Have inquired and left my number And ask for a return call. Then stopped by the other day and even talk to someone and was assured that I would get a phone call on Monday and have heard nothing so I will go shopping some where else. My friend buys her car there And I interpret for her. The salesman told me when youre ready to buy a car let me know Ill take care of you so I did so...... I bought my last Toyota from VOSS TOYOTA. Ill go back there. I took my other friend to Voss and she bought a Camry there and is well Please. They have always treated me right And kept their word !
This is the second vehicle Ive purchased for my wife from Joseph Toyota and Arvin Ridley. His service, honesty and integrity are second to none. He and his team presented us with white glove service at a fair price. The financing portion was painless my only cause for concern was the insurance salesman. Was gonna trade in my 2017 tacoma in there but they was trying to low ball me with a 30000 offer this truck was a trd sport blue with 6000 dollar lifted suspension on it with a 2000 dollar arb bumper on it and a brand new viper remote start on it and the truck only had 65000 miles on it 2015 2nd gen tacomas are going for 30000 so I gladly walked away
The best customer service. Sales person Kevin Carter got us in a car that was perfect. Everyone in the office was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. On 1-3-2018 had to return to the dealership for a tire pressure issue and once again, Kevin was able to take care of the situation without a problem. Ive recommended Joesph Airport to all my family, friends and I urge anyone who is in need of a dependable car go here. These salesman take their time to listen and are not pushy. Thanks again, Kevin!
I wouldnt deal with this service department again. I dont call names, but Ill say this of their assistant service Mgr. Hes unpleasant, unprofessional at best. Didnt have a clue where my truck was, even though roadside assistance had it towed their. Rushed me out the door, without getting my car seat for my 4 year old daughter. I wasnt allowed none of my personal property. Because of his lack of knowledge and understanding. The guys name is Ishaih. Fair warning dont deal with him. I think he needs retrained at Customer Service. Buying a vehicle from their was easy. But vehicle service ... Avoid it, take it to Voss.

We had an excellent experience at Joseph Airport Toyota. Our Salesman, Kevin Dorsten was wonderful: very polite, very friendly, very informative, very attentive, and very professional. He answered all of our questions about the vehicle we were interested in, and then had to go clean off all of the snow on it, so that we could test drive it. He was patient and did not pressure us at all on our decision, and was reasonable with the price negotiation. Then, since the temperature had been so cold, he had to arrange for us to return for the painters, and kept in touch with us by text to keep us up-to-date on the status of the repairs. Kevin Dorsten is the best, and we highly recommend the Dealership based on our entire experience there. Plus....we LOVE our new Santa Fe!!
Id give em a 5 but no one gets my 5 unless they do something I remember in 10 years on the good scale. Same way with zero stars. If Ill remember poor treatment for 10 years. That being said, this dealership did go beyond what any other dealership has before. All questions were answered. The staff we dealt with were quite knowledgeable. Everyone involved in our new car deal impressed me. Im not easy to impress. It wasnt all about closing the deal. Our sales guy showed a genuine interest. We were made to feel at home with cool drinks, comfortable atmosphere etc. We felt like we made a friend. We drove away after the deal with our salesmans personal phone. He said, Call Anytime, even 3 am. I would add another 1/2 a star for that. It was a good experience, very good. What the heck? Heres another star for a total of five. We love the car!
I bought a new Toyota 4runner yesterday from this dealership. The weather was really bad, cold snowy day. Justin was very nice and helped me through the whole process. He even had the vehicle warmed up with the seat heater on. Nice touch. Thank you Justin and Joseph airport Toyota
Took my vehicle in to get an oil change, everything went well until I was told the air filter and cabin air filter had already been replaced, as I was shown two dirty filters who supposedly came out of my vehicle. I asked to have my old air filters put back in as I would replace them myself. Came home from the oil change, grabbed the filters I already had at my house and proceeded to change them. Upon inspection I could tell the filter in my vehicle were not nearly as dirty as the ones at the dealer.. and my filter compartment were packed with leaves and debris. No way they could of even taken my filters out of look to see if they needed replaced to begin with.. be careful of fraudulent actions while getting your vehicles serviced
The service team was able to get me in for an emergency appointment (and a good thing too, because my engine might have been destroyed if I kept driving it!). Tom Thacker oversaw the handling of my car and his team managed to diagnose the problem that my car very quickly. He was able to give me a plan to keep it running. I will schedule future maintenance appointments here.
Took in for service asked twice for quote for tires left without one. Got a text message thank you for letting us service waited 20min then walked down to service desk guy handed me my report no explanation of service and no quote for tires no explanation of yellow marked item in report. I have to question if service was even performed. Have been a customer since 2017 this may be it. All the negative reviews I see get a premade generic response instead of action
HUGE thanks to Kevin Dorsten for helping me out with a battery issue on a vehicle I bought 6 months ago. The service dept was super helpful as well letting me know what the issue was with the battery. Kevin took the time out of his day to personally come to my house with a jump box, and assist with the issue. Thankful for his efforts.
Compared to other Toyota Dealers in the area, I found Joseph to be the best. I initially selected this dealership because of the proximity to my place of employment. I was pleased to find the experience nearly flawless. I allowed them to replace the cabin filter. They presented me with the old filter to justify the expense. I took them at their word. The total expense for a cabin filter was $42.00. I will be back.
Andy Davis was the best! I could tell he had a lot on his plate when I came in, but he did so well juggling it all! He pointed me in the right direction of the perfect car for me and was very patient when I still wanted to browse around! Once I decided on which car I wanted his team worked hard to get the paperwork started and I traded in my car for a 2020 Camry! Everyone was so nice here and made the whole process very easy! I recommend this place and Andy for anyone looking to get a car :)
We got a great deal and excellent financing at Joseph Airport Toyota. Finding a Sienna hybrid in this high demand market was challenging. Given our urgency to conclude the purchase, we were able to get delivery of the vehicle in less than 24 hours. It was a pleasure working with Michael Goldie and Shawn Levi (financing). The van was sparkling and ready to go when we arrived. Extra detailing was completed while we concluded our financing.
Warranty, rental, and service department offers great service and help when in a pinch. I had to get my car in for emergency repair and they were able to help within a half hour before close on a holiday weekend. They were very kind when I was clearly upset and only wanted to help.
I walked onto the Airport Toyota used car lot and was quickly assisted by a very knowledgeable and thorough salesperson named Andy Davis. There was no high pressure, just a lot of education and patience as I examined the van. He gave excellent me explanation/demonstration of the vehicles features and history. The financing experience was equally efficient, fair and thorough. Andy even returned my rental car for me! Thanks for your professionalism.

