The staff here is always amazing. I had an employee not only look for every possible solution for an adaptor for me, but he even went to the warehouse they had to get one. Sadly it turned out the thread on my battery just wasnt right. They did still help me get a new battery and have always went above and beyond for their customers. This is why I love this place. No one will ever beat Jojo vapes.
For the most part, I like Jojos. The prices beat anyone else around (unless you go online), and most of the time the staff is really nice. That being said, there are a few members of the staff that really need to buy a personality, or trade their current one in for a newer model. Ive been vaping for three years and while I dont have the knowledge of every vape product, I know what I like and I know when I get a knock off product, and more often than not, I believe this is what Im getting in the coils I buy. As for the juice...its hit or miss. I tend to find a juice I like and stick with it for as long as possible, but here recently, every time I find one I like, they discontinue it and it becomes one that I have to special order. Most recently I tried another new one that I was told was one of their best sellers and I seem to be going through my coils at 3 times the rate. As if they werent bad enough, I think their 70/30 ratio is inappropriate for some of their mixes. I would chalk it up to the bad coils again if it werent for my husband having the same problem, but with a different tank setup. Still, I will continue to give them my business, and just call in my special order because I like what I like, and really, you just cant beat the price. If your looking for a replacement for cigarettes, then its a good option. If your a cloud chaser, you should really just find a new hobby.
If i could give less than one star i would! There is no excuse for one of their delivery drivers cutting up a funeral procession and being rude to a grieving family!! Despicable behavior!! This company should be boycotted until the employee responsible for this lack of respect is fired!
I typically visit JoJo Vapes in Brookville, but if Im in the area, I stop in at this location. Each time I have visited this location, I have received the same friendly and knowledgeable customer service, as I receive in Brookville. Ashley and Kiera have been very friendly and helpful with all of my questions that Ive had. And when I stopped in last night, just before closing time and once my visit exceeded their opening hours, I was not made to feel as if my presence there was unwanted or a burden. I appreciate the consistency that is among the JoJo Vapes stores. You guys are awesome!
All the staff including the warehouse workers are very knownledgable and can help you with any kind of problem that you present them... Staff are also very friendly and are always there to help or just talk while your in the store! They make there own juices (so if your looking for name brand this is not the store for you), they carry Mods/tanks from companies like Smok, ELeaf, Aspire, Segeliei, and many many more! All in all this is the perfect store for anyone in Vandalia, Huber Heights, and Tipp area!
I was part of the funeral procession, the day your driver decides to fly past us, weave in and out of traffic, and then honk at us like we were the ones doing something wrong. Age and other information you are trying to guilt us with, won’t work. My grandfather is 96 years old, also a WW2 veteran, and he still stops, gets out of his car, and waits for it to go past.If your person can’t tell by hazards, headlights, and flags on top of 30+ cars, then there is a problem.No amount of apologies or deepest condolences will make up for a pivotal moment of our family, with my 9 year old daughter as a witness, of someone being so disrespectful, will make up for the lack of respect from your company acting like it’s 94 year olds problem instead of the owner simply calling us to apologize.Run a business like you care about others, not just a profit.Have a great day.Niece of the recently departed gentleman, your company and driver give zero cares about.
I am very disappointed with how this company has responded to an employee making a massively disrespectful decision while driving a van covered with their brand. I am hard pressed to think of any reason it would be appropriate to interrupt a funeral procession. It makes it even more ridiculous when the vehicle interrupting belonged to a business peddling “vape juice.”
Thank you so much for your disrespectful excuses! I’m sure that the family involved is so relieved to hear your lack of accountability in your unsympathetic copy and pasted “apology”. The grieving family has a member that is a dear friend of my husband’s and I’s...it’s so sad that your lack of compassion and willingness to address the issue sooner has ruined an already sorrowful day for them.Are these the standards you set for your community involvement and empathy during a family’s time of need? How dare you try to entice guilt with the demographics of your driver? Do you exploit all of the elderly veterans you employ? Or do you just throw all of your employees into a driving position and use them as a fall back for your obvious lack of training? Your company needs a culture of justice, and you are setting your employees up to fail while they are expected to bear the burden of your incompetencies. Social media can make you or break you! So can an employee!! One of your employees cut off a funeral procession and running people off the road!! What the hell is he/she vaping?!?! And 3 days for corporate to apologize to a grieving family, unacceptable! I’m in delivery myself and I can make time to sit and wait for a funeral procession because I’m a respectful human and I’m in a billboard truck! No damn respect.
First E-juice I bought, tasted like Dawn Dish washing liquid. As if they reused a bottle, washed it, and didnt rinse it properly. Bought 3 different clearomizers there, all three leaked juice into the drip tip and into my mouth. After extensive research online, I discovered the majority, if not all of Jojo Vapes items are generic counterfeit knock offs. I wanted desperately to support a local business instead of online services. I gave them a few chances to sell me a good product, they failed each time. The last time they switched the batteries I bought, that were defective and counterfeit, for 10 coil heads for Vivi Nova. The switch they offered was generic knock offs as well. I even tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, since maybe they were victims as well. All I got was eye rolls and arguments. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Stay away until at least the government starts to regulate this industry.
