This is a cool place to hang out! We had the place full so Im not going to mention waiting for some things. Overall they took good care of us and we left happy. The pizza is great and the peach long island iced tea is a winner. The waitress worked her ass off to keep us happy.
Friendly service, the waitress even changed the channels for the ball game when she was crazy busy. Food wasnt as good as usual. Salad was chopped tiny and looked mushy and wilted, tomatoes over ripe too. I re ordered a chicken sandwich which was very good. Wings and fries were good.
My burger was excellent. Burgers were well priced, but everything else seemed a little high. Nice and pleasent atmosphere, but I had to exchange 2 or 3 chairs to find one that wasnt wobbly. One chair I leaned back in and thought I was going to hit the floor, also noticed some had a rough attempt to be braced, and my first one was missing a support. But love the concept of the larger dining room which in the summer opens up glass garage doors to be a large patio.
Ordered a pizza there. Pizza was very good. No social distancing practiced at the bar at 4pm 11-10-20. Waitress and the one person in the kitchen that I saw doesnt ware face covering.
The service was friendly and they had an ok selection of beers on tap. The problem was the food. There wasnt a very good selection of dinners to choose from. Mostly just sandwiches or wings. I ordered the queso dip, a ceaser salad, and a club. All of it was bland or mediocre. I think they tried to add flavor by using sauces and dressings for the salads and sandwiches but that just resulted in a soggy mess. If youre looking for a place to get a cold beer, this is great, but you might want to eat somewhere else first.
Server was friendly, service quick, but was sticker shocked at the bill, it added up quickly. Although not unreasonable, still a tad more than I expected for 4 people. Son got wings, and being from Buffalo, hes been searching for a comparable wing and thinks he found it. I guess thats a compliment.
Waited at least 45 minutes for a table of 5 to get food. When we asked about the wait the waitress actually questioned how long we had been waiting. When the food did arrive the pub burger was just a regular cheeseburger which is not how it is described on the menu. The fries were cold. The fish sandwich was soggy and cold. A really shameful display.
We love the food, music and atmosphere. We would suggest trying the mini tacos appetizer, club sandwhich and Jpub burger. I got my burger with pepperjack, bacon and bbq sauce. I love the mix the bartender made for me with @breckbrew vanilla porter and @ciderboys strawberry cider. Very tasty!! I can see myself becoming a regular here.
I went there on Saturday and it was beyond a horrible experience. They had a completely over served drunk employee off clock in the establishment who was on the patio smashing beer bottles acting belligerent. She then slapped my friend in the face. I told the bar tender, she had another bar tender kick her out. She was back in the bar five minutes later. Told the bar tender again and we were told to just leave her alone. We told them that that was unacceptable and that she needed to be throw out of the bar. The bar tender then called the bouncer over and kicked ALL four of US out. The bouncer then threatened a member of our party and while outside was trying to fight him. The cops were called and somehow all of us are now barred from the place. All because of a completely inebriated employee of theirs, they lost four well paying customers. Management has still yet to contact me as I have been actively trying to get ahold of someone. None of the employees acted responsibly in this situation and should all be terminated in all honesty.
Food is probably better than average bar food. Last three times we went the service certainly left much to be desired. Although from observation, they appear to be understaffed.
I will not order here again. A group of coworkers and I placed a large lunch order today even after finding out they didnt open until 1pm(their website and sign needs updated). My fish and potato chips were cold, no onion on mine but onion on a coworkers that got fries with hers and requested no onion. Our buns were stale and sandwiches all together tasteless. Im not sure about the food quality of all the others except one women was frustrated to pay $7 for that small of a salad and another ordered chips and queso and they never gave her the chips. Also, all of our large soft drinks were flat. I couldnt even drink mine. Unimpressed. We order lunch every Friday but will keep this place off our list going forward.
Google says they are open. Their own website says they are open. A big flashing sign out front has open for lunch in five foot yellow letters. The door is locked and says open at 3pm. Hard to have all day happy hour from 11am if you don’t open until 3 plus makes it hard to patronize a place when apparently even they are confused on when they are supposed to be open.
Employees are very rude. No-one seems to have control over anything. Waited forever for a beer at the bar. Do not recommend going here. Spend your money across the street at fat jacks. Their employees are friendly, service is fast and has quality. I do not recommend this place.
I am super impressed with Js wait staff. With a high level of professionalism and communication between staff members. The food served hot and fast. I would definitely recommend this establishment to everyone. The wait staff here is on point!!! Especially Tara. She Rocks!!!!😁

Such a great venue. Seems like theres always an issue with the service. The gals are sweet but seems like something is always off - an entree is forgotten or the wait is excessive. Today was excellent though-hope thats a trend.