Love our car but not the salesperson that helped us. We were there for 2.5 hours just to sign paperwork for the vehicle that we told them we were purchasing the night before. Our salesman kept disappearing. He didnt want us to use our bank we have been using for 15 years kept pushing to use them. He even ran my husbands credit without telling him. Very unprofessional.

I even saved more money by switching to Allstate insurance which is conveniently located there. I would definitely bring my business back the next time Im in the market for another vehicle.
Worst service ever. Had an appointment scheduled with erin to look at a new car we called on the way to the dealership to let her know we were on the way only to find out she had already left earlier in the day and they sold the car. i understand selling the car nut not to even call us to let us know was very unprofessional we will never do business there again...
Absolutely wonderful! We worked with sales person Arvin R. He was very nice and personable. As a sales person myself I can say that he did a great job of not pressuring us for a sale. The finance team works magic. My wife and I just filed bankruptcy but we now needed a car. They were able to get us financed which we thought was a miracle then was surprised at the interest rate which was much lower than we expected. All in all a great place to go!
The lady I worked with didn’t want to do her job. I asked her to call the warranty company to see if my repair was covered and without checking she told me it was not. I found my paperwork and in fact my repairs were covered under my warranty. She was going to send me home without checking and was going to charge me almost $400 for repairs if I would’ve agreed to them. She basically called me a liar and said I didn’t ask her to call, when I did because why would I want to pay for repairs when I can check and see if the warranty would cover it. Had I not did my own due diligence I would’ve been sent home with the same issue I came in with AND wasted time. Oh also, money because I was being charged for a diagnostic. Service was terrible. I would not buy another vehicle from this Toyota.
I bought a used vehicle site unseen from this dealership--I live about 70 miles from the dealership. I wasnt driving there unless I was buying the car and the deal had to be worked over the phone. Its the type of vehicle that does sell fairly quick on a lot and it met my specs. They were helpful to look at the things that were important to me. I put a deposit down on the vehicle.I worked with Calvin W. They put it through a full mechanical inspection and did a few things--one of them required ordering the part. I was supposed to go pick-up my vehicle on a Saturday. The night before, Calvin realized that the vehicle might be delayed, so he called me to let me know. We pushed the delivery date by a few days.When I arrived at the dealership to take the car, the car hadnt been detailed yet. Calvin was aghast. I worked with Calvin and Jason (I believe is the used car managers name) to have it detailed at a sister dealership near to my home. Thanks to them for helping arrange that.I paid sticker for the vehicle. I dont feel like a got a deal so to speak, but I do feel like I paid a fair price and they kept their word. The most important thing for me is that I feel very good Joseph Toyota honored their commitment to thoroughly inspect and repair any mechanical defects. I looked at enough of these vehicles to see cost variances and this vehicle was priced fairly. Its still a used car, you cant expect perfection, but I felt very informed about any defects--a couple small body things. There were no surprises mechanically or otherwise when I arrived, which I 100% appreciate.I didnt have any real finance or trade-ins on the vehicle. I brought a check and left with my car within 30-40 minutes. Calvin was sure to protect my time.Id buy from them again.
We just purchased a 2007 FJ from Mike Goldie at Joseph Airport Toyota. We shopped around for similar vehicles in the Dayton and Columbus area and found the best price and best condition of vehicle at Joseph airport Toyota. Mike and his team stayed late on a Saturday night and got us taken care of. They were kind, courteous and made us feel confident we were making a good purchase.
Ive spoken to and worked with many dealerships in my life and this one is by far been the best. Our Salesperson Kevin C. was great to work with. He was knowledgable about the vehicle we wanted, transparent and more than fair on pricing, and treated us great when we were at the dealership. The Finance Manager Seth was awesome too. He put our packet together quickly, walked us through the most efficient options and had us out in 15 minutes.If you are in the market for a new Toyota, you wont find better pricing or customer service. No surprises, quick and best pricing around, and couldnt be happier with my Tacoma.
Bought my toyota car brand new in Texas from Universal Toyota in San Antonio. Impeccable service!!!! Got the extended warranty covers oil changes/tire rotations and tire damage when I purchased my car.Ohio Airport Toyota, Voss Toyota however, both tried to tell me that they do not honor warranties out of territory. Got an oil change and they didnt screw down the plastic under compartment right. Called universal Toyota and Found out they are liars. Then when I called them out on it, they comped me.2nd experience i ran over a nail which hit the side wall. The service guy says they dont honor warranties yet again and makes an excuse that the warranty companies are impossible to get payment from. Im like well, I paid for the warranty, so not my problem. He talked to the manager and he agreed to the warranty.... Tire gets replaced. Get a phone call from the same guy 2 months later. He says, Sir, the warranty didnt cover the cost of the tire, so when do you think you will be down to make the payment. I tell the guy in so few words, heres the 1-800 number to the warranty company. Why dont you give them a call and find out where your cash is at.....toyota Service up here in Ohio is awful. I still love my cars but I wont be receiving service from them again. Id rather drive back to Texas 1.3k miles than go back to an Ohio Toyota.
I want to give a big thanks to Michael Goldie. He was such a great and kind hearted salesman. I went in there with doubts because of a tough situation I was in and Michael really helped me and got me in an amazing vehicle to which I love. Management is also wonderful and o really appreciate what they have done for me. 5 stars ⭐️ and I will recommend anyone that needs a car to go here !!

