Today On a rainy slippery Sunday morning. I tried to stop at a light when the light turned from green to yellow. I was not speeding I was going under the speed limit driving as safely as I could. I Slid into the intersection while the light was yellow and it turned red while I was under the light. I continued threw the intersection to not cause an accident. I mean stopping and putting the car in reverse would just be crazy right? The LEO sitting at the intersection witch I could clearly see and he could clearly see me slide. Pulls me over and issues me a ticket for running the red light. Then has the audacity to ask me if I didn’t see the yellow light I told him I saw the light and him why would you run a light in front of a police officer. I mean you would have to be crazy to do that right? This just really bothers me. I feel as if he took advantage of my misfortune at the moment. He didn’t seam to care at all. I didn’t join the marine corps, and do two tours to come home and have LEOs do this to me. I understand why there are traffic laws, and I understand why we need police, but this is just mean. I am not a criminal. I am a veteran, an aircraft mechanic, and a tax payer. I have spent my whole life trying to do right, just for some one get one over on me, just because they can.

I feel and think the Johnstown PD are shady and unprofessional! Its like mall cop security. Between JPD and Licking county in general is an absolute joke! They do not practice Ohio law period! They should be ashamed of themselves! Clearly there needs to be a whistle blower on their legal and lack off practices. This isnt how things are run in Franklin county or with CPD! Its different strokes for different folks! I will be contacting local news stations to hopefully ignite a formal investigation within the JPD and Licking county courts!