Beyond horrible, ordered the Macho Nacho and a 10 inch supreme Pizza. The macho nacho was microwaved (I watched her do it, gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was an oven), they were beyond soggy. $15 for a Personal size (10 inch) Pizza is outrageous and it was overcooked. Glad I used a half off gift certificate. While waiting a customer wanted the Indians on the TV, 3 employees could not figure it out - in a sports bar.
Pizza was good. Bartenders could have been a little friendlier. Being busy is good business not an inconvenience for an employee. Just a thought!

Close kitchen too early for being a bar. Has a nice crowd typically and good drinks. Fun time with a group four or more.
Horrible place I dont recommend it to anyone I try to steer all my friends away last two times I was there I watches fights break out the one time there was no security to intervene and people in the bar ended up getting it broke up. O ya and then there was a time that 4 cops just showed up to walk thru the place its scary that they cant handle what happens in there own bar.
Went there May 1st and they did not have any tables cleaned nor did any one come to wait on us after waiting 30 minutes, take your business elsewhere!
Waited 20 minutes for a drink while people behind us got served, went to the other end of the bar where it seemed people were getting served faster and had a drink within 2 minutes. .. guess it depends on which bartender you have

Nice place, good pizza but avoid the Mighty Nachos. When I complained about the lack of meat on them the bar maid replied there is 2oz of meat 😂 other than that no complaints!

2021-12-28We decided to meet with my family here the day after Christmas; about 35 of us. Only the bartender and cook were working; only two folks. We had a wonderful time! The bartender took care of us very well, and the cook got our food out as fast as possible with only one person working the kitchen. We helped run food and drinks, but thats the least we could do, considering how we ambushed the place with my rowdy family!Ive been here many times (and I remember when it was The Chalet!) and we always have a great time.

2021-05-09SUPER friendly service. Place looks fricken amazing too! Never seen a pub look this good. Id take back 0.25 stars ONLY for the decor above the bar (in the back top area). It looks AWESOME, but needs repaired! Strongly recommend!!

2022-01-23We were in town and decided to go grab a drink. Blood all over the entrance area. Looks like someone was murdered here recently. Felt very unsafe. I would head somewhere else if I were you.

2021-09-06Bands and events can be fun here but the food is mediocre and the draft beer is terrible. I dont think they have cleaned the lines in the history of the place. Totally disgusting, even got line scum/grime in my draft beers on 2 different occasions. Wouldnt recommend

2020-11-04Horrible place! Rude staff doesnt know how to mix drinks correctly. Food and drink all over the floor all night long. Staff hook up their friends first before paying any attention to other people that have been standing there for 20 minutes or longer. Kitchen staff look like homeless people with improper attire, no gloves worn, hands not washed. Go ahead and enjoy getting food poisoning, possible HIV or hep c, watered down liquor and nasty service from nasty people if you decide to go here. Or even shot or stabbed here, its happened before 🤷🏻♂️

2019-08-23Food was really amazing, not going to lie. I had the burger, and it was for sure worth it. It took probably 25 minutes to get the burger and fries, which is about averageDo not go here for karaoke however. You cant hear yourself at all, or any of the singers for that matter. Set up hides you behind a speaker if you need to glance at words. The DJ had low energy, maybe because he was having such a slow night. Not many newer songs availableThe bar was completely dead, there are 11 people here including the DJ, bar tender, and the cook.... so not the place to go if you want to meet friendly locals.Atmosphere is great tho, they had the garage doors open, and it had a nice outdoor feel. Only one pool table, that was open for the most partAltogether not a bad place on a thursday night at 10pm if you wanna play pool, and eat a burger. Give it 3 stars