Due to the pandemic I’ve had financial problems and they new about them but still took me in and got me into the car I wanted! I had an excellent experience buying my used 2016 Buick Envision with THE WRAP extended warranty. I worked with Mike Golding and I have to say he is one of the nicest guys in the business. Mike really listened to everything I was hoping to find in a car. He surprised me with his out of box thinking when showing me different options. When I didnt find the car I wanted on my first visit Mike continued to search for the features I requested. He was never obnoxious with contacting me too often and I never felt pressured to hurry up and buy something. Together we took our time finding exactly what I hoped for. In the end I got the exact dream car I wanted, panoramic sunroof and all!! I also feel great about the warranty offered by Joseph Airport Toyota. It literally covers everything except maintenance items (tires, oil changes, brakes) for the whole time I own my car. Since I am the type person to buy a car and drive it for 20 years this will very much pay off for me in the long run! I’ve been to 3 different Toyota dealerships and this is the only one that was able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix an ongoing audio issue I was having with my 2021 Supra! Most service centers and techs are avoiding working on the supra due to the challenges it comes with, but these guys welcomed the challenge and got the car fixed under warranty, in a fairly short amount of time given the circumstances! If you’ve got a Supra, and a weary of other service centers, schedule a service appointment here!
Weve been searching for a high quality yet affordable used vehicle to replace our 18 year old Honda Odyssey. We found it at Joseph Airport Toyota. Everyone there was great including the service department, which really impressed us. Ive never walked away from a dealership feeling like we didnt get ripped off. This was the first car dealer experience I feel like we received an exceptionally fair deal. We plan to visit here first when its time for another vehicle.
This is the 4th time we have leased a car with this dealer and with our salesperson, Eddy Galera. We keep coming back for a reason! Each time we have received a great deal and had a great buying experience. Eddy and the team work hard to find the right vehicle for you for the right price. He even ran out to our new car as we were leaving because he had checked the lease car we had returned and found our garage door opener! What a great save! Best dealership I have been to by far. Every car I test drove was in amazing shape, unlike the dealerships around it (excluding Hyundai, they share a lot). My car is in amazing condition and was a fantastic price with the warranties. Would highly recommend Mark, sweet guy.

Last night for the 1st time in over 9 years the check light was on. Turned around, parked and read the Owners Manual. Bottom line: Have the vehicle inspected by your Toyota dealer immediately. Precisely what I did this morning. The diagnostic had nothing. Additionally, though not mentioned in the Owners Manual, this may be a gas cap problem. I trust and appreciate Joseph Airport Toyota for dealing with my vehicle as soon as they could. Thanks!
We have never had a more pleasant experience buying a vehicle. Our salesman was helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to take no for an answer when we did not want certain extras. He saw to our comfort and demonstrated the features and controls of our new truck very thoroughly.
Be forewarned that buying tires at Joseph Airport Toyota is probably not the smartest idea. First, I was never given any information on how their warrenty program worked. So when I had a blown tire due to a road hazard they stated after the repair that I needed to bring my car to their location to have it serviced and fixed. Well, when do blown tires ever happen at a convenient time or location - NEVER! I was hundreds of miles away and it was a Saturday evening. Toyota service dealers wouldnt be open until Monday at the earliest and I had to get home ASAP. My tire was not even driveable - even though they were supposively run flats (which is another bad story there). Im still trying to get even a portion of my new tire cost and replacement fees compensated. I keep having to call the service department and still havent gotten any answers after two weeks. I would have thought that Customer Care should be in the forefront - NOT this time! This blown tire cost me well over $500.
Stopped in a few weeks ago regarding a leaking tire and Stephen once again did an amazing job. He always handles the service requests for both my 2014 Rav4 and my wifes 2016 Camry. He is an awesome service technician who is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Always enjoy my experience and feel like we are in great hands with Stephen taking care of us.Thanks for everything!
Everyone at Joseph Airport Toyota was helpful and knowledgeable throughout my entire buying process. We had a nice buying experience seeking a used car at this dealership. We worked with Arvin Ridley, who was the kind of sales guy you want when buying a car. Low pressure, found and brought us out several cars to look at allowing us to compare years and model styles. We left the first day without any nagging or single call back. When we returned later in the week to look again Arvin had cars ready for us to drive. I have already recommended this dealership and Arvin in particular to others. We purchased our second car from Joseph 10 days ago. Myron Fuller from Joseph was terrific to work with. The first car he showed us was a great match for what we were looking for in a car. Myron was gracious, polite, and helpful, apologizing several times (though not needing to do so :-) ) for the current condition of the car. He clearly and plainly addressed all of our questions and affirmed his willingness -- both at the end of the sale as well as at car pick-up -- to always be available to help further in the future. It was gratifying to know we had just as good, if not better, a second car-buying experience as the first at the same dealership. Myron was the key part of making that happen!

