2022-06-23Lori and her staff are always a pleasure to work with, they will greet you like a friend and offer help or an opinion on anything. Bought my wedding shoes here, and many other shirts and accessories over the last year for a fraction of the original market price. There are not many size small clothes in the store, but they are always willing to order anything for you online at the same price and it will ship directly to your house. J&M Quality is unmatched across all their products.

2021-09-21I purchased my pair of Johnston &Murphy shoe. Omg you talking about a comfortable grown man shoe. I understand they have been around since the stone ages but hey its never to late to learn and grow. Salute to the manager( Lori Minnier) at Cincinnati Premium Oulet for the sales and knowledge on my first but not last shoe purchase. Highly recommend

2022-02-25Love for my husband to shop at J&M more often. He is picky and appreciates the quality, updated style, and price points. We miss the shops in Manchester VT and Monroe. NY. The sales staff were super. Plan to visit the other J&M stores.

2021-07-31Didnt get her name but the sales lady 635229 was great. Offered socks for trying shoes after I asked to purchase some for that purpose. Also noticed I picked the wrong size shoe trees and got me set up with my new shoes. 10/10, would go back.

2018-03-19I just left the Johnston & Murphy store about an hour ago. I buy most of my shoes from Johnston & Murphy, and I promise not to let the negative experience I had today at the Monroe Outlet keep me from buying shoes there in the future. When I entered the store, there was a lady behind the counter talking on the phone. It would have been nice if she would have at least acknowledge me. She did not. I walked around the store for about 5 minutes. The lady continued talking on the phone not one time did she excuse herself. She just kept talking. I began to get a little upset. I walked right in front of her and she kept talking on the phone. I left without saying a word. She allowed me to leave without her saying a word. She continued on the phone. I know that this is not indicative of Johnston & Murphy but I felt someone should know of the poor service I received today.

2018-03-09I have been to the store a few times and I have always found great quality shoes at reasonable price. They have lasted me for a long time and I especially appreciate the help I get from the sales associate- very knowledgeable and understanding ( Mary).

2019-12-14The products here are great, but it should also be said that the service here was excellent! The staff were very knowledgeable, definitely knew what they were talking about when it comes to their shoes and other shoe brands.