Good side is they always have the mods and tanks I might need, bad side is that they dont always have the coils, and their juices arent the best. I like my juice in max vg but they dont have that in most of their flavors. Sometimes they arent as knowledgeable about their products at this location either, but it is the most welcoming out of all the jojo vapes Ive been to for sure. I go here for 1 flavor of juice and my mod or tank but thats it.
A great ape shop for the notivice or the experienced user.Customer experienceThere customer service is absolutely amazing, not all but most employees are very knowledgeable in mods and when I talked with someone who didnt know about specific things like low internal resistance mech mods they apologized and quickly grabbed someone who could talk with me on a more technical standpoint.StockNow on to there atomizers (Makes the vape, usually with a tank) and there batteries/mods(Provides power to the atomizer)are mostly clones. They are not all labeled as such but they shouldnt have to be. You shouldnt need a label next to there nemesis mod that clearly has a Ehpro logo on it, especially since its 1/8th the price of a original mod. Ive asked about originals before and they were straight forward with me and said that they dont carry them because they are very expensive and they would have a harder time selling them.JuicesThis is one of the biggest reason I shop at jojos, there e-juices are really nice and they have a huge selection. I have experienced where juices didnt taste the same, I had been vaping blue ox and when I ordered a fresh batch she had to actually make it. I vape zero nic so my ejuices are not always ready but Ive always received them with in minutes. Now the new batch didnt taste as good as before but I let it age a couple of days and its a night and day difference. Same amazing smooth Burberry taste combined with the naturally sweet 100% vg is a slice of heaven. I would also like to mention they offer a rewards program that works nice, I already have enough points for a 30ml of free E-juice.SummeryAll in all this is an amazing vape shop and the best ive used by far. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are pretty good, and they offer warranties on all most everything. Even the way the shop is set up there is plenty of space and a great atmosphere. I will be a long time customer. Thanks!ProgressionMy first time I walked in to jojos I talked with an older gentleman and explained to him I had no Idea what I wanted. I told him I wasnt even sure if I would enjoy vaping so I wanted to go cheap. He understood and sold me a areotank that was going to be fazed out at a discounted price. He also recommended me a small cheap ego battery, and he took me through his favorite juices which I ended up getting strawberry and some spearmint. Over the next month I started to experiment and drilled out the airholes in the areotank until I eventually went back and picked up a RBA (Rebuildable Atomizer) and a Nemesis.A young man in the shop was extremely help full with my first move in to the Modding community, and his recommendation on the Nemesis was perfect. Im still to this day using the same Ehpro Nemesis. He warned me on the safety of batteries and recommended a Sony vtc5 which is recognized as one of the best sub ohming batteries in the vape community. I also asked him for 24 gage kanthol wire, and he even showed me how to build a coil that wasnt going to vent my mod. I literally sat at the bar/desk for an hour and a half building coils.I progressed to drippers now and have a ucan v2 and a Ehpro TOBH, which I bought both from the shop. They were helpful in picking out my first dripper and gave me tips on how to build it and manage a dripper. I even picked up a Pyrex drip tip to avoid burning my mouth. I also found out they offer a military discount so for all my battle buddies out there just be sure to bring your military ID card with you. Ive still have nothing but an amazing experience with jojos
JoJos has a good variety of mods and liquids. They change their juices frequently, but no problem, they make them on sight. You just need to give them about a 24 heads up. The people that work there are knowledgeable. Check out the grabbags if you like to try different liquids.
Is this a vape store or a commune for fresh out of high school kids that arent allowed to mange any decisions? No selection except maybe house brands, everything you ask for Will be in on Wednesday.. Not a good way to do business, but if you like making multiple trips or phone calls to get the same answer go ahead and beat your head against Jojos walls.
So I would have love to see JoJo Vapes be a vendor that kept their caring attitude towards their costumers and their great customer service. Instead of trying to spend more money on getting things that arent china devices they decided to open more and more stores. Now there isnt anything wrong with china mods but when I asked about other devices they told me no one would pay that much for an ECig. I find this appalling because their employees are using said devices and I know plenty of people who do and prefer to get them at a store then online. Dont forget the other day I went their and employees were pushing sub-ohm and rebuilds onto costumers, including me, sure I did come in with a kayfun Lite plus clone on my Provari(which should be enough I am not working for sub Ohm). I have to say I really am disappointed in the opening more and more stores and the fact the employees didnt even know what a 510 bridgeless atomizer was at the vandalia location(their startup and should be most focused on location). Did I forget to mention they are stuck on doing a 70pg 30vg mix and only that unless you order it at least a day before hand.
When a employee completely disrecpects a family in a funeral procession blowing the horn in one of your company cars and cuts off people in said funeral line it makes your whole buisness look bad and let me say i would never visit somewhere that lets their employees show a conplete lack of respect for others like this