Steve is excellent, good personality, knowledgeable, and spent an enormous amount of time educating us about the new automobile. We were impressed. I highly recommend this dealership.
By far the best car buying experience we have ever had. The setting is very relaxed & the sales people we worked with were incredible. We never felt pushed at all. They gave us all the facts without trying to manipulate us. We worked with Greg (salesman) & he not only explained all the features of the car to us but even synced our phone & garage door opener. Dave (sales manager) was incredible as well. He joked with us & made it a relaxing experience while helping us fit our budget! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!

I have always dreaded car shopping. The feeling of pressure from the sales rep and the long process in purchasing is not something I look forward to. However, I chose two vehicles on line to test drive and notified Joseph Airport Toyota. We made arrangements for an appointment and upon my arrival, Michael had both cars were pulled to the front and running. There was no wait to test drive other than to get a copy of a license. It was great! When we chose the one to buy, we let Michael know what our budget was and he and the finance team worked to get us close to where we wanted to be. We drove off the lot in our new car in three hours. I highly recommend Michael Goldie and Joseph Airport Toyota.
We recently purchased a New Rav4 Hybrid. We worked with Steve. He was very educated and informative about the car and was able to answer every question we had. The whole process was streamlined and smooth. We feel as if we were taken care of and were given the phone numbers of service, finance and salesman in case we had any questions later.

It was me and my husbands first time buying a car and Mike Matthews made it really easy. He contacted us right away after showing interest in the car online and then walked us through the entire process, showing us our options and being very personable. They also found us a better deal with car insurance and saved us a lot of money.My only complaint is towards the used car dealership building - this is not the fault of the car salesmen, but upper management needs to clean the building. Most of the office was dated, with marks and scratches on the walls, and really dirty grimy floors. The guest center was great though, clean and comfortable with a lot of amenities and all of the people were very kind. Overall we had a really great experience.
This dealership has a great sales department. I recently purchased a new 2021 RAV 4 XLE. The salesman worked with me and my wife. Carl Allyn and his assistant Rob were thorough and answered all our questions in detail. This is my second car from this dealership and Carl was requested by my wife and I. They do not hesitate to helped you find the car you need and want. If the do not have it in their extensive inventory, they can find it! They are professional in their approach; honest and make the effort and take the time to find the car that satisfies the customer and their budget.
I had a great experience at Joseph Airport Toyota. My friend and I recently visited Joseph Airport Toyota to see the new Supra. Everyone was extremely friendly. A salesman came out to greet us within a few minutes of us being there. It was pretty obvious we were not able to buy anything since we are only 18, but that did not matter. The man treated us like adults when he could have easily told us to leave. He brought us inside to see the Supra and then talked to us for 30 minutes about cars. He was very knowledgeable, and I would definitely feel confident buying a car from them.
I just purchased my first car (used 2019 Chevy Spark) from Joseph Airport Toyota, and the staff definitely made the whole experience much less terrifying than I had originally anticipated.Everyone I had met was kind and personable. I had a sales representative by the name of Mike Goldie. He was not pushy and went above and beyond his job to help me find a car. He stayed late several nights so I could test drive some cars. When I did not find a used one that fit my needs he found me a new one that fit my budget. Very pleased with my purchase. I would highly recommend Mike Goldie.

My 2018 Toyota Sienna has had an anomaly issue with it randomly not starting. Had it in shop 3 separate times. The first time my van was loaded with 5 service dogs. The team kept in contact with me and worked with me to ensure their safety and comfort. (A very out of the box sotuation!) The third time it was in Ken handled the request with unbelieveable tact and details. The tech (Brad I think?) Worked countless hours and dug in with extraordinary detail to he sure the issue was resolved. Best part...if this recurs, the team offered to bring in a certified Toyota engineer and different multiple future options should this be needed. This type of never give up attitude is rare. This is my second time in two years buying a car from Joseph Airport Toyota and I had been another great experience. The first time I got my car from them was because I had to file bankruptcy and I was put in a 2015 Toyota Camry that was amazing inside and out. I loved that car. Unfortunately on July 3, 2020 I was in a terrible car accident and I was rear ended and my car was totaled. The way the Toyota Camry is built saved myself, daughter and my mothers’ lives. I want to thank Mark Clement for putting in one of the safest cars out on the road. He worked his magic for me again yesterday by putting me in a 2017 Toyota Camry. Thanks to Joseph Airport Toyota I am in love with Toyota and this car lot. Thank you guys for all that you do and keeping myself and my family safe.
Others may have a better experience but on almost every visit to the dealers service department, I have trouble. Lack of communication and poor customer service by certain individuals is my biggest complaint. Ive had no problems with the quality of the work but certain persons in the service department are impossible to work with. After almost two years working with them I have decided to take my truck to another dealer about 45 min away to get serviced. I am just tired of the frustration on almost every visit.

