Nice people to deal with. Nice inventory. But, if you spend $60,000 for a car you would expect to get two key fobs, or at least know up front there is only one. Must pay over $200 and a hassle with GM to buy another. Besides Ad listing 2 key fobs, it also listed a cover which was not included.
This guy has absoulty no knowledge of rare cars. Made himself look like a total fool. After talking to them I would not recommend them to anyone buying or selling. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere. If your gonna be in the business of peddling classic cars for insane prices you need to do you homework and know some basic facts about them.
Our visit was excellent...met Chris and Jason, two of the most affable and knowledgeable men in the business. Thank you both...I hope to be back again and again...Absolutely awesome operation...2 NewYorkers...Marc and Gerry bye the way, Mr. Kufleitner is fortunate to have these men on his staff.

2022-07-05Even though I did not purchase a vehicle from JK galleria, I had a great experience. They took the time to show me around the showroom and then the vehicle I was looking at. Very knowledgeable and super friendly staff with a no pressure sales approach.

2022-01-11I have bought and sold multiple cars with these folks and have had nothing but EXCEPTIONAL treatment each and every time. Both Jaison and Chris have a wealth of knowledge in the Classic Car Market and the Kufleitner Organization goes above and beyond to EXCEED the expectations of their customers. The selection of vehicles are exceptional and they will even find that special vehicle for you, access it and advise you if it is a viable unit to purchase. No sales pressure and they are there to answer any concerns or questions you may have. HIGHLY SUGGEST THESE FOLKS TO ALL !!!!!

2019-05-21If you are looking to purchase ANY vehicle from JKs Galleria, you have officially been warned! We are a dealer who deals in classic cars and complete restorations and are seasoned in making classic car purchases. They advertised a 1973 Toyota Land cruiser on their website as being brought up to new condition inside and out then proceeded to say The entire drive train has been restored back to new I spoke with there salesman Chris who answered all my questions and echoed everything represented in the ad. We went ahead with the purchase. We had the vehicle transported in an enclosed trailer. When it showed up we immediately had big issues. pulling it out of the trailer the belt was smoking. We shut it off, looked under the hood and found and icicle from the top of the motor all the way to the ground. They installed WATER instead of proper coolant in the radiator which ended up freezing the water pump and later finding out it froze a water valley in the block cracking it.Oh thats not even the worst part, we later found out the clutch was never replaced and was garbage, the throw out bearing was shot and never replaced, the pressure plate was covered in heat cracks. We opened the transmission and it was full of rust, gunk and had chipped teeth in the gears.... it was never restored and was junk. We took the valve cover off the motor to find water and that it was also never restored. We then did a compression test that informed us of a dead cylinder. The motor was junk. What they represented as The power train has been restored to new was a complete lie. When I called the GM Jaison this is what he told me: He said I needed to call the transporter because it was their fault for leaving the car outside in an enclosed trailer which caused it to freeze??? Not the fact that their company uses water instead of the proper fluids to put in vehicles in the winter. AND THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT, he asked if I read their Vehicle Disclaimer (which I had) that states The seller shall not be responsible for any incorrect description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects. So what this company is saying is they can represent the car anyway they want and not be liable. Seriously, thats what theyre saying. They could tell you a cars matching numbered, been fully restored etc and if its not, they know there covered by there fine print. In my state- this is called Fraud. Jaison told me he wasnt going to do a thing and kept referring me to talk with his attorney. Ive spent over $9000 between parts and labor restoring the land cruiser to what they represented it to be in the first place.Below Ive posted pictures of the ad, bad clutch, motor with water in the oil, icicle on the motor when it was delivered, the top of the transmission cover covered in gunk. If your thinking of purchasing a vehicle from this company be sure to keep in mind theyll advertise it however they want regardless if its true or not. I would never in my lifetime refer this company to anyone.

2021-05-11I purchased a unique car from here and there is something that should be shared. You can be purchasing the car of your dreams but if you get it from the wrong dealer it could turn into a nightmare. A week after my wife and I purchased an awesome muscle car an issue came up that was not a normal wear and tear item that new customers should always allow when purchasing an older/used vehicle. However after contacting Jaison the manager he was empathetic and suggested I send the invoice to them to see if they could consider assisting in the repair cost (this was NOT something that could be detected necessarily during a standard quality/safety check and I even told him so when I sent the invoice). However, a week or so later we received a check that was a great help with this issue. REMEMBER - price is always a factor but you really buy from people and I would highly recommend John Kufleitners. They do have Vintage, Classic & Pristine Cars, but just as important they also have the customer service to back them up.

2021-04-22Saw the car online and talked to Chris. He was very honest. I drove 18 hours to get the car. I was totally impressed with the car and the facility. I ended up buying another car while I was there. Highly recommend this place.

2021-05-19Previous review removed for some reason, not surprised. I had purchased a truck which was falsely advertised to be fully restored with 7000 miles, engine gunked with oil, transmission shifter link and steering column not functioning, gas tanked leaking through gasket on the top of tank and rear differential did not include a posi unit with street gears as advertised, see photo. I would recommend staying away from here, well spoken car sales people with either no knowledge of cars they take in on trade or they are not transparent with what they advertise, either way not good.

2018-10-08Clearly one of the most undependable dealers I have ever been to. Promised many things without exaggeration none were ever followed up. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Its a nice show room but you better put your hand on your back pocket if you plan to do any business there. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.
