Jessica is the BEST wedding photographer in Ohio! We worked with her for both our engagement session in Columbus and our wedding in Cincinnati in July. Jessica was great about working with us in both cities and was willing to travel; she was so prepared! She captured every shot we could have asked for at our wedding beautifully. She takes all of the work out of organizing photography for your wedding. She was so easy to work with! Jessica posed everyone perfectly and made sure the background and lighting of every photo was exactly right. Her attention to detail is amazing and not like any other photographer! Our wedding had to be postponed a few months due to COVID-19, and Jessica was nothing but supportive and flexible. She allowed us to reschedule with her for no extra charge. While selecting a wedding photographer during our planning process, Jessicas photos stood out and were levels above every other photographers photos that we looked at. We love our wedding album and will always remember how much fun we had working with Jessica!
My wife and I chose to work with Jessica for our engagement and wedding pictures and truly could not have asked for a better experience. Working with her was straightforward and uncomplicated. She has a fantastic eye for staging, lighting, and angles, and captured great candid shots throughout our ceremony and reception as a result. She did a phenomenal job during our engagement session and during group shots at the wedding providing concise, clear direction for poses and layouts. Both of us are normally a little camera-shy, but working with Jessica felt very natural and fluid and as a result our pictures didn’t feel forced or anything of the like. Outside of her artistic talents, Jessica meets deadlines, responds quickly, is prompt and friendly, and consistently provides clear expectations and feedback, all of which can sometimes be tough to come by when working with other people. We were thrilled with how all of our pictures turned out and with how Jessica interacted with us throughout the process. I would highly recommend Jessica for anyone looking to get pictures taken for any occasion. For both quality of product and simplicity of experience, you can’t do much better than working with her.

We found Jessica last minute through a recommendation after having to cancel our original wedding plans due to COVID, opting for a small, backyard wedding with immediate family only. Not only were her photos stunning, but she made us feel so comfortable and at ease. We connected with Jessica immediately, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and flexible. We loved her so much we didnt want her to leave and ended up asking her to stay another hour! Saying that I highly recommend Jessica is an understatement, she is truly outstanding.

My fiance and I decided to take a trip to Columbus (we live in Michigan), and thought it would be a fun place to get our engagement photos done. I went on the hunt for the perfect photographer and knew we would be putting a lot of trust in whoever we hired because we had never been to Columbus. Jessica Miller Photography did not disappoint! She not only captured beautiful photos of us that represent our relationship perfectly, but she was also able to recommend a place to get my hair and makeup done, and understood what kind of vibe we were looking for in our photos (sophisticated downtown feel). She made us both feel so comfortable from the moment we met. You know how weird dudes get about photos, so my fiance was a little timid going into the shoot. Afterwards he said how much fun it was. And we really did have a blast with Jessica!

When it was time to choose a photographer for our wedding, we were overwhelmed by all of the options in Columbus. I scoured numerous websites and reviews and one thing remained constant - Jessica Miller Photography was always trending at the top. After the first meeting with Jess, it made sense why! Theres one thing to be said about the photography quality (which is absolutely amazing) but how a person can make you feel throughout the process. Jess is so down to earth and makes the entire process stress-free from beginning to end, which was much appreciated with the many ups and downs of wedding planning. From the engagement shoot, to planning emails/calls, and then THE day - we never had to worry about making sure the perfect shot happened or remembering to get all of the group photos. I cannot recommend Jess enough - her portfolio speaks for itself, but once you have your first interaction - youll know youre in good hands!

Jessica is absolutely amazing!I loved her work from the minute I viewed her website. Our family photo session was a gift to my mother for her birthday, which happens to fall on Christmas. Jessica was extremely willing to work with us to find a time and location that would work during this busy time of year. I could never say enough about how AMAZING Jess is!! From the moment I met her, I knew she was exactly what we were looking for. Jessica took professional photos at my wedding, I just now realized that I never left her an appropriate review. This wedding was 4 year ago, better late than never right? My wife and I are very particular when it comes to certain things in life, one thing being the cataloging of a life event, our wedding. Jessica took professional photos for both our engagement and wedding. Every photo we received from Jessica had the correct white balance, sharpening, color correction, cropping, etc. She was very professional and very down to earth. To sum it up, the entire process for us was painless and meet our expectations.

Jessica is amazing!! From the first email exchange, Jessica was responsive and professional. She was also very flexible and accommodating to our schedule. After a few quick questions about types of environments we wanted for our photos, she had great suggestions for locations and really listened to what my fiancé and I wanted. On the day of the shoot she graciously greeted us with a big hug. We wanted our dog to be in some of our photos and she did a great job capturing his attention. She made the whole experience for us very easy, fun, and enjoyable! Not to mention she is super sweet and fun to work with. I cannot even express how perfect Jessica made our wedding day. My husband and I are so awkward and she made us feel instantly at ease. After our engagement shoot, so many people commented on how beautiful and happy we looked. She made sure the pictures she took accurately portrayed mine and my fiances relationship. On the wedding day, she made sure everything went smoothly, even when I was getting overwhelmed and exhausted from taking all the pictures before the ceremony. Jessica even went and talked to the DJ when he said he lost all my music to walk down the aisle to (which was 100% NOT her job and she did it anyway; and they found my songs). When I posted our wedding pictures on Facebook, I got so many comments of these are the best wedding pictures Ive ever seen. I am truly in awe every time I look at them. Choosing Jessica as our photographer was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day, and I know well cherish these pictures forever