I must say that I had a pleasurable experience at Joseph Toyota this week. I telephoned the dealership the night before and explained to the salesman, Calvin Worthy, what I was looking for, a couple of hours later he calls me back with good news. All I had to do was go in the next day to sign the paperwork. The service that I received from everyone at Joseph Toyota, especially Calvin was wonderful. Would I recommend them to friends and family, yes I would, without hesitation.
My salesman, Arvin R. was fantastic. He was not pushy at all, spent a lot of time with me showing me cars and letting me test drive them. I am very thankful that his customer service was great compared to what I had 3 years ago from another dealership. My family has been here many times, and I decided I would give it a try. Im glad I did.
I just purchased my car here, worked with Carl, but mostly Marcus and Brian in the used car department. They were excellent. I am in bankruptcy and they were able to help me, which is more than any other dealership was willing to do. I had been to Kings Mazda, and they did nothing for me. Marcus and Briam were very helpful, we stayed in contact through the entire process via text. I live in Cincinnati and it was worth the drive to get the perfect car for me. The price of the car was very fair, and they also gave me a fair price for my trade in. I love the lifetime power Tran warranty they offer. I am a younger single woman, so usually car shopping is not a fun experience because so many car salesmen are pushy and rude. I felt they truly cared about me, and wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Arvin Ridley and Ron Wynne worked with me and my not-so-good credit to my total satisfaction. They were the only ones who kept at it until they found a financial institute that would work with me. I even found a car I liked. Which in my experience rarely happens when your choices are very limited. Arvin was very helpful and didnt stop until I got what I wanted. The vehicle still drives great, and I have received compliments with how it looks (the previous owner had clearly taken great care of it). We stopped to look at a car a car before we were headed out to another dealer to an appointment we had to test drive a car. We took one car for a test drive we sat down with the sales man and he was trying to sell us an extended warranty we told him that we had to go see another car and he asked where at and we told him and he bashed the other car lot saying they were good with their financing and they have some trouble a year or so ago. We felt that this was unprofessional and when we got to the other car lot they were so friendly we got a warranty with our car and they did not try to pressure Us in buying one because we still got the factory warranty on a used car. I really think that if they want to sell cars at this place they need to act professional and not get mad because you want to go someplace else and test drive a car and see who has the better deal
This is the second time we have had the good fortune to deal with Mr. Arvin Ridley. I have purchased many many cars in my 80 years. My son Ruben Pelayo had me pick out a car for him, I chose the RAV4 Limited fully loaded and asked to speak to Arvin to set up an appointment. He had sold Ruben a Tacoma before. Michael Goldie was great to work with. He was very attentive to my wants and needs in a car. He went out of his way to help me and even offered soft drinks while we were working on my application. I would rate him an A+. Actually every one that worked there was very friendly.
Needed a replacement car within 24 hours. I was shown a nice 2015 model but did not want to go that high. Calvin offered to check the adjacent lot for a better fit. I said if it had heated seats I am interested. He found it in about 20 minutes and I drove it. The kicker was it also had dual heat/cooling controls and leather seats. I was sold. I needed to return my rental and thought I could complete the deal and pick it up the next day. He arranged for Enterprise to pick up the rental there and I drove my new vehicle home. This saved me at least two more trips to other car dealers and was just what I wanted. I felt so good I treated myself to a movie that evening.John

I am impressed with the sales team. I called the location and shared my situation with them. I was clear about what I have to work with for purchasing a vehicle and they listened. Within minutes, I got a phone call from them. That wasnt enough, so Jessica decided to flood my email with dozens of emails asking me if I was still interested. Treating a prospective customer like that is beyond rude. I received no such harassment when I did my car shopping at Voss Toyota in Beavercreek and Walker Toyota by the Dayton Mall. How you treat someone matters. I will never shop with this slimy, annoying car dealership and recommend everyone who reads this to look elsewhere.

I was having problems with my tire pressure system on my 2012 Highlander and stopped in to see if they could fix the problem. Not only did they fix the problem but they got me right in away even though they were packed with customers ahead of me. What makes this amazing is I was leaving the next day for a cross country road trip in questionable weather conditions. They clearly understood I needed to be able to focus on the road and not the light on my dashboard indicating a problem. Great work service writer who’s name I unfortunately wasn’t able to get.
Everyone here is super nice. Ive brought my wifes car over here b/c we had a free oil change due to buying a brand new van. I have been waiting for 2 hours on them to do just an oil change. The gentleman told me it would be approximately an hour. Here it is 2 hours later and still nothing. I asked if they could check the transmission and/fluid and they wanted to vharge me for it. Ive tried to talk her into trading this in an go somewhere that would be more helpful and more knowledgable about vehicles.

I brought my 2007 Lexus in for an oil change. Car was fine before I dropped it off. Get a call about an hour later stating that my car wouldnt start and that my battery was bad. They could replace it for 195.00. Said car was fine this morning now the battery is dead? I shouldnt have been able to start it that morning, right? Went to get the car because I wasnt convinced my battery was bad and figured they can just jump it and I get a second opinion, all kinds of warning lights were on but the car was running. I paid talked with the service guy who said the reason the lights were on because of the bad battery and that the lights would go off once I changed the battery. Left, drove the car to work and popped the hood to check the bad battery. Checked the negative terminal and it was extremely loose, like I could pull if off with my hands loose. I know for a fact the terminals were tight because I cleaned them off this summer because I notice corrosion on the battery and I took them off to clean them thoroughly. I believe someone loosened my battery terminal. How can you check a battery and say its bad but you didnt notice a loose terminal? I tightened the terminal waited about two minutes started the car and all the warning lights were off, car running fine and starting great. I will never go there again! I believe they deliberately messed with my car to try and get some extra money. If I hadnt had a little knowledge about cars I would have listened to them and spent the money on a battery that I didnt need. Oh, and they said I needed an air filter, that I just changed 3 months ago. They will never get another dime from me!And by way I noticed this print on the technician left inside of my car!