2021-11-23Ive always given every JoJo vapes store a 5 star rating. This time, however, the gentlemen working gets 5 stars, as far as the business itself, at this location, they no longer offer any coupons at all, they dont carry many vape juices in anything over 6mg and they didnt carry the vape juice Ive been using for about 6 months from there at all. I feel as if they need to follow the Troy and Sidney, Ohio locations in the way they run their business. Offer some type of coupon. I realize they dont make all of their juices right there on site but they could offer a few more options above 6 mg.

2021-10-12Ive always wanted to Jojo Vapes and vandalia Ohio every since I put the new floor in and the first bar you see on the right hand side I built. Theyve always treated me and my friends and all customers with 100% respect and they make sure the material you need for your vape is the right stuff to the point where you can try it there if you dont like it dont take it back and try something else to help you

2019-09-09I really like the atmosphere here! The employees are friendly & definitely know what theyre doing. Their prices are fantastic and their warranty cant be bested. I buy all my vaping products here & have never been disappointed. The first time I went there, I was having an issue with a new mod. Honestly I really didnt expect to get any kind of real help seeing how I didnt purchase the device there. Lindsay didnt hesitate to help me out. She had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. I would recommend JoJos to anyone. Ill never shop anywhere else!

It was one of those times that the employee made you want to come back and spend your money. If every store had an employee like him, our world would be a better place. 🌍

2017-05-15I love this place!! I have nothing negative to say about JoJos!! The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I purchase all of my juice there, and I love their wide selection of flavors. I actually found a lower price online for a mod and the manager matched the price. That made me a customer for life!! If you havent been there yet, I highly recommend that you come and check them out!! I guarantee you will leave happy!!

2019-08-18New to Jojo vapes (and vaping in general), we stopped in to change up our juice and see what this place had to offer. Upon walking in we were greeted by the super friendly staff. We sat down and were helped out by Star. She was an absolute delight and *very* helpful as we were maneuvering their menu. She asked what we had currently and helped the two of us find our new favorites, all the while being very patient and friendly as it was getting close to closing time. Because of her and their great selection, we will 100% be back.