When we first met Jess, it was like we were long lost friends: One minute we were talking wedding, the next we were off on a tangent, talking about whatever! Shes a professional, but shes easygoing enough that it takes a lot of the stress out.We werent sure about doing the engagement shoot with the extra cost on top of all the other wedding expenses, but Im glad we did. My wife and I loved our pictures, and when the big day finally was upon us, we werent worried at all about the quality, or what to expect from her regarding style, poses, etc.Jessica was also invaluable with the flow of the day too. We composed a highly detailed schedule and gave a copy to each of our vendors as well as some of our go-to people. She knew what shots we wanted, but also kept us moving so we stayed on track [and werent horridly late to the reception]. A shout-out to Mike for helping us capture more of the day, as well! He was a welcome addition and extension of Jessicas artistry.Overall we felt that Jess was patient, thorough, committed, and sincere. With my wife and I both in a creative occupation, the expectations were high, but we were pleased with the whole experience! And our wedding album was awesome too! Thanks Jess!
We used Jessica for Fall family portraits. Our oldest son is fully into the terrible 2s but she did an amazing job at capturing him at his best, even though he was less than cooperative. Family pictures with little ones can be exhausting and stressful but Jessica had tons of ideas and experience with kids to really help the shoot go smoothly. We cannot be happier with the results and definitely recommend her!

When my husband and I first started looking for a wedding photographer, we were initially overwhelmed by the sheer number of options to choose from. We were planning our wedding in Columbus remotely from Sacramento, California. We spoke with several wedding photographers and looked through their respective websites and sample wedding albums. Jessica Miller Photography had a more refined, sophisticated sense of style and creativity and was a clear stand-out. Looking back on our wedding (just one week ago!), we are absolutely overjoyed we made the decision to book Jess for our wedding. Jess is an extremely professional, detail-oriented, easy-going, down-to-earth, hilarious individual. Right from our first telephone conversation, she answered all questions thoroughly and offered advice and suggestions when I needed. It was clear that Jess was a very experienced wedding photographer and we were relieved to hear Jess has photographed many other LGBT weddings. After we booked Jess, she was extremely easy to communicate with and would promptly respond to any e-mail communications and would offer to chat over facetime/skype if I needed. When it came time for couple and family portraits, Jess had a way of making you feel at ease and comfortable while providing clear direction and guidance on where to get photos, how to pose, where to look etc. Jess ensured that we got any and all additional photos/locations we wanted. In a last-minute decision on the day of our wedding/wedding reception, we wanted additional time of shooting at an additional location (The Leveque Hotel, where we were staying) and, as always, Jess was extremely accommodating. Jess also provided a few “sneak peak” photos roughly 4 days after our wedding that we could use to make a “Thank you” card with. The photos we have seen are stunning and we cant wait to see the final product. Highly recommended!
Jessica is an amazing photographer that captures perfect moments with great creativity. She sees unique frame and brings a soft and artistic view to her photographs. Ive used her services for my engagement photos, pregnancy photos, newborn photos. professional headshots, as well as commercial photographs for use to advertise and promote my brewery business. My husband and I are not wedding people, so when we found ourselves planning our wedding day, we werent so sure hiring a professional photographer was something we wanted to do. Jessica was very professional and easy to work with from scheduling to our photo shoot. She offered flexible hours and let us pick the location. She was wonderful with my toddler son and captured some beautiful pictures of him individually and our family as a whole. Our pictures were available less than 2 weeks from the shoot and we had an abundance to look through. We love her casual, photojournalistic style and are excited to work with her again in the near future!
Jess is the best! We eloped but did a “wedding” session before so we’d have pics. I approached her wanting to go on location at a pumpkin patch and she NAILED IT! She is so much fun too! 12/10 highly recommend!

The album she put together for us is a work of art with a beautiful cover, and an interior of gorgeous layouts. She was very collaborative in making sure it matched our vision. Jessica was so positive with her interaction with our one year old and she made him laugh and enjoy the very relaxed photo session. She captured very special moments of our family and naturally went with the flow of a very energetic toddler! 2022-01-23I met Jess years ago when I worked on her house. Years later when it came time for me to find someone to photograph my engagement pictures and wedding I knew exactly who to call. Jess was very detailed oriented, a hard worker, fantastic communicator, and cared not only about her work but her clients. She helped advise when needed but was also very flexible. And when the pictures came back, my wife and I were elated with them. Not a bad one in the bunch. We would recommend Jess to everyone. So if you are looking for someone, call her and hire her. 2021-12-02My husband and I hired Jessica for our wedding ceremony and reception. Jessica was very responsive to messages and very interested in understanding our venue, colors and wedding style. She was very easy to talk with and to develop a method for ease of setting up wedding photos with family. We just received our wedding gallery, and our pictures are beautiful, clean and classic. Will always recommend to family and friends.

2021-06-04Ya know whats amazing to hear after your wedding from your guests? How amazing your photographer was! Of course, our pictures were amazing (no surprise after you see her work), but just wanted to also give a review on her character. She was so professional and friendly with not only us & our families, but our guests as well. Im so grateful for Jessica giving us the most wonderful experience as she documented our day!We received our photos in the time frame promised along with beautiful packaging!