I had the frame recall on my 2000 Toyota Tundra done here. This was quite a while ago so hopefully their service and mechanics have changed by now. They had the truck for maybe a week, went to pick it up and as I was headed out of their parking lot onto the road the brake pedal went almost all the way to the floor and I nearly went out into oncoming traffic. Needless to say I spoke to a service attendant and they assured me the problem would be fixed. A day later I went back to pick up the truck yet again. Everything seemed fine. Drove home and started checking things out as replacing the frame is quite an ordeal. I then noticed my tail lights were no working AT ALL. I drove home 40 minutes without working tail lights. Called the dealer and they told me to bring it back... So yes, I had to drive it again without working tail lights as I didnt want to have it towed at my expense. Again, they had it for a day and fixed it. Picked it up and everything was fine. A month or so later I hooked my utility trailer up to the truck and I had no trailer lights, they worked before all this. Needless to say I was tired of taking it back to them so I ended up fixing the issue myself. I WILL NEVER trust this dealer with any of my vehicles again. I spoke with the general manager of Airport Toyota, Christian Hahn, he was extremely rude and basically made it out that I was trying to make them fix existing problems on the truck free of charge when none of these problems existed before they touched my vehicle.
I was offered a trade in on my old Toyota. Everyone was very professional. Very happy and satisfied that I was able to go through them for a purchase on a vehicle. I have slowly been building my credit and even though I dont have much credit they were willing to work with me on a good deal which will also help to build up my credit.

Overall one of the best shopping experiences I have endured. The used car salesman name Mark did everything possible in ensuring we got what we needed, he was informative and helpful in picking the correct car and the price was very reasonable, no haggling needed. When I went to go pick up the car, check engine light just went off and before I left the lot they decided to keep the car over night and provided me with a temporary vehicle so I could get to work. Just over all a great experience.

The battery in my car died at a very inconvenient time (after hours). Roadside Assistance picked it up and delivered it after hours. The next morning I got a text at 7 with the diagnosis and cost and it was ready for pickup before noon. Thank you Stephen S for (as usual) for the quick turn around time. My recent experience with your entire Service Department was the worst that I have ever had at any dealership. The Service Department broke a wheel stud and then charged me for the replacement. They then sold me an unneeded battery. I have never had any battery problems, but they claimed that the car wouldnt start and/or was having trouble starting. I paid a total of $716.00. My car was not washed or vacuumed. To top it off; they parked my car and left it in 1st gear (5 speed manual), so that it jumped when I attempted to start it. I will be sending letters of my experience to the Better Business Bureau, Toyota Corporate Offices, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

The sales personnel, especially Steve, were patient and helpful as I tried out a number of cars, looking for the one that met my needs. The Dealer Representative, Jamie, worked with me patiently over a period of time to make a decision. I give them high praise for their attention and courtesy. Still, I felt a good deal of pressure to buy a limited life-time warranty that i really didnt want and now regret purchasing. Also, I think I paid a somewhat higher price for my Prius than I would have elsewhere. But as a whole, I found the staff very pleasant to deal with.

I have gone in for an oil change on our Prius twice now and I am so impressed with this dealership. There is no pressure to do a bunch of things to my car that is not needed. They ordered a part for me and when I said I am pretty sure we will be able to install the piece ourselves, they didnt push to have it done in the shop. They are honest and look out for the customer rather than trying to pad their own wallets in services that are not needed. The Toyota dealerships in Seattle need to learn from these guys! If I could give a zero, I would. My 2017 Honda CRV, is back in the shop again for the 2nd time, and I havent even owned it for 3 months yet. Im hoping its covered under the warranty, but I have a very strong feeling, it will be a MAJOR cost to me. Everything is flashing on the dash as being in not working order, which is what I had it in for the 1st time. I really feel like the dealership knew what the problem was, but they didnt want to fix it, so it was played up to me (a single woman) as a great buy. Im extremely upset and disappointed with the salesman and dealership. So, if you are thinking of buying from them...please have your mechanic check it out first, so you can avoid what I am going thru right now. Best of Luck to you all.
Stopped by to test drive solo and less than three hours later I was driving my superb new-to-me car home. No fuss, no hassles, and nothing but stellar service from top to bottom. I worked with Carl after contacting customer service via the website. He was no pressure and worked out the details without being condescending. I purchased a new Corolla from the other side of the business about six years ago, and they were very nice to work with, the pre-owned side of the business was absolutely stellar.

