We had a giant Reuben and a giant #13, Mikes Special. Both were made perfectly. All the employees were very friendly and professional. No, I am not a relative! I have always gone to the Anderson store, but I thought I would give this new location a try. Glad I did! I will be back. Nancy B
The owner and manager of this location are fantastic and worked with our family to fill a large order for a party. We have used other locations in the past, but will continue to use this location in the future for all of our party needs. Great customer service and excellent sandwiches!
The other subs places can’t even come close to jersey mikes other than penn station however both are amazing in different ways.

I was really excited when I heard about a new Jersey Mikes opening up in my area. I used to frequent the Eastgate location, when I worked over there. We got 3 different kinds of sandwiches and two different wraps. All of the sub sandwiches were terrible. The ingredients and even the bread were awful. The only somewhat edible items were the wraps, but do not get lettuce on them! The lettuce was wilted, bitter, and ruined what little redeemable value the rest of the wrap had. The food was a far cry from what I used to eat at the East gate and Cherry Grove locations. I dont know if this is a company wide change in ingredients, as its been a few years since Ive frequented the chain, but I can say that my experience at this new location was uniquely terrible. I can only hope that this experience was limited to the location, as I have very much enjoyed JMSs food, in the past. I sure wish Id have known about the change or the poor quality of the food, before I dropped $40 dollars on what became two barely edible wraps. Very depressing. The Wendys value menu looks amazing, next to this. I will certainly not be returning to this restaurant, but I do hope they get their issues sorted. They have a lot of superior competition with Subway, Jimmy Johns, and Penn Station, nearby, and they will fail very quickly with inferior food like that.
As a native new england resident, i was very disillusioned to discover that the rest of the country has no idea what subs are or should be. I cant say that i would visit jersey mikes subs while in true sub territory, however, the service and ingredients were good and it was the closest reasonable SUBstitute to the actual thing.
15$ for a15 Philly that was very unphilly. Very little meat you can tell the meat is cheap too. Tastes like white castle hamburger meat, I couldnt find the cheese seemed more like a cheese sauce than provolone no stretch at all to it. The bread was more of a sandwich or hoagie bread. I was very disappointed. Best go to Penn Station for a Philly in Cincinnati, same price way more meat bread is fantastic and that includes some of the best fries ever.
Best fresh subs ever! They cut the deli meat right in front of you and the hot subs are amazing! A little pricey though.

2022-02-11I did not know they closed at 8p n I got there at 830p n the gentleman WAITED 30 minutes for me in his CAR off the CLOCK!! OK? If this is not going above and beyond for a customer idk what is? I havent had Jersey Mikes in years so this definitely needs to be told and this gentleman is A WONDERFUL MAN. My husband had a liver transplant 7 months ago n this was a treat for us. My sandwich was absolutely delicious n I will definitely be back because of this MAN! Promote him! Give him a raise! This guy is the STUFF u dont see anymore! Thank you sir!

2022-04-10Ive been to this location 2 times and had bad experiences both times. The first time I was there the 2 kids working took my order I payed for it and sat down. I waited 20mins and still did not get my food. I went to the counter and had to wait for the guy that took my order to come out of the back. He acted like he never seen me before and was like can I help you. I said Im still waiting on my food. He Apologized and started making my food but still took another 10mins to get my food. The manager came out a few mins later and gave me a coupon for a free sub so I was ok. A few weeks later I came back to the same location and they would not honor the free sub card that was given to me at this location. I will never go to this location again.

2021-11-13Im not sure Id ever had them before now. My wife went to school with one of the franchisees so I decided to try.I was floored how good this was and how superior it is to both the competing national chain and the locally based station. They will be getting my sandwich biz moving forward. Every detail was better than the other two.I have zero issues paying a little extra for quality, and thats precisely what you get here.The only suggestion I can make is...start selling fries!!!! LolBest in the city!

2019-06-29Im new to the Jersey Mikes game. I normally have eaten at those other sub places but recently tried Mikes and I tell ya what, I really like the food BUT I love the customer service at this location even more. I dont know where they found the young adults who work there but management did a great job hiring these folks. Ive only been in there 3 times but all of those times, the customer service I received was exceptional. My most recent visit, I hadnt realized that I came in shortly before close and having worked in restaurants for 20 yrs, I really try not to do that. So, I apologized and explained that I worked in restaurants and I know how it sucks to have your stuff cleaned up and a customer come in so close to closing. These young adults said, no, problem, we just like having the business and had smiles on their faces. They were kind, friendly, polite and went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of. Even going so far as to slice some green peppers for me because they were out on the line. I was super impressed with the level of customer service I received from these young adults. Makes me have a bit of hope for the younger generation. Management, I didnt catch their names but please be sure to give kudos to your staff from Friday night 6/28.

2017-04-12Jersey Mikes has the greatest sandwiches EVER, in my opinion. The meat is always great, very fresh and sliced to order. Their toppings are always fresh and the bread is baked daily. The employees at the Amelia location are great! They always know remember my order (I go there about 3 times a week!) and they make it perfectly. Ill definitely be a loyal customer to this location!

2019-09-28I made a review of this location a couple years ago, but felt compelled to write an updated review. The food is still just as exceptional - always the most super fresh, highest quality ingredients. Its the service that really stands out at Amelia Jersey Mikes, though!! They have THE BEST customer service of any restaurant (from fast food to five star establishments) Ive ever been to - consistently! Ive never received lackluster customer service at this location. The vast majority of the staff are young adults (late teens to early 20s, Id estimate), but they are the most efficient, friendly, professional staff! They always greet customers upon entry, make eye contact, sincerely smile and go over and above to make sure every order is correct and every customer is happy. I have been coming to this store for a few years and nearly every employee there has memorized my order and is already getting it prepared before I can even get the words out of my mouth :-) And I have NEVER, not one time, in my (probably) hundred-plus visits, seen a staff member with their cell phone out! That is so (annoyingly) commonplace these days! But the staff at this store are totally professional and focused on their customer only!This store is also ALWAYS clean. Ive never seen so much as a napkin on the floor. The staff is not only attentive to the customers, but to the store as well. The potato chips are always fully, neatly stocked and the soda fountain is never sticky or dirty.Honestly, I eat at Jersey Mikes because I love the high quality, delicious food, but I go to this location (even if it means passing closer locations) because of the incredible people who work here! The staff at the Amelia store really deserve so much praise! Like another reviewer said, they give me hope for the younger generation! They are truly a refreshing and (unfortunately) rare staff! Management did an extraordinary job when hiring everyone there! Ill be a loyal customer for as long as they (or I 😀) exist!
