021-12-17JTEK did total revamp of master bathroom including removal of garden tub and shower stall, replacing with walk-in shower and linen storage area.They performed all demolition, plumbing, electrical installations, new dry wall, trim work, painting, flooring and replaced bathroom door with a pocket door.Jake and Justin were very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction and did a very good job of keeping dust and debris to a minimum and cleaned and vacuumed at the end of every work day.I give Jared and his crew 5-Stars and highly recommend JTEK for your remodeling needs.

2021-08-05Because of some recent health issues and increasing age I needed to replace my old shower with a newer and safer one. After a few estimates, I chose JTEK Group Solutions. I was impressed with the professionalism of the installers, Justin and Jake. They were on time, took their time with the installation and took their time to explain when I had questions. After they were done for the day they cleaned up so well I did not know they were there. After they were finished with the shower remodel, they made sure that I was pleased with the finished project. I was also impressed with the quality of the materials used. Definitely no corners were cut in the manufacturing of them. I would definitely recommend that one take the time to visit their storeroom display. After looking at the product catalogs provided, I felt more comfortable with my choices after actually seeing them on display. Overall I have no problem highly recommending JTEK Solutions Group for such a remodel.

2022-07-28Horrible company to deal with. I waited 4 months to get an estimate on a ramp for my garage. Finally after calling and texting I finally got one! It was so over priced I could tell they were not interested in putting one in. Now Im still waiting for a quote on my bathroom remodel. Its only been 5 months! I guess they dont want my business! Dont use this company! They are horrible!!!

2020-08-31JTEK installed a wheelchair accessible roll in shower which has changed our lives! My Mom is now able to shower by herself and she loves the independence, especially in the shower. I expected the shower to be functional but I didnt expect to love the way it looks!! The contractor, Dan, was amazing. He arrived on time, completed the work professionally and in only two days. We are very happy and are glad to highly recommend JTEK Solutions.

2021-04-09We used JTEK to remove our existing backsplash and replace it. I could not be more satisfied!!! The communication and professionalism we experienced was exceptional. They were accommodating when scheduling removal and replacement of our backsplash and they worked around installation of other kitchen materials. The workers arrived when they said they would (and sometimes even a little early). Extra care was taken throughout the process to keep our kitchen space clean and as usable as possible. Jacob did an amazing job installing our herringbone backsplash. The job took a little longer than expected, but he was courteous and spent time to address every detail. I highly recommend JTEK!!!

2021-02-05This was one of my first experiences with a contractor service. Id heard horror stories of people at other places having low quality, unprofessional work that went on long past the timeline if it was completed at all. JTEK told me it was going to be a 4 day job. They confirmed the weekend before that they would start Monday at 8 which is exactly when he showed up. 4 days on the nose and the job was done with beautiful results at the exact budget I was quoted on the estimate. I would gladly work with them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable place