Buying a used car can be compared to hitting a Nolan Ryan fastball. Everyone expects you to strike out and rarely does anyone hit a Homerun. If you bought one at this location, you are already down 0-2 and Nolan is breaking out sandpaper and Vasoline. I purchased one of these cars in December, flush with the wrap warranty and multiple point inspection. My first strike was believing the inspection was actually done, and my second was trusting their commitment to the customer. The other day, on our first sunny day in quite a whileI, I experienced an issue with the sunroof rubber trim. The service department scheduled me for what we thought would be a quick resolution. Upon arriving, and finding out about my deductible, I decided to talk with Bryan, the Used Car contact, to see if we could work out a compromise. Upon explaining my situation, his first words were that he appreciated the fact that I was infalable, although completely incorrect, I do wish sometimes for a multi point inspection on parenting. He made it clear that I should be thankful for that warranty. The same one that in retrospect, made them treat me so good until I bought it. While I was really just inquiring to see how close behind their inspection, the company stood, it was a lesson to me and hopefully will be to you too. If you fall victim to this company, you will at least find solace in the fact that their service department does a nice job cleaning up what its badly behaved brother messes up . And if you still buy a used car here, I hope you can hit the 99 mile an hour cutter, cause that is what they will be throwing if you want to take a swing at their customer service. Swing and a miss, they struck me out .
I went to have my oil changed and considering trading in my car. While I received great service from the service department, I was totally ignored by the sales team. I walked into the showroom and looked at the Rav4, then went on the lot and looked at 4 different Rav4s. Not a single person approached me. When I went back through the showroom to get back to service, one guy, who did not bother to leave his desk, asked if he could help me find where I was going. I was truly braced to buy a car, but i guess I will wait.
Mark Clement has now helped out our family for the third time. He sold my daughter her car a year ago and was superb to her and her husband. And was very pleasant with my granddaughter. Then about eight month ago my daughter suggested another family member go work with Mark. Now it was my turn and he treated me with the up most respect and was willing to do what every he could to make the process as smooth as possible. If your looking for someone who it patient and willing to hear you out and try to keep you in the best most comfortable situation possible he is the salesman to work with. With the help of the financial manger I was able walk away happy and content with my decision. He and Joseph Airport Toyota will be the only place we go to do business.
On two occasions I have had to have the service dept fix my tires for leaks. Best One in piqua installed them incorrectly and they leaked. Best One also did not want to honor the Cooper warranty without charging fees for reviewing the issues.... I bought 4 new tires from Airport Toyota. They have never treated me bad and have always made sure I understood what was needed and why, without talking down to me.
First, I hate buying cars, I hate car sells man. Now, I got it out of my system. If I could buy a car with the experience I had Saturday, January 9, I would buy a car every year. I was not stressed, everyone was very professional and it was downright relaxing. I didnt leave feeling like I had been cheated. I liked the buying format they provided by selecting a few cars in which I qualified and gave me a choice to look at those cars. I had the opportunity to look at more cars if I wanted to. They asked what I was looking for in a car and provided it. Thanks to the sales department and the financial department for wonderful buying experience.
Andrew was extremely helpful and I will definitely consider buying a car from him, but if I buy a car from him it will be because he was so professional, and not because I liked the dealership. I felt that the conditions that he and his fellow salespeople had to work under were not so professional. We had no privacy, and I didnt like the fact that the managers (?) Were sitting in offices in back of us watching and listening to what we were doing. The atmosphere was just very uncomfortable. If Andrew had not been so hospitable, I would have immediately left the dealership and bought a car elsewhere. The dealership should consider purchasing privacy walls for their salespeople!
I went to lease a van and left with exactly what I wanted. I got the value of my old van I desired and the staff made sure I left with a payment I could afford! I have never had anyone explain to me in such detail how to operate the functions of a vehicle as they did. Which is great, no one wants to get caught in rain and realize you dont know how to use your wipers, ha-ha. While I waited for the deal to come together I had comfortable seating as well as snacks and drinks. A huge thanks for a new wonderful van my family of 7!!
I had a wonderful experience at Joseph Airport Toyota. Everyone I had contact with was extremely nice and helpful. I had made an appointment for routine oil change and tire rotation. The staff had me out of there in exactly an hour. I couldnt have had a better experience.

They offer prices that are below Kelly Blue Book suggested retail value, leaving more money in your wallet for whatever life throws at you. On top of the excellent deals, a large quantity of their cars come with a Certified Lifetime Warranty which would cost thousands at most dealerships. The Warranty is valid at a large majority of mechanic shops if you happen to be out of state, but they have a staff of about six certified master mechanics while many dealerships only have one. Before you leave the lot in your new car, they make sure that it has fresh oil, gas, and is cleaned inside and out. They also slip in a free oil change that is valid for up to six months.If you are looking for a trustworthy dealership, look no further. I promise that they didnt pay me to write this review, Im just blown away by pretty much everything they did and will continue to do. When my car reaches the end of its life, I will undoubtedly return to Joseph Airport Toyota and request Myron Fuller.
I had every intention to purchase a care when I came on the lot. I knew exactly what kind of car I wanted. I was greeted by sales consultant Myron Fuller with a smile. He was very down to earth and did not steer me away from what I was looking for. I took a test drive and he explained all the features and took his time with me. Took my old Toyota in for the airbag recall, service dept. was very friendly and helpful and the service was performed in the amount of time that they quoted me. The customer lounge is very nice with donuts, popcorn, and coffee/hot chocolate. A very good experience with this dealership.
I just purchased my 4th vehicle from Joseph Airport Toyota and I worked with Kevin Dorsten. I have purchased all 4 cars using Kevin as my salesman. He goes above and beyond what you would expect. He gave me his cell phone number and over the past two years that I have known Kevin, he has allowed me to text him on any question I have about the vehicle. He has guided me through service questions, maintenance and mechanical issues and always ensured I was take care of. I highly recommend Joseph Airport Toyota and in particular Kevin Dorsten. This dealership has a fantastic warranty program (best I have seen in the industry) and Kevin is super easy to work with and trust worthy. The financing moves quickly and smoothly and closing on the car is an easy process. They even have Allstate insurance onsite to help you get insurance on your vehicle before you leave the premises. Kevin just connected me with my Allstate agent tonight for a question I had on some paperwork I received. He didnt have to do that but he did! Thats the above and beyond type of service you can expect from Kevin Dorsten. Ive got Kevin watching interest rates for me on a Camry and when things get where I need them, I will likely buy my fifth car from him. I went here to help my granddaughter get her first car. We were greeted at the door by Myron Fuller who took us under his wing for the entire experience. This is specifically for the service dept. Bought a car and been taking it for service for the last 3 years. First time I tried making an appt. at 7am. I was told the service dept. doesnt open until 7:30 and was expected to sit in the lounge for an extra 30 mins. Perfect example of a company valuing their time over the customers.T. Thacker wasnt impressive as he happily handed me my keys without an apology or anything. I felt like they could care less whether I was there or not. All it takes is one bad experience for me not to return. There are several other places around to get an oil change and tire rotation.
Our salesperson, Arvin really worked on our behalf...however, our experience was not limited to Arvin, any person that walked by us was willing to make our experience a great experience. We went there to buy my daughter a car and the staff was wonderful. They fed us lunch and offered us beverages on top of the EXCELLENT customer service and we drove off in a 2016 Toyota Camry! #onehappydaughter
Bought a 2012 Kia sedona. They set a price wouldnt budge even $100 to keep us under $7,000. They said they are under value and it is in great conditionLess than 45 days of owning the vehicle had to take it to a shop for check engine light on. Now at 75 days in we have to have it looked at again. Also, having issues with the tires. Was already annoyed with the price but could live with it when we thought we were getting a decent vehicle.

