I love that Jersey Mikes always seems to have fresh meat, but my fiancé and I were a little disappointed at the service we received at this particular location. The cashier made it seems like she would have rather been somewhere else. The sandwiches were fresh, but you will pay a little more with that freshness. Even though I live nearby, I dont think that Ill be back to this location.
It takes a lot for me to make a negative review. Our experience counts. We were first greeted with a man wearing a dirty winter beanie on his head and wearing a very dirty, oil stained shirt. If thats not enough, it gets worse. He had a curly beard that was not netted. While he was making our sandwich, a young lady came from the back room to ring us up. This lady could not put her cell phone down the whole time! To the point she couldnt give us our receipt without a terrible struggle. If I wasnt craving their original sub (been carb free for a month and willing to break my diet for this) we wouldve walked out.
Horribly slow. 20 min to make two cold sandwiches. Third time Ive had to walk out while waiting in line. They wont be getting any of our lunch time business. Penn station can grill you a hot cheese steak quicker than these guys can slice cold ham.
Food is good, but place is dirty. Dirty tables, napkin dispensers, floor. Tables not wiped down after patrons leave, high chair still @ table. Trash on floor, employees not concerned with keeping store clean. 😥😥😥 I love Jersey Mikes, but dont know that Ill come back to this location.
Best Jersey Mikes Ive ever been to. Owners are AWESOME and make the best sandwiches. Drive time is more then a hour each way but definitely worth the trip. See you next week.. :-)
The is a great place to go I have been to one the is next to my house in Rocky River and Ridge Rd and the employees are rude no empathy. I rather travel farther and be treated with kindness and I should say the subs are much better prepared.
I was there last night me and my family we place are Order around 8:30 we got are food 10 minutes later which was normal we order are food dine in which at that time was about 8:41 at 8:50 the owner told us to leave because there where out of bread and they want to close early I told him we pay to dine in and we where not finish he told us to finish the food in the car that was very disrespectful to talk to us that way. I wish I can get a hold of the c.e.o of this company.
First time having jersey mikes and I was blown away by the friendliness of the staff. They were courteous and helpful and made me feel very welcomed. Sandwich was excellent but will return just based on the staff that was very nice.

My son has Celiac Disease, and they always graciously accomodate him. He loves their subs, and so do I.

Im never going back. The older woman working there to was very rude, didnt listen at all, got our order wrong. My chicken was still pink in the middle and she didnt make the blt wrap right, she didnt care. Asked for wheat wrap and got white, plus had nail marks on my wrap. On top of it all she was bitching to the male employee while we were there about taking the hundred dollar bill, going on about now they are going to be short in the cash register. Telling him that he should never had excepted it. The woman has no people skills and should not be dealing with the public.
Excellent location. Good is well prepared and all ingredients are fresh. Portions are the same as all Jersey Mikes. Owners are friendly and helpful. Never tried a sub from Jersey Mikes? Gotta do it.
Went into the store on 12/4 and the guy was blowing his nose and tried to make my sandwich without washing his hands that is disgusting and i walked out went to rocky river location much cleaner
Every location Ive been to has been consistently great, but Im fond of the staff here most! Always big smiles and a little conversation, I always enjoy seeing these guys on my lunch break when I can!
Horrible horrible experience and rude of rude workers. I have been there plenty of times and have have asked for a specific sandwich that one of my co workers orders and have gone with and without him to get the sandwich well today I went in ordered it and even tipped before receiving my food and he put nothin on my sandwich but meat when I asked for them to put the correct things he took off his glove and put lettuce and tomato on it which wasn’t what u wanted and got upset when I put him on the spot and said I wanted my refund and got a real rude and aggressive attitude Must of been the skin color bc every cacassion in there got their meals perfect and yet my tip was the only one in the jar.
I had a long strain of hair stuck to my sub. Never experienced this from any other location. I won’t visit this store in the future.
Its the sub rolls that are magic. whether ordering a cold sub or a hot sub nothing better than a fresh soft sub roll to make the sandwich!!! #43 with both Chipotle, reg mayo and red pepper relish ... deliciousness!!!
This shop gives great customer service and even calls to clarify orders made using apps like UberEATS. On top of that, the subs are delicious and blow their competitors out of the water!

I would only go to Jersey mikes again if you like drama with your food and having to wait while others are served before you when ypu where there first or parts of your order os forgotten i had horrible experince and nothing was done about this so i would say no dont go of i was asked off to charleys again i suppose
The one female manager cant audibly learn which makes every order a nightmare. Ive tipped because how bad I felt for her co workers having to deal with her superiority complex.
Good sandwiches but it feels like they want to nickel and dime you. Prices seem high for similar sandwiches at Subway, Jimmy Johns, etc.
Used to be a good sub place, but after last visit this weekend (weird customer service, super skimpy meats, drowning in oil and vinegar, no Club cars accepted), I doubt that we will return. Hopefully there are other JMikes in the area.

May 22, outraged the owner and staff with out mask or gloves. to top it off me and a buddy of mine got food poisoning from this place.
First and last visit. The cheese steak barely had any cheese or onion. All peppers ... And they messed my daughters sandwich up. Was supposed to be salami, cheese and onion. Wrong cheese and no onion .
The owners are super friendly. Love the sandwiches. I recommend the California chicken cheese steak.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD AN ITALIAN SUB MADE AND THE MAN SOAKED IT IN VINEGAR. ALL I COULD TASTE WAS THE VINEGAR. 2022-06-05I love jersey mikes, worked there for two years. Every single time i come to this location they mess my order up somehow. I know it is not that hard to make a 55 in a tub but they always leave out the lettuce or the chipotle mayo (even after writing it on the hot sun ticket) JM should look into this location because it is definitely not a sun above.

2021-12-06Really shocked and disappointed at how little meat is on these subs anymore. Been a huge fan of Jersey Mikes for years, but its time to cross them off the list. Paying $30 for 2 subs and having paper thin meat slices is really disappointing. Hopefully corporate addresses this.

2021-02-26Placed order through uber eats. 25.00 for a giant club sub that had no meat on it, worst sandwich and biggest waste of money. Instructions were to leave outside but after waiting an hour and a half driver couldnt find the house and my husband had to stand outside in his short 30 degrees outside for the driver to find him. Never have a problem with the Westlake store, this sandwich was horrible and they should be ashamed for even serving it. I literally think they forgot to add one of the meats.

2018-04-17Food is great. Really good. Caught the staff off guard maybe, even though we were the only ones there. On line orders were a priority over in-house customers like us for sure. Manager was frantic and mean to his worker, who was clearly new. When manager disappeared for a minute in bad, the new employee apologized for the managers behavior. Going to chalk it up to the guy having a bad day because the subs were fantastic.