2022-02-25My family and I had recently gone to Joseph Airport Toyota to purchase a new vehicle. We had earned a great relationship with a gentleman named Mike Goldie. We had a previous encounter with him around Christmas. He had helped pick out a great vehicle for my wife 2 years ago after the Eve of Thanksgiving Holiday from total loss of a vehicle. The vehicle was passed down by my deceased father in law, earlier in September. The car had been totaled by a hit & run driver. My wife was okay, just shaken up, frazzled, and confused. We had gotten her a newer Toyota Camry thanks to Mike. I had a Ford Escape that was on her last limb and needed a bigger truck. I had a bad experience thru a previous Dealer, and called Mike about what they had offered, and asked about a older Truck on his Lot. We had arranged for a meeting to see the Truck and the offered. Mike and the Airport family had been great with my 5 year old running the Lobby, introducing herself, multiple times lol, and wanted a Soda as soon as the first Soda was gone. The paperwork was easy to understand thanks to Mike and Jamie in Financing. After picking up my oldest Autistic son, and daughter from school, we had gotten to pick up Bluey, named after Bluey from Bluey on Disney Jr, by my youngest Daughter, Luna my new Truck which is ironically Blue, from the Dealership. 2022-06-18Well, losing my Altima kinda hurt but... I finally got the Camry Ive wanted for quite some time. Hopefully I bought the one you can get 300k out of. I couldnt be happier with this car and would highly recommend Steve Ryherd as the salesman you want to talk to. Top notch salesman in my opinion. After I bought the car I met Tim in the finance department, he was top notch as well. I couldnt be happier with the experience I had at Joeseph Airport Toyota and they just might have my business for life.

2022-05-19Arrived and was greeted right wayFacility was clean and staff was friendly.Service tech provided a great tip that saved us from spending money on our service.Tire rotation and oil change was done .I love the inspection check sheet provided to let me know about status of the car and things to consider in the future. Items like status on cabin air filter, tire depth, etc. They rate each item as needs attention, items to check on as time goes by, and items that are in good condition.Always have had great service.

2022-05-31Levi R. provided exceptional service when I came in for an oil change. I landed late from a flight, on a Friday nonetheless and drove right over to the Service Center in hopes to get an appointment. Levi hooked me up and fit me in. Levi kept me in tune with the progress and suggested fixes all the while, he NEVER pressured me in any of the fixes. Levi is a solid addition to the Joseph Airport Toyota team. Thank you Levi. 2022-07-08We went to Joesph Toyota looking for a pre owned Truck for our business, immediately Andy Davis came out to meet us, was as friendly as can be, he set up with a couple test drives. The truck we originally wanted was out of our price range, but Andy worked hard still trying to get us into it, finally finding us a cheaper truck that we were able to afford. Andy worked very Diligently to make sure we got into our truck, kept us up to date with the steps and everything. Definitely would recommend him anytime you need a pre owned vehicle.

2022-05-01I was seen 30 minutes late for my pre-scheduled 1430 appointment, (Please note, I arrived at 1415 therefore my total wait time was actually 45 minute.) My service advisor was nice after waiting 45 minutes to see him…he couldn’t be found after being paged 12 times for 45 minutes! Many other customers who arrived after me were assisted while I waited well past my appointment time. I eventually drove off and phoned in to make another appointment since I couldn’t get any service, but it actually wasn’t that busy there. After 45 plus minutes of waiting at the dealership then calling to reschedule my service advisor was finally ready. I had to advise the dealership to look up my vehicles maintenance plan after they attempted to charge me for an oil change covered under my maintenance plan. Additionally, there was confusion on the intervals of oil changes for my vehicle…luckily I already knew the correct intervals. My vehicle’s windows were left down after the oil change was completed so trash and debris were blowing in my car from the outside due to this. This dealership didn’t have windshield wipers for my vehicle even though I specifically asked for wipers when I made the appointment weeks in advance. My service advisor promised to call me the very next day when the wipers arrived…here we are 3 weeks later still no one has called about my wipers but to be honest, I didn’t expect a proper follow up on the wipers that were ordered after this poor service. I don’t have any confidence in Joseph Airport Toyota of Dayton OH. Their confusion surrounding my new Toyota actually made me nervous and worried. I’d rather drive to a more reputable Toyota dealership moving forward in Columbus or Cincinnati than take this risk and aggravation again. Even the vehicle check out process wasn’t professional as the clerk at the register was unprofessional and had no clue where my paperwork was and I had to help her track it down. This appointment was a total failure. I will never buy another brand new toyota again even though this is actually my 4th brand new Toyota….service seems to have actually gone down in the brand.

2022-06-29Do not buy a car from here if you believe the lifetime warranty actually covers anything because it doesn’t. Cna warranties have it where nothing is actually covered. Please learn from my 570 dollar mistake …. If it seems to good to be true it probably isn’t true and that was a hard lesson on this one. Bryan Kendal I tried calling you at the number you provided and was hung up on twice. Just so you know your staff doesn’t go over in detail anything about stuff not being covers and especially components that control the covered components. It’s pretty bad it you would have to blow it before it’s considered covered but I’m sure they will figure a way not to pay regardless. Thanks and have a great day
